Here today on MTM case card it’s their tactical Matt Cain it’s. One of the newer products. That they have out. This mag can hold 15 magazines. And it holds ten twenty. Or thirty round mags in here it’s a it’s water-resistant. It is plastic so if. It gets rained on its it’s not gonna get in. It has a watertight seal. That runs along the inside of the lid here but it’s not submersible so. If you go ahead and launch. This thing in your pool you’re gonna get water inside. It says it has a heavy-duty latching system it’s not. All it is these plastic latches not really heavy-duty about. That but it does make. It does bring the lid down nice and tight to the lower part of the can. And there’s no movement between the lid. And the bottom of the can. And even when you pick. It up there’s there’s no jiggle so. It is a pretty tight seal which. Ilike about this it has a foam pre-cut insert on the inside of. This and I’ll show. You that in a second which makes. It really organized which is why I bought. This it has these four tabs up here. And here and over there in the back corner that’s so. If you purchased more. Than one of these cans. You can stack them on top of. Each other and they’re not gonna slide off. It also has three locking points on the can here.

One here one in the center. And one over here to keep curious hands out of here. Or you know you’re really good friends who like to swipe your magazines from. You but the main reason. Ipurchased this is because of how organized. It keeps all your magazines okay see. What I’m talking about. It’s nice and organized they’re in there they’re secure it’s not too loose but not too tight okay. And as far as the foam insert will just keep them. That way in search there that’s what’s making them steak. And nice and secure but. These walls here. And here I think over time. That they’re gonna break. You know if you’re using this at the range.

And we’re taking your mags. And an elk non-stop. Ithink the wear and tear will break those from in search but. It says it holds 15 round. Or 15 magazines however. Ifound that if you throw a mag here automatic in between the rows here. And here you can even fit three. More magazines in here those will shake around a little bit. Or these will be. More secure I purchased. This that Cabala’s for about 21 bucks so. Ithought you know it’s not. That big a risk I’ll try. It I like the organization of. It why not brings me onto my likes. Ilike that it’s made in the United States first off okay so. It says it rights there made in USA so. Ilike that about the products. Whenever I can I try to purchase things. That are made in-house. Another thing I like about.

This is the organization of. It I really like that. Iknow that I have. All my mags in one location. All nice and pretty. And organized that’s just. Me it’s just my personality. You may not like that. You may like take the foam insert. It out and throw as. Many magazine magazines in here as. You can that’s you but for me. This is what really drew. Me to this product the price is. It also and also another like. That I have I just got gone saying 20 21 22 bucks. You know it’s not that not. That big a risk you’ll blow. That in the bar in a half hour so. That was there was one of my likes. Ilike that I can just have my mags pre-loaded ready to go for the range pick. This thing up and I’m. Ireally I like that about. This so some of my dislikes is.

That I can pick this thing up boom. And I’m an account so. If somebody comes in your house breaks in your house. You know they have. All your magazines they can pick. This up fast easy toss in their car. And they’re gone these locks aren’t gonna stop them they’ll just take a sledgehammer to. That which brings me to my second dislike is. That it’s made of plastic. If it’s cold out you drop. This thing offs the back your truck. Or something it’s gonna crack it’s gonna split. Ireally would like to see. This thing made out of metal so. We kind of kick it around. And I’ve used it a little bit. More another like or sorry. Another dislike. Ihave is the foam inserts. And I already said. That I said the foam inserts is there’re small walls there. Ithink over time they’re gonna break.

And you know I’m just gonna have mags bounce. It around but if this is. Something that I’m gonna keep just for zombie apocalypse keep. All these mags hollow points just for. That then I think I’ll be alright. Another dislikes that. Ihave about this I would have liked to see them out like maybe like a nameplate here. Ican slide an index card in there. That if I have multiple cans stacked up. Ican just look right at. This can okay these are my Magpul 30 rounders okay. This cane is my Magpul 20 rounder sir my Magpul 3 gonna black out at the hollow point so my ball ammo. Iwould like to have. Something on here that. Ican just look you know on a stack of these. And say okay this is. This is the one I want. Or no this is these are my good mags. And I’m just keeping for end-of-the-world kind of thing so oh yeah. Icould always write with a sharpie.

You know on this Lancer mags 30 rounders but like. Isaid the reason I bought. This thing is because I’d like to be organized like to be neat. And clean I think. That would have been a nice clean look on the side of the second identify. This box so here it is its a MTM case guard it’s their tactical Matic. And as you can see there’s. Nothing tactical about. This but that’s what they call. It so if you liked the video like. It if you liked the kind of videos I’m putting out subscribe thanks for watching.

hello. And welcome to today’s edition of Pegasus test on today’s edition we’re going to review the NPM tactical man can. You start off you have a very sturdy handle right here mounted on top of the can mold. It into the lid also mold on the lid are the latches. You have two of them later very sturdy. You can let the fully loaded can the latches. One pop in addition. You have three holes along the front here. That can be used for putting locks on. Or seals so if you’re going to use. This for a long term storage in a store room. Or a faraway site you can put a seal on. And know that nobody’s tampering with. It we’ve opened up the tactical mag can on the literature. It holds 15 magazines which is true but. We found a way to make. It holds extra you lay extra magazines between the rows. You can get for additional magazines for a total of 19 in the can as well. We found it does hold a revised variety of brands of magazines such as GI mags pmags but. You do have to invert the PMAG. You keep the lid snapped onto the magazine body ets max tapco magazine CAA magazines need to be inserted inverted because of their wide basis on the magazine the Troy battle mag can be inserted feed lifts up but. You have the tab on. It for removing it from the past. You do have to invert. It inserts that way tex-mex mft mags men two mags. And roller mag can all be inserted base down so. We removed a few magazines from the case so. We can show you the molding inside. It would be recommended. When possible to insert the magazine’s base down as. It makes them sit in their sturdier.

It does not tear up the phone. Now the case is rated for 5 5 6 30 round magazines but. We have found that generally applies to just a are magazines for example. We have here a tapco galil magazine but due to the locking tabs on the front. And rear and stop trying to install. That feed lips down. It will tear up your phone. And in addition the base pad is so why it doesn’t go through the slot. You found this review of the mtm tactical Mackin helpful. You like what you’re seeing please comment like.      Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

All right in this unboxing and review I’m going to discuss the Magpul mag link. And that’s model number ma g v 9 v — black blk. Ibelieve these are only available in black. Idid not see a color option on mag Bulls website. This mag link device allows. You to couple two magazines together so. You can easily swap from. One magazine to another magazine on your rifle without getting into your load out. And pulling out another magazine the mag link waves 28 ounces. It comes with the mag link coupler. Some screws to attach. It together it’s a polymer construction just like Magpul PMAG magazines. And their other components. This is the box it shifts in a standard Magpul box not much to say about. It does say on the box. That the mag link is not compatible with first generation PMAG 30s PMAG 20s emags p make 30 G’s. Or PMAG 20 L hours I actually don’t have. Any of those magazines here so. Ican’t confirm I think it’s safe to say. That’s probably accurate. This mag link is going to work with a Gen 2. And Gen 3 P mags I have a couple of gen3 pmags. One Gen 2 PMAG to test so inside the box open. It up inside the box surprisingly. We actually have a folded up decal. Idon’t know what makes Magpul think. Iwant a creased decal. It UNCHR ESA’s yeah it’s pretty much got a crease in. These decals just don’t fit in the box. You fold them up hence probably.

One of the reasons that pistol grips don’t come with decals is. They just don’t fit they’re too big my advice to Magpul don’t fold up the decals. And put them in the box. You know you guys have. One sized decal but. If you’re going to include them in. These smaller boxes have. Some smaller ones printed up. That are just a tad bit smaller. You can put in the box. And not have to fold them in half that’s really nitpicking but. You know I’ll just throw. That out there I’m not real big sticker fan but. You know somebody does give. Me a sticker and I’m gonna use. It I’d like to use it without having a permanent crease in. It is nice you know. You do get most other smaller items. That come in boxes like. That don’t come with decals so.

That is a plus no Ziploc bag just a standard baggie. This is the Magpul coupler here. It comes with two longer screws in. This bag each screw looks like. Some yellow thread locker on. It nice design mag link logo 30-1 which. Iguess is the model number of. This particular item Magpul logo right there. And obviously the screws go through. This does go together somewhat kind of snap together. Idon’t think it’s designed to be used. This way this is just kind of. You know snaps in so. You can test fit these magazines your magazines. And your rifle to make sure you’ve got them staggered correctly. And then take and put the screws in so. You know running and gun in. And such you probably wouldn’t want to use. This without the screws put in. It does kind of snap into place. It is kind of firm so. You could do some test fitting I see. Nothing to complain about construction wise there’s no flash. Or other extra plastic on. This very well-made. We have a couple of slotted screws ten by twenty-four two.

And a half so let’s see let’s grab a couple of gen3 pmags. Igot a couple of jenfifi mags here for doing this you’re going to obviously you’re going to have to stagger. This set up here in a configuration such as. Where the first magazine sits higher. Than the second magazine. That way or excuse. Me the first magazine into your gun sits lower. Than the second magazine. You switch to your second magazine you’ve got to make sure. That the first magazine is not in the way of your rejection door. Or the cases being ejected from your rifle so with. That said let me kind of play around with. And come back on camera in a second okay. Igot two magazines staggered in the mag link here the screws go in fine. They tighten down okay the trick with the mag link is.

You can tell the way. This is designed there’s. These little notches right here. And they’re designed to basically fit over. These raised sections on the magazine so. Ican mount this mag link right here. Or right here or right here. You don’t have infinite adjust ability with the mag link. Idon’t think that’s really necessary. What you need to do is. You need to you know do. This stager setup so. This is your first magazine. Or excuse this is your first magazine. Ikeep getting those backwards. This is your first magazine. And then you switch over to the second magazine here. This sits lower than your ejection door. And your empty brass doesn’t hit. This goes on fine you put screws in tighten. It is freakin rock solid. You could probably throw. This around it’s it doesn’t move at. You tighten this down it’s very solid it’s specifically designed for these magazines. You know you noticed. Idon’t think you’re gonna be able to break.

One of these it’s its definitely very well-made. And it’s a very well-thought-out design from. What I can see so the other thing about the mag link is I’ve got a typical m4 style. Or a military type of magazine house. Ihonestly this pouch normally holds two magazines. Icould fit two P mags in. And the question is. You carry if you’ve got a bunch of these magazines connected together with the Smeg link. You carry him well I can pretty much say. Now as your results may vary okay so. This is a military issue so as. You can see in this standard double mag pouch. Iwas able to get the two magazines. That are coupled together with mag link into the pouch. You know pouch does have a bit of flexibility to.

And the velcro is runs a good portion of the pouch. Iwas only able to make. This work with the rounds facing down because of the floor plates on the windowed pmags it’s a bit too wide to try. That way it is rather tight so. You know you’d have to work at. It to pull this out but. It definitely is doable. You were going to pack a. Few of these this way. All right you pull on. That a little bit this was on your load out it’d probably be easier to pull out. And that’s not the easiest to go in but. You can see I’m getting it. And sliding it in there so it’s not not too bad yeah. It was on your load out. You had a little bit. More leverage to force. This down it’s really only going to go down as far as the mag link it’s just not.

This material at least on. This one’s not gonna really stretch out far enough to let. That in there you get in. And with your finger. And pull it out so. Some people that have. They their initial this is their initial magazine that’s in the gun. They burn through these two magazines. They go back to single magazine from pulling them from their mag pouches on their load out so that’s. Some people run you know depending upon. What pouches you’re using you might be able to get them in your pouches. And run a few of them stacked like. This case I didn’t already mention. These are military issue pouches. Ithink they’re USMC don’t remember who made.

Ithink fire force something like. That anyway these are just military surplus. What I have on I’ve got two of the m3p mags the windowed pmags I’ve got. One windowed m2p mag which I’m going to I’m going to take. This apart and I’m going to put. One of the m2p mags on here just to confirm. That there’s no fitment issues with the m2p mags okay wrapping this up so far. What I see I the only concern like. Ishowed you on the video is. You know this fit emits into standard magazine pouches I’d have to put my load out on. And load up a couple of these. Ithink they’re going to be too bulky. And too difficult to put in. And take out but you know for the first magazine.

Iload up in my gun could be. This is exhausted I can start pulling single magazines out of my pouches. That would be fine too I’ve seen other people do. That might be the way. This as well I know there’re other options on the market. You know like a ready mag system which holds a spare magazine on the rifle. And so on one point in time. Imight explore one of those. Or at least do a product eval of. And see the feasibility of using something like. That but for now this is relatively inexpensive. And I’ll just have to try. Some outdoor sessions. How well it works for me. Ican actually put some of these on my load out without. It being too bulky so that’s the mag full mag link model number of mag 595 — blk okay. This is just a afterthought to my workbench video. Itook the lower receiver. It back together with the upper receiver. It dawned on you know I’ve got a name point Pro here it’s got a gigantic knob.

That sticks out on the side right. Where the magazine should be so. Some rounds in this magazine. And inserted it into the gun. And the magazine comes the magazine lip just barely clears. That adjustment knob on the Aimpoint pro so. It will work it locks into place with ammunition in. It’s not a problem. You can see that the lip of the magazine is just almost touching the adjustment knob so depending upon. What site you’re using on your rifle. You may want to take. That into consideration. This works you know a magazine in magazine out so it’s just very tight clearance wise so it’s. Iwanted to add this onto the video. It would be problematic. Somebody bought and then didn’t take into consideration. What site they might have on their upper.

It does work see I can demonstrate. While holding the camera. It does drop free it locked in place. You know I didn’t have to force. Any additional force to get the magazine to lock into place so. Icould probably get a piece of paper in between the top lip of the magazine. This knob that’s how close. It is but it does work so keep. That in mind if you’re going to use. One of these mag lengths pay attention to. What kind of sight you’re using and. What kind of mounting mechanism.

yeah two pockets nope Boer War elastic bands. One two three four and then velcro very spacious. This is the weird part. These opening you got spaces plastic. And then on this side yeah that’s weird um he’s weird thing here pulls out those okay so. He can hide these away. And tuck them thank. That for both sides. You don’t want them sticking up so then. You still add this into. This opens up really but with. It mommy velcro together right. You could tuck it would. You have you can just. Ican just not be open but. Imean it’s so good. It would be nice it was a little bit magnetic. And there’s velcro back here. It was so you can put your. You can so you’re gonna. And I’m back there’s a mesh. Something with my phone for easy access. It on but go for anything like change. Something cuz there’re like corners. That are open right there. You guys you can switch. It from left or right side holding yes. These little fancy looking things. You just squeeze them back very easy there are. Some Molly on the step right there anomalies on the side sign right. This is an extra strap I’ve. Ilaced the extra right here. Because it’s like this much extra instead of having like. This part super super long it’s kind of short so. You probably eat that much overall. It very lights I’ll show. What the back looks like the cores around. You can also like just. You can tuck this into the mesh very nicely which is nice like. That sometimes you don’t want to just pull hanging like.

Ihave the thing stuff so it’s kind of open like. That but it’s nice you can zipper. This was big this is a tubing I hope.

Welcome back to the gear tester Channel today I’d like to talk to. You guys about the 5-11 tactical series double pistol mag pouch. This is a pouch which allows. You which was originally designed to allow. You to put two pistol magazines for your gun such as. One here in into the pouch. And then attach it through the molle system which is. This strip that pops up here. It stays attached to the 5-11 gear. And then you would attach. Something like this spec ops leg drop system here. You would weave alternating between. One of these loops one of these Molly loops here on the leg rig. And then into the loop pair the individual loop on the 5-11 double pistol mag pouch alternating between those. And then you get down to the end snapping it off doing the same here starting like. This laying it down that’s creating a very strong. And reliable attachment. And then you wanted to get. That pouch off you just pop. That pull out that strip. You have your pouch off. And ready to go I’ve had. This 511 pouch for over a year. It to be really reliable. Everything like most of 511 products which I’ve owned a number to be totally a bomb-proof. This pouch is going to run. You around $15 for the double mag pouch probably. More like $12 for the single mag pouch which is just the. One with one back on. You can use these for other things.

They don’t just have to be used for pistol magazines. You can use them for instance a lot of times I’ll have. One of these either on my belt. Something depending on what I’m doing with my leather man let. Me just push this down like so got my Weatherman in there as well. Something like this surefire flashlight would go very nicely into. This pouch so it’s not just a pistol mag pouch. It can be a utility pouch as well. Idefinitely recommend. This 5-11 pouch to. You guys I think 511 products are decently priced. Ithink also the quality. You get is definitely a high level of quality. These 511 pistol mag pouches are definitely worth the money. If you’re looking to get pouches to attach to your Molly system. Even just give a utility pouch for things like flashlights. Or leather men’s or large folding pocket knives. Idefinitely would recommend. This 511 double pistol mag pouch to. You guys this is the gear tester thanks for your views. And thanks for subscriptions.
