Telescope-quality reflective mirror provides a focused, bright image. USCG-approved whistle can be used as an audible alert in low-visibility conditions. Includes lanyard and float for easy recovery if dropped into water. One-year limited warranty.
    Dimensions: 4-1/4″ x 2-3/4″ x 1/4″.

If it’s a sunny day. And you’re out there. And you’re trying to attract attention use your basic household items Your CD. And a piece of mirror What. You do is you hold. It up until you get the sun. And reflect you just kind of shine. It back at the aircraft as they’re passing You get kind of. That angle you get the sun. It reflects it right back out to them Signal mirrors have been known to be detected up to a hundred miles at altitude But normally for us within 15 to 20 miles on a good sunny day. We would be able to pick up a signal mirror.

Everybody backpack hack here coming at. You with another trail tip back in video number 25. Iexplained to you to go through your equipment list. And find things you can use as a signaling device. This video is going to show. How to use them if you’ve ever watched the movie castaway with Tom Hanks. He sees a ship out on the horizon of the ocean grabs a little penlight. And starts wildly flashing it. You know waving it over his head trying to get somebody’s attention well. This did have the horsepower to reach out. And get somebody’s attention wildly doing this is not going to work. Then going out and doing this trying to attract the attention of an aircraft. You are just not going to do. It the trick is to know. Where the light that is reflected off your surface is actually going and make sure. That it’s going in the direction. You want and you’ve probably seen. Some videos here on YouTube. Where people are doing this. Or maybe they’re using a v-shape like. Whatever method works for you but it’s very important to know. One thing parallax you hold a reflective surface next to your eye sight is going this direction the light is coming this direction. They converge out here. Where you’ve got your hand. Once the light gets past your hand. They are going to diverge. And to get a better idea of.

This lets’s take a look from up above to show. What I mean I’m going to take. This video taken of a photograph. Itook above and show. While my eyesight my line of sight goes from my eye through the V in my fingers represented by the blue line that’s my line of sight the reflected light off of the mirror. However goes off at a slightly different angle. This is what’s called parallax. And without getting into a bunch of complicated mathematics. And geometry and things like. That suffice it to say. That the farther away the light travels the farther away. It comes from my line of sight so. This is the reason you want to make sure. You understand parallax. You use a method like. This it’s very important to know. That the light is not going directly. You see it’s going slightly to the side so. You need to adjust a little bit. It looks to me right. Now like the light should be hitting the camera but it’s not. Ihave to move about to there to get the light to reflect onto the camera.

Ican do this quite easily. Ican see the light strike the camera. And then I move my hand over. And it’s amazing how far. You have to move over because of. That parallax error so the best thing you can do is take a friend go out in. This find someplace wide open to. You cannot see your light like down here was down there have. Somebody else go down there. And then you try to signal. Each other you can’t see the light strike them but. They can let you know. They see it could be an open football field at your high school. It could be a park it could be a bike trail. Any place and a friend can get. Some distance between. And actually practice doing this method. Something you should practice don’t just think well. This video how to do. Iwent out once go out. It regularly does it just about every year especially. If you’re in the outdoors a lot take a.

Few times and get a single mirror out. It with a friend that you’re hiking with. And actually go out there. This so by understanding parallax. You get an idea of how far. You need to move your hand to correct for it. One of the methods I use is to not use a partner. Or a friend out on the horizon. Iactually use an aircraft since. Idon’t have the ability to put. Somebody up in an actual full-size aircraft. Or helicopter as a spotter. Iuse the next best thing I send my drone up in the air. And I’ll show you the video of how. What I do is send the drone up about 200 feet. And about 400 feet away. And that’s as far as. Ican get and still see. This allows me to practice signaling an actual aircraft up in the sky there. And Here this way I can do. This anytime I want without a partner let’s look at.

That in a close-up image there’s the flash but the reason. You need to practice. It comes time to actually do. This in an emergency situation. You aren’t wildly trying to attract somebody’s attention like. They did in the movie so. This is backpack hat coming at. You with another trail tip be safe out their practice. This technique and I’ll see. You out on the trail.

Ido carry beside the baby inside the original package is big enough to accommodate the whole hundred feet of para cord 550 cord. Iput it in there it didn’t come with. It but just to give. You an idea that the original packaging actually fits nice. Another piece of equipment very nice. You can put whatever else. You want because the blanket itself is very small very lightweight before. Itake it out let me read. It for you it’s 38 III arms are just very light very compact look. How small it is and. If you would put the strap on. It you can get it really super small like almost like excise very. This is the crucial piece of equipment for anybody. You should have suffered in your gear in your EDC backpack. Or whatever and I find. That it’s luckily so far. Idon’t have to use. It really but it’s always good to have the peace of mind knowing. That you have the emergency. You know that space blanket in your gear. And just paint a couple. More dolls this is about four twelve to fifteen dollars just paint kappa mode are dollars compared to the regular cheap version of the space blanket of. That aluminum foil this is so much better. Because this is reusable plastic it’s kind of like a ripstop so it’s not. Even if you plug the hole through. It will not be spreading like the.

That cheap one to the three dollar blanket would do. And this isn’t it but. This isn’t just a blanket it’s a BB so it’s kind of like a sleeping bag just made out of. This aluminum foil or aluminum plastic aluminum colored plastic. That reflects up to eighty percent of your body heat. And in the pinch you can. When you even when you’re camping and kind of cold night would hit. You climb with your sleeping bag into. This thing very easily it’s big. And it will give. You that extra one. You might you just might need for your volume for the survival just for your confirm so definitely good thing to have in your can your gear. And in my opinion it’s definitely worth the money. You know paying it’s not expensive Thank couple.

More bucks for for bv instead of having just the regular space blanket I’m going to call. It spaces market it’s definitely. What very small very compact. And it’s crucial please a little gear for any emergency. Any situation you could come across with. All right hope it helps. You hope you like it guys right take care.

Hey it’s Joel with survival cash. And today we’re looking at the emergency bivy from Sol Adventure medical kits wanted to take a quick look of. This was a worthwhile survival tool so as. You can see the size. Ilove the size already comes a little packaging. That kind of gives some instructions go ahead. And try to pop this out. This is a good survival tool. This is a baby so it would be designed to keep. And somewhat warm in a survival situation so. This would be a good thing to probably keeping your car. This is kind of like the step-up from emergency blanket. This is a true almost like a mini sleeping bag it’s. All information about the actual material itself so as. You can see we’re up here in the court the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. And it’s a nice sunny day it’s cold it’s windy so. Igot heard up here. Iwas climbing or you know doing some type of mountain biking or hiking see. Ican get into this without ripping its. It feels like it’s fairly sturdy material definitely has a reflective material on the inside to reflect your body heat again it’s orange colored its kind of the universal distress signal. If people were out looking for you so get into. It very roomy I’m very easy to manipulate grounds not exactly comfortable but in a survival situation. It was snowing or the wind was blowing this would definitely keep. You know the wind off my body. It would definitely keep my body heat in here. You know I had to go. All the way over my head. Icould definitely make a little hole here to breathe through so. Iwould give the heat sheets emergency bivy the survival cash thumbs up seems like a good piece of gear especially for the size the cost of it’s pretty low.

You know the material seems to be a lot stronger. You know what I remembered the old emergency blankets being and the fact. That goes all the way around your body it’s very nice so thanks again for watching remember future belongs to those who prepare.

All right see what’s going on come back with a new review today we’re looking at a new product an adventure metal kit medical kits they’re sll line survive outdoors longer. This is the emergency shelter kit comes with four aluminum stakes for reflective cord para cord pensioners. And excuse me for reflective cords. And micro pensioners. One heavy-duty emergency blanket. They say this is two. And a half times thicker. Than their (current) than their usual. One shelter kit instruction so basically instructions on how to build shelter. Now I’ve already opened. It comes in a sealable package. Though so something you could throw in your bug out bag it’s got a waterproof pack. You make you seal that says it’s waterproof so very small package for what you get just to show. What I currently use. Iuse a similar setup actually but it’s much larger as far. It packs down this is the. What is the brand the emergency grabber blanket is. What they’re called it’s got the reflective inside it’s got a hood really good a really good piece of kit. And then I’ve got some bungee cords used to secure to a tree. And then some metal stakes inside of there so that’s my current. Where is your shelter works really well but it’s kind of large for a.

You know bug out bag a smaller bag. This is really my Krone compact let’s go ahead. And open her up what it comes with so. You have these for the cords para cord is talking them out. You have the and then the tarp. Or a mercy link it is gonna have the four stakes on. These are nice a high quality aluminum stakes which is nice they’re really lightweight. You have the tarp in the packaging there what’s nice as. It comes with these individual cords. Each corner of the tarp so for and then. You have this fastener. It is actually glow-in-the-dark it’s a nice little touch. And so does your normal para cord. You won’t have anything like. That it’s a really cool little touch let’s see here. It actually where’s the instruction of. It nope fell out of there so. It gives you a shelter basics shows. You do a couple different ways so. If you’re really new don’t know.

How to do these things. This could be really helpful to have in the field. It shows how to use the pensioners here so. You loop the tension around the stake should secure the rock. And blanket corner so. Ihaven’t opened yet I’m assuming. That doesn’t have the holes. This does know this actually has the grommet holes which is a really nice touch but so that’s small size like. They said you grab a rock out. It in the corner secure. This put the tensioner around the stake. You can make that super tight so. This is actually I think a better system. Because rocks are plentiful until. It shows how to use the shelter tensioner slide up the tension pull open to adjust to loosen. And then it gives you four different. Or a bunch of every type of shelters here you’ve got six you’ve got the rain cover for your wood you’ve got an a-frame shelter which is probably my preferred method a lean-to which is also a good method especially.

You want to put like a little fire right there to keep. You warm if you’re in the snow a snow trench so. You dug yourself out of trench. You can put this over the top here I’m emergency blanket obviously. And emergency shelter for two people. You could wrap that around two people. And use your body heat so really cool it’s also in looks like to be Spanish where’s. That French I have no idea come on asleep so really cool. It comes to the instructions. And we’re gonna take. It out in the field. And test it does open up the tarp. You know set up one of the shelters see. How easy it is to use the. Ithink the hardest thing is gonna be is to get. This as small as and the nice thing is about. Though is you know. Something in your pack. And you’re only gonna have to use. It in case of a you know emergency it’s small enough.

You know not opened. You can put it in quite a. Few things I mean papel let’s put. It back in the pack team just to show. Igonna be able to get. It as small again I don’t think so, but we’ll see we’ll try our best the cords back in there. You got your being oh let’s not free the instructions then. You got a resealable waterproof container here. And look at that’s small so here’s your emergency shelter great thing about. That costs $18 tell. Us from knife works. Iordered by a couple of folders 18 bucks for the shelter. This blanket alone cost of. This survival blanket here cost. Me 18 bucks you gotta have the bungee cords the stakes in your a little bit.

More expensive and it’s a bigger package the tarp size is actually rather large -. It is 5 feet by 9 feet am. Idoing my math now 8 feet 5 feet by 8 feet long so pretty good a pretty good sized tarp it’s not gonna be too small. This is a 5 by 7 as a matter of fact, so we’ll get them out we’ll compare lay them out. You know see we can get. Some footage of they are but. You know this is a great kit piece of kit it’s inexpensive. You can throw it in your pack. It doesn’t take up nearly as much room as. You could you know. You had a smaller pack like. Icarry by that other shelter in my. You tge bag similar to the Expedition. This is kind of kid. Itake with I go hiking you call. It an EDC bag it’s getting hard to get in the frame right. Now I’ve showed this bag before. This is just like the Expedition Fat Boy.

Ibelieve but it’s the utg brand which is its a good it’s a good quality pack like it’s really small it’s just a shoulder bag that’s. What I keep and so space is. You know it’s not a big 3-day pack it’s a small day pack. You know smooth space is limited so having some of. That shelter in there. This kit would be a really advantageous also thinking about getting some of these for my kids bug out bags. You know I mean heck. One of these for H remember the family. You could set up a bunch of little shelters right next to. Each other you had to. You know you could probably fit. One person under an a-frame I’ll have to see at least two children probably pretty easily so maybe. You wouldn’t need you know. One for everyone and then.

You combine it with the deluxe for the escape movie. They call it little lot. It is their deluxe baby but that’s so else Kate Bibby which is a very small package as well. They actually started making these an OD green too so. You don’t want to have them. If you’re like a hunter. Something don’t want to have a big orange. They do orange for reflective. You know said that blanket was OD green so. You could get the OD green escape baby to match but. These are great pieces of kit as well. They work really well there’s a lot of tests have been done on these in cold weather the. More like a sleeping bag. That actually have a zipper. Than like a you know a tarp. Anything like that so it’s. More like a sleep bag Yolo surviving cold better a couple of.

That together you have a very small package. You have a complete shelter kind of pretty much hard to beat. Ican’t think of a shelter system. That would be any smaller. These two items this would easily fit in. Any bug out bag you know 72-hour kit really good piece of equipment so again first impressions of the emergency kit. We will do a detailed field review we’ll get. It out open it up put up a shelter see. It performs and we’ll see then. We come back for that video. Any questions or comments leave them down below. And we’ll see you next time.

You don’t know TMP what I’ve done but super quick years ago. Idid a series of videos on pretty much the state of first aid kits in the industry. Ithought they pretty much sucked number. They address heavy bleeding adequately. Ididn’t think they addressed a lot of different medical issues. They throw in stuff -. Idon’t think you need at the time. Ibrought out your brand. If there’s anyone doing it right it’s a m’kay m’kay kids were. More serious they’re. More geared towards outdoors people who are getting stuff done.

And I’ve watched your kids through the years there’s. Some bigger ones over here we’ll look at super briefly. Ithink they’ve improved over the years have. It seems like I’ve looked at your kitchen you’re putting more in them I’m talking a bigger kit yes for the past seven years we’ve added QuikClot into a number of the larger whitson kits. And clip QuikClot will stop. And leave three to five times man just say click clock did. You guy did I’m sorry honey sorry we’re leaving it in dude we’re totally leaving it in. This guy’s awesome probably. Another gold star booth reviewer right here okay so. You put QuikClot in yes okay plotz nice clean block super important. Some bleeding we had an open dislocation of a finger. All the guts a lot of white stuff hanging out ligaments. We were able to reduce.

That dislocation and then bandaged them up. And got them into the hospital within three. Or four hours do you have medical training yourself. Iam a Wilderness First Responded that’s a medical training so that’s really. What guys need to know well then the ABCs. We go we’re talking first aid so let’s look at the first-aid kit so right hey Mk Sol here is the Grizzly okay adventure medical kit so. What we have here is everything’s organized by injury so. You better keep it dry — it’s got a nice coating why resistant there’s a maybe next year. We do tighten it was just saying ice up the upgrade dude. You can brag about on your website. Now went I bet constructions yep where’s your bleeding stuff. Some young trauma pack right here let’s see. How much cause you got in their so. Igot major bleeding going us out do. You have a surgical sponge which. Iinclude in my level tunes yes so. We have the SWAT team tourniquet. We have the quick hot dog in here. Or the quick clot sponge okay. And then we have right there nice yeah I’m bio type a bed.

And thick uh-huh one right there. More gauze right there since. You started insulting the female audience let. Me just get in you not insult them no. Ikidding props no you just totally good. You spun that around but with my kiss I’ll actually use a tampon. Or a very because it’s sanitary they’re very compact. And usually a shrunk wrap. If we’re major bleeding incest I’ve used them before. They can save a life that’s great with. That direct pressure. And then you go to your next level of stopping the bleeding what’s. This kit here this looks like a good day Packer for example trauma okay trauma. This is a great kit. That has everything to deal with the trauma as well as basic first-aid supplies.

You just have a quick clot. Or our trauma pack even the trauma pack Pro you’re not going to deal with basic cuts. And scrapes nothing in there for a headache. This kid has the basic first-aid supplies as well as the major traumas tell guys. You say the word trauma give them a visual image. While you’re talking about a gunshot wound majored gunshot wounds so serious right yeah like major compound open fracture like you’re talking about crazy accidents yeah. We control bleeding often makes. You want to puke it yeah okays so that’s. One good job this is a mountain series ultralight series the differences are. What well this is a bounce. You so first aid kits designed for different activities. Ilove lightweight I love lightweight weight big big on the sports are going to be happy with the also tight watertight series there’s about six different kits depending on how.

Many people on how many days you’re going to be going out. You can pick which it’s right for you the sportsman series that’s going to be for the hunters the fisherman mountain series that’s for our backpackers. That are going out on the trails would. You backpack with I had a larva to wait why wait yeah sure. And would you feel like. That has to say oh I would not race with. This that’s too much. You don’t have the ring for exactly so yeah you’re sleeping with. All right your sleeping bag is out exactly we’re going to get to. And just lease oh yeah. This is fascinating so. What can I talk about to my audience about firepower versus mobility in other words. More capabilities let. Me have your value, so we’re going to have to make. Some compromises maybe going from. This kid to that kid let. You the compromise yeah so talk to. These guys about that so here’s the lineup of the ultralight water type kits so. When I’m going out with a group of four we’re.

All about speed which is also going to be safety. You can get down the mountain. And get to safety in an hour instead of a day that’s definitely a safety measure so. We like the ultralight watertight kit waterproof kit loses a lot of. That organization but of course. You get a much lighter weight kit that’s cool. These waterproof liner bags on the inside water is. This deep agony outside as a user. This would be a great way to springboard so. You don’t want to put together at. This point guys your own level 1 level 1 plus kit like. Italked about a tepee forever buy. That in augmented as raise as much as s-awc allows. That size and weight constraints allows yeah there are a couple gauze pads. Ihave the football cos. This kit some prescription medication okay so that’s. What you’re packing this kit right here that’s. What I’m back you’re not put. Anything else in their right your candy. And the quick buck but. How about medicine medical wise are.

You augment it yourself like diarrhea meds. Ithink I’m where I’m heading and. What may be the potential issues our injuries are I’m going to add to the kit cool so you’re smart. Imean yeah you know. Where you’re going I’m going to that’s. Another focuses is we know we’re not going to make. One kit to satisfy the 300 million people in the US for selling too but there’s plenty of room in the kit for you to add your own items cool. All right and then so that’s down. And dirty there’s another medical kit right here that’s adventure dog Wow our dog does recall there’s footage fun exciting so. You actually have to use.

It’s funny you should say. That’s because I have slept in. And it’s not a super comfortable night. If that’s you have but. You can augment some fleas sure. That kind as your exterior shell for sleeping. That will work so much better so. This escape baby is pretty revolutionary in terms of emergency baby sex. Because it’s real agree so. You don’t have firepower personal villa jack better. Nothing and it weighs. What you’re saying right here 38 ounces exactly so stepping up to the escape skeet baby. You get the breath ability. You get the wind proof. You get the water resistance. And the heat reflection which is huge, so I’m comfortable in. This down to about 50 degrees Fahrenheit down about freezing if. Iwant to layer a fleece on lightweight sleeping bag. This is a shelter so it’s meant to keep. You warm and dry so there’s. Nothing wrong with having a sleeping bag inside there it’s lightweight divison.

When your adventure racing lit seriously you’re sleeping in. If we’re doing are you cheating and bringing along a real sleeping bag. You just don’t tell the bosses no. Imean keep it really. That it’s weighted right, so we’re sleeping about two to three hours a night. We can sleep in some type of existing shelter sleep no it’s not but I’d say that’s full devotion yeah makes tradeshows easier everybody’s talking about laughing so yeah you’re like. You don’t even go you’re like shut up. You come down to Nicaragua with. Me no we’ll see what kind of man. You are right when you’re down there racing dude seriously do. You have like a support truck following you around so. What you’re telling everybody is just a bunch of crap. Because you’re like Bear Grills going to the hotel after you’re done no not at.

You like that reference. And my own stunts it’s going every. All your own stunts. What we get is a bunch of Rubbermaid containers before the race. We organized with our food. And resupply of whatever. We see those at certain points along the course okay that’s our almost pre position material exactly okay. We can’t get there in time then. We run out of food and get hungry. And you’re killing rats. And stuff maybe you can catch them hey is there. Anything on this wall. That would kill a rat yes. You need an adventure slingshot ooh. Another good idea for Sol an adventure slingshot to kill. It’s basically a wrist rocket which has been out since nineteen sixty-five yeah well. We could put it in the kit. Idon’t know it fit in the pockets right I’m up with a titanium. One with a super-strong band. It follows the outlines of.

That I’m being kind of serious here dude. It weighs a slingshot would weigh. You could probably make. One out of titanium yeah with like a cross leather band. Imean RIS Rock has been out forever. You can kill em all right kill small game with a gun. We have product barn that’s going to go in the barn 2018 boom rocket boom slingshot yeah come up with a cool name adventure survival slingshot. Something there you go the SOL wrist rocket Sol wrist rock is priority taken to your Africa moffat dance well game getter boom there. It is team get ur game get her it’s non-threatening it tells exactly. What it’s supposed to do put food in your mouth. You didn’t get your free Palacios about par not as traditional as the wire snare that’s in. This game you can build with. This kid have anything with your wire snare do I’d never build a. Where maybe I was like a six-year old in my backyard so that’s actually kind of decent night but the Great Neck guys its kind of our primo survival kit right there but it’s kind of what I was saying is.

This is not the kind of survival kit necessarily you’d buy a discount store it’s kind of cheesy just a little square. This is a little bit. This is our bar it’s a lot. More yeah we have that’s. What I love about the RAM. This right here the s12 Scouts was the original Sol item. This is the number one selling survival kit in the you’re an idiot not to have. Itook no but dude in my fanny pack. Ihave your mirror. Ithink it’s your brand. It might be an upgrade sorry. It is but it’s the same concept it’s a small poly carbonate single a mirror sure. You can single heck a mile away. Someone can see that little mirror it’s not like an explosion going off. They can see you firestarter. And I’ve used it actually does. One way so Parker yup there’s your refill supplies to the tenner quick. This whistle that I’ve used. It forever haven’t used. One have one I’ve seen. That a lot of live fat like. This yeah what is thin. And light yeah so you can integrate.

It a lot of place what’s. This about Dave that’s brand-new product coming on next month it’s called cardboard. It allows the other person. Ihave seen I have seen. Some 3d printed models of. This new fire-starting tool ok it’s going to be awesome it’s out next month it’s called the Phoenix promises. It works as a pocket knife except instead of the blade coming out it’s a flint rod. You can then strike with the blade. That comes out the back little compartment here houses a couple pieces of tender LED light. And a whistle on that’s the Phoenix look at your nearest store. It comes out link to. It what’s another new item the Sol Traverse kind of throwback kit here with the metal case design features.

Some katadyn water purification. One liter hydration bag. All those other survival supplies like our huge sheets blanket. And our spark light firestarter tinder quick. You know what the coolest part about. That kid is I have cookware so that’s squirrel. Ican cook right Matt pan right there. They build a fire little squirrel stew little squirrel stew on your adventure race there alright there’s a sport utility blanket that’s a good way to use a shelter. You don’t have a 210 do. You inflect no 210 they suck by the way but I’ll tell. What we do have I ve lived in them the. Most practical robust emergency shelters blanket Spivey’s in the market. We don’t do anything with mylar is noisy mylar is fragile. You get to tear it runs like pantyhose interesting ok our base material here is the emergency blanket.

He cheats material it’s a metal eyes plastic let’s open. One up so you get an idea yeah bring it so. If the wind is howling and it’s raining on. You can bear it in your in. That situation we want to see. You go to save your life with. That Co exactly are. You go to be laughing what you do right. Now you’re laughing well looks like a paid actor in a trade show it’s 70 degrees in here right here yeah I’m sweating like a pig right here it’s 90 percent body heat reflectivity like your things. You said about mylar. It is yeah really crunched wider. And mylar actually the. You handle more the cameras off want. It so durable at all carry the same. One in the bottom of your pack for five years I’ve done. This is ours this will last forever love. And also what about. What happens when it’s your second night out.

That Mylar blanket it’s. All ripped up you just want to succeed so. This can use a second we’re still waiting for you to come up to get warm there. You go Jerry the orange is cool yeah well that’s. How bright the rescuers can find you yeah it’s kind of fashionable come on thank ya good. This year’s latest in fashion guys in. This my day pack kit I’ll actually integrate. These little lightweight Bibby’s. Iknow I’m going to. Something super cold I’ve always carried. These escapes there. It is an OD right there no joke I’ve shown him. That my kids before. These are great bags there’s really. Nothing like it on the market.

This right here this kind of blanket as far as. Iknow Sol is really only do. It only do and calling you guys. You might have to run a big city marathon. They might give you a blanket like. You run out of work are. You run to train my bugs. You cross train you have to write. While running hiking as a big part of. You run the 3dr — indeed what’s your time fifty-yard — probably takes. Few minutes I don’t know. Iwonder you could stack in the combine. You know it’s hard I don’t know. Imean give back to. And I’ll come back to sanity okay a five-minute mile that’s pretty fast dude that’s really looked. You look like a runner. Me thank you I’m not I’ve got too much extra weight. She runs every day she does she’s on the treadmill. All day kitty nothing pretty good gotta go to.

This age yeah for a 60-year-old woman that’s pretty awesome she’s not I’m getting warm in here. You look great kids she’s not sick top secret her age. Icannot share what’s. This dude is my Arjun it’s a survival multi-tool. This is a waterproof case. That houses a knife light whistle compass the one-handed fire sparker. And up here is that mirror. You love yeah I’m serious just no way I’d ever testing yeah no way oh yes good idea but it’s going to keep the idea locality in. This College it was good he’s got legit oh yeah it’s a waterproof case. All the other good stuff totally can. Icook a squirrel in. You cannot cook a squirrel well damn what’s.

Some guys or a great job excited about your product that’s. You get a good review we’ll link to the bottom. We can find it I usually buy. This stuff through Amazon alright still. That kind of it cool thanks dude.

Hey YouTube backe productions here wanted to do a video on a new thing of mine not really new I’ve actually had. It for a little I haven’t gotten to take. Ihaven’t really been doing much for hiking in camp. And lately but this is the product it’s a soul sorry tripod really tight. All right into a little bit there. We go the sole adventure medical kit um. This is the Scout I’ll take. This stuff out start from the back give. You go to a register your kit today. Even think I’ve done. Yet super you zoom back out. You guys could see everything I’ve already had. This stuff out before guys Wow fishing kit tender death ok that’s. This stuff they give. This little kit guys honestly. This stuff could save your life. Idon’t know you guys look on stuff. Idon’t know you other like other people go buy. Whatever survival kits are men are not meant to just be like oh I’m going camping I’m going to bring my med up my survival kit so. Ican use it that’s not the way it’s done. How you’re supposed to go out you’re supposed to keep. One of these with you just in case. This could literally save your life.

How by shelter fire repairing your stuff your directions like. This compass actually does work to like yeah. That is the right way of where North is actually here with an actual compass. Ihave other compasses put away about for a gaming right. Now actually it’s not working right. And see there we go but um there is multiple things in. This little fishing kit. If you’re dying out in the woods nearby lake. You will fish you buy a little creek. You were you will fish. Anything for food you will eat. If you’re dying hooks line sinkers shovels swivels sorry I’m not going to take. This stuff out somebody could hear. Something you can see. You I’m not removing my stickers. Anything like that says remove film before use I’m not removing mine. You can see how reflective. That is already without the film off. What you do is you look at.

This little hole and reflect. It off your hand with the Sun. How to use one of these say. You guys notice on my handle a bit. This stuff in this kit isn’t oh. They give you a waterproof bag so. That back could come in handy for like getting water. Iwouldn’t say disinfecting because. You can’t burn you can’t boil water in. That bag so but with. This kit could save your life. Everything but I have taken the liberty to making my kit a little better like so far I’ve added a. Few things so far there’s about. Iknow it’s squished down but. Iwas to undo this there’s about a good like five feet of aluminum foil here a p30. You can opener brand-new stream light micro stream great little light bright light. Idid a review of just havin put on youtube. Yet to triple-a batteries for this micro stream very lightweight. Nothing on one battery of them for. That light you get three. And a half hours and a half on a normal energizer 3-4 hours on the ultimate lithium.

Or commando wire saw. If you’re really lost. You don’t know things I’ve taken a Liberty to add an SE survival card. These things are ready but it’s just. Something good to have. You know I’m saying tells. Everything and these little things. Ipicked up a lot while back well cue them. Or toggle it highly number. Or not it’s a little yellow light. They give off pretty bright light put two min. This stuff fits Compaq in a little bag. This little survival kit I’m still looking into I’m actually making my own kit right. Now of medical supplies. And survival kit it’s so far. This one’s really cool. This actuallyI’ll show. You guys this professed. This actually sets off a lot of sparks like watch. This sea and it’s got 5000 plus sparks. Something see all the stuff.

Iadded guys one two three four five six seven eight eat things to mine so far. Ireally do like I will show. You guys everything does fit in. This bag let this stuff away guys just like to show. You alright guys and I’m trying as fast as. This begs a little C got to slide. All the way down everything so let’s be patient with. Me guys it’s always cool. Something falls in the wrong spot it’s always. One of the coolest things. Now it’s almost done. Ishould just cut this scene in but it’s too late. Now well obviously it’s too late. Because already taken a. And then everything’s in. What I do is I squeeze right here. And then I fold the flaps down like yeah it’s a little snug but it’s not like it’s going to break no I’m saying weighs about. Iguess a pound at least. This little kick guys definitely worth. It um kit normally I think it’s like. You know my computers right here guys. Iwill tell you the price.

Ibought it for I got mine off ebay. Igot mine around or 22 yeah about $22 so. You can imagine there’s a dollar for the p38 batteries like. What are two box $18 light six dollars saw. Some aluminum foil those chem lights. Whatever instead of. This being like 20-some dollars is probably about 30 they’re almost forty dollars in. This kit just my kids about thirty to forty dollars um it’s a very good kit not gonna lie um alright guys so yeah. Ialso have to say this is Becky productions. That I’m signing out.

All right so what I wanted to show. You guys I came out here was. This adventure medical kit Sol 3a. And it’s basically a three-in-one survival kit it’s got medical supplies. And it’s got your basic survival. And repair items in. And Steve over at survival gear dot-com sent. He wanted me to check. And basically do a review on. And to be honest you know. Iwas a little skeptical at first. You know I’ve always kind of laughed at the remade survival kits always thought. They were kind of scam but. He talked you know after going through. And playing with it a little bit. You know to be honest not bad it’s not bad at. All it’s a great starter kit. Or maybe you have some family members. That really aren’t into preparing or. You know carrying survival kits. Or building their own. This would be a great Christmas gift. Or just a gift to them. They can throw in their backpack throw in their car. And they’ve got they’re gonna have their basic survival needs.

You know if they get lost out in the woods. You know perhaps getting a vehicle accident. Something but I want to go through. And show you guys what it came in. It in the stock form. And to be honest I’m probably to start carrying this but I’m gonna replace. Some items in. Some of my own stuff so let’s start going through. And I’ll show you guys. What came with it alright so the first thing you’ll notice about. This is the safety orange ripstop nylon pouch okay so it’s nice and bright orange easy to see yeah there’s a window. You can see some of the contents inside of there. And there’s a two-way waterproof zipper right. And you’ll actually be able to open.

All the way but I just want to show. You real quick that it’s got two carrying handles. Each side okay so you unzip. All the way it actually folds out fairly flat. You open it there’s a card inside. That lifts everything item by item okay but I’m actually gonna use. That to help guide me along. One of the things I noticed. Iwas kind of weird about. You notice you can read the name there but. You open everything is upside-down okay, so we’re gonna go. And turn it out flats okay. One side has all your medical supplies. And the other side has your survival tools. And gear repair again there’s a small pouch here. You want to add anything inside of. That is removable with.

These little tabs right here okay so the first side we’re gonna go through is a medical kit alright so stay tuned. And we’re gonna open. And go through all right so let’s going to go through the medical supplies side of. This pouch and the first thing you’ll pull out is a 4-inch pair of EMT shears. And there’s ibuprofen see. This is dye Fionn temporary relieves runny nose itchy no throat okay basically cold medicine there’s medical tape lots of band-aids. Some after cuts and scratches okay that’s just a first-aid treatment. And let’s see got a pair of medical tweezers for ticks. And stingers some iodine okay to put on. Some of those cuts and scratches we’ve got a couple let’s say. This is a surgical sponge I’ve got a couple of those just a non-adhesive adherent pad not adhesive gained just a pretty large pouch of iodine solution got. Some nitrate gloves a couple stickers. You know for your items.

That get bloods on them. You know you want to go ahead. And mark it as bio hazard got. Some moleskin in there. And they’re pre-cut. Idon’t know you guys can see. That they’re kind of pre-cut for different size blisters. And just another surgical sponge antibiotic ointment it’s like a small ace bandage here. And that’s about it just a. More pointment okay. One thing I would add to. This just keep the weight down a little bit. Iwouldn’t add too much but. Ialways carry a blood stop okay it’s basically like your quick clot just a different brand but that’ll fit in their nice and flat, so I’m gonna add. That’s part of my first-aid kit but let’s go. And flip this over. And start going through. Some survival gear. And repair equipment okay so let’s go. And go through the survival tools.

And gear repair side. All right we’re gonna go. And open and the first thing you’ll see is a couple pieces of paper first. One is a little note from adventure medical kits okay basically saying congratulations on your adventure medical hit purchase but it’s also your registration card. You want to go and register. And it’ll give you updated advice. You know through email it’ll automatically enter. You into adventure metal kits gear giveaway okay. And I’ll give some first alerts on new products. And the second piece of paper is just a instruction sheet on the flash rescue signal mirror okay on how to aim. How to use and then there’s a pretty large pamphlet folded up. This is just your basic survival instructions on building a shelter. Or collecting water. Some basic first aid instructions okay the next item you’ll find it here is a couple sheets of tin foil. And it’s pretty heavy-duty I’m gonna keep.

That in their okay you can always collect water use. It as a signaling device. You can make basically a little pot. And boil water out of. You can wrap food cook. It in coals so that’s always a good thing to have in there. And your next item is basically a very large survival tarp basically a space blanket but it’s orange on. One side with all kinds of survival tips on. And then the other side will be reflective to keep your body heat on. Or reflect heat from your fire that’s sealed I’m basically just gonna keep. It in there you know hopefully I’ll never have to use. Ido it’ll be nice and tightly rolled up inside. This package, so I’m not gonna go I’m not gonna open. That right now a small role of duct tape yeah that’s always a good thing to have why because it’s duct tape. It fixes everything and.

This little pouch will ziplock baggie. Ithought was really cool it’s got quite a. Few items in and it’s really. All your basic needs of a survival kit okay you’ve got your signal mirror okay. It does have the people in. You can cite whatever you’re signaling now you’ve got a emergency whistle okay. This is the slow slim rescue howler bed is pretty loud yep pretty loud. And you’ve also got a small lightweight LED headlamp okay. You just twist it on works okay. It just runs off of like a watch battery. All right I don’t know. If there’s a spare I haven’t seen a spare. One in here but I’m sure. It would last quite a. While next couple items. You got in here you’ve got a small button compass okay. One is liquid filled so. It stays pretty steady. Some wet fire tenders okay there’s four of them in there. And I’ve actually never used.

These so I may break. This open and try them out. And make sure how to use them the next thing you’ll have is a fire striker okay. It works as you can see I’ve got. Some zip ties some safety pins. One of the most useless pieces. Ifound in here was four pieces of string I can’t say they’re useless. Imean it’s lightweight. It would work but I’m it’s gonna toss those. And throw in about 20 feet of para cord. That way let’s see the para cord. Ihave a seven strand so. You know that’s basically gonna give. Me 140 hundred 60 feet of string compared to. This forty feet here. And that’s about you know there’s just a couple zip ties. And other safety pins left over in there but. Iwant to show some of the things. That I’m gonna add okay. Ishowed that I’m gonna add. Some para cord okay there’s the 20 feet of para cord I’m gonna add. Idon’t want to depend on just the wet fire tenders.

And the fire striker, so I’m gonna go ahead. And add a Bic lighter I’m going to add a small fishing kit okay there’s line hooks sinkers. And a couple beads in their okay that’s just a nice small fishing kit. Iwant to add and the last thing I’m going to add is a frontier water filter straw okay. Ialways think these are great things to carry in. Any survival kit okay. You come across any kind of water. You can go ahead and drink through. And have nice clean filtered water so that’s the survival tools. And gear repair side of the adventure medical kits Sol three. One survival kit again. You guys this from Steve over at survival gear calm. You know I am I’m actually gonna start carrying this it’s a nice lightweight. One piece I can move. It from beg to beg you know.

Ialways find myself. You know changing out my gear. And then I misplaced. Something or I forget to add. Something to one of my packs so. This kind of keeps everything together. And it’s its gonna continue to go with. Me in my different packs so alright guys. That was the adventure medical kits Sol three. One survival kit I just went through. One thing I forgot to mention earlier was the weight of. And in stock form it weighs. One pound four point six ounces but of course. Iadded a few things to. That added to the weight but. You know I mean that’s not bad. Imean for having a pretty decent first aid kit. And a lot of your basic survival items. One pouch I think it’s a great thing to have. And for those of that maybe don’t like the pouch okay.

Idid try this at home. This will fit inside of Expedition z’ FR. One pouch and also the individual first-aid kit. Or first-aid pouch excuse. You can literally just stuff the whole package inside of those two pouches. You know you have one of those attached to the outside of your rucksack. Or your soul pack you want to carry. This without the bright orange showing so. That will fit in those two pouches. That for a fact it at home but. More of a civilian backpack. This will be in the front pouch of it.

    Adventure Medical S.O.L Escape Bivvy

Most ultralight emergency shelters allow condensation to build up inside as you get warm, leaving your clothes soaking wet. With the Escape Bivvy, condensation is no longer an issue. The proprietary fabric lets moisture escape as it keeps rain, snow and wind out, while reflecting your body heat back to you. Waterproof seams plus a drawstring hood and side zip mean you can seal out the elements entirely or use the bivvy like a traditional sleeping bag. High-visibility orange exterior makes it easy for rescuers to spot you even in areas with heavy tree cover. Imported.
    Opened dimensions: 84″L x 36″W.

The survive outdoors longer escape Biffy is a heat reflective sleeping bag. That is lightweight waterproof. And breathable this is your solution for emergency heat. That is durable enough to reuse time. And time again let’s take a closer look the escape bivy has a breathable waterproof membrane. That means that water vapor can escape the inside like your breath at night. This makes for a comfortable night’s sleep. You won’t wake up in a pool of sweat the exterior fabric feels strong it’s made of olifant which is a fabric known for its strength. It resists mildew and stains it’s been metallized which reflects heat back at. You similar to how aluminum foil works the escape heavy mirrors. How a mummy sleeping bag works notice the zipper. That runs along the side the bivi is also slightly tapered which means. It fits the human body. You won’t have cold spots a bivy is an essential piece of my kit. You never know when the weather will get wet. Or chilly I’ve avoided hypothermia. Once by having one along the escape has the added benefit of being durable. And reusable, so I don’t have to buy a new. One after if you’re looking for an addition to your backpack your bug out bag. Or emergency kit that is portable as. It is life-saving try the survive outdoors longer escape divvy hey thanks for watching if.

You have any further questions about the gear. Ijust demonstrated. You can go onto a website at bat country edge comm there. You can talk to one of our gear specialists. And we’ll go through. Anything we may not have shared. You like what we do on YouTube then please subscribe thanks for watching.

Hello my friends from the internet survived with knife here today. And on the survive with knife review table today. We have the adventure medical kits sol escape busy as. You can see here I have two versions of. It I have the OD green version which is a relatively new product from adventure medical kits. And the older one which. They still make and. This is the orange model I’ve had. This one here for probably about a year. And a half and the OD green. One for about six months I’ve used. Both of them extensively. Iprobably use this. One here on about three outings. And this one on two outings had them down to temperatures in the 40s unfortunately here in Florida. Ijust don’t have colder temperatures to test them with but. Iif you want to check out there on YouTube there’s plenty of reviews of. This product being used in colder temperatures. Than what I can test.

It here the SOL escape bivy is an emergency use. Or a supplemental use two camping and backpacking it can be in a car kit for example for emergency uses. Or you can simply add. It to a backpacking or camping kit as an additional layer to help. You out for example to maybe add 15 to 20 degrees to an existing sleeping bag. And also providing a water resistant exterior to. What are we using in your sleeping system. And that’s what I want to show. You with this material as. You can see it has a highly reflective interior surface right here which is said to reflect 70% of your body heat but unlike. Most mylar type emergency sleeping bags. And blankets the advantage of. This is this material is breathable so. You will not have the condensation buildup. That you would get with a traditional mylar bag type sleeping bag.

And that’s the huge advantage of. That you can also tell. That this material here is much tougher reusable it’s not like the terror puncture prone mylar blankets. This is just really tough material. And like I said I’ve used. It many times and. Idon’t have any holes. Or any punctures or. Any tears in either. One of these bags adventure medical kits does not recommend. They use the bag by itself below 50 degrees but. Ithink if you had a good layer of clothing you were well-dressed for your environment. You could definitely take. This down to well below 50 degrees depending obviously on just. How you’re going to be using it the thing. That I think makes. It just a really great product is is to help. You develop your own modular sleep system for example down here in Florida I’ve not used.

This bag alone by itself under 50 degrees but I’ve used days small lightweight fleece sleeping bag inside the adventure medical kits Sol pity. And have been very comfortable to temperatures in the low 40s. And I think it would probably go easily down close to freezing and. You would be fine out. Iwas absolutely fine myself in. That situation however let’s say. You had a 30 degree sleeping bag. And you wanted to be able to take. That bag down to a lower temperature maybe. Another 15 degrees I think. You would be able to do. That with this with. This bivy on the outside of your bag. When it comes to its breath ability.

Ido have to say it lives up to. That I’ve had no issues with condensation. Or moisture inside the bag in my uses of the SOL Divi. And it’s worked quite well in. That situation for me. Another way that you could use. This bag would be if. You didn’t want to set up a large shelter. Or maybe a big tarp. And you had some wet conditions. You could simply put. This on the outside of your sleeping bag. And it would provide a level of water resistance. Now they do not claim. That this is actually waterproof but. They do say it’s highly watered resistant so would. Iwant to lay on the ground in a very heavy downpour in very low temperatures with. This thing I would say probably not at least a small tarp. Or something in addition to. This bag would be beneficial. And I think you would work out quite well. That way but when it comes to. You know light rain soggy situations. And so forth I don’t think you’re gonna have.

Any problem with moisture getting through. This I have not extensively tested. That out myself when. It comes to having it out in extremely wet conditions but. Ihave gotten too wet before. And that’s not been an issue I’ve not gotten wet through the bags so. It is 84 inches in length. And 31 inches in width so. If you’re a really big hefty dude. You may have a little bit of trouble with. This getting inside of. It with maybe all your clothing but. If your anything from 6 to 3. And probably less it’s going to be fine. When it comes to height wise. Ican get completely inside the bivi I’m 6 foot 1. And I can actually zip. It up I do want to show here there is a zipper. It does go partway down the bag on the right side of. It lets’s say it goes down about two. And a half feet and so.

That will help you get. Any getting it out of the bag. You also have a drawstring right here. It allows you to cinch. It up you know around your head so. That you can trap that warm air inside there. If you don’t do that. You know the baby is not going to perform as well. You do want to cinch. It up or to trap that air point. That you know warm air from your body in there. If you have the top open. And you’re allowing all your warm air to escape it’s just not going to perform nearly as well so okay guys well there. You go there’s my review of the SOL escape Divi go out. And grab yourself one. You can see these of range of prices from $30 to $50 actually. And seeing the green Sol bivy have cheaper. Then dirt right now for $30 which.

Ithink is a great deal so. You might have to pay a couple dollars shipping with. That but check it out. And go ahead and pick yourself up. One thanks for watching.

Hey welcome back to. Another video with life with AG so today we’re gonna be testing out. This Kogan’s for function whistle so. Once before I was very little my dad. Once around here for me but really didn’t want love. Me to have a knife on. Iwas very little and actually. Some iPhone open I come here. And yeah and also some things. And includes and I’ll teach. How to use how to build other things with. It so written open and remember we’re doing safe things here so. You want to record me failing then it’s gonna be accident fulfill not opposed to fail. Isay purpose fail I ain’t like. It wasn’t happening or. Something so let’s start off with the clip alright well. It looks pretty sturdy yeah. And so comes with a thermometer right there over. That throw mine looks. What it works okay. And Oh a compass so the compass works the goldens compass works. That area in that direction that’s north that’s true. And that’s true east so it’s its correct. And then it has an arrow for if. You had a certain area to a certain area. And yeah that’s pretty useful about arable. Once my friend one of these but it’s a different. It didn’t have an arrow. And his didn’t work so. He has to use my compass which is. This that’s use one with cowbell. It was like a falcon Li down here. It was pretty fun and yeah let’s use. That arrow down there. It comes with measurements. And can go online you can use the inside of her wooden tie.

It somewhere so yeah. And so compass works whistle see the whistle Shh that’s loud it’s good for signaling I mean. You know and know for the final goody let’s see so nine of. Is already yeah it’s. And baby sorry about the disturbance I’m very sorry about the inconvenience my brother is a real douche bag that’s the thing n-nobody. Ialso upload another video also yeah the thermometer works. And also you can build a fire with. This I’ll see you gonna do. Another video if you’re gonna buy. Something like this for a kid. If you’re an adult watching this um you’re gonna buy. It for your kid I recommend. Because throw a good the basic things. That they’ll need you know. How to use the compass to cuz. If you’re like broken down. You want to reach the town. You got a map but except there’s no traffic kind of day um. You can use you can also use a Magnum glass to create a fire. You can use the Sun from the heats sunrise. You can magnify it to. It makes a small dot put.

It on tinder or kindling for my last video. You can put it on tinder. And then you can like the fire but I’m not gonna do. That there’s my end. Idon’t wanna send my bits. And play and so yeah so. And also your someone that’s gonna buy. This for regular scouting then ya buy. Because temperature it’s. One thing good thing you know whistle for signaling if. You get stuck from your tube back. If your scout and magnifying glass for reading small print messages. You find if you’re searching for someone like in a search party. And there’s a small print message then. You can use it mmm yeah so it’s my video for today what’s also very loud my video for today. And remember be safe out there. If you’re biking watch out on the road. And stay gold like from Ponyboy in the outsiders yeah. And I’ll see you next time on why they Jay.

Hey guys welcome out light blade works so. One of these uh little cheap kind of. Icall him a novelty whistle. Ithink they’re kind of cheap. And novelty but after. Istarted checking him out there not too bad. These are made by coghlan’s. These are just like considered a survival whistle. Iguess you’d say excuse. One of the things I do like is. It doesn’t have a pee inside of. It won’t freeze up on. It has a nice little compass. Ichecked the companies. It does work I imagine. These keyrings going to mess with a little bit. Though because of the metal has a thermometer on the back super loud I’m not going to blow. It real loud I blow yer Jones out but uh. One of the cool things. Ithought was neat is. You know to check yourself for ticks. Or slivers whatever it’s got a little magnifying glass. And of course you can start fire with. That thought that was pretty neat but for a buck little coghlan’s whistle. You can’t beat that I’ve seen. These on sale and had to have. These are this is a nice little whistle little emergency whistle. It with the thermometer like. That’s because I’m out in the cold a lot. And a lot of times I’d like to know. How cold where I’m at. This would be great to have on the side of your pack. Something or on a carabiner on your side.

And then especially having the compass. And like that compass does work very well whistles extremely loud. Ijust love having the magnifying glass right here that’s a good idea, but they’re well-made I’ve been beating around on. This one for about the last year. Iwanted to do a review on. Because at first I thought. It was kind of novelty like a kid’s toy. Something but it’s actually not too bad I’m pretty impressed with. Me give it a thumbs up. And like I saidI’ve seen. These at Walmart for about a buck sometimes they’re about three. Or four but you catch them on sale sometimes. You can get a couple of them for you know real cheap anyways uh thanks for watching appreciate the support take care.

No ready yep maybe you moved up deep looks like it’s been taped so. Ineed to inspect dance is. This — not original. They look like it’s original see looks hard to bring is. It stupid that’s a is. It supposed to store stuff does. It has already yes. When does it expire. When are these support. When are they gonna expire the food emergency blanket. Nobody sleep emergency poncho collapsible. What I don’t get how it’s supposed to work. You supposed to put a fire yes Wow amazing survivalists get. Ithink that’s supposed to actually put playing cards really. Inautical traction. And slap yeah oops yeah cleansing wipes three packs. And Jesse that’s for those flashlights yeah okay. We have like that great yeah ours is walking mm-hmm aqua temps what’s. Iwalk here which shouldn’t drink. That solid fuel of that’s. We cannot show you the best okay so. You have this also Wow yes. You can drink this kind of water that’s not a weird yeah so. You have to wasn’t one dinner right. You have five function with come -. This mirror you know the mirror is for ya so. You can flash somebody from a fire. And signal okay so example. You need to plane to rescue. Or people from afar to know. That you’re there the light travels large distances right so. You get to flash it then you’d have to know Morse code that’s.

Where Morse code comes in handy it’s only three as a whistle it’s gone back it’s a signal mirror capsule in Flint oh that’s the thing that’s the same Oh for fire yes. All right you have waterproof matches that’s actually part. You have facial towel. And sports of course I’m gonna survive without playing cards. One two three four five packets of drinking water 105 milliliters. Each show every needs to view. This video No Samantha creamy vegetable pasta just add water it’s ready to eat Wow it’s bilious yeah just won’t sugar maple no vacancy. You find a full expiration oh can. You find expiration yeah doc actually is zero nine zero five to. All 1727 2017 apple cinnamon party tortilla soup. How about the sugar thing the. That opened brown sugar which. One no do you think that’s the. One this is not good okay. Iguess that’s it

Hey guys MMD here with outdoor views I’m going to be bringing you guys kind of unboxing today of a survival kit. Ipicked up at the store today for $5999. This is the Wise man’s 5-day survival bag it’s got the food in. It has some fire starting stuff. Some roasting blankets. Some emergency water whistle compass things like. That we’ll give you guys a unboxing review of. And I’ll show you the quality items. That come with and maybe. What you can add to. Or change out some of the stuff that’s already in their welcome to nd alarm. This is my world okay so let’s go ahead. And open this thing up to see. We got here everything comes in its backpack already so. This box inside out there everything’s already inside of here let’s go ahead. And pull them out what we got after. All the stuff out we’ll actually go over the bag itself as well it’s a five. Everything so first thing I’m going to pull out of here.

This guy looks like a little aluminum Cup let’s go with. It which is pretty nice that’s actually not too bad it’s pretty lightweight get a little water in just stuff like. That duct you bet it’s got the Weizmann speed the freeze-dried food in here which. Ibet a lot of people throw. This bag away I’m talking everything I’m going to go ahead. And keep because there’s a lot of uses for this plastic bag situation so. Something that I’m going to use in my car anyways, so we’re just going to put. It in a car and have. It in there for the risky purposes like a get home. Anything coming to the Southwest rice. And beans Wise man 3 reveal our new tortilla soup. One of these except it’s four servings. Each as well so you guys can look up the Wise man company freeze-dried meals on the side as well. That can I really review the freezer at meals. These are just for absolute emergencies. Or a car this one’s the apple cinnamon cereal brown sugar.

And maple multigrain cereal. Another real creamy pasta. And vegetable rotini. It looks like some way. Some milk substitute. Some protein looks like it’s got. Some emergency drinking water. This is mainly designed for like rationing the water supply. These are the type of things. You need to do where you’re like. You try not to exert yourself. Or create an environment. You sweat and stuff. Because they’re very small so. It looks like it comes. Most likely I’m going to ask. Some big tall water bottles. And my vehicle I always keep those there anyways — it’s got. One of those can crank LED flashlights. It doesn’t require batteries well. Ithink I’ll show you guys I’ve seen. These are actually pretty cool so works pretty good shine. And the way you track. These countries I’ve seen the ones. You have to a hand crank. Idon’t keep that definitely that’s awesome.

That put that in there I’m gonna keep. All the boxes and stuff in here. You never know the type of things you’re gonna use in an emergency situation cardboard firestarter emergency poncho the yellow. One bright yellow you know cheaply made kind of. You know and public trash bag quality but it’ll work in a pinch. Isuppose like these aren’t things I’m buying for the item itself. Imight’ve just I was gonna buy the bag. And the bag price was st. All the stuff we do the emergency blanket free standard so to be on the size of. One is 52 inches by 84 so it’s pretty good size. You could use that as a good reflector. Some waterproof emergency matches that’s not too bad looks like. Some handy wipes yeah three of those.

Some water tablets oh yeah there’s. Some water purification tablets in here. It comes to two four six eight ten so ten of those that’s actually pretty good so. You can filter your water looks like. Some bio bags yeah, so they’re here wasting their. This thing is actually pretty neat. Iknow a lot of people think. This is why this is a pretty cheap bag but. Idon’t know I really like. This whistle combination. They got here because for one it’s got the it’s got the compass up on top which it’s. Someone accurate because North is. That way for me and no matter which way I’m turning it here it’s facing north so. It does a pretty decent job the. It also has a waterproof container inside of. It with a little signal here in there as.

You can see which is kind of cool. Ialways like having signal mirrors with. This also has you can put your matches it’s got the little o-ring seal on here. Another neat little thing about. This besides the whistle which works there is. You can see right here there is a tiny little Ferry rod that’s put inside here. You can start your fire off of. That’s pretty cool it’s still got the black paint on to the seat up to rub. That off you know I’m not going to. Iwant to be preserved. It just for emergency. You can get your fire started off of just. This whistle that’s kind of nice life. They would sell that by itself at the store. Imight pick one of those up just along my back.

Ilike to have an emergency whistle my compass but. Something that can hold. Some matches and have a fire starter attached to. It handy but I also have in with my keys. Idon’t have on me right. You guys can check out the video. Ihave the Faro wiener. And that’s a key chain. Ikind of epoxy it into a groove on a carabiner. Ihave on my key chain we’ll get your Ferry rod which is kind of cool so. That way I’m fair on with being on the keys at. All times got to have. Some entertainment if you’re stuck out in the road. You know so little specialty what’s going on the East Coast right. Now with all the snow storms. You get stuck on the road get. Some cars there is some pocket tissues no Kleenex in there so too bad.

This is the math yeah it’s. You bet so these little first-aid kit here a 37 piece first-aid kit it’s got band-aids cotton swab they’ll q-tip type things it’s got. Some alcohol swabs in their things like band-aids in a little container so that’s not too bad. This is actually pretty cool too. Iget to see this at the store by itself but the coughlin. They make some really inexpensive titanium candy gear which. You know what you pay for on. This is kind of cool. This little stove but. This little stove here pulls out. These little solid wax based fuels in here. You can put a larger sized pot on here, but we’re gonna use before is our cup. That it’s gonna come with. You can put these little tablets right down there two. Or three these got vent holes as. You can see here to allow. It to breathe so you can burn. Something you can put those in there. You just set your cups right on there. And there’s enough room for the plane to go under there.

You could heat your water up. And heat up so that’s that’s a pretty cool thing I like. These things but it’s kinda. This itself is very white. These are pretty heavy. If you’re a backpacker. This thing would be kind of handy to have to just. Imean it’s kind of bulky but it’s very. This is no weight to. It’s sheet made aluminum. You know so it’s not gonna weigh much but. You could put make a little stiff fire. You know down there maybe. You can put some coals down there. And put a little pots. You have a popular but it’s kind of cool. It stores its little fuel right there. And like one of my car so the weight isn’t really gonna matter to. Because it’s just gonna sit the backpack in my trunk in case of emergency has.

Some type of emergency kit in their vehicle so. That’s the contents of the bag I’ll get into the bag itself right. Now features on here someday I’ll have. One with the first pocket here. That front as you open up there’s gonna be like. This little orange flag. You can hang out so people can know they’re always right. And it’s their little thing pull up right here open up. This whole pouch you can pull. It out through your panic. Ican get the same time pull the same for now say yeah outside of your pack. And also you want to be inconspicuous. You can stow it as well but the pouch in there it’s pretty much they’re not overly large pouch but. Istart getting there first see a kid. Something really accessible it’s probably put my first-aid kit in. That start just so it I’ll put the whistle on there in the market niches.

And its personal compartment along with my Melissa blanket. And it’ll something. That is an absolute emergency only quick access to the top here there’s. Another pouch in here as well I’ll probably just put my flashlight in there for this pretty. And my rain poncho overall easily accessible right in the front bottom here. This is kind of neat. This is probably maybe the dust mask. And handy wipes and water purification. And we’ll seal that does. It for the front side there’s also a compartment here which is the big large pouch there’s as well. Something in here well I’m gonna probably good idea to do would be to probably add a map of your area. That you’re going to be traveling in here so. You can have wits and navigate about. Where you’re going I don’t have. One ad right what I will do is I’ll add. These cards in here. Because just kind of get them out-of-the-way out. Some keys in there you leave your wallet. We never get out I’ll put. These inside the bio hazard bags.

Iwas kind of shut down in the bottom of the bag along with the water make sure. These are sealed up. This little extra protection was kind of cute in their push. It to the side so I hit my back. This isn’t the greatest quality bag it’s got the ACU print on. It which Air Force myself my favorite camouflage is the multicam in Afghanistan the style. You know I love them multicam bling to. It but the night itself has as a breast strap. That goes across there’s. Nothing to waste out but it’s actually a small bag so. You don’t need anything it’s pretty dark camouflage so it’s gonna go next handle here it’s gonna it’s gonna live in. You get a waterfall over here inside. This side is wall which would be nice I’ll put my baby soon.

Iwant to leave your bottle like. You see my if you’ve seen my video of a Pepsi the cheap water bottle. And get those 1 liter bottles of Pepsi they’re perfectly round just stick. It in there no way you got nice cool water bottles to go. You have 2 liters of water with. You cook your food with. And bring it with this will easily get your problem. And emergency if you’re not too far. This is 5 days worth of food in here the water. It provides I’m not gonna. Even say it’s even close to sufficient for five days that’s I’m probably. Even just gonna get rid of those out of the bag. Idon’t see those as useful I’m not a big fan of those little pouches of water. You can’t see them back up. You open them you’re supposed to drink two of them per day per person. And that’s if you’re in a no type of. You know insertion environment. Where you’re not sweating you’re not producing any type of perspiration so those are garbage in my book.

Because it’s just wait that’s a space in the bag. That doesn’t need to be there. You can have two water bottles. Even a larger size water bottle your bag I’ll probably add in my own little federal rob. Ialways buy these every time. Igo to the store they’re always sold out but like today. They had five of them the shelf. Ibought all five of them so that’s probably why they don’t ever have the stores could people probably the same things. Me I’ll add this into my bag. Ilike to have you know a real durable fire starter. One thing that was missing this. It didn’t have a striker with. It which is okay I always had my EDC knife with.

All the time I also will add in. Some cotton balls for fire-starting and my wax based cotton discs. You guys can check out. That video I have as well those are real easy DIY fire starters there’s as well. Something I’m going to be bringing you guys to. Something I’m gonna add to my fire kit here pretty soon. That I’ve seen some people do. It seems kind of handy it’s almost along the same lines as a fatwood but it’s like imitation. Something you make yourself so that’s. It for this bag well thanks for joining me today guys. Iappreciate you guys stopping by watching the video please remember to Like comment.

And subscribe and as always get your family’s outdoors. And I’ll catch you next time.

You wake up this is prepper agenda my name is fredrik ready. And I’m a prepper ready review. This is five stars baby five stars. This reviews on that Sol which stands for survive outdoors longer heat sheet a survival blanket made by adventure medical kits be safe let. Idid my first urban prepper challenge. That was to turn off my heat for 12 hours. And without recapping the whole thing for those of. You who actually was whipped. Me live good-looking out to look. Ihad a lot of fun by the way but. Ilearned a lot one of the things. Ilearned about these heat sheets is. They work okay these things work. What I did was to test. Itook my room down to 40 degrees. And literally wrap myself up with just. And slept with all night. Nothing else okay I didn’t sleep with my blanket. Anything and it worked immediately. Imean within a minute after. You wrap your body I got down to my long johns by the way. Igot down to my I wasn’t like dressed in layers. And layers and layers. It was just my long johns. This heat sheet and that’s. You wrap your body around. It immediately you can feel. It work also in it actually gets hot. Now I’m going to contribute. That also I had a big meal prior to going to bed so. That helps with producing more body heat but like you’re gonna check out in the description I’m gonna have links. You gotta buy — okay. You got a matte fig. You got to buy half dozen eighties to be honest with.

You want all the cars. You want to actually in. All the cars and the reason why I say -. Now the size this it’s a 60 by 96 inches so it’s its pretty big it’s long it’s big but it’s still hard to wrap yourself up in. You know you’re sleeping your toss. And your turn in I slept pretty. Isay a set pretty sound but. II was waking up trying to wrap myself underneath. And stuff like I met immediately fell right back to sleep but. Ihad to I wouldn’t have to worry about. That’s because you really want to trap. You know all your body heat. And that’s also from behind so. Imean um it right here. None of those little teeny weeny things. You know those little small ones. You get ah those are gone say bye-bye welcome Sol. He cheats survival blanket. Another reason this blank is. They really fought out the agenda okay. Idon’t know this is going to come up on cam.

Or not, but they have instructions basically the rule of three. You know three minutes of air. Or three hours for shelter three days for water. You know three weeks for food so. It goes over you know shelter water. How to create a fire. Even gives some wilderness first aid tips. It gives you different ways. You could utilize the sheet in. Some nice clear instructions. Ithink it’s very thought-out. And it’s only around six dollars so it’s not like it’s a lot of money here’s the packaging of. You can see one was meant for two people. And still with two people I’m six-two. Imean I’m getting two okay. One is just not enough. II like I don’t want to be tossing and turning and so. Ithink having two is. What you need so even on here.

It gives you directions on how. You can use it for first-aid shelter ground tarp. And to a gear cover it’s waterproof it’s a certified by NASA our space technology certified so. It reflects 90% of your body heat so just a little quick review. This thing is ready. It gives me a lot more confidence. You can see I got other Sol products. Igot the Bibby right here to escape. This goes into the get on bag. And then I got the. One here another small little bitty so. This is going to be much. That worked okay that worked oh I’m fully confident, but we’ll test but I’m fully confident knees. These will wrap around. Because it’s a bivy on the reverse side. You can see it’s just reflective.

And that’s I guess the technology the magic in. This thing so I’m going to pause. This video right and I’m gonna see. Ican actually get it back into the packaging because the packaging comes with a. You can see right here it’s the zip lock so it’s meant to be put back away. And that’s another thing I’m surprised about. Ithought I would wake up. This thing would be. All tore up because it’s so light. It means it’s nothing basically so. Ithought I would like rip. Iwas sleeping this thing is good to go, so I’ll be right back let. Ican get it back into. This right here okay I’m back. It only took me five minutes okay.

And I’m anal, so I was folding it folded. You just got to get the air out of. It fit right back into the packaging not God dang. They thought they got their agenda. This Sol heat sheet survival blanket that’s ready okay. That is ready that gets five stars that’s a ready review right there. And it’s now my second favorite survival gift okay so my first favorite is. This right here this rescue. All right gotta have. One of these so now for birthdays anniversaries weddings right there they’re gonna get two of these. Idon’t get to it to blankets. And to rescue Me’s my friends gonna think I’m crazy but I’m gonna get them prepared. They like or not so please go into the description there’s. Some links you can purchase a half dozen of these things. You have some kids grand kids. You got to make sure they’re prepared. They got a survival blanket in the vehicle okay. Because you’re going to need two of them. You want to really trap. And wrap yourself around.

You liked this video like. This video you liked like the video share the video. You like me prepare Genda Frederick ratty I’m on Instagram Facebook Twitter. And patreon and remember. They got their agenda what’s yours.

And so lightweight you won’t. Even notice it in your bag.

More the pump acts as a vacuum which provides the. Most powerful suction available to remove venom from the body by sucking it out the same cavity through which. It was injected there’s no need to use dangerous blades. Or knives that come in less effective bite kits Deezy extractor select the suitable sized suction cup pull the trigger to its full extent. And place the suction cup over the bite of the stain using your thumb press the plunger. All the way in until. You feel the suction. And let the pump remove the poison. This should take about 60 to 90 seconds for insect bites pull the plunger out to gently release a vacuum for snakebites Center a suction cup over. One Fang all the time. And alternate between fan holes every 2 to 3 minutes for 15 minutes discontinue use after 15 minutes retrieving venom can significantly improve treatment results. Most snake bites occur in the extremities like the arms lower legs. Or the ankle and the effectiveness of the extractor probably varies with the location of the snake bite the extractor pump can. Most effectively remove venom. That pools outside the muscle areas in venom often pools outside the muscles. And bites to the hands feet. And ankles in large muscle areas like the calf the venom enters the circulatory system much quicker. And the extractor pump is less effective at removing venom in those areas stings. And insect bites leave venom in poisons close to the skin surface.

They can easily be retrieved best results occur. You apply the pump quickly before fluids enter the circulatory system barber mosquito bites can be treated successfully hours after the bite has occurred you.
