Hi there, what I’m, showing you is the science eagle, backpack or travel backpack, and it’s nineteen point five inches tall by twenty by twelve inches long by a six inches deep. So and as you can see the zippers used, it appears to be durable and heavy-duty, so it has silver tone hardware with double zippers and it has straps all around for better compression and so the front part is this pocket. So it has slip pockets here in front and then inside sorry.
So the next compartment is this one. So this should be where the laptop to be place. So this is some slightly padded. How I wish it some well padded here and see it holds my macbook pro 12 inches I’m gonna get it so this is now the inside part. So it has some compressions I mean straps here to keep your things. You know in place and also it has this mesh pocket here in front or your other stuffs. So it has sturdy on top handle and on the side handle here, because you can carry it as a duffel bag.
So it has this straps here, but you can keep the straps inside. So it has a zipper here, and the only thing is that this one here, the hook here or the lobster-claw clasp, is a mini. Reviewers really complain of it, but you know: I I still have to test this more so to know if it’s really it’s really that weak or strong. Welcome to one bag travels I wanted to have a look at another inexpensive travel bag by Heinz, Eagle and I got this on Amazon for about 48 dollars, and this is their 38 litre travel bag. So one of the big differences in these inexpensive travel bags is they use less expensive materials for the manufacture in the fabric and the straps and the buckles. So this thing is made out of a fiddle thicker polyester.
If you watched our last video on the 40 litre bag, that was also made out of polyester, and it’s not quite as soft, and it’s not quite as strong as nylon. So this 38 litre backpack, is kind of your standard carry-on size a little bit smaller than the max maximum carry this thing is basically just one big compartment. It’s got a big zipper here as a clamshell, and then it’s got a organizational compartment on the top and then the small little front zipper.
Looking at some of the exterior features on this bag. It’s pretty simple design, there’s two side straps here to kind of cinch down the bag, same thing on this side, there’s a small side carry handle and also a small top carry handle there. The back side of this bag has these backpack straps and there’s a little pouch here on the top. So this thing doesn’t have a laptop compartment.
Necessarily this pouch here doubles as either a laptop compartment or if you want to stow away the backpack straps, you can tuck them down in here and these little small backpack buckles also kind of tuck in at the bottom of this pouch, comparing this 38 later backpack with a 40 litre, Heinz Eagle backpack that I that I showed you earlier this one. The material is actually pretty soft its polyester, but it’s kind of has this nice weave pattern to it.
The buckles do seem like they’re they’re a little sturdier and it definitely seems like it’s a pack. That’s a little bit a little bit better put together. Then then the 40 liter one. So, let’s start by showing you some of the external features on this bag. It has this on a front and zipper pocket and there’s nothing going on in here: there’s no interior pockets, but just kind of a kind of a big pouch I, just put whatever you want in there.
This other kind of backpack style front zipper pocket here this thing folds down and it’s an organizational compartment. So as this bigger pocket back here, that goes all the way down to the bottom tablet or magazine or whatever, and then it has one of the smaller pocket here goes down to about there there’s a small zipper mesh here and then two little pockets here on the side.
If you want to put pens or pencils or something like that, and this front organizational pocket is pretty thin, so you’re gonna be kind of hard pressed to put in you travel gear in there of any size, so pretty much you’re limited to the main clamshell compartment on this guide. As far as your your bulkier, your travel gear. So let’s have a look at the inside of this bag.
Again, pretty simple design: there’s not really a whole lot going on with this bag, which is kind of nice, because there’s not a lot of buckles and straps hanging off of it. There’s not a bunch of little pockets and little weird compartments. It’s just it’s just a really simple bag. It’s just a big clamshell kind of briefcase and then this front little organizational pouch.
So, as you can see, main zipper goes most of the way around the bag that opens up to this large, just single pocket briefcase, and these are the packing cubes that were recommended with this bag and they work pretty well. I use the same ones on the 40 liter pack and this one’s a tiny bit smaller, but most of the size loss on this one is in the height, so these packing cubes fit in here, pretty good, so yeah, it’s it’s pretty much just just a clamshell.
It has these kind of small little straps on the inside. If you’re not using a packing cube and then the top flap has this small mesh pocket that you can put dirty laundry or or whatever in there so yeah. It’s a it’s: a pretty nice bag, pretty inexpensive and seems to be pretty good quality. So I’m gonna do a quick packing demo on this Hynes Eagle 38 litre travel bag and show you all the gear that I put in there or kind of here that you can fit in there.
If you watch the packing demo on the 40 liter bag, you’ll see I pretty much have all the exact same stuff except this bag is slightly smaller, so I took out a few things: I check out the travel day. Pack and I took out the pack towel, but everything else is exactly the same. So I’ll just run through real, quick all the gear that I’m gonna put in this thing, then I’ll pack, it up and I’ll, show you how much gear I can fit in there and how to pack it up.
So this big packing tube I have two pairs of jeans pair of shorts, another thinner pair of travel pants as long as this, as well as this long-sleeve button-up wool shirt. This medium cube I have six rolled t-shirts as well as two additional short-sleeved button-up shirts. This is the small pack cube and I have six pairs of socks and six pairs of underwear in here.
I have this small Eagle, Creek, Specter toiletry bag, and mostly just a lot of mini mini toiletries. I have a small first aid kit, shampoo, soap, deodorant toothbrush, razor dental floss and then some miscellaneous items. Sunglasses I have a small travel wallet with my passport and travel documents, a little mini notebook, Amazon, Kindle 8 inch and then I have all of these electronics chargers headphones on other miscellaneous small loose items in here.
So, let’s start out with the main compartment. Okay, this bigger packing cube, tucks right in their shirts and socks and underwear. As you can see, this is a week’s worth of clothing, just kind of packs right in they’re, really nice on this 38 litre bag. You are limited in space on this top compartment, it’s pretty thin, so you kind of have to get most of your gear, clothes and toiletries and stuff in this in this main compartment.
So I’m gonna take my toiletry bag kind of stuff it in there and then, as far as this miscellaneous items, most of these things will fit in this. This little top compartment here so tablet: passport, notebook, travel documents, charger a couple, other miscellaneous items headphones and then charger, and have this little multi-tool pop in there and sunglasses on top.
So you can see I got a pretty solid weeks worth of gear in here it sticks out a little bit on the top. There’s not really a whole lot of room, and this thing doesn’t expand. So you have to be really careful with what you take, but it packs down really nice keeps its form pretty well. These zippers and buckles are all pretty sturdy. I think is kind of simple backpack straps on the back, which you can tuck them away.
If you want, or you can pull them out and kind of, wear it as a backpack all in all, for under $50. This is a pretty good deal so yeah thanks for watching.

Time to find a bag to put all my martial art stuff in there and this bag is amazing, so I’m just gonna go through it real quick. First of all, you got this back compartment when you unzip it. You’ve got a lot of room. So you know I’ve got my black belt. There I’ve got some focus pads that fit really nicely in there. These are the small ones. I’ve got some MMA gloves that fit right here. I’ve still even got some extra room here to put some more stuff, it’s a little bit narrow.
That’s the back portion I’d like to have everything separated so I when I’m organized I know exactly what I need to get to when I get to training a client or something this is the bigger compartment he’s very roomy. These are full size focus pads that fit in here. Okay set a boxing gloves, but very nicely very organized I’m. These zippers are high-quality and very easy to use, so I really really like it. You get to the front of the bag.
You open this front compartment. You still got some ammo look. I got a pair of socks. There I’ve got some CBD oil headphones I could put my business cards there a place even for our pen, your keys, very nice very well done, and this even got this little top compartment. You can put your wallet. I put my mouth guard up there and then it’s got the water bottle pockets here, an extra couple of pockets here on the side, it’s extremely well-made, the back straps work very well they’re comfortable and even have an extra storage compartment back here to some papers or something like that.
This carry handle is convenient and it’s very sturdy, its modern, the other thing I like about it is it doesn’t look tactical, so you you, like the gray man you’re, not standing out, so you don’t want people to know what you’re carrying around this is just a great bag. For that you can also get a little port here where you can put a battery charger in then you can put your phone down here and run your core through there. So all in all, this bag is fantastic and for the price you absolutely can’t beat it, especially.

I have this backpack to show you it’s pretty neat got a lot of function to it super convenient. You can see the brand here, um tons of pockets in this thing, there’s a little one here up front good for use in a airport or if you’re traveling, I would say, you’ve got some straps here. Also this metal piece. You can hook things onto that inside this first pocket here, you’ve got a little mesh spot several different options.
Another zipper pocket here places for your pens or pencils. Also, this little key ring. You could hook your keys to and pull off to use um. This would be good for when you’re out traveling, and then you can hook them back on here. So you know right where they’re at um got a small pocket here and then kind of a larger one here, with a mesh mesh spot to kind of separate things out as you go, this bag, just never ending.
You can fit so much in here this pocket here. Um you’ve got a couple different, a couple different spots. I’ve got a charging bank in here. It’s also got usb capability here. On the side you can plug in I’ve got my cell phone charger. You could plug your phone right into it and charge it or charge your power bank, while you’re on the go just to show you here. It’s charging my phone now you can see fast charging just from the backpack um.
You could charge your power banks or anything that you need. You’ve got your spaces also, the little pockets in between are pretty padded and durable and protecting. They also got a headphone spot here that you could plug your headphones into something. If you’re on the go and wanting to listen to music, you can run the cord right through here, so you can have them on while you’re while you’re on the go.
It’s got a durable handle as well. You can see in here it’s got like metal inside and protected, and it still goes. You’ve got a bag portion back here. Further, you could fit more items inside of also this is for a laptop. It actually opens all the way flat. You can fit more items on this side. You’ve got three smaller pockets here and then even a section I’ll show you you can fit your laptop in as well.
The padding on this thing would keep it pretty safe to the velcro, strap just to hold it in case you’re. Digging through your bag in the airport. Don’t want anything to fall out of it get your laptop. You could also even put like a tablet in this area. Like I said, it’s super thick and padded, and then you’ve got your drink holders on both sides like a mesh, drink holder and then really thick padding on the arm.
Straps you’ve got a spot here. You can hold your headphone cord, so you’re not getting all tangled up while you’re trying to be on the go. You’ve got a spot here if you want a hook, a pair of glasses, reading, glasses or sunglasses, and then you’ve got a secret kind of pocket here that you can put more items in it’s really padded. So even if it’s got a ton of weight in it as you’re going along, it would be comfortable on your back.
You’ve got spots here for your shoulder blades and for your back also, you’ve got this strap. If you’ve got a big thing of luggage, you could easily hook it right onto your luggage and keep walking along really durable, really well made and put together. You.
