Hey how you do i just wanted to take. A minute finally and do a review of the sims. Vapor booth this is a booth that I’ve had for about well since it came out i. Guess about six or eight months now and. I’ve been really pleased with this food I’d say in that amount of time i probably put in something like a hundred. Days on the water and a hundred days in. This boot on the water and i really like the way it performs you know it’s really hard to come by boots that are ultralights that uh that withstand. Kind of test we put them through and also manufacturers don’t seem to be or. See the demand and ultra lights like they do in the heavier boots with the studs and the things that go with waders. And everything else you know this is a wet i use this for wet waiting and this. Size i can use it also with no socks or. Anything with my waders but you know. These guys also have the capability with the sole of actually driving your studs. In here if you need that kind of grip i determined that these were gonna be my pair without the studs, and they’ve done. Really well they’re holding up really well they have good attention to detail as simms always does and in workmanship. It’s a vibrant sole uppers in great. Here where you put the most tension you get to also get the most friction wear and so these laces right here ready to go now one thing they did do that i really liked because they put this little hook right has a d-ring. Right in here and sewed it in that’s the hook your gravel guards on your waders. Too and take the friction off of the. Lace which is the way they used to do it i would get around that by putting it and you can do this if you got an old pair of boots you can put a piece of bicycle inner tube down here. Lace it in and then hook on to that and that’ll take that that wear off of the. Air but to do this and put that in their like that phenomenal that’s great. When you get down to the inside of these boots you can see that they’ve got a. Real tight-fitting lining in them of course it’s you know it’s kind of neoprene stuff and it’s really it’s there’s not coming loose anywhere it’s doing really well there the last pair of. Lightweight boots i had my sims had way. Too much man a materials on top and that. Material finally started cracking and crumbling is on one of their flats boots. That had a real good tread on it but it just didn’t hold up nearly as well as this boots holding up on the bottom of. Course you’ve got the sim between the sins the vibram sole which is a vibram. Is like the de facto best soles out there i can see now that I’m looking at these definitely put some wear on them and that’s just from probably a lot from the zebra mussels now which is. Something you got to consider they’re not slippery, but they’re definitely gonna take a toll on your boots and your. Bare feet and anything else you have that’s not protected so be very careful due to zebra mussels there are some. Still photos that go with this video in. At those photos that’s what some photos. Of these boots when they’re brand-new and of course they didn’t look anything like this for me I’ve got a fairly. Narrow or skinny foot it’s not really narrow it’s just skinny so the top is going to be gathered or and i also have you know fairly narrow heels too so what i did is i took. And you got it you have to make adjustments i took these guys right here and put these in the kind of take up some. Space and it adds a little cushioning to just spend ten bucks on these, and they aren’t going to wear out any faster than your shoes actually they’ll do quite well i was another thing you want to. Think about when you’re trying on boots at the store and i strongly suggested you get on if you’re in the north texas area you go to tail waters in dallas and. Hi we’ve been out on the south fork river today, and we’ve been phill’d testing the new claw rianesd removable insulation system for a couple of days as you can see it’s very cold here and this removable insulation system is. Coming in handy now the core is removable insulation system is multi. Zoned so what that means is in the lower part. Of the body we use a moisture resistant type of insulate insulation that provides more clove alyou or insulating. Your internal storage pocket you’ll see a zipper and another zipper under a flap on the inside of the waiter just put. Those dippers together just like you would putting together any jacket and. Then on the other side you’ll flip it up. On the left side and you’ll see a zipper. On the inside of the waiter get together like you would any typical jacket your.
