High arch and these shoes work very well. They have a nice wide toe box and they. Have a narrow, but they have a narrow heel they have a good arch support on the inside and i like the fact that it. Has a very aggressive tread so it works. Very well been a lot of hikes with these i have not had any trouble hiking on a. Lot of loose scree and these catch very. Well i don’t slip and slide it will fall. Walked on wet rocks and other surfaces. That were not very stationary and they. Work very well i can walk them in all day and even though they have a tough aggressive tread they do have enough cushion on the inside that they are comfortable enough to wear all day and. They don’t hurt my feet a lot of shoes. When they put a pretty tough tread on the bottom end up being too hard on your. Feet but these have just the right amount of arch support and cushion and a. Nice rugged sole.
