hey y’all look here today I’m going to do a review on the vortex Diamondback ten by 42 binocular. Ibought these off Midway USA for about two hundred. And twenty dollars this is my second vortex purchase a little bit pricey for me but definitely worth. It can’t go wrong with. These things compared to other products for this price so. You unpack first thing I seen was. This nice hard case it’s hard but it’s kind of like a foaming kind of spongy at the same time very durable as far as impact. It would take a lot of punishment good room in here nice little strap also is gonna come instruction but. Iprobably threw them in the garbage cleaning cloth. It kind of sounds funny to library on but. This strap here it’s great usually. You buy a product like. This you’re going to get just a flimsy uncomfortable strive for text. And a good job sending you a good we’re sending the consumer the buyer a nice product therefore the strap actually went a little different route. Though about this for $20 off the Midway goes over your shoulders it’s just elastic makes a little easier to hit with a little quieter keeps. It out-of-the-way okay I’m gonna go over. And the binoculars here kind of talk about them kind of give. Some different angles. While I’m talking about them good covers. Ireally like both set. Both sides of the covers here. These are made to move.

And adjust to whatever adjustment. That you’ve got the binoculars on also on. This side I usually take. These off to hunt with but as far as. You know scout, and they’re just wanting to see. Iwould definitely leave them on that’s pretty good lens cover there from vortex the lenses are fully coated which is a fifth definite plus it’s like a real tough rubber polymer as far as the cover here. They feel great definitely durable. Iwouldn’t suggest throwing them down but. They would take a lot of punishment in my opinion they’ve got nice little grips here for the thumbs. And the clarity is amazing all. These binoculars I was honestly blown away.

Iwent from a little cheap pair. And icons to I couldn’t believe. What I’ve been missing out on probably the last six seven years but y’all zooming in on hornet’s nest probably 150 to 200 yards away. Another thing worth mentioning is the low light performance. Imean it’s pretty amazing what you can pick up in such low light with. These binoculars the field of view is great. You know you can acquire your target very fast with. These binoculars they’re very sleek. You know a real good size I’m probably about 6 1 240 pounds so. These feel great for me we’ve got probably medium-sized hands not real big but the warranty was. Something else I’d like to mention with the ho for Tex company.

Ibelieve they call. It the VIP warranty. It is a lifetime warranty. And from what I’ve been told. And from other experiences there’re no issues whatsoever with having to get. Some work done on your gore-tex product I’m in the Tennessee mountains. Idon’t believe you need. Anything more this set of binocular. You were going out west. And taking you know. You were really you know. You know in like spot scope areas but yeah. Ihighly recommend this product. And it’s definitely worth the money thanks guys.

It can be turned for like quite a list the first revolution so let’s say 1/2 revolutions which means. You can focus your eyes perfectly the knob is like really good very smooth but not clicks. Ican so in my opinion the big plus for this device is the rubber rubberized casing or the rubber armor. Ireally like it feels in my hands so. All points for I also like the diopter not really good stuff. And the focusing system compared combine. That with a sexy style. And with the vortex. We happy warranty one hand the. One drawback for me as. Imentioned before the i-cubs should be done better. They have been done better but.

They should be done better in the future. All really good device the image is crisp sharp. And the colors are like natural no distortions so to finish watch. What will get in the box so in the Box. Alright kiddies today’s product review is about my vortex Diamondback ten by forty-two binoculars. Iwas getting ready to go on my trip. Iwas doing a you know trying to find the things. Iwould really need to take with. This trip you know stuff. That was gonna be really important for hunting you know planning to hunt. And scouting and doing all of. That kind of stuff that goes along with actually going out. And putting some meat in your freezer. One of the things I got talked into was buying these binoculars. Igot to tell you I’m very very pleased. Igot talked into buying these my friend Joe over Sportsman’s Warehouse there in Robert Park. He showed me a couple of different ones. He showed me the Diamondbacks. He also showed me the Vipers. They didn’t tell me which ones. He was handing me he just had. Me go through the procedure of. You know getting them balanced on the eyepieces. And then about six different targets to look at.

And focus in on you know he’d hand. Me a set of binoculars I’d go through the process. And look at these several targets. Me to point out and it’s just super amazed at the quality on. Both of these glasses but. Igot gone looking through the second pair. Ihanded him back to him. You know I can’t tell the difference between the two. He said that’s why you’re gonna buy the diamondback as Ted of the Viper. Because about $200 more for the Vipers you’re not really able to see the difference. You know maybe some of you’re gonna disagree but. This is my review of. This product I can tell. Ilooked again I couldn’t tell the difference between the two the Diamondbacks just really very nice binoculars they’ve got. Some nice weight to them they’re not too heavy not terribly familiar with a lot of the modern optics. That are out there but. Iknow I’m very pleased with the weight of these they’re they’re not straining on my neck.

Idon’t have a I don’t have a chest carry case. Ihave the carry case. That came with him which. Idon’t have to be able to show. You today I’ll put a picture at the end of the review about. That I’ve got that carry case at home but. You know let’s just go over a. Few of the features. You know first off obviously. You have the ability to balance the focus on them. You know for those of. That are not familiar. You close your right eye at least with. These at most classes. That I’ve seen the focus for the. One eye is always on the right eye so. You close your right eye. You get them focused so. That your left eye is seeing super clear I’m gonna turn. That in just in case. That sunshine in their then.

You close your left eye. You turn this ring on the right eye to get. It equally focused that balances. We don’t our eyes aren’t the same on. Both sides so that’s that’s a great feature a lot of binoculars have got. You know decent quality. And better have got. That really pleased with. How easy it was to adjust. One of the things I noticed on the Diamondbacks is. That right eye focus ring is fairly firm which means it’s not going to bounce out of position. When you’re hiking around. You know scout and crawl into the brush. And stuff now the focus ring the focus mechanism on these super easy to turn super firm the smallest little adjustment just gives.

You a fantastic focus. You know I can focus out to. You know a thousand yards. Ican see fairly decent with them obviously. You know with these at a thousand yards you’re not going to have the same quality. You would have with a spotting scope but that’s why you have a spotting scope separate. These the dust caps. That come with you can see on the output side. These dust caps fold down they’ve got their own little elastic band on their so. It keeps them on there. You can drop them down out of the way. You know they’re they’re pretty secure. And then the eyepiece you’ve got. This dual dust cap.

That goes on there one side is notched so. You can get that off of their pretty easy. And the other side is closed loop so. It stays on your neck fan I’ve used. These in a number of different situations today I’m up scouting for hunt. And coyote we’re up here in the high desert of Nevada up above the town of Pahrump. You know I’m easily. And clearly seeing 600 plus yards away today definitely take a look at the vortex Diamondback. Ican’t say enough about them oh yeah. One other thing I didn’t show. You dust caps back on sorry the winds kicking up we’re probably gonna affect the audio. They also have you can see. They have these adjusters at the eyepieces so. You can set the distance.

That the lens is away from your eyes it’s got three. You know it slides but it’s got 3d tents there’s. All the way down there’s a midpoint. And then there’s all the way out. They lock in at that but. You can adjust a mid way. You need to I keep mine at midpoint having them. All the way out seems to affect my focus. And my visual on them. And having them all the way in you’ll find. You get my eyelashes will leave marks on the lenses so. Igot to clean them. All the time so playing with him today at midpoint. And seeing how that so far like. And it’s just fine again vortex optics Diamondback binoculars ten by forty-two super pleased with him definitely would buy them again. Something happen with. These are a mid-range binocular actually perform like a high-end binocular they’re waterproof their durable. And they’re light and relatively small, so they’re perfect on a day. You have an inclement weather or things aren’t going perfectly they’re going to stand up. And not get in your way thank National Audubon just did a shoot out for all the binoculars in. And then that they’re really easy on the eye. They have a wide field of view so actually that’s really great for picking up a wide area. That you’re looking at makes. It a lot easier to get out to the bird. And the other nice thing about. These is they are pretty small. And lights to look like. And clicking on my pocket carrying around. Ihave a pair binoculars with. Wherever you often around the Viteri binoculars, but we’re like. You are to see that good bird.

It goes yeah I like using for looking at architecture like building details. Or theater going to move on to the theater. And then you step outside. That albatross supposing my fire thank. These retail for around 2600 euros. And the 8 by 42 model is 100 euros cheaper but as. These are currently among the top 3 binoculars in their class so the price is completely expected to be at. It out of this back here. Now like is one of the greatest companies in the field of binoculars. And shooting optics. They have been making equipment for sub products for. Both photographers and sport optics users for over a hundred years. They have become really renowned in the process. And they’re known for producing products of high quality. This here this binoculars here are the tree Naveed 10 by 32 HD. They are made in like US factory in Portugal as. It says here they are introduced in 2017. And with these binoculars like. Iexpanded their offer of entry-level binoculars which are meant mostly for bird watchers hikers travelers. And other enthusiast enthusiasts. That like to be outdoors. These binoculars are classified as compact. This is because of their objective lens diameter the objective lens diameter is 32 millimeters. They will naturally not perform as good. And dusk as the models with objective lens diameter of 42 millimeters but. Though the objective lens diameter of these is only 32 millimeters. They perform quite good. Many positions as well. It is important to note. And to point out that like as eyepieces are really outstanding they never fail to amaze. These are really well-made. Icups as well as the whole build quality so the whole package is of high quality the eye cups are of course rubberized. And resting on the eyes on them is a pleasant experience as. You can see they will also stay in place. And will not move unless rotated very nice so the diopter setting is as is classic located on the right are cooler right beneath.

It there is a mono bridge in the middle the focusing knob is very large. And easy to access with. Both index and middle finger. Both the surface also allows. You to get a firm grip. And makes the rotation easy it’s really nice and really nice to the touch so. Even the focusing system works really well. This is of course nothing new from Leica. Ithink is the build quality of these binoculars. These are really well-made. You hold you get ahold of them. You can see everything works really smoothly the eyepiece is the focusing system the bridge is nicely made so build quality is definitely expected exceptional with. These binoculars I also have to point out the. How great the eyepieces are. Nothing new from like of course. And so the focusing system overall the build quality is very great. What could be improved perhaps is the optical quality. These are does’t get. Me wrong these are very decent optically but. They could offer perhaps a little with. More of optical quality for the price. And judging that they’re from like. They could have been optically a little bit better I’m also going to point out the average fill the views with 130 meters on 1000 meters. This is very average it’s not very low it’s not but it’s. That kind of set the world lemons here with a dual of. It the multi power binoculars. Either the 8 to 12 or the 10 by 15 power. They were another fantastic product but. These new trent of its they’re also gonna rate right up there with those. You got top-quality German optics. And engineering at an affordable price. Ifirst got this product for testing first thing I wanted to find out is. You reduce the price by almost 30 percent without sacrificing in quality but. We started investigating the thing. We found our is this chassis here is the same exact chassis. They use, and they’re higher in premium binoculars so.

That means said they’re able to have. More volume and drive the cost down from a sheer volume standpoint. One of the other things Center hinge pin it’s always been titanium. They stay there so whether you’re an eyeglass wearer. You wear sunglasses. When you’re spotting or. You go with no glass at. One of those eye reliefs is gonna work perfect for your different setup the other thing is the center focus. And diopter a lot of these in different binoculars they’re so smooth. That anytime you pull them up to your eyes they’re not a focus. These are smooth enough. They hold tight you get them adjusted so every time. Ipull them up they’re in focus. They stay focused even by putting them in my case. And pull them back out of my case. Or inside my jacket to adjust so. You just pop you can adjust. Each eye independently. That done then you can focus on distance accordingly. And actually usage and testing of the binoculars. And low-light conditions has been fantastic.

Ican see buffs and bowls. And stuff out here well before shooting light. And well after shooting light so. What else can you ask for more. You know is one percent two percent different.
