If you want to buy this product, please sure and that’s another episode from our Amazon review series. We’ve got a another product in today, a an actual phishing product here and, as you can see here, this is a wireless fish finder. Now this is by lucky and I. Don’t know if that means they’re lucky if you find a fish or not, but alright guys. So here we go. We’ve got a handful of products right here and well pieces I should say and of course you have your two main units.

You have your handheld unit here and you have your your sonar. Your float, let’s go ahead and go through all the smaller pieces. We’ve got the instructions here, they’re in English, as well as something else I’m, not quite sure which which language this one is. We have the which should be the next strap and it is just a basically it’s kind of a standard nylon, neck strap. It has a little cord there to tie it to the unit and then you can do the quick clasp to take it off there, and you know snap it back on.

So you don’t lose the unit, we have the charger which uses a micro USB. So, of course you know for many phones, that’s what you use. You can of course use this or you can use, maybe your phone charger to charge it, and that goes not only with the handheld unit, but also with the float there with the sonar. Now it does have a second cap here which is I, believe this piece right here. That is four I, think I think and that’s where the buttons and everything are so we would take a look and underneath here once we get to looking at it, I’m sure, that’s what that’s for, but you have a second one, that’s clear! So maybe you can see whatever’s going on inside there.

They did give us two different chargers. They did give us a wall charger, a standard. U s, wall charger as well as a car charger, and it’s a very low-profile USB car charger. Now something else they did give us was these these little snaps here they do have a simple little snap there and they have this little kind of it’s a little bit different than the standard ring would be. It has a yellow on one side and black on the other.

I don’t know if that’s something specific, it doesn’t really turn, but if you’re just fishing a line through there that the line is just gonna pivot around inside of there anyhow and then, of course, there is beef. The float in the handheld again take a look at the float here will unscrew the top and it does have a water seal there. The top right there is easy to get on and off. It has kind of that screwdriver kind of slot there.

That is big enough for something like a quarter or some type of coin, to be able to get in there and pull that out. There is looks like there’s a couple of LEDs inside there as well as looks like the little. The white piece would be the USB cover, and then we got two other little plastic things here. Oh buttons and I’m guessing okay well looks like this one, this one, maybe for it to be turned on as it has that flashing blue light there.

So there’s that one and then what’s the other one do oh and there we go, then you have the LEDs at the bottom. Now these LEDs they do help to see where the float is. If you are fishing at night, but also this is supposed to be kind of a fish attractant. Now it does have these two little like probe things like right here and that’s what I believe they are our probes. This is supposed to tell you the water temperature, although I don’t know how accurate it was.

The one thing I did notice on the site is that people did complain that it wasn’t really great on the water temperature as to figuring out how warm was you know they had problems where if it was in the Sun or something like that, it would register really really high. So you know it’s definitely something to take into consideration. Also as I understand, it’s only going to remeasure, basically surface temperature, and then we’ve got the handheld unit.

Now the handheld unit, of course, has a few little things to it. It does have the little lanyard loop right there at the bottom, there’s also the little rubber piece that will keep your Bluetooth connection there from getting wet and, of course, that is where you charge it from. You, then have a opening at the top for a connector, and there is a corded version of this if I remember correctly, which it actually goes deeper than this one.

This one goes to I believe it was 147 feet. Then we’ve got a little red thing here: oh okay, a very, very thin antenna which is rather interesting, but of course, with this floating around in the water you’re gonna want as much signal as possible, because if a wave comes up, that’s a little bit high that can block the signal and everything. So that’s a that’s a nice thing there and then on the front.

It does have the four buttons here it looks like directional buttons and then a couple of maybe menu or selection buttons of some type. Okay, it looks like the bottom. One is the the power button it looks like there is a startup and a simulation version here. So, of course, startup is going to be what you use when you go to use it now to fish, and the simulation may give you a general idea on what it does.

Well, that’s, let’s try the simulation. Oh there we go so here we go. This is what it’s looking like: it’s given us a color feed here, showing us what what the bottom might look like. It’s telling us the degrees in Fahrenheit and you can of course change that to Celsius. You can see there’s some little fish coming across there. So the depth gauge is on the right-hand side here and a little bit hard to read, but gives you a general idea shows you different variations in the bottom now the fish here.

This is kind of cool as the fish here there is a number and they do have. That number does seem to be kind of the depth that they’re at and also the fish they have kind of a general size. It looks like there’s a there’s, a small, medium and large-sized that kind of shows up on here now, of course, this is a very small screen. This is I. Think like a 2, 8 inch screen. That’s on this, so you know it’s not real big, but for a handheld unit.

That’s that’s not bad! Now, at the top here we do have three kind of three or four kind of readouts. Here, one of them looks kind of like your standard icon, for a for a wireless signal say like on a cell phone or something like that, and you have what looks like the volt. It’s the voltage meter over here, and it says that it is at 4 2 volts, which I guess is a full charge, so you can sit there and check the voltage and make sure that you’ve got charge on this and that it will last then we have one over on the side here with an S and as I understand it I believe that would probably be the sensitivity meter, the sensitivity meter.

Of course you can turn it up or down depending on water depth and what you’re looking for, if it’s really sensitive, you’re, probably going to see those small fish really easy, even like the little minnows. If it is less sensitive, you’re going to wait until you see a bigger fish depending on how how far up or down you have it turned and then I’m sure, that’s also going to adjust what you see on the bottom there for what the you know the depth of the bottom and then maybe what the what the bottom is made of.

I’m sure these colors kind of give you a variation as to what that is. Okay, everybody! You can see. We’ve got our little sensor ball there. You can hear the I already have the hand unit on we’re out at a local dam here, so we’re out of the water and we’re gonna go ahead and pitch this now. One thing: I decided since we’re static, I’m, putting these weights on it and I. Have it so they’ll slide down the line and what will happen is they’ll hit the bottom and the bobber or the the unit will float straight up from there and then all you have to do is keep just a little bit of tension on the line and it will hold it in place.

This is kind of actually an old depth, finders thing from from Europe. That’s how they would find the depth is, then they would measure the line out once the normally you would sink the bobber we’re not worrying about sinking it. So we just want to keep it in place, but, but anyhow here goes will take toss this out, we’ll get out here in the water good waste and then we’ll take a look at what we see, how many fish and everything and let’s go ahead, turn the skin on and pull the little antenna out, but I, don’t think we really need I, don’t think it’s out so far that we need it we’re in the startup mode.

Let it go for a second and then try to get this down in the shade, so you guys can see it there. We go somewhat. I mean that’s about the best. We’ve got right now, then you heard the beeps. This were some fish that came across there. We go there’s some fish right there in there towards the bottom right now. The setting is for medium and large fish, we’re not worried about little baitfish or anything like that.

So it is telling us a little bit of information telling us. You know again water depth and everything of which the water depth here and what it’s telling us should be about right for where it’s at compared to the dam right there. So yeah I think it works relatively well, but at least we’re getting the fish in there we’re getting the bottom and the depth and everything so looks like it should be pretty nice.

You can see that string of fish there if you want.

Hello, this is the portable fish finder. Now it comes exactly as you see it here, packaged just like, so it looks like this, and it requires four triple-a batteries that are not included. Now it’s got a little floating device right here, which is nice and see. I do believe what this does. Is it just kind of sits at the bottom and really tells us where the fish or the fish are? Let’s see how this works, it kind of floats and what it’ll do is it’ll detect the fish and all the directions are printed very clearly right here and we’re going to go ahead and throw it in the water and try it out.

Okay, as you see we’re out in the water and I’ve gone ahead and turned this on, and we’re going to toss this in with its very long cord and see what we can see. It’s got a cord like this and what you do is you simply stick it right in here there we go now. We know it’s on we’re, going to take it and toss it in. Thank you what uh hey now this is a floating device and it’s got this little plug here and what it’s going to do just depends on how far down you want to go ahead, and let this be that you go ahead and plug it.

Don’t you now you plug it in and then it’s gonna float at the top. Are you ready dummy I know, I know there is, and, as you can see, there’s a fish swimming right by see the fish over there out. If you get focusing on it, but there’s a fish that just swam right by focus on this hi-c. Now it tells you how far it is from the top of the water as well and right now we’re not seeing any other fish, but there was a fish that went on by and I may have spooked them, but I will also tell me if there’s a turtle or if there’s something bigger as well.

Now. This thing also has a little end to it, where you can simply just screw it into the boat or strap it onto the boat, and what it’ll do is it’ll go ahead and make it so that you can see everything that is underneath your boat, so I’m going to try this one more time and see if we can’t get a good picture of a fish going. Okay, once again, here we go. Okay, I need the thing.

Quick I need the hook quick. Now, as you can see it’s in the water and right here, it is telling me what plant life is actually in the water. So when it, if I move it from the water, the plant life actually moves as well. Along with it, which is kind of a neat thing. So, overall it does work very well. The temperature is right there as well. Let’s see it’s got a light on it and a sound.

So if a fish were to come here, it would go ahead and sound off and, as my daughter’s pulling it in the the gauges, as you can see, are completely changing and it is waterproof. We just lost it in the water, the whole thing, and this was submerged in water and it still works perfectly and is waterproof, and thanks to my daughter, jumping in the water I was able to get it back and it works so I brought it back in and I’ve left the cord outside.

As you can see, it looks just like this has a light, nice and bright. Once again. It’s four triple-a batteries. It’s got this nice little hook, so you can attach it on to anything or yourself, and then this is the bottom piece that that the the fishfinder hooks to and then you can simply just stick it onto the boat any way you need or see fit. So overall, it is definitely a good product, it definitely does work and the great part is it’s waterproof.

Marshall here punch a guy or see we’re gonna do a little bit of fish, and let me show you all this look at that. One beautiful, please look! There goes show I’m gonna go out here and fish off this beer couple of youtubers. That asked me to try this from a pier or from the bank and see how the fish finder depth finder work. So we’re out here. That’s what we’re gonna do today.

Oh sorry, I haven’t been doing any videos guys haven’t been even been on YouTube, really. Ah it’s so hot here all I’ve been doing is just working going to the grocery store, paying my bill. We’ve had a heat index of over a hundred degrees. Some days, one hundred and three hundred and five hundred and seven I mean, and that’s been for, like over a month straight. We had from one hundred to one hundred and seven degrees, so July and August heat index here is really unbearable.

I’m out at oh, it’s pubs about 7:30. In the morning, we just gonna come out here just a fishing off this pier and then I want to try this out and see how it works, pulling it I’m gonna, probably throw it off this side over here and see how it works. So, let’s get to it alright. Here we are we’re gonna fish, we’re gonna, probably throw out there over that way. A couple times we make a couple bass plugs something like that: little crappie, jigs or something, and then we’re gonna, throw all around in this area to and along this pier with a quart and red words, then we’re going to drop depth, finder fish finder off right over here.

Let’s see what we see now, as you can see it’s hooked up to here. There’s a transducer. Now we’re gonna turn it on and, as you can see you ain’t showing anything. Okay, you can see you ain’t, showing anything now we’re gonna. Take it all right. He tells me see now: that’s probably one fish or two fish just swimming across near the bottom, see one one notch up from the bottom see, and it’s saying that I got Rocky’s things.

I got rock formations down there too, and grass over here so proving it does work. I didn’t say it works perfect. But what do you expect for around a thirty dollar fish? Finder all right, we’re gonna! Stop this real, quick and we’re gonna get into setting up my fishing rod. We were throwing this out little swim bait. As you can see, we’re slowing that out, throwing all up in that area.

Then we threw out there a couple times and we went over there and threw it out didn’t really get no hits with it. We got this little mini one here on the order of it. We’re gonna throw out there a couple times see if we can get hit song and then we’ve already got this one rigged up with a piece of red worm. We’re gonna put up there in a few minutes. If we get any hits on it, I may just film me throwing this side a couple times putting that out there with the court and then I may just cut and show you if I catch anything I’m running to plan a line on this.

This is mainly for bream and crappie fishing. That’s clearly what I’m doing this reading for I think it’s gonna work really good on my kayak when I’m out Elma kayak, throwing this cuz I can get up closer to public to the bank and everything so I, pull it out better, but yeah. Just one come and do really good on the kayak I believe, basically, that to to fine line I should be able to get some nice brim and crappie action and maybe catch a few small bass.

With this little combo kit, yeah I switched the line that was over here. It came with a bigger line. I think it ran. It was running six now. If anybody has any advice for any better ways, I should fish this thing, I’m just tossing it out and then just giving it a steady crank back to me. Let me know if, when I throw it out, maybe when I first start reeling reel it a couple times pause for a second, let it drop down a little bit and then maybe reel it some more, but to be honest until recently, fishing with a court for bream or fishing with minnows like have a spillway to catch some crappy or crappie.

Whichever way you want to call them or fishing with night crawlers to catch catfish, how was the main fishing idea? I didn’t really do no stand here and fish with artificial stuff. Much like this, oh and I got my first a little birds nest here, I gotta, clear up. Alright, we’re gonna pause. This yeah I, don’t need to see me try to clean up this little tangle right here. I’m gonna clean that up, then I’m, probably gonna, throw right out, and this is the camera that the batteries done got weak on.

It doesn’t last that long so, like I said I’m, probably not gonna get Joe much footage of me down here. Fishing trying to catch some I may just have to stop it. It started when I catch, something you know like me. Just continue to throw out here with it turned off and then, when I bring one in turn it back on get, although the footage of me, you know, put it up here on the pier man to do it that way.

Well, guys, you taught me a cut me a baby. Basically, if I was out here, fishing for catfish that would be bait, I’m gonna get him off toss him back and see. If we can catch any more well Marshall back, we got a second one, as you can see, he he didn’t get much of the bait before we got him, we’ll get ready to turn him loose, see we can get a no like I, said I’m. Just out here have a little bit of fun.

I wanted to test this thing out today and see how it worked here around the pier, like I said it works, it works decently. What do you expect man? It’s like a thirty thirty-five dollar fish finder depth, finder I mean it’s not gonna. Tell you exactly how many fish you’ve got around you? It’s just gonna approximate like right now we’re just showing one on there and everything as you got to think about it.

It goes down in a 45 degree like cone from where you dropping in at 45 degrees around that area, where you dropped it in as mátalo all that’s gonna tell you anyway, I’m gonna get back to some fishing if I catch any more I’ll try to show them to you. If I don’t I’ll go ahead, and in this all right, everybody Marshall bunch of Garci I’m back just giving you a view of where I was fishing tonight.

I threw out over here along there and then back over here to the pier throw out across there a couple times. I came right here, threw out a few times across here: bass plugs and with worm and stuff for bream come across here through out I, throw all over that way throughout up in there. Try the cross here all around that marsh and grouse. There then I come out and through right along here and, as you can see, there’s where I had that out.

I had it out a little bit further earlier, but it’s been drifted closer again: I caught the two y’all saw on camera and then I caught one that I the phone. Well, the camera was laying down on the pier and I called it and I brought it up and had it hanging right here and when I went reached down to get the camera hips off the hook and plump back over off the pier into the water and I oh well, it was, it was smaller than the other two or as small as the other two anyway.

To sum it up. This, in my opinion, is worth thirty. Five dollars see cuz, it does show me hey, there’s at least a fish down there and about the depth bubbles see they’re moving across there. Now it doesn’t tell me exactly how many it is. You can’t go by that and go hold this to fish down there. It could be one fish and that’s a different every couple seconds where it’s moved to but anyway, and it gives me structure on the bottom shows me that is it the best? Is it the greatest? No, but for $35 at the most and something I can use on my kayak.

All I can stand right here on the pier and use it or I could stand on the edge of the bank like over there in the bushes toss it out there. Let it lay in the water and then use it. Yes, I think it’s worth thirty five dollars, so in closing you’ll have a great day peace budget guy, we out oh yeah, if you are seeing and fulling are seeing.
