Hi! I'm Krista from good out their magazine and I've recently been testing out Mountain Hardwear's Dynama Fit. The down in the pant is a women's act wear pant, made for hiking walking or simply hanging out. From the very first time I put these pants on, I knew they would become one of my favorites. I can confidently say they are the most comfortable pants that I own.

The material is a perfect combination of stretchy and structured which is what allows you to use these pants for just about any physical activity without feeling restricted. Typically, when I think of a stretchy material, I think clingy like the bathing suit material that sticks in all the wrong places. This is not the case with the Dynama and these pants are lightweight but there is still enough structure and thickness to the material that it even allows for pockets to carry any of your belongings.

Another feature that adds to. The comfort of these pants is the thick elastic waistband you don't have to worry about zippers and buttons that may irritate you during a long hike especially when carrying a backpack. There's also some versatility and how you want to wear the pan. There's a drawstring at the bottom so that you can cinch them up apart from having a different look to the pant. I found this most useful on duty mornings when you don't want the bottom of your pants to get wet. That being said, the material is water-resistant if you do happen to get caught in wet conditions. I found this most effective and conditions with a light amount of water whether a light drizzle or walking in tall damp grasses. In this case, any water to hit the pant will simply be away. Unfortunately if you do get caught in a downpour, be prepared to get wet.

When it comes to picking a size for these pants, keep in mind how you like the pant to fit. I would personally wear a size up for a looser fit through the legs however because the material is stretchy. You can get away with having a more fitted look like the pants I have here. Regardless of your choice, I think you will be happy with the overall versatility and comfort of these pants.

This is the men's La Sportiva Wildcat 2.0 GTX trail running shoe. It's a full-featured shoe that will handle everything from running on muddy trails to scrambling on 4th class terrain.

Wore them walking around washington dc for a couple days this morning was the first time i actually went running with. Then they seemed to be holding up pretty well they're comfortable they have a. Good airflow through them and they're. Fit very well to my foot and so i just. Want to read you a couple of specs on this shoe again the brand is uh la. Sportive this model is called the. Wildcat they're lightweight and will. Weigh them in a minute it's in the mountain running category so a mountain running trail running things of that. Nature it has perforated net fabric in the. Upper and I'll give you some close-up views of it after i go over some of the features it's got a wide fit for maximum. Comfort it's built in gator protects. Against stones and mud the boot features. A tpu stabilizing heel so it's got a. Stabilizing heel and a friction sole. With impact brake system for enhanced. Grip and shock absorption on difficult terrain this model comes in four colors. It comes in black and green black and. Yellow which in are both men's colors. Men's colors it comes in white and plum. And white and mint for women this color. They've been around for a long time and again you can go on the la sportive website and take a look but all in all. They are holding up pretty good and I'm. Happy with them so far and i figured I'd let you guys know there's a couple other. There are a couple of other shoes I'm. Going to review in a woman's category. But my wifeís has been just purchased. And it's testing out and i plan on doing a video on those as well but this is the. Quick review on the la sportive wildcat. Purchased on rei dot-com the only thing. I might want to add to this video is. I normally take a size 12 and i have to. Send these shoes back twice as they come. In to european sizes you know they run like 46.5 47 you know the european. Numbers and i ended up taking i think a. Forty seven and a half which is. Equivalent to like a thirteen and a half which is a size and a half bigger than i. Usually take so keep that in mind for. The guys when you buy them you probably. Have to go up a size at least than your normal american numbers other than at. The there they fit well and they seem to. We're taking a look at the Patagonia Strider Pro shorts. These shorts offer enhanced protection and lots of storage. So they help keep you out on the trail longer. If you need to keep those essentials on you can store those there and make sure they're nice and secure. They won't go anywhere so some simple but really convenient storage.

On the shorts we've also got a waist drawcord and a kind of neat feature that you can do with that drawcord. You can have it routed on the outside or you can route it on the inside depending on your preference and what's most comfortable for you. It's optional where you want to use that draws cord. These shorts are a regular fit and they do have a 7-inch inseam. They are pretty short, they are designed for running and one last thing that logo on the front is a reflective logo so will help you be seen at night. Overall very lightweight, very breathable, moisture-wicking materials and that comfortable internal boxer-brief liner make the Patagonia Strider Pro shorts great for those long-distance runs.

Patagonia strider pro shorts 5 inch these shorts I've been running in since almost since i started running probably second or third pair of shorts that i ever ran in and I've stuck with them ever since my dad loves them i love them they have carried us on pretty much on every one of our adventures, and they. Carry all the gear we need for most of the days unless we're going really long and a green vest but with these pockets and all the features i love they are an. Amazing pair of gear to keep in your arsenal so let's go start with the pros. First pro is the back meaning back. Of your hip these hip pockets can fit almost anything the flaps right here. Show your flaps right here keep. Everything in, and they're super stretchy allowing for a lot of space to be allowing for a lot of stuff to be fit in. There this pocket even fits my iphone in a lifeproof case fits right in there so it's awesome they keep the movement away. From your legs up and high the weight of ways your legs can move free and easy. Next big pro is the sorry static. Drawstring right here it doesn't stretch it's just a piece of string which allows you to tie the shorts as tight or as loose as you want and because you can get them tight and it won't stretch you can put a bottle on the black in the back and slip a bottle in their am. Peapod bottle is what we use because it has a little lip or a simple hydration a bottle that has a lip you can slip it in the back right here once it shorts around your body tie it down it won't stretch and you can keep a bottle in their nice and secure the shorts are. Pretty short they allow for a lively. Ease of movement this cut allows for a lot of flexibility in terms of your leg movement and leg wear your leg can go. And allows for ventilation has a not a. Lot of ventilation here on these shorts so that's a bonus and yeah that's what i. Was saying is all of these this whole shorts pretty much made out of mesh except for this part it's a thicker material but it's still nice and flimsy nice and and ready to go down the trail so i won't injure you or anything you have nice support in here so you won't chafe or anything nice and comfortable the hosts short fits pretty nice really. Nice and really allows you to store a lot of stuff with these pockets so let's move on to the few cons of these shorts first con is i sometimes wish the shorts were a little shorter these are 5 inches i guess and sometimes they seem even a. Little bit long to me my dad thinks the. Length is fine but to me i think they could go about an inch shorter so i could go with a little bit more movement in the shorts then when you knock this. Up tied into you know a rainbow nod or whatever you want to call it for your run sometimes it slips out of the knot because of this string right here is pretty slippery it's not like the most. Grippy string so sometimes a knot. Sometimes the knot slips out if you tie. A knot here sometimes it slips out but if you double knot it then you're a okay. And then when tied and there around your. Waist especially when a bottle is pulling on the back of the short or some gears weighing you down right here and right. Here in this bag zippered pocket i forgot to mention that it has a zipper puck right here to keep a key or a credit card or even some extra gear that. You really don't want to lose it was a different pocket it's nice and small enough to be not a hindrance but nice. And big to fit stuff anyway so when. Stuff is weighing you down you have a bottle pulling or maybe you tie the shorts too tight this material right here that lines the elastic band because. This part right here is made out of elastic but the drawstring itself like i said is not anyways this material right here that lines the elastic band he is a. Little roughed it's a little too just. Too rough and sometimes it tastes on your hips and where he comes into a lot of contact to the body which is really your hips so sometimes I'll get chafing there little annoyance but if you loosen. The shorts arrange it around you can pretty much avoid that then i wish the. Hip pockets right here or even a little. But bigger they are pretty big as you can see but i wish i could have a little. But more room with them they're cut nice out of the way but i still think they could be just a little bit bigger to allow for even more storage and more flexibility in terms of what you can store and ease of taking in and out. On the palm, we've got some enhanced grip as well. So you can hang on to your devices when you need to access them without worrying about them slipping out of the fairly smooth based glove. So you can easily use your device's whether you need to make an emergency phone call map your run or do anything you need to do with your device.

Otherwise, this is a fairly simple glove. It is very lightweight so it would be great as a liner for thicker gloves if you needed them. It's not gonna grant a lot of warmth by itself unless you are being very active. The fit is tapered so you do have a really nice snug fit right down along the wrist and you do have a glove clip here so you can keep the gloves together when you're not using them. You don't lose just one glove. Overall they're a great liner or a great standalone glove for those super high aerobic days. It is the Marmot Connect Active Glove.

For harsh windy days outdoors where you. Need a little bit of extra protection for your hands the marmot evolution glove offers a. Fully windproof material with a nice. Grip on the palm and a comfortable fit. These gloves are built with gore. Windstopper fabric so it is a super. Lightweight soft shell fabric with a totally wind proof lining that lining is. Gonna be highly breathable so if you are running or climbing it's gonna offer a. Lot of breath ability and it's gonna feel very comfortable but it's gonna completely block any of those harsh cold. Biting winds from getting through the fabric it's also highly water resistant. While not fully waterproof it will hold. Up to some light precipitation the palm. Of this glove is a durable leather palm it's reinforced so you get really good grip and you get extra durability where. You need it so rights in the palm. There on the index finger and the tips of the other fingers you get that leather so it enhances the overall durability i will say the glove is. Fairly thin so it may not be the warmest. Option out there so if you do plan to use these in a really cold condition you. Might want to have a liner glove they are a slightly more loose fit like i normally wear a large and gloves these are a large and i do have room for a lightweight liner underneath so something to consider there about the evolution gloves down at the cuff we do. Have a little bit of an elastic cinch there so you do get a little bit more of a snug fit and there is a glove clip so. You can easily clip these gloves together for storage so you don't just lose a single glove overall totally. Windproof highly water-resistant very breathable and simple just enough to. Today we're checking out the New Balance Fresh Foam V3. These are neutral road running shoes that have picked up some steam in the running community. Over the past couple years New Balance has been making a big comeback, so we decided to pick them up. Chime out for ourselves and I got to say I'm a big fan.

Today we're going to talk about what's new with the bead 3s what we like what we don't like. So first up let's just quickly run through what's new over the zonte b-2s first. New Balance went with a new engineered mesh material for the upper and eliminated the overlays. It's still raster foot extremely well and I think it's more breathable now compared to the v2s. New Balance also made a slight change the outer sidewall, the midsole.

They now use raised hexagon shapes rather than depressed hexa don's a subtle change. I know but it does result in a little firmer of a ride and less flex. The V also featured a new saddle which I ended up really liking a lot. It really allows you to strap these shoes your feet and it helps with lockdown and lastly. The side logos are now reflective. Kind of minor change but it might be nice for some people that love to run at night. So that's what's new.

The thing that i like is that they are ultra lightweight at around eight point eight ounces. Sometimes you forget they're even on your feet. They're great for those fast paced shorter distances a bit like the concept with the underarms of velocities only. I think it's better the V's are also pretty comfortable. No issues with pressure points and the tongue are just fine and like I said earlier lockdown is solid. There's also a decent amount of padding around the ankle collar and I had no issues with heel slippage at all. I also think these shoes will be pretty durable over the long haul. You can definitely tell New Balance was going for increased durability with the V's as far as negatives. I already kind of touched on one and that's cushion the viii's are definitely firmer than the b-2s especially in the forefoot.

I'd say bounce back is just average as well I was hoping for a little more there but I guess for short quick distances it makes sense. And lastly, this didn't happen to me but I have heard some people complain that their toes rubbed against the lateral side of the shoe. So if you're kind of on the size border for the v2s you may think about ordering up a half size with the V's. Some other things you may want to know: these shoes have a six-millimeter drop so not the typical nine ten drops you see with like the gel nimbus series or ultra boost running shoes. For example, the V's are kind of that nice compromise between those high-end cushioned running shoes and racing flats also, like I said earlier, these are neutral shoes. If you tend to overpronate I would recommend staying away from these.

Overall though I really like these shoes especially given their affordable price point. They're pretty versatile, they're perfect for speed training. Probably best for 5ks, but they still have enough support and cushion for those longer distances, probably up to about a half-marathon.

This is a new balance fresh foam bongo v2 so on the upper we have a brand-new more premium engineered match so that's going to do just have a much better one adaptive fit for you and then also feel like you're not wearing anything because 0 seems therefore less irritation and then on the tongue here you see they call this a phantom fit tongue so what they did with that is just going to help kind of lock in that mid foot a little bit more for you but also it will stop that tongue from slipping down like it may have done previously so just overall much better fit on the upper there and then as we get to the. Midsole here this is there going to be that guidance stability category from new balance the foam is just different shapes or there might be just more foam on the inside just to help stop with that pronation to the inside, so they adjusted that and hopefully put that. Right level in there for it so everyone should have a much smoother more consistent better ride overall and as we. Get to the outsole here it put a little bit deeper flex grooves to make this shoe just a little bit softer and. Smoother from healed itself so this is the women's fresh foam bongo v2 here's. The other color as well and here are. Both colors of the men's fresh foam bongo v2 stop on end here and our see check out this great update from re balance.

From new balance Here we have this a wonderful pair that is built for the over pronator it has a breathable mesh and synthetic upper. There is a front lace-up design so your feet are going to be nice and secure during your run or even during your workout now inside there is breathable. Fabric lining for a great and shoe feel. And they also feature a removable molded foam footbed so you can definitely add your own custom orthotics if you like. These shoes also feature a lightweight foam it so that supplies the perfect blend of plush cushioning and support lastly at the bottom there is a durable. Rubber outsole leave your opponents in. The dust while wearing this lightweight and super comfy pair from new balance.

Luego en auto los señores del atletismo tenemos la psni wallace bongo v3 para. Analizar estas fresco ambón gouet 3 es. Una de las zapatillas que más me ha sorprendido en 2018. Fuera buena ya que la v2 la v1 era muy buena lo pasa que es una zapatilla más ligera y la v2 en una zapatilla bastante. Buena tenía amortiguación tenía una. Corrección bastante eficiente se movía. Bastante bien pero esta sube 3 la verdad es que funcionan incluso mejor que esas. V2 y me ha sorprendido mucho es una de. Las como digo es una de las mejores zapatillas que he probado en 2018. Y que recomiendo a casi todos los. Corredores que tengan pisada neutra con peso alto y que tienden a perdonar al. Final de su entrenamiento por la sanción y también para corredores de menos de 85. Kilos que tengan una pronación leve o. Media es una zapatilla trota millas. Lo que pasa es que se mueve bastante bien no es una zapatilla demasiado pesada si queréis utilizar la maratón se puede utilizar perfectamente. Como vemos tiene mucho mucho parecido. Muy muy muy similar en cuanto a comportamiento a la 1080 algo que es muy bueno pero quizás los problemillas que. Tiene con rozaduras la 1080 lo vea más. Difícil en estas pongo por su corrección. Mantenida desde el talón adelante pie es. Complicado que esta costura si. Programamos mucho quizá sí pero es complicado que tenga sus problemas que tuvo la 1080 e incluso en general el agarre del talón. Este trátame me ha gustado un poquito más es una zapatilla como veis con tecnología fresuá la tecnología presión se basa en el uso de geometría de. Hexágonos cóncavos y convexos donde como. Veis utiliza estos hexágonos para facilitar. La compresión en esta parte interna en el aterrizaje estos hexágonos descargados digamos con. Láser en en la parte externa van a hacer que se compriman más fácilmente la. Zapatilla y en esta zona interna veis que está. A la contra digamos el hexágono sobresale sobre la media suela lo que da. Un poquito de soporte veis que toda la. Zona está con esa misma con esa misma geometría la otra parte importante del chasis de las pongo v3 es que. Tiene un chasis. Que no tiene más altura en la parte interna que la parte externa. Es muy poquito sol. Un par de milímetros si no recuerdo mal. Pero es lo justo como para que esa. Corrección se mantenga a lo largo de. Toda la zapatilla y sea una corrección. Que pasa desapercibida pero que es muy. Funcional y muy eficiente es lo bueno. Que tiene la bonga v3 en la uve 1 está.
