Gear comm and today we’re looking at the floating eye, wear retainers from chums and with summer. Basically, here it’s a pretty good idea. If you’re going to be spending any amount of time out on the lake or river whitewater rafting boating, you know whatever you’re doing out in the water. You would probably should think about picking up some of these floating eye. Wear retainers! So how it works is your ends of your glasses or your sunglasses slip into the ends of these, and then you just have them around your neck, and these both float so that you’ll be able to find your glasses because there’s nothing worse than going down the river or you know out on the lake trying to do some wakeboarding and your glasses go flying off and they’re your favorite $200.

Make this paracord glasses lanyard in seven easy steps, keep your glasses securely on your face or safely around your neck. To begin, you’ll simply need three feet of paracord scissors lighter and, of course, your favorite pair of sunglasses step 1 cut off a three-foot section of paracord step. 2 cut that section of paracord in half step. 3 use a lighter to singe the ends of the cord to keep the tips from fraying step.
4 tie 1 figure, 8 knot at the end of each section of paracord you’ll, take the knotless end of the cord and feed it through the figure 8. On the other section step, 5 take the end of the cord and loop back over the standing end pinch, the area above where the working end of the cord crosses the standing end then take the working end back up under the standing end, and at this point you should have a loop above and below where you’re pinching step, 6 wrap at least two successive loops around the area where you’re pinching wrap down towards, where your hand is pinching and after you have made at least two wraps bring the cord around so that you can pass the end up and then down through the small loop below where you’re pinching, pull it tight and you’ll have a sliding loop.
This loop is wet you’ll slide around the arm of your glasses step, 7, once you’ve attached both sections of paracord to each respective arm of your glasses, then you can place them on your head for adjustment, simply slide the knots in the back. Apart to snug the glasses up to your face or push the nuts apart to release the tension. That’s it! Mother, just sneezed and sneezed her glasses right off there on the floor here and until recently that wasn’t the case because I had these chums neoprene I, wear retainers on them that came in handy, but I had ordered two pairs and I, like always I put one away so I never find it again. Luckily, that’s my surprise. So this is the product and, to my surprise, what I mean when I usually put something away so I don’t lose it I, never find it again that way, I don’t lose it. So luckily, I found this other pair and it’s a nice wide, strap on it, and you just take the eyeglass and slip that on over that and then the other one like so that way classes don’t fall off yeah, so they just go on like that, and this is somewhat stretchy nice, maybe an inch thick band here and she is unable to to get them if they do for a walk onto the floor.
So these just go on like this. They secure the glasses how’s that good, better yeah, okay, so I thought I’d just show you this product here, find it very helpful, France the classes from falling off of her, and it lasted a couple of years that one pair that I had on there so I think there are different brands, but this one is chums.
