Hi van here a lot of people want. Me to do a review on. This Cabala’s commercial dehydrator. This is the 160 leader Cabala’s commercial dehydrator. It does have 24 racks its very spacious I’ve held up to 21 to 22 pounds of raw meat in there it’s a really good dehydrator so forward. And I’ll cone wood it’s been extended. Me a great job a few things I’d like to point out. This dehydrator is don’t don’t use harsh abrasives. You open I usually mild soaking will hot soaking water is. What I wash the inside out with every so often I’ll take. This beast right here out it’s got six screws. You just lift right up. And the reason why I do. That’s because that’s the only way. You can get underneath here. Some marinade will get underneath. Ijust take and clean. It really good and screw. It back down there is a drip tray. This out I said with mild soap. And water and then I’ll come back with a Clorox wipe. Even bombing around canisters. And I’ll just go over. Everything wipe it down real good the racks the main thing about.

These racks is don’t use them in the dishwasher. Ididn’t know I was putting in the dishwasher. Istarted noticing it was having a. Few little rust pots come up so. Igood with and kind of find out. That you’re not supposed to use. It in the dishwasher you’re supposed to use mild detergent. And water soap and water. These up it says the space of apart. Idon’t never come forward to the edge right here. Ialways stay about. That far away from the edge. These right here as making my inch apart so. Iput a piece of jerky here skip. One jerky there but. That as a guide to have my inch apart on. Another thing I do is. Ialways wipe my hands off in between loading the racks.

You don’t want to grab your rack right here. And load it up slide. You get marinate inside. These are hard to clean inside. These grooves here but that’s the thin stuff. You look for when you’re using this dehydrator is watch. What you put on the sides of. And that’s another reason why I don’t clean thing towards the edge is. Idon’t want to have marinade over here on the sides. Idon’t think thing towards the back. Ido also skip this much of the rack. It seems like from here. This way everything be hydrating just at the same time. If everything’s cut the same way but for some reason but the last 4 inches out towards the door the four inches towards the door. It doesn’t want to it takes a little longer to dehydrate. Iusually skip those. This out in my building it is.

Ihave my Heat going right. Iput a towel on top of. It just seems like it holds the heat in the dehydrator a little better. Ido have it builds up on a stand. Few inches away from the wall like the manufacturer states. You turn you flip our own lights was already turned on. You hit the time button. You go up with whatever. You want you go back down almost set. It on the hour temperature goes from 50 degrees. All the way up to 160 degrees. This thing starts up. Iwill let it start up. And show how to turn. You don’t want just go here. And turn this off the manufacturer states. You have to let it cool down so. What I do is I go to time.

Igo down to it says triple zeros. And only there’s every time. Ineed to stop it stops on its own so. Igo to time I’ve been down. This triple zeros this won’t cool itself off. It takes a minute or so but so far. This has been a good dehydrator. It does have to be on a 20 amp breaker by itself so that’s. One thing to consider. If you’re going to buy. This model it has to be on the 20 amp breaker by itself the 80 liter. Idon’t believe it’s like. Idon’t know much about. It had ridden said I don’t have. You won the big you have to have. It on breaker by itself. One time I did have. One breaker by itself. And every time it go through the cycle. It would heat up and come down the lights would flicker in the house. That wasn’t good so. Iautomatically they hadn’t had to stay put on a breaker by itself. And out my building I do the same thing something breaker bicep so.

It stopped by itself that’s. What you want to do. You don’t want to just stop. You want to make sure. You go through the right process. And turn this thing off but hey. You know I didn’t touch on. Anything just let me know I’ll I’ll make. Another video review of the Cabala’s commercial dehydrator 160 later but that’s pretty simple pretty much. It so just clean it takes care of. It should be a good. One for you have. Any issues with it google. It that’s what I’ve had to do as far as the racks goes. And had to clean this thing, and she’s Google hey y’all have a good day. And thanks for watching please subscribe to my channel like. And share you like it’s hunting season here in Georgia so there’s a lot of people fixing to go hunting kill.

Some deer I want to make jerky out of. This is a good product to have. If you’ve got the room for another thing remember. You got to have room for it the 80 liter is a counter top model. Where are you gonna put. This right here has got wheels on. It got a closet big enough in your house. You can always slide. It in your claws to do between using it so that’s. One thing to think about anyways y’all have a great day. And like I say please subscribe to my channel there’s gonna be. More videos to come thank.

Everyone it’s just I gotta fix my lighting in here so. You can’t see it I’m really sorry. Idon’t know how to do. That why I am going to start with 135 I’m doing bananas. And peaches said 135 it’s I’m gonna push free eating that’s as easy as. It goes it’s my light. One of the big cans of burn through are. These did to brass I read stuff to show. You why it’s going and then. Some differently bananas so they’re thicker. They have honey on arms. Some have just the lemon juice. And there’s one I’m gonna have to change those. Some bananas. This caramel apple seasoning over the top of the honeymoons it’s gonna be good so that’s. What I’m been hydrating tonight. It should be good the peaches will be like rubbery so like a wrap type thing and the banana should dry out nice alright. Everybody see you guys in the morning bye hey.

Nope today we’re going to be reviewing a Cabala’s food dehydrator. And why don’t we go ahead. And walk through here. And I’ll talk to you talk to. You about you fellas the Cabala’s dehydrator. That were reviewing is a hundred. And eighty liter which is. And it’s a commercial dehydrator. Most commercial dehydrators of. That size are going to be about. It well they’re enemy thousands of dollars. We were very surprised. We found one to be about five hundred. And thirty-five plus shipping and handling and. That just seemed like it’s possible to have a dehydrator. That bit that can do the job thousands of dollars so. You know we’re gonna do the review today on. This dehydrator and the reason. That we’re doing this review is mostly directed towards raw foodists. Because the dehydrator has a lot of reviews already the reviews are mostly from people making beef jerky. And drying meats it has a timer. We were really into drawing at a low temperature which. That option we didn’t really see. Any reason it shouldn’t work for just dehydrating fruits. And vegetables so we’re going to go ahead. And check this out. That is cracked up to be it’s its a definitely a nice-looking piece of equipment it’s pretty it’s pretty good size. We removed our stove with the option of putting it back but. We really don’t even use. It to heat up water. We have a little water heater there.

If we’re gonna make. Some kombucha and make. Some tea something like. That but in reality. We just want to find a good deal on sea. Either approve or disapprove. It rights if it’s gonna be a good deal then right we’ll we’ll approve. You know that it’s worth. It seems like it’s made with a lot of quality welcome back so here. We are we’re going up to the barn. And we’re gonna check out. This Cabala’s dehydrator. What it looks like all right here. We are so I’m gonna go ahead. And turn this camera around. And give you a good idea see. Ican get all right get a good idea of what it looks like so it’s a it’s in the same place. Where our stove used to be so. You can get an idea for the 180 liter it’s up to the level of the counters in fact it’s higher.

Then our 38 inch counters so. You can see that it’s quite tall. It actually is almost as wide as the s. We weren’t expecting it to be. That big you really look at the numbers. And the inches they explain. They are how wide the machine is you’ll see. It is a pretty big machine so. We have here it’s a really basic unit. You know it has lights to show. You what’s inside it’s got an on-off switch. If it’s off the lights go off. And it’s really simple. It has a temperature gauge. You can set the temp notice. That I’m not a temperature gauge. You can set your temperature. And set the time you can set the time on also in. These other buttons here are basically up. And downs they’re going up time. Or down time so if you’re adding an hour two hours three hours. If you’re increasing your temperature. And it’s really simple. This is our first batch here you’re trying today.

And we’re starting off with our keys we’re taking our zucchinis. We have so many zucchini. We have just pound and pounds. And pounds as a key great lot of magnesium. This is part of our food storage being a lot of foo dist as. We need to keep up a lot of raw food. And we’re trying to keep our cost down by not having to go to shop for everything so that’s. What we have a garden. And we’ve been really looking for something. You know commercial. We can be hydrated and the Cabala’s seems like it’s gonna work, but we’re not really. We haven’t really seen the results. Yet so it’s doing its job right. Now it’s on casters so. One of the cool things about. You can lock you can have them unlocked. And just you know wheel. It out will it in it’s got a pretty long extension cord. And so far it looks really it’s got a really nice presentation. It looks really nice it’s pretty sharp looking it’s in the price range of about five hundred.

And thirty-five hundred. And fifty plus shipping and handling compared to the units. We were looking at were. Several thousand dollars so. This is a commercial quality it’s metal racks the inside is metal seems like it’s made pretty sturdy. It came in the box off the truck. It was like a 110 pounds. Or 150 pounds online geez for a dehydrator so. It out I’m like yeah. It really feels like it’s like it’s a very good quality dehydrator, so we’re gonna let. It does its thing for the next couple of days. We are drawing at a low temperature. This review is more focused on the raw foo dist they’re looking for a good deal on quality dehydrator. Because there’s a lot of reviews already about the beef jerky.

That people are making and. That they’re so happy with the reviews. Iwanted this to give a review for the raw foodists out there who have Gardens who have a lot of tomatoes to dry. Now sun-dried tomatoes are best our kale chips. All of those things. What we were using before was actually. This is an American harvest. This is an American harvest drier. And it’s its fine it’s we’ve had. It for oh my gosh probably like 15. Or 20 years and it’s still going just like. You know new but in reality. Unless you’re just gonna make a. Few apricots few apples. You know you don’t have a lot of produce waiting its fine it’s its a fun it’s a fun way to do things to drawing foods with your family like the kids.

And it’s small but if you’re gonna get serious about. Something and being serious cost thousands of dollars. It comes to Daehyun dehydrators. This was obviously our next step. And we’re hoping that it’s going to be like. Everything we’re hoping it’s gonna be so stay tuned. Iwill be back in just a minute. And show what we ended up with in a couple of days. All right take care just walk up. It is morning time coming to check the fellas dehydrator to see. And actually I already check it out I’ll act like. Iguess I’m just checking it out for the first time look okay let’s see. What happened with seeing how.

These guys bikinis these carrots ended up they’re already dry that’s way faster fellows bikini. We piled as a key on top of. Each other you’re not alone. Iwould imagine that they’re not dry. Yet but they’re still soft, but they’re not dripping and their pal there about. We expected they take about three days they’re pretty juicy but. Iwould say at this point it’s already outperformed the harvest American harvest so looking good so far well. This review was helpful for you. And in helpful and making your decision on. Or not whether or not to buy a Cabala’s. Idon’t really see I don’t see. Another dehydrator outperforming it very easily. You would probably have to be the Excalibur commercial but that’s a fifteen thousand dollar item. And it’s really not. That much bigger this but. Isupposed to have very advanced fans.

And quieter fans but. It doesn’t have I don’t believe. It has a viewing windows I’m not really sure haven’t seen. It really closes up yet but anyway take care thank. You very much
