Hey welcome back so today. Ipulled out my Cabala's 10 inch meat slicer to slice up. Some roast for some beef jerky I'm going to be making so. Ithought I'd do a quick review on the meat slicer I'm not going to show. You slice the meat. Because I've already got. All cleaned so let's go through the parts. And tell what I think of. It okays so as you can see the Cabala's 10 inch meat slicer is actually very sturdy built as boots it's got to be in. That 10 to 15 pound range it's good quality metal the slide is really well well-built as well meat slides with very little effort. Ihave put I think I've had about a 4 pound roast on here the roast fit directly on here but. Ihad to use these spikes here to hold the meat until the meat got small enough. Icould put this side. And actually start pushing on. It the meat slices. You go anywhere from shaved. All the way to 1 inch 1 inch thickness that's that's pretty handy I've I've done I've kept my steaks. And stuff on here the thing one thing about. This meat slicer is. It works a lot better. If your meat is like semi-frozen the. If your meats just say fridge temperature.

Or a room temperature. It doesn't work as well. If it's a little bit frozen. It also comes with this sharpener. You just place on here. You run the stone against the blade. Yet to sharpen it but I've only used. It maybe 10 times so. Ihaven't hit any bones with. All to clean you'd want to slice as much meat as. You can at because cleaning it is a pain in the butt. You have to take all apart. This piece comes off of course. This comes off your blade comes out. And then you can clean. One thing I did notice is rate in. This area here this piece slides. It does get meat juices under there so. Ihad to you know to take a Lysol wipe. It under there to clean. It but like it doesn't move. When you're slicing it on the counter. You know so that's good. And the on/off switches are plastic coated for I guess for sanitary purposes really other. It comes with its own cover. And it's its um I'm happy with. Iforget the price at paid for it almost been a couple hundred dollars I'll leave a link to Cabala's website.

If they still sell one I'm not sure I've had. It for a couple years. Now so but if you're in the market for just a meat slicer for at your house. You know this is a decent meat slicer from Cabala's. And I'm quite happy with. Ihaven't had to get. Any spare parts for it at. Idon't know how hard that's gonna be like for your blade. You ever chip your blade.
