Deuter Futura 30L Backpack – Men’s

It might look like your average day pack, but the Men’s Deuter Futura 30L Backpack has a few tricks up its sleeve. The ergonomic and ventilated design of the padded shoulder straps and waist belt keep you comfortable on longer treks, and they’re designed for minimal chafing—so if you’re thinking of bagging a peak and doing an overnighter in one trip, you most certainly can. Slip a divider into the main compartment, creating a spot to store your sleeping bag, then stuff your extra layers above that, and your cooking and meal supplies into the top. Compression straps on the sides can be used to store your tent, but if you’re the sleeping-under-the-sky sorta adventurer, you can travel even lighter. Plenty of exterior pockets are available for snacks, map, or phone, and the integrated rain cover protects your gear from unexpected showers.

  • Technical pack for day hikes or quick overnights
  • 30L offers enough space for minimalist camping
  • Breathable support system provides padded comfort as you hike
  • Rugged construction built to resists tears and abrasion
  • Sleeping bag compartment optional with removable separator
  • Integrated rain cover offers weather protection
  • Hydration sleeve keeps your water close at hand
  • A myriad of pockets hold additional supplies
  • Item #DTR006A
  • So this is my future backpack made by. Buddha and it’s a thirty liter day pack that I’ll be using on the camino it’s. Got a lot of features that i really like it’s a solid frame but it’s pretty light weighs three and a half pounds this section here is holds it rights quite a. Ways away from your body so you get a lot of air flow in there and you don’t get too hot i like that space in there it’s about three inches i guess the. Straps are quite nicely padded in here all the way down and in the back and. Also along the waist belt and it’s a. Women’s specific design so this whole section in here is quite a bit shorter than it would be on regular size it’s. Got adjustable straps in the very top. And around the hip that you can keep it. Pretty snug as well as the straps themselves tighten up and of course it’s got the chest strap as well and it slides up and down so you can make it pretty comfortable so let’s see flip it. Over and on each side has a pouch that. You can put anything you want in it’ll fit a one liter water bottle though and these side straps they tighten up or. They can be loose whichever you like there’s a side pocket on both sides. That’s kind of expands when you put stuff inside it and each side of it has. One of those on the bottom the section. Divides in half right here and inside you can actually have it a kind of. Panel that you can have and separate the top from the bottom or you can do like i have right now and i have it open lots of hooks on the bottom for hanging things on as well i put some clothes and things in here so you can sort of see but that section there is where it fits. In and then of course you can undo the. Top so right over here is a pocket. That’s really well accessible when you’re actually walking use put your hands over your back and grab it so i put things i need during the hike inside sort of more of a safety thing i guess. You can keep things inside this pouch here and then it’s pretty easy to pull. Things out I’ll just open it up and stay so you can see inside I’ll pull out my towel there’s a little strap in there with a little bit of velcro that you can hook things on and. Then again this will be oh yeah i. Forgot there’s a little pouch in here and you can put the water bladder in if. You’re carrying water and there’s a little hole right on the side that you can leave the little bit of a pipe. Through or whatever i usually just have it coming through the top though it’s just pretty easy to do that there’s a. Pouch here just for putting things in that you want to keep maybe maps and stuff things that you want accessible and quick and it’s got lots of straps on. The outside that’s for keeping your poles hiking poles and let’s see what. Else it’s overall it’s really. Comfortable i quite like it and I’ve. Been wearing it a lot and using it a lot lately so that i can get used to it oh. Yeah on the bottom it’s got an opening. That you can pull out the rain cover and. Just get it out here and it’s got a bit of elastic around it covers up the entire pack really quickly and easily and it’s waterproof so it gives you that. Little bit of extra protection so deuter. Pack i really like it and I’m hoping that it’ll just be perfect for our trip.

    Deuter Futura Pro 36L Backpack – Men’s

Just think about it, the fewer items you pack in the Deuter Men’s Futura Pro 36L Backpack, the lighter it will feel on the trail. It’s a good thing this Futura Pro sits on the smaller side of overnight backpacks, because you only really want to haul the smallest backpacking stove and a couple dehydrated meals anyway. Sure some clothes, your sleeping bag, a hydration reservoir, and maybe a bivouac will come along, but that’s about it. Even if that feels a bit too much for your minimalist mindset, the pack’s padded mesh, sturdy spring steel frame, and fully adjustable Active Comfort Fit system make sure your hike is a comfy one.

  • Pack light, pack right with this clever overnight backpack
  • 34L capacity sits on the smaller side of overnight backpacks
  • AirComfort Sensic Pro presses padded mesh at shoulders and waist
  • Active Comfort Fit adjusts vertically and horizontally
  • Rain cover protects valuables from wet weather
  • Internal sleeve sized for 3L hydration reservoirs
  • Attachments for ice axes or trekking poles
  • Item #DTR006D
  • Sleek streamlined and durable full of. Features and sporting an extended length. Suspension system for those taller than. Average backpackers the deuter future pro 44 ii l is great for the trail let’s. Take a look at its construction and features the big story with this pack. Lies in the suspension system so I’m going to turn that around and take a look and see what we have going on daughter is using their air comfort flex. Light pro system in this pack so if you take a quick look at it you can see that it is a very breathable suspended mesh back panel there is ample. Space between the actual back panel and the portion of the back pack to provide. Excellent airflow and breath ability as i. Mentioned this is an extended length or extra long torso so it’s designed to fit. Those larger torsos of 20 to 24 inches. So that’s really where it’s getting that e l naming it’s designed for those users it does have a lightweight aluminum. Framing in here and it’s very flexible so it’s going to work with the wear of. Not against them so again providing excellent fit breath ability throughout we do have 3d air mesh shoulder straps. And they’re going to provide comfort and breath ability and the padding wraps around the edges there, so they’re a lot softer it’s going to reduce the chafing on the shoulders down in the hip belt. We’ve got daughters very flex hip belt. So it’s kind of independently attached hip belt it’s designed to flex. As the user walks so it’s not going to chafe it’s not going to make any hot spots or abrasion on the hips so very. Flexible very flex hip belt excellent. Addition to the pack there a few others. Features to mention on the back panel side of the pack we do have two hip belt pockets so very lightweight hip belt. Pockets great for storing those small items whether they’re snacks maybe a cell phone or some other emergency supplies if you need them while you’re out on the trail I’m going to turn the pack back around now and take a look at the access points and how we get to all the gear in the pack so this is a top. Loading pack and it does have a bottom. Sleeping bag compartment or bottom access so a traditional top loading style it’s got a foot here we do have some additional pockets on the hood for organizational purposes and lash points for lashing additional gear down at the. Bottom there is this large zipper there. For sleeping bag access or just a lower compartment so if i open that up there. Is a sizable sleeping bag compartment there I’ve just got kind of mesh stuffed sleeping bag in there and there is a mesh I’m sorry a zippered divider. So you can separate this divider and. Have one large internal capacity pack or. As I’ve got it here separated for two. Separate components or compartments rather so easy organization for gear and. Sleeping bag moving back up to the top. Of the pack as i mentioned it does have a hood there are two buckles on the front to release that hood there are. Multiple pockets on the hood, so we’ve got a pocket on the underside and next. To that pocket there are an sos label so it kind of tells you how to alert somebody if you’re in an emergency situation so great feature their small. Pocket for organization and valuables and on the backside of the hood we do. Have another pocket again for storage so. Smaller items foods filters anything you. Need to get to quickly store in the hood. Large spin drift collar at the top will. Allow you to access all the contents of the pack it doesn’t extend too much farther because the hood is fixed it’s not a floating hood so light. Spindrift collar small spin drift collar there but you can easily access the contents some other features on the. Outside of the pack that i do want to mention include some side bellows pockets so turn the pack to the side there we’ve got top and bottom. Compression if i release that top compression strap it reveals this bellows pocket so easy to access zipper. Gives you access to that bellows pocket. So it lays pretty flat when not in use but it expands quite a bit when you need to stuff gear in there that’d be a great place for a filter or a first-aid kit or. Something that you want to keep quick easy access to while you’re on the trail. So great feature with that side bellows. Get on the front of the pack we do have. Two loops and bungee tie offs so easy to. Store your trekking poles your mountaineering axes your ice axes or. Whatever you need on the front of the pack as far as tools go you’ve got. Access points and lash points for that included with the pack door does offer a. Rain cover so at the bottom of the pack under that reinforced base there is. Another zipper it’s kind of on the suspension side of things there’s this blue tab here and that’ll allow you to. Access an included and removable rain. Cover so great benefit to have with that. Pack adds a lot of value to the system gives you protection in less than ideal conditions so really easy to access that. Zippered compartment for your rain cover. And on the sides we do have our standard stretch mesh water bottle pockets so. Great for those water bottles or extra gear you can lash the gear down with those compression straps if you need to the pack overall comes in at just under. Four pounds so it is very lightweight its streamlined it’s simple but it is. Full of trail friendly features and it has that extra long suspension system for those longer torso backpackers it’s. The deuter future pro 44 al. You.

Hey guys coming back at you for the another pack I’m super excited about this one this was the deuter or however you. Pronounce it i don’t even know pack it’s. Really nice take it off for your quick. And I’ll give you a close-up view of it here it’s a 36 litre this one is the. Future pro 36 they call it he’s got a. Really nice suspension system hold that. Up so you can see it’s called the air. Comfort ver flex you can see it’s got a. Mesh pad here and a good two inches of. Space with the pack but i got this down. To 22 pounds and that’s with some. Non-essential stuff in there so I’m going to call this a 20 pound pack. Because it with a few little tweaks i. Could take a couple non-essential things out and make it into a 20 pound pack no. Problem I’ll show you guys what’s in it. Alright guys we’re going to start off with the main compartment of the pack which opens up like that there’s the. Head here which just folds back I’ll get. Into what i keep in there later on. Here’s my food bag it has my msf. Cook stove which i have reviewed in a. Separate video. Small propane stove and then i have some. Mountain house meals and this is a cooler so if i wanted to i could put an. Egg or two in there and along with a frozen bottle and it would keep it fresh overnight for the then in here. Apparently is a glow stick but keep some. Paper towel and normally i keep my that. Spork set that i have in there too but. It’s not in there right now in a different pack set that aside here’s my. Tent the ll bean micro light fs1. Really nice pen does not weigh very much. At all i don’t know the exact weight but it is very light nice one person tent here’s a sleeping. Pad it’s an inflatable sleeping pad. And this is a thermal light reactor it’s. A sleeping bag liner but that’s actually. Not what i use it for i use this as a pillow but it’s supposed to increase the. Are supposed to make it so say if you. Have a 15 degree liner so it adds 15. Degrees to your temperature rating. Here’s what the con show and i keep in. There’s a there’s a flap down in here it’s meant for a bladder but i don’t use bladders because they’re prone to fail what i use is my canal gene and one of. The non-essential items i was talking about is this thermos that i like to. Carry but what i could do is just strap. That and just bring that cup if i wanted. To lighten the load and that cup is what i cook it I’m gonna pack this all. Back up and I’ll get back to you with what’s in the rest of it all right guys next we’re gonna go to the bottom pocket i painted these two tabs on here the. Zipper tabs red because one of the. Things i keep in here front center my med kit. Flashlight but i like to do that on all. My packs that signify where what pocket. The med kits and i like to paint that zipper red and then my sleeping bag. Which is an l opening 35 degree bags so. That in conjunction with my 15 degree liner brings me down to 20 degrees i can do but i mostly. Use that liner like i said as a pillow. Dual purpose anyway can i get this. Packed back up and i will show you guys. What’s in the hood I’m just going to do it all in one take yes is easy to pack up it’s quick access. Pocket for your med kit it’s good we’re. Gonna go to the lid here it ain’t me i. Keep spare pair of socks i said under armour in case it gets cold. Out here’re the bottoms to those and my. Katadyn water filter this is the hiker. Pro i don’t think I’ve shown this on camera yet so i will do so now he comes. In this little pouch and it’s got this. Piece right here which you put in the water it’s got a float say if there’s. Some sludge on top of the water. What you’d want to do is set your float. Like that so it’s going in but you don’t want it to be on the bottom so you can. Make pretty many acts like a float that then the other end is just a. Straight tube that you can put into your nalgene bottle they do make an. Attachment but there’s no there’s no. Need for it if they make an attachment. That makes a an airtight seal between. The bottle and the filter so nothing. Could fall in but long as you’re careful you’re not going to get anything in there I’ll be right back with you guys now for what i keep in these little easy access pockets bug spray bends 100. Percent deep — chapstick. Spare batteries for my flashlight. Wrapped in duct tape a small role of. Duct tape for any a tent repair that may. Need to be done and a few wet naps to. Clean it up. And on the other side i keep my gps turn. Any of you who are wondering no need to pull it out it’s just the Magellan. Triton i believe it’s called it’s an old. Old gps but still works good for me so i don’t see any need to get rid of it and i don’t really pull it out of my pack much anyway because i normally know where I’m going anyway if you guys liked. This video give it a thumbs up if you want to see more content like this subscribe I’m going to be doing a day hike tomorrow with my girlfriend which i do plan on doing a small short video. About I’m going to be taking this pack for a trial run i have not hiked with it. Yet although it feels very comfortable so I’m very confident in it anyway like. I said if you guys liked this video give it a thumbs up if you want to see more please subscribe this is ben moto prepper see you guys next.

    Deuter Aircontact 55+10L Backpack – Men’s

With a sleek and athletic design and durable abrasion resistant materials the. Deuter air contact 75 plus 10 is a load. Hauling pack capable of extended backpacking and trekking let’s take a. Look at its features first i want to take a look at the suspension system on this pack and how it handles a heavy load so on the back side of the air. Contact 75 we’ve got the deuter air contact suspension system it’s a really. Sturdy and durable suspension system as. Capable of carrying a lot of weight we’ve got a nice aluminum ex frame in. The system here provides a lot of structure but also grants flexibility and there is a durable frame sheet in. There as well for some additional structure and protection for your back we’ve got really nice beefy air mesh. Padding here so you’ve got a lot of comfort enhancement with that suspension system and it is a extremely adjustable. Suspension system as well so right in. The shoulder harness here we’ve got deuter’s very quick suspension system. It’s a very easy kind of ladder lock system that makes it simple to adjust torso size all you have to do is break. That velcro away and you can use these tabs here to adjust this torso up and. Down depending on your torso size and a. Really neat feature is up in those load lifter areas is that you’ve got two. Different kind of points of adjustment so for the smaller torso folks out there you’ve got a lower adjustment point to make sure you still get those a nice load lifter adjustments and for those larger torso folks you’ve got that upper. Justment point that harness is also an. Active fit harness so it’s designed to pivot with you when you’re moving so it. Will reduce the chance of any abrasion or hot spots on your shoulders and the soft edges on those shoulder straps certainly enhance that as well down in. The hip belt we’ve got a multi-layered reinforced hip belt with really nice. Beefy padding down there so very durable very comfortable padding on the hip belt and also very supportive it also is. Daughters very flex hip belt so it’s. Kind of independent system there where it allows a lot of flexibility for the hips so you can still move freely while you’re hiking and it still provides that structure and that comfort and transfers the load down to your hips effectively so excellent durable and comfortable suspension system in the air contact we’re going to turn the pack back around and take a look at the access points and how we access our gear so if we do have. Kind of traditional top loading style pack on the pack here, so we have a nice big floating lid, and we’ve got two. Buckles on the front just undo those and it’ll throw that hood back we’ve got a really large kind of oversized spin drift. Collar on the pack so if i undo that. Buckle there’s also a little toggle here we can open up that spin drift collar and. Really show how large it is so it kind. Of extends a little bit higher so you can overstuff this pack and like i said that hood is floating so you can really add a lot of gear to this pack so. That’s where you kind of get your 75 plus 10 naming you get an additional 10. Liters of capacity with that oversized spin drift collar another really neat. Access point for the 75 plus 10 is the. Front of the pack it kind of has this large u-shaped zipper so you can access. This pack like a piece of luggage so this entire front panel on the back pack. Actually hides a nice zipper so if i. Undo those buckles at the bottom open up. That zipper you can see that we’ve got a. Really large entry point in the middle of the pack so that will allow you to. Get to any gear you may have tucked inside the middle of your items whether they’re small things you need to access or anything like that you can access. Then very simply without dumping all the contents out of the top of the pack so really nice convenient access point. In the center of the backpack and of. Course we do have a sleeping bag compartment on the bottom of the pack so at the very bottom where this air contact 75 + 10 names is we’ve got another u-shaped zipper there for your sleeping bag you can open that up store. Your sleeping bag there if you want to or any other gear and if you choose to you can separate these compartments with this zippered divider here or you can have one main large. Compartment with that separation just. Divided so you can simply unzip it and. It will give you one large access point some additional features all in the air. Contact includes a separated included. Rain cover so on the bottom of the pack. There is a small zippered pocket so. Right down here we’ve got this blue tab and if you open that up down tucked underneath that reinforce the bottom of the pack we’ve got an included rain cover so adds a lot of value to the. Backpack a lot of versatility and keeps you protected when an unexpected storm. Comes by so nice additional bonus with. That rain cover we do have sleeping pad. Straps on the bottom of the pack so you can lash a sleeping pad or any other. Gear to the bottom of the pack there they also double as compression so you can compress the load at the bottom of the pack we do have two loops as well so. At the very bottom we’ve got these nice durable tool loops, and we’ve got a bungee tie off up here so you can cinch those down easily you’ve got some reinforced daisy chain. Attachments on the front of the pack so you can lash some more gear there on the. Sides we do have our standard stretch water bottle pockets, and we’ve also got. Bottom and top compression so you can really cinch down the load nice and easily if you have a water bottle in there that might be a little smaller you can use that compression strap over the top to make sure it stays put so nice benefit there, and we’ve got this small. Pocket on this side a good map pocket so. It’s a very low-profile pocket very thin it would be great for maps or any smaller items that you may want to store there we do have a hydration compatible. System with this pack so on the inside. There is a sleeve you can kind of store that hydration bladder or reservoir and. You’ve got h2o port on this side here to. Route the hose through it’s a very simple and convenient in there we do have a zippered pocket on. The hip belt so small sized zippered. Pocket great for clif bars snacks small cell phone if you want to store that there or anything else you may want to store close at hand excellent little hip belt pocket there we do have some. Pockets on the hood of the pack as well so at the top we’ve got a pretty small. Pocket here but you can definitely store a lot of gear in their smaller things. Like filters extra food any type of book or math you may want to keep their good. Pocket on the top of the pack for that, and we also have a pocket on the. Underside it’s a zippered valuables pocket so things you may want to keep stored a little more securely got that zippered valuables pocket underneath another cool feature — that hood is that. We’ve got this sos label so on the very. Top on the underside of that hood we’ve. Got a really cool sos label that just kind of gives you an idea of how to alert somebody if you’re in an emergency situation there’s a few instructions there so neat little sos label on the. Pack and there you have it full of trail. Friendly features durable materials a sleek athletic design and load hauling capability it’s the deuter air contact 75 plus 10. You.

Hello my friends this is scouting free from germany and today i want to. Introduce you to my new hiking backpack. The deuter air contact 65 10 liter. Version and i want to do it in kind of. Special way i want to compare it to my. Modified large alice pack and right now. I see you jumping off the chair and saying how dare you comparing those completely different systems from completely different decades that the one is military the one is hiking your. Alright on this yeah absolutely all. Correct on this i make this comparison. For two reasons the first one is i love. Both of them i really love them both but. I want to show you why i chose this. Backpack for my long 80-mile trip. Compared to my large alice pack and this. Is the modified version and i don’t want. To get too much into the details but there are some significant things i want. To show you why i chose this one for my. Big trip so I’ll be back in a minute. So here it is your may know it from my other videos might be laughed ls back my large alice pack with a molly. Two shoulder straps and the hip belt. Fully loaded because this is the weight i will carry when I’m going my big trip. If you might see my or we will see later. That this is nothing new and this is. Kind of the same thing that we will have on my new daughter rucksack but there’s. One essential thing this is fully loaded, and we’re talking about 40 45 pounds. That I’m gonna carry. And you see of course you have an external frame this is something that. Seems to be kind of outdated today i. Love it for several reasons because this. Is really versatile if you need to carry something else you can take away just. The backpack and use the frame for carrying heavy loads or something like that so this is just another you know it wasn’t constructed for hiking this is a military gear but i hope you might see. This frame here is you see here the. The air between the frame and the back and my back this frame puts the weight. Of the load at the back of my. Body so what i found out when i was. Hiking for longer times and no matter. How i adjusted this walking kind of. Straight pulls the weight back it still. Constantly pulls the way back so walking. Kind of relaxed and walking kind of cool you have to walk like this i had to walk. Like this i don’t want to say that anybody will walk like that in my case. It is like this i have a round back and. Then i have an s-shaped lower back so. That’s not kind of the best and healthy back that i have i had to work out my. Whole life to keep this in shape but this is one of the reasons why i choose an another peg for long trips for short. Trips or one day trips i love this peg it’s a no brainer it’s comfortable you. War it’s stable like you might see you. Can put a lot of gear inside it no doubt. About it but in my case and this is that. I have kind of funny back maybe i. Found out after walking for 3-4 hours. Fully loaded pressure coming on my hip. Is getting more and heavier and the. Muscles of the store i constantly have to work against. Getting push back like this so i was i. Found out that i started walking like this all the time always and that was. Something i felt the pain in the hips. Sometimes then and so i thought okay you. Need to find something else on the other hand i thought well when we were boy. Scouts we had kind of blue backpacks we didn’t care about that well. But what i figured out is in my case. That was 30 years ago i was young i had. You know you have no problems with your. Back you have no problems with you with. Anything now it’s 30 years ago and i. Actually find something that works better for longer tracks so like i said. I love this but the fact that the frame. Pushes the weight back and that the. Whole backpack is kind of smaller a lot. Of weight pushes the body back wards so. This is the deuter backpack no way to. Talk about that this is from the year 2014 totally different materials no. External frame all the other stuff i go into details right now but for you as an. Impression i will do this 360 on this. Side so you see it’s way higher. And this is way flatter on my back so. In this case i don’t have at all the. Impression that i get pulled back. Because the weight is much more at my. Back on my hips and why this is the case. I will show you now in the details so my. Friends as you might see the difference. Between duce and those to control the constructions is obvious and that’s. Nothing you are going to tell you everybody who ever use the new tracking backpack knows the difference but i want. To show you why i feel much more comfortable for long tracks with the. Deuter backpack compared to my alice tech on which i. Attached the molly to system so this is. A great improvement by the way and if you want to know how to do that you can watch my video so the first and most. Important thing is as you might see. Deuter has here a system on which you. Can adjust the height or the level of. Your shoulder stress and this is kind of really just open it then you slide it. Through like this then you adjust it the. Way you want to push it back where you. Want it pulls it out. And reattach it this is very important. You can adjust the height of your the. Level of your shoulder stress and this. Is something what in my case was very. Important because i have this funny back you know and i used all these. Adjustments until i found out that this level here is the best and therefore i. Have to i have not the possibility to do. This online on my alice peg my else peg. Just has one set in one level on which i. Can attach the shoulder straps of course. The other spec and the deuter always. Have these strips up there on which the most important part of the weight is getting pulled and so the system of the. Shoulder straps is nothing new if you. Take a look at the alice peg that looks kind of similar to this on the other end. You have way better pairings you have a. Really great suspension for your back. That is well padded and you have a great. Hip belt system that is way better. Padded then the molle system this is. Very good and it works perfect I’m just. Telling you this is the difference why i chose it I’m not telling that the banged in the large alice bag is a bad pack i love it. It’s great for separate purposes but in. The case that i want to use it and with my funny bag always had that in mind I’m. Talking about my back it’s not you there. Are people adding a straight back or forever to say this fits perfect i got no problems and i second that absolutely. But i got a funny back and therefore i. Am much more into this system for long. Tracks because it fits better to my tack. The pegs here of the hip belt as you. Might see here they have this. While this deeper cutting and this is. For the hip bones something i didn’t know and if you take a look at this one here this is vertically this is. Horizontally and here this is where the hip bones fit in a nice little feature. Of the daughter so the other obvious. Thing is the alice pack is not as high. As the daughter backpack and this is the. Reason where the weight comes in because. If you might see in my 360s that i made. This one is not as deep as the alice. Pack but it’s higher and so you have. To staple the way up high in this case. You cannot compress the material of the. Ls pack as well as you can do here I’ll. Show you why if i turn around and please don’t write me comments like you’re comparing apples and oranges i know that. Don’t be mad at me I’m just telling you. Why i made this decision the first thing. Are you can compress the whole toys your. Backpack in so many ways like here like. Here like here you can compress it here. Here you have so many compression. Possibilities that you really can pull. The weight to your back as far as pot as. Fast as possible as close as. Possible sorry if we have is we take a. Look at the alice thing the only way of compression we have ah the main straps. Like you might see. On which you can compress the whole system so unfortunately there is nothing. More and it’s a difference of the material of course so i was able to fit. In anything that i did fit in the alice. Pack to be honest i like the pouches of the. Elastic a lot because i know everything. Is there and there and you can get a quick access so let’s. Go into the details of the deuter unpack. It and show you what you get okay we start with one with a front pouch of. The lid inside here you got a kind of. Big pouch and i got all my first-aid stuff inside there like the first-aid. Kit my hygiene kids. Toilet paper and then we’re fitting. Really some more so i hope you see that. This is a big pouch in the lid and if. You open the lid you will see that there. Is another pouch inside and there i got. My bivy sack and a rescue sheath and. This is waterproof and what is kind of. Nice you got here some signals like. Signs for what is he guessed for help or. Now some more singh code it’s a nice. Little bit but you should know them anyway so and there’s a little feature. That you make wonder what it is so if. This pack here is fully loaded so you’re. On the sideways if this is fully loaded. The lid may touch your head because. You’re sitting here so you got something. Inside here this one where you can pull. The lid in front and your head won’t be. Touched so this is a nice little feature. Ok let’s come to the first thing you can. Open the deuter and it’s a 65 plus. 10 volume so you can open it up to. This and then you got the front pouch. And it’s divided into two compartments. And a nice little thing about this is. You can get access from outside and you. Can get access from the front so you don’t always have to open the lid and as. You might see what i got inside here quite a bit — my food my clothing my towel my. Cooking hit my bar go hexane iam. Wood stove spork some gloves my 3×3. Hammer a de tarp and inside here as you. Might see there is a great compartment and i want to show you this i hope you. Can see that just open it up hope you. See that here inside here you can put in. Your water bladder and outside there is. A little strip hope you see it i got a. Little bit closer oh where is it. Yeah this one on which you can attach. You watered letter from there the pipe. Is running outside here and you can. Attach it on your shoulder straps with. This velcros so you always have something to drink and you don’t have to unpack something this is a nice feature but it’s not the. The Newest invention we all know that so you. Get access to this big pouch and what. Where you have a lot of space to put some stuff in it just by opening the. Front lid and you can’t close this too. Then you got some stripes to fit on. Something like this here this is an insulation man trust and then you got a. Lower pouch this lower pouch is not. Small I’m telling ya and in this case i. Just put in my micro pak 900 sleeping. Bag and to show you this is a big. Pouch so you got two compartments and don’t. You forget they’re not separated that. You cannot unlock this you can open it. This lid and then you have one big pouch. But i like it when i can separate the. Inside of a backpack so that everything. Is falling apart or so that i get. Different access to it then at the size. We have compression straps like you might see i just will hang there by fire. Kit at the outside if you take a look at. The hip belt you have some pouch i got. Here my para cord and flashlight inside. Nice pouch you got some side pouches here where you. Can stick in something you got a side. Pouch on the other side here where i put. In my poncho and my folding saw and what. Is kind of neat you guys don’t have to. Open it but i want to show you got. Here a pouch for cards you can put in a. Good-looking if you need to navigate or something like that they got a quick set 2 cards too and well. So this is my first impression it has. The deuter air contact very flex back. System so they say you won’t sweat as. Much in it because you got some air and. All in all and this is one of the big. Differences to the major to the alice. Peg to the large alice type all in all. We had a summer sale this one costs me. 196 euro you may say jesus are you crazy do you. Have too much money no really i don’t but um i had the choice i was. Trying out so many backpacks from 100. Euro up to 300 euro and none of them did. Fit my back and the store managers. They got crazy they tried everything you know packed it full of weights and all the stuff and it all didn’t work out i. Finally, i found this store this little. Store called alpine store and we tried. The whole series of them and. This toy our air contact 65 +10 and by. The way he has a rain cover pouch down there you know just to tell you that. There’s a rain cover inside here that. You can use photo for the backpack and i. Was kind of desperate finally to get any. Kind of backpack that fits for my pony. Back and now I’m really happy it feels a. Lot better balances are much better than. To the others back i don’t say that the. Alice pack is not unbalanced but you. Have fewer possibilities to use compression straps then the whole. Backpack of the aspect is more bulky and tending to push the weight behind. Compared to this one and all in all. After that this is the decision where i want to take the dodger air contact 65. Plus 10 for my long trip i will keep my. Alice bag my large alice pack for short. Trips because it’s robust it’s a working. Horse you can throw it away in the in Detroit they both mind and it has great pouches and great uses just wanted to. Show you in a short but quite a long way. And now why i use this toy tur and just. To tell you this is the reason why i chose it and i really love it I’m happy. I will show you how it turned out with my big hike when i can make that so this. Is just a short review on the air. Contact 65 +10 by jointer compared to. The larger alice bag yes i know it’s oranges and apples i just wanted to show. You why in my case i chose this big pack. And what I’m kind of happy with it. Really happy to own it now and to use. It for the big trip so um this was a. Little inside view in this pack you know. It costs about 170 euros what is kind to. Be honest love too much for a good. Hiking backpack we got 250 300 euros for. A for a good tracking backpack that’s. Nothing unusual plus to say so it’s kind. Of a good price for 156 170 euros um so. Uh I’m starting to babble bla bla. Bla just wanted to show you this one i got it today after testing all the other. Backpacks after tom car whatever this is. The one i chose i hope you like the little inside view and hope to see you. Again this is all for me your scouting free from germany. You.

    Kelty Zyp 48L Backpack

Do you feel that? It’s the air between your pack and your back, made possible by the NadaTech suspension in Kelty’s new Zip 48L Backpack. The NadaTech suspension system works by reducing back contact to maximize airflow so you don’t rock up to camp with a giant sweat stain on your polyester t-shirt. Instead, you can feel the cool alpine breeze as you step over tree roots and gain elevation while aiming for your objective: a snow-capped cirque with a trickling mountain-fed stream nearby.

The cavernous main pocket holds larger gear like tents and sleeping bags with ease, while the smaller, more loose items can be tucked away in the zippered lid, front stash pockets, or zippered hipbelt pockets. When everything has a place, it’s easier and less-stressful to set-up and tear-down camp, especially on multi-day, fast-and-light treks through your favorite parcel of public land.

  • Ultralight backpack offers enough space for the essentials
  • NadaTech suspension minimizes contact, maximizes airflow
  • PerfectFit system allows for on-body adjustment, ideal fit
  • Multiple compression straps secure pack for stabilized carry
  • Trekking pole loops quickly stow poles on challenging trail
  • Front pockets perfect for stashing jackets, sandals

Sleek streamlined and durable full of.

  • Hi this is brad with proline gear comm. And today we’re we talking about the granite gear blaze ac 60 this is a 60. Liter pack from granite gear it weighs in at 2 pounds 14 ounces this is kind of. A hybrid model of all the granite gear packs it’s got features from the crown 60 it’s got features from the nimbus meridian and features from the verga. That i really think blend itself into a perfect little backpacking pack it’s not. Three pounds eight ounces it’s not two pounds like the crown this has a full. Fairly rigid frame you can really put a lot of weight on without it deflecting it has the full adjust ability for the. Custom torso size that comes on the. Nimbus meridian it has a little bit softer shoulder straps on this one just adding a little bit of comfort while you’re carrying it still has the granite gear unbelievably robust hip. Belts that i love you can change the hip. Belt size just by unwell occurring this. Undoing these straps and pulling the hip belt out and putting in a large medium small whatever you need this they do come standard with the men’s medium on. The men’s packs women’s medium on the women’s some of the features i really. Like about this pack instead of giving. You two compression straps they decide. To give you three on this one you can do the rear out underneath the pocket on this side they do give you a little bit. Taller of a pocket so you can put extra water in the outside should you need to for some of the desert hikes on the back. Panel undo this here grand gear does the. Same thing they always do with all their packs they don’t give you the horizontal carry for anything they always do the vertical carry they do give you a large. Very stretchy soft shell pocket and you. Can put a lot of pressure on that without a tearing on the back portion here two ice axe loops i do like the. Fact that they shortened two loops on these so you don’t twist your ice axe. Several times i think they did a great job with that you just slide it through loop it up and tuck it either underneath. One of these compression straps. On the top of the pack they use the same. Top that the verga uses so should you. Need to use a bear canister or a bear vault in some of the areas like california great smoky mountains and now the tetons require a bear canister for all campsites you can basically set your. Bear canister on top with all your food clip these straps around it and it will. Secure it in place while you’re hiking. So you don’t have that big open area in your pack that’s never used for anything as your food dwindles this is hydration. Bladder compatible inside the pack there. Is no there’s no clumsy zippered art. There’s no bungee sleeve and this one is a zippered sleeve that holds your hydration bladder simple cord lock open. The top chute same as all the ground and. Gives others packs it is hydration bladder compatible so you can put the hose either side of your shoulder this one is not velcroed which i think is a really nice thing because sometimes that velcro is a little hard to use one big. Simple sack for the storage area of the. Pack this is a little bit bigger than 60 liters if you use the entire thing you. Can put the hip belt pocket shoulder strap pockets on this pack very easily. And for this one they make an additional. Accessory they make a lid just in case you want it here is the attachment points for the compression straps to. Hold the lid down, and they have more on the back you can slide it rights in i. Think granny gear did a fantastic job with this pack its kind of the middle of the road do everything backpack those. People not wanting to carry an over three pound pack anymore this is it for. Some people who don’t think the frame. Sheet that is still very flexible with the crown this is the pack to go if. This has a full frame very featured. As 2 pounds 14 ounces if you have any other questions please feel free to email us at info at pro light gear comm or give us a call at 406 five eight twos. Zero five zero eight thanks and have a. Great day you.
