DAKINE Mission Pro 25L Backpack – Women’s

Head into the backcountry for some epic powder-hunting with the Dakine Women’s Mission Pro 25L Backpack and keep everything you need for a successful day within reach. A separate compartment for your avalanche safety gear allows you to easily access your shovel and probe in an emergency situation, and generous main compartment offers up plenty of room for extra layers, skins, snacks, and a first aid kit. The pack is hydration-compatible, too, and features an insulated hose sleeve so your water source doesn’t freeze.

Since the most epic lines sometimes require the longest, steepest bootpacks, the Mission sports both a horizontal and vertical snowboard carry option, as well as a diagonal ski carry, so you can secure your preferred set of sticks as you work your way up steep chutes and ridges. And, even when the pack is loaded with your skis or board, a padded waistbelt, shoulder straps, and back panel evenly distribute the weight so you can move comfortably through the mountains.

  • Versatile pack for chasing fresh lines in the backcountry
  • Separate avalanche safety compartment for easy access in emergency
  • Ski and snowboard carry keep sticks secure when bootpacking
  • Insulated sleeve prevents hydration hose from freezing
  • Fleece-lined goggle pocket keeps eyewear scratch-free in transit

  • How come guys today i want to do a. Review on the new demon flex force xd. Trio top for women and this is a. Great winter sports top whether you do in snowmobiling oh you’re doing skiing snowboarding to being anything where you. Want some upper body armor some protection of that much bulk this is a. Great product for you let me go ahead and start with the cut of this is definitely a women’s cut it’s nice our blast cut it’s going to fit your pretty. Nice and tight around the body you will have a little bit of shoulder bulk here with addie 30 but it’s really not that bad this is designed to go right under as a base layer so if you’re wearing the demon skin or a t-shirt or an under. Armour you put this right over the top and then you can put your jacket right over the top of this so it’s designed to be a mid-layer piece there’s a lot of. Custom ability with this piece right here you’ve got rid protection. Lexan strips right here with foam on the. Back so you have a nice hard shell on the outside and on the inside that’s. Actually touching your ribs is a nice foam so you get a nice comfortable feeling now right when you get your top. The lexan strips are a bit rigid. Right here you see how they’re kind of straight all you need to do is put your hand there and just bend them to the shape of your ribs and I’ll go ahead and form around your ridge and feel really nice and comfortable you’ve got a nice key or foam pocket right here on the. Back side you’ll notice on the ribs you’ve got two adjustable straps on this side and two on this side so you can really cinch it down the pinning on what. Your measurements are around your waist and rib area you can really cinch it. Down nicely you’ve got d3o on the elbows. And shoulders so that’s going to get your full protection all up in here, and then we’ve got velcro straps on the. Elbows so depending on the length of your arms or what activities you’re doing you can really velcro these down and make sure that those elbow pads are staying right on your elbows there when you need them know you’ve got. Over your collar bones and kind of the. Front part of your chest here you’ve got some basic padding there is no padding directly on the chest area on the back. Side we’ve got some vents up here on the. Top of the shoulders and your whole spine is protected with several layers of foam plus there’s some plastic. In there some lexan you can remove that. By just opening up these different pockets here and point out the foam. Pieces with the lexan you can actually. Remove all three units here to make the. Vest a lot of lighter and if you choose to. Do that there’s still a base layer of foam in there so you still have some protection if you want to or you can put it back in and zip it up and get maximum protection for yourself and that’s the. Same with the ribs here you can also remove these rib pieces if you don’t if you don’t want to protect your ribs you can pull those out from the front and be even more lightweight so this is. The new demon women’s flux horse. Xd 30 it’s available now has matching. Shorts check it out thanks.

  • This is the otter box cross rider 2020. Litre bag, and they’ve made lots of updates compared to previous years it’s. Got everything in there that i could want to go touring with, and so we’ll just take time to go through each. Of the features so first of all in our. Front pocket we have a deep pocket. Including a zippered one for all. Valuables included in there is a helmet. Net as well this is for when you’ve got. So many things in your bag you can attach your helmet onto the outside which will save space and mean that it’s out the way in my main pocket we have. Access to the main space there’s a space. For shovel and a probe and it’s as well. Compatible with a water hydration system there’s a hole at the top and cleverly. They’ve also added an insulated shoulder tube which should make sure that your water isn’t going to freeze if you are miles away from civilization this main. Pocket can also be accessed from the. Back meaning it’s a lot quicker to. Access any of the tools that you might need there’s another little compartment. Here for any other important bits that you don’t want to get lost in the main pocket when we talk about straps it’s. Got the across the chest strap with a whistle it’s also got a really strong. Waist strap with a really handy pocket. Here for quick access once you’re touring and at the front we have all of these as well so if you’ve not got a lot in your backpack it’s gonna help. Bring it nice and tight which makes it easier for walking obviously the. Attachment for the helmet can go on here as well there’s also a strap here for ice axes, and they’ve also included both. A diagonal and a vertical and ski strap. Holders so depending on whether you. Prefer to have them diagonal not complete personal preference but you’re not limited to one way with this backpack comes in at just. 850 grams so it’s on its own with plenty of space it still. Shouldn’t be too heavy by the time you filled it’s a very comfortable backpack thanks to the padding that you. Can see on the back and on the side straps and on the shoulder straps so if. You are going quite far away it’s going to be a really comfortable backpack it’s available from many retailers including. Snow and rock in seven different colors at the price point of one hundred pounds.

This is a quick review of auto boxes free-rider 26 back country backpack which. I’m having to return to the supplier after only two days use due to been dissatisfied with the quality and having safety concerns the first problem comes. With how you secure the snowboard. Vertically using these upper and lower. Fastening straps its difficult to cinch. Tight these straps once they are. Fastened you have rather you have to put. The snowboard on attach the straps then. If there’s any slack undo the straps take your best guess on how tight they should be reattached them hopefully by the third time the board will be secure. Enough but that’s kind of redundant. Because after only 20 minutes whether you’re just walking or hiking the board. Those straps start to come loose and the. Board starts swaying left and right the. Second problem i found was with the helmet net once the board is secured. Vertically you can then you then have the option of securing the helmet net above that the problem lies in two areas. The first is with these brittle plastic. Clips on each corner of the net that. Used to go into the upper and lower. Loops with the snowboard in place these loops sits inset beneath the snowboard. So these clips have to stretch around. And attach into those loops which puts a. Lot of pressure on this inferior plastic. And then the second problem is with the. Lower loop material themselves they. Don’t seem to have taken into account that snowboards have edges sharp edges at that and already after only a few. Hours hiking this material has already started to fray and will eventually fail. I imagine on the second day of my hike i. Was about thirty minutes from the peak. Suddenly i hear my snowboard helmet falling down into a bowl beneath me. Because one of these clips broke i then. Had to get on my snowboard to take a line i didn’t particularly want to take to retrieve the helmet which was. Something i would consider unsafe the. Third problem was with the stitching. Already on day to the left the right. Hand strap lower strap used to secure. The snowboard the stitching has already. Started to come away it hasn’t happened on the opposite side yet but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time other than that the navigate compartment is nice and roomy roomier than other packs I’ve. Reviewed the spine protector. Although adequate could really be extended beneath and above to it to. Protect other parts of the spine the. Waist chest and arm straps are all very. Good but i wouldn’t really recommend buying this pack as it just doesn’t seem to have been field-tested or despite the. High price bracket and the various. Endorsements and reviews thanks.

Okay so we’ve got the cross rider 20 backpacks here from otter box and it’s. Kind of your daily ski touring bag it’s. Really lightweight only weighs around 860 grams so that’s a real plus. Side to this backpack you wouldn’t want to take if you’re going to further afield though and it’s got some great features you’ve also got your whistles it’s got a nice comfort on the back. There nice strong straps and a waistband. Here with extra pouches and you can. Access it from both the rear and from the top it’s got a hydration system in. There and you’ve got obviously there’s. Some lovelies finger tight everything’s kind of hidden away in this bag so this is for your ski strap so you don’t actually have to have the straps hanging around the whole time you can just pop them back in this little pocket and i think that’s really cool because you know it’s always like a little bit too many straps on backpacks nowadays i think so i like what they’ve done there you’ve obviously got for your safety equipment there’s kind of like all the correct things for your probe and your axe and things like that so great little backpack got all the. Features you might need and yeah perfect. For those day to us so this is the otter box craft rider 20 liter and that’s. Available from ellis brigham and retails at about 100 pounds.

  • What’s up guys over a demon here to do another product review today we’re going to review our. Brand new women’s flex force pro xd 30. Long pants now the cool thing about this. Is specifically designed for your winter sports so whether you’re doing skiing snowboarding or just you know sledding. Whatever you want this is going to be the product that’s going to keep you warm and protected so the first thing we. Did on this was make it out of a material this very lightweight very breathable but it’s going to give you that extra base layer so this is designed to be used right underneath to put on your underwear then you put this on the put your snow pants on so let’s. Start with some of the technical features first off you’re going to have a nice draw tight string here this is a. Ladies cut so it’s going to fit you nice and tight it’s not going to make your. But look big your hips look big is going to squeeze you nice and tight and it’s going to give you the protection where you need but you’re not going to be able to really tell you’re wearing it and neither does anybody else you’re going to have some good hit protection along here on both sides you’re going to. Get your thigh protected on the. Back side you’re going to get rid your. Buck protected nicely with these two foam pads here then you’ve got a nice big piece of d3o in the middle that’s going to get you protected now the cool thing about the way we do d3o we have. The d3 on the outside to protect you from the ice and the snow and on the inside we use a nice five millimeters. Really cushiony foam so you’re actually sitting on and resting on a phone so. When you hit the ice or the snow you’re not going to feel a sharp pain right thing you’re going to hit the foam that’s going to absorb the impact while the d3o and the backside absorbs it and. Keeps it from bruising you and then really caused me a lot of pain it’s going to keep the walk in the next day also what we have been some knee pads which are really nice you can see on the. Back they’ve got velcro straps so depending on how long your legs are or what not you don’t really have to worry about you can always vote your knee pads in the right place, and they’ll stay there so that is the new women’s plus force x-pro d3o by demon. Check it out now thanks.

Over a demon here to look at and review. Our new women’s flex force d 30 padded. Shorts or ski snowboard and anything in. Between last year we came out with our men’s version had a great response and had a lot of women say hey why don’t we have a woman’s cut so 2012 here we are. And we’re proud to announce that it’s out so this is the women’s version as. You can see it’s got its got a woman’s. Cut to it so it’s got a nice figure when. You’re sticking it on underneath your clothes it’s going to hug you nice and tight it’s not going to look like you have a lot of padding on it’s going to keep your finger nice and slim we’re really excited that how to cut came out we’ve got a material that’s that’s very breathable and yet it’s going to feel. Like you have an extra layer on so it’s going to keep you warm especially if you’re skiing or snowboarding and you’re sitting on the snow a lot this is going. To give you an extra insulation we’ve. Got a dramatize waistband here we’ve got. Padding on the little bit of padding on. The hips and that and the and the front portion of the thighs so if you fall in. Those areas this is really going to take the brunt of it and in the back is. Really where the magic sad this is our d 30 piece rights here in the back that’s. Going to cover your old tailbone area the major places where you’re. Falling when you’re snowboarding either for the first time or the beginner or you’re hitting the park and get a little bit more aggressive you’re always hitting your tailbone or your backside your butt always coming away. With bruises now we’ve got the d3o there now one of the differences between our be 30 shorts and other people’s d3o shorts is that we actually run a and. Maybe you can see it here there’s a five millimeter pad inside of this and so. What that means is you’re actually sitting on and you’re hitting first is five millimeter pads which makes it a lot. More comfortable than sitting directly on the d3o so you’ve got the d300 that’s. Going to absorb the impact when you follow that eyes for the snow or the rain what if you’re falling on the bistro’s absorb that but then you’re going to be. Sitting on that that foam pad which is. Going to make it a lot more comfortable than sitting straight on the d3o so this. Is a great short it’s very lightweight it’s quite an expensive in comparison to other shorts we’ve got a nice graphic on it we’re very excited to release it hopes you ladies like it and thanks for checking it out. You.

The free rider 26 abs mass pack the only. Bag on them are removable abs system so put the pack and. You’ve got your storage for you shovel probe open up into there it is the same. System same kind of step just attach red. Strip. Kind of top. There it is and then you’ve also got man. To carry sack just to keep this safe when you’re using the backpack of the conventional backpack pack itself is. Around sooner half kilos. Spock spock another benefit the free rider pack comes with its own detachable spine guard that you can use on its own. Without that same system. So essentially you get in a 75-pound spying yard that you can use on its own.

Mr. simmons and I’m here at the order box free-rider 22 women in this is. A pack for the hard chargers out there. People who are seeing really hard may be doing some jumps and just a couple features and make this packing and as you can see there’s piping on reinforced. Steering systems when you can a for him it you can carry it crossways which will notice in all the order box packs is that the safety pocket always has the red zipper tabs so you open that up and. That signifies in an issue where you need to get your shovel or your probes you can get to it really quickly another interesting feature about the free-rider 22 is a removable sign. Protection system you see right here you. Open the straps outlet you can pull a. Foldable spine protection pad out of the. Pack as you can see it’ll fit right to your back conform to what you’re doing you can also use the straps here and just wear it by itself either just looking for a little bit of extra spine attack down here as you’ll see if you take it out it lets you know danger no. Protection inside.

Hi I’m pat from avalanche safety solutions and this is the order box free. Router 26 liter at lodge airbag pack. Okay so let’s take a look at the front of the pack we have straps here and in this. Compartment here are the top straps that are used for attaching your skis or. Snowboards in either a diagonal or cross. Ski or vertical carry for the snowboards. The front compartment of the pack it’s. Quite small but good for storing your keys or whatnot in there’s some. Extra straps in here for the protection. Spine protection system if you want to stand alone we’ll talk about that a minute and then there’s the helmet strap. Which goes on the outside of carrier helmet if you’re doing a boot packer hiking uphill you want a cool head. Inside the main compartment a bit more. Storage space in there and we also have. Fleece-lined goggle pouch and kind of. Near this goggle pouch is actually removable you can just slide it out of the pack take the entire piece right out. Or clip it back in take it with you. This is the safety compartment of the. Bag sleeves here for probe and shovel. Handle and then the shovel slides in there and behind that we have our. Modular airbag safety system that. Installs right there on this particular. Bag the free ride pack it also has this. Spine protector in there so this as well. Can be removed if you wanted to just take it for a day we just need to unclip it from the back and with the straps. That come with the bag you can wear it under your clothing without the pack and. Just have that extra spine protection. Okay we’ve got the pack on their’s some really neat features in this cat could make it super comfortable and handy for phreatic so don’t forget about the spine protection that’s back there a little bit of peace of mind when you’re free riding it’s got this really nice wide. Hips trap buckle that you can secure and. That’s really good because it can kind of keep the pack touch to your hips so. It’s not bouncing up and down if you’re hit pillow lines or other cliffs that kind of thing and of course the leg loop that goes along with that it’s as well. Going to need feature here with this the way the strapping system for the shoulders is developed contingent in it. Comes from the two points here and again. It’s an effort to reduce the pack bouncing around on your back when you’re riding and it feels really secure and snug on there on the back when those are smoked in and then again you got a little pocket here on the hip for little items so that is the order box free. Rider 26 liter at lunch your backpack. You.
