A little card here makes for being one of my first supporters thanks ISM nice. This is the ISM classic backpack. So having a quick look at this backpack, quite a minimalist, backpack, nice and stylish I would say so. Let’s check it out, so it’s made from a nylon here at the top and then a full grain leather down.
The bottom looks really well-made, nice and simple, but high quality, so we’ll check out the front panel here. So in the front, we’ve got this little zippered section. So a quick access, zippered section here at the front on the side, no drink, bottle, holder or anything like that. But then, on this side we have a little cable section here, so you can basically feed like a power bank or something through there or headphones. If you wish on the bottom of the bag, we’ve got these rubber stoppers as well, which is a nice touch.
Then, on the back, we have a mesh had a back panel. Some leather straps with padding here so it’s about centimeter, deep and then, of course, these are adjustable here at the bottom little bit different to some of the other bags. You can adjust those and at the top for a nice leather, wrap handle and actually all the zips here have little leather details as well, which is quite a nice touch. So that’s the exterior of the bag. Let’s check out the main compartment, so this is the main compartment of the bag.
It’s a 17 point: 2 liter bag. This particular style has like a dark navy twill fabric, as the liner got a little bit more branding here, abysm. Hopefully you can see that and then this top zip. So that goes through to about just here on the back so good for putting like your passport or something in there, and then we have two pockets on the inside there. Apart from that, it’s just one big section: you can see those pockets in there and these different section and the branding that’s the interior of the bag.
So it’s not I’m, not a huge bag. At seventeen point two liter volume, but it’s quite a nice, stylish, simple, minimalist, backpack zips feel really nice. They are metal zips, they are YKK. Zips they’ve got the branding there. Then we have another section here in the back right close to your back, which is the laptop compartment your laptop can go in here. Let me just change laptop in here so easily holds 15-inch MacBook Pro. Then we do have these for an iPad, so you can put a few more things in here.
It’s moving some documents because your laptop is right up close to your back. It’s really good economically as well. You look the heaviest object in your backpack right, close to your back, reduces strain on your back. Also, one thing to know: is these zips at the back water-resistant they’re, just a little bit better if you’re carrying new so happens to start raining. You also have the zipper right here, which is where all the fun begins, so you just unzip it all. The way open like this I have actually haven’t. Looked at this, the first look, and then you open it up like this, and now you start to see the metamorphosis into the backpack so going to lay it out there. We have a couple of backpack straps, that’s starting to look pretty familiar. This folds down looks like the straps are permanently attached here on the sides and then, if we flip it over the pouch that was in get zipped back up again, but is now inside out and the little handle folds in here and now it’s kind of that lower external pop pocket that you would have on the outside of a backpack.
So we kind of spanned it out here. It’s pretty big. You know, I call this a shuttle 15 liter backpack crystal so there we go I mean it’s actually sitting in the frame so kind of really standard kind of child book bag size. Obviously the nylon is pretty thin but seems pretty high quality. You can see there, it’s get a little striped checkerboard pattern and you do have. Let’s take a tour mesh pockets that are stretchy on the outside or on either side.
It looks like for your water bottle or box holes. You have a little bit a reflective, strap on either side here. So that’s going to help with you know: safety in case you’re, biking or hiking on a side of a road or something like that. As you can see here that the pocket that this whole thing folds up into is kind of now your lower outside pocket, you have a larger main pocket, that’s probably about it, and it is zippered on this side, one zipper to open up the whole main pocket here, which we will now do and pull it open.
As you can see, you know you can see that the nylon is just a single layer right hand back there, but that’s pretty big, pretty cavernous. You could definitely fit gear in here sleeping bag, a tent, even I, mean if you were doing it overnight. You could certainly do it. There is a gray pocket attached to the back on the inside. Here, it’s not sealable, so you know it’s going to be loose with your car keys and you know cards or you know anything that maybe you needed a little quicker access to maps, etc, etc.
And then you do have a little grab handle here at the top and then on the back here you have your straps, which have a little bit of that kind of nylon mesh a little breathability, but not much in the way of padding and they’re. Not that wide, maybe the only a couple inches wide and then they taper down here you’ve got plastic adjustment hardware and, as I mentioned, when we open it up, they are sewn into the corners there.
So overall pretty nice little usable backpack, it’s certainly super light. It’s light of like a windbreaker or maybe even smaller and lighter. These are great, absolutely great for taking on the trips. You know when you’re going out and doing some exploring and you’re, not even sure, you’re going to day hike or maybe you’re just going to explore Disneyworld with your family or maybe you’re, going to a concert in the park or walking around to your local Forest Preserve.
You know these are great because let’s say you eat your lunch and you’re not carrying anything just fold, the sucker back up and shove it in your pocket, or maybe you find some stuff along the way, all those pretty rocks that you want to bring home. You can load this thing up and it’s nice to have a backpack. So these foldable travel backpacks are really really awesome, especially if you’re going on traveling light, but wanna want the option to bust out some gear if you need it so I really like those now I’m going to give this bad boy away.
