Hey this is the rose bros and today we’re doing a review on the alps, mountaineering dining table, and we have it in the extra large size, yeah and uh. This dining table is in the silver color because it is unpainted aluminum and that’s what gives it its color yeah, so we’re going to set up the table and give you a little bit of information about it and talk about uh, how we use it and some things you need to remember when using this table yeah, so we’re going to go ahead and take it out of this storage bag that it comes with and show you how to set it up.

So the first piece is the legs and they just uh pulled out like that yeah and the legs. I I really like these legs, because it’s uh um when you fold it out it it gets into an x shape, and that adds a lot of support and um. One thing you do have to remember, though, is to uh lock in these um things right here, um you have to lock those in so um. Remember to do that and um it folds out like this, and the top just goes right over the right over um these rims.

So that’s pretty cool lock in these table supports, and sometimes it’s really easy to not get it out all the way. You don’t have to worry about anything um collapsing, while you’re um working with this table- and it comes with a of course, a set of instructions and uh the top just folds up into a spiral and then we’ll just lay it over um these rims, so it works really nicely. So here is the second piece comes in two pieces for easier storage, yeah and uh.

This table has really really good storage. I think it’s a really great table. Overall. One of the main reasons is because of how well it can be stored. You just pulled it right up two pieces of table that connect and uh the full when it folds and it’s inside the storage bag. It’s really skinny and long. So that makes it a lot easier to store than a plastic foldable table um. So yeah that’s one of the reasons why let’s uh unfold this on the sides, there are little mops that you have to put into that.

You have to put these um attachers into and then it just connects just like that. Yep, so very flexible table easy to store and some of the best ways that you can use the table is when you’re going camping. It’s a really good table. Take, especially if there’s no picnic benches at the place where you’re going or if you just would rather use your own thing and not take chances with the the picnic table. The campsite quality yeah, so the um alps, mountaineering, um table is made for camping and hiking.

It comes in two colors um, this normal color, which is unpainted aluminum um, the one we got it in and also a brownish copperish color. They call clay so um. Personally, I like the silver color better, but um. I haven’t seen the clay one in person, so yeah, two colors that you can get in uh. You can also take this table to the park if you’re doing a barbecue or something or if you just want to have a picnic, but you don’t want to sit on the ground and I I don’t know if you would want to take it hiking that might be uh too much of a hassle but yeah it’s it’s kind of difficult to carry it’s um about 14 pounds, so not too heavy um, but it is really uncomfortable when you’re carrying it because of how awkward it is to carry a super long, skinny, um, um folded table so yeah.

So maybe you might. You could take it on a hike if you’re going uh if you’re hiking for only a few miles but not uh, don’t take it on a longer one, because yeah, if you’re going camping and you’re driving that’d be a great time to take it um a few times a few things that we’ve done with it. We’ve taken it fishing we’ve um, especially squid fishing yeah. It really helps to put all our stuff on there and uh store some things on top of it and under it to protect stuff.

So we’ve taken it fishing and especially squid fishing yeah people really like to crowd around when you’re squid fishing, so also you can put stuff on top of it or under it to keep it protected. Um we’ve taken it uh just out here to do some um, cooking and um some other things you could do with it. You could take the park for a barbecue um. You could take it uh, you could take it camping. You could do a lot of different things with this table.

Yeah. Also, we’ve used it for cooking a lot. We have the biolite stove right beside us. We like to prepare ingredients um on the table, then take them over to the uh biolight fire pit yeah. So um you can check out plenty of videos. We’ve um done with this table really really helpful. Uh you I’ve heard that people even put like a a barbecue grill top on top of it or um, even a huge tv. It’s really that it’s really that strong.

You can support a lot of weight too yeah. So a really good adventure table um the alps, mountaineering dining table yeah. So very nice table. Some of the things you need to remember is to lock the legs in place and also secure this uh top part onto the legs um, with that the knob thing really helps with um securing everything together. That’s what pretty much um that that’s the big connection to make the table, and you don’t you, wouldn’t you don’t want to sit on it or put too much weight because it’s not indestructible.

It only weighs 14 pounds. It’s not meant for uh, it’s not meant for that yeah, but the um the way they made it. There’s no like supports on the sides these sides, but there are on these sides, so you can slide chairs right under it and then you can pull them out sit down um, it’s mostly used for um sitting down and eating on, but you you could do a lot of different things with it. So this dining table is big enough that you can have uh four chairs on it, two on each side and or you can just have one on each side uh, depending on on how many people are with you but yeah.

It’s a very good table and as the name as its name is dining table, it’s meant for eating on yeah um. The only one of the only things I don’t like about this table is the storage bag. If I don’t think it’s made very well on the inside, it has a separator for the two parts it’s just far down and it just snags on everything inside here. That’s the only bad part about it, in my opinion, but um it’s also kind of awkward to carry.

Of course it has a strap, carry it on your back, but it’s kind of awkward when the table is actually inside of it like poking out at you yeah, it’s a pretty um yeah am I it’s pretty uh hard to put away, but it’s very very easy to set up. In my opinion, the storage bag is just poorly made, but the rest of it is amazing yeah they did their best and it’s uh really worth it in my opinion, so you should definitely get this.

I recommend getting this table way better than a plastic hole at the table, because those just are huge, boxy horrible to store, but I mean they work, but um they’re, not they’re, not the best decision. In my opinion, this is definitely a much better decision yeah. So this is definitely a good choice.
