Have a very I'd like a spot where you can tuck them what i mean you know they're very small they're lightweight couple ounces these they're black. Diamond um a trailer door cork flick. Lock this is it fully uh. Fully erect if you will it's got a nice. Like the cork handle this kind of kind. Of curved for extra torque ability extra horsepower which i really like straps. Are nice and comp the cork also rather than the foam um you know we're just put. In like 70 miles on these puppies and the grip is starting to kind of mold a. Little bit you know a little personal with me which i like. But the cork does um it like kind of. Chips and stuff rather than the phone. But it also has foam you know if you need to if you need to choke up a little bit you know if you need a little faster bat speed when going uphill you can choke up a little bit down here on all. It's a good rod it comes with some nice snow baskets we're gonna take them up a mountain which is coming soon but uh. Yeah i really think i don't know i don't. Think it's the best rod necessarily yet i like it a lot but I'm gonna I'm gonna. Probably try out a few more so.

Hey what's up guys devin here with back country exposure we're going to talk about trekking poles today but specifically the distance carbon flz. Poles from black diamond as I've gotten. Older i have really become to enjoy. Trekking poles as a great option to help. Me hike further and more comfortable in. The back country so let's go ahead and talk about these carbon flz distance. Poles from black diamond because these. Are easily the most expensive pole that. I have ever owned as far as trekking poles are concerned now I've used a lot of different trekking poles over the years I've had black diamond poles I've had two sets of. Black diamond poles actually but not as. Expensive as these are i have they're. Like trail series that are an aluminum pole which is a three-piece extendable. Pole where this is like their z. Breakdown type thing which I'll show you. Here in a second and then I've used poles from perea outdoor products I've used poles from wild horn outfitters. Mountain smith's a lot of different brands and essentially like trekking. Poles are all basically the same if you. Really think about it but there are certain aspects to a trekking pole that. Make them more comfortable or super. Lightweight and in this case this is a. Full carbon pole so what you're looking. At is basically the entire shaft of the. Pole is carbon fiber this pole set comes. In at just under a pound total which is. Crazy lightweight and that's something that i really like about these poles is I've been using them for the past several months they're just so light and so easy to use that they. Make traveling with them really easy one. Of the things that i don't necessarily like about this pole though is the fact that it is that like z shape breakdown. Which I'll go ahead and show you right now let me lower this down push this button in so. Essentially the pole breaks down in this. Since so it makes it a really small. Package to be able to put in your backpack and such but if I'm using this. For a tarp type situation where i am. Setting up a shelter using trekking. Poles then i don't have as much versatility in being able to drop one. End of the tarp by lowering the length. Or shortening the length of the pole like i can with those 3-piece poles like. The wild horn outfitters ones or like. The other black diamond trail series. That i have so something to think about when you are considering but if you're using a pole like this it's super lightweight to just hike fast really quick distances which essentially this. Distance series from black diamond is. Meant more for that type of setting but. Such a lightweight pole that it's nice to have on the trail for any type of. Activity that you're doing now this does. Have this classic black diamond flick. Lock system to it so if i push that open. Then I'm able to extend this to the different lengths that i have so this pole happens to be the 105 to the 120. Centimeter they do have a shorter one. Then this and then also a longer one than this looking at the top of the pole you've got a molded evie a foam and i do. Really like that they put these cutouts. Into the foam so this makes it so it breathes really well on your. Hand so that you've got not sweaty hands. Every time that you are hiking but let. Me explain one thing that i do not like about this pole in particular I'm not a. Huge fan of black diamonds system right here where they've got this. Piece of cordage around through the. Inside of the pole now base typically what this does is when i stick. My hand through it allows for a little bit better articulation but i. Notice that right here on the top of my. Hand or where my thumb wraps around you i kind of digs in and because this. Is sewn right here it could just be how. I have it set right now but the fact that like that is right on where my hand. Rubs and where I'm trying to push down it does cause a little bit of pain and. Discomfort right on my hand so if i. Was using the pole just like this let's. See if i came down in this manner which is not the recommended way of using. A trekking pole then it would be more comfortable but coming up through and utilizing the strap around your wrist to. Effectively put the weight on the pole. This type of sit setup with this strap. Is not ideal i do like how I've seen on. A bunch of other poles even like leki poles and the mountain smith wands lots. Of different brands this strap will. Attach onto the inside and kind of come. Over top of itself instead of wrapping around a piece of cordage in for a pole that's almost $200 in price that is. Something that can be kind of frustrating so if we take a look on the bottom end of the pole they do have a. Carbide tip on here and you have the. Option as well with what comes with the pole to be able to switch out this tip to just like kind of standard rubber. Tip but the carbide tip is pretty. Standard for any kind of trekking pole and then with the fact that they break. Down into such a small package is a really cool thing so I'm going to show you this one more time you guys are probably familiar with this and other types of poles but black diamond basically are the brand that. Revolutionized what trekking poles are. Capable of doing and really good designs. The flick lock is one of their. Cool things so really small package and. Then to extend it and set it up you. Basically drop those together and then. Slide this top tube down and that gives. You your rigid pull so again a full. Carbon fiber pull really lightweight the. It should be okay the other carbon fiber pulls that i had been from fox tele and. That pole actually ended up breaking. Which was pretty unfortunate but there's. A good amount of flex in there, but they are super strong and have a lot of like. Trust in them and they're just a great. Pole in general I'm rambling at this. Point but should somebody spend a. A Hundred and eighty dollars on this pole that's totally up to you could get away with other types of. Carbon poles, but they are super lightweight and i think that black diamond really has a great product here well guys so that is the carbon flz. Distance poles from black diamond these. Martial arts studios stuff like that they'll you use this padding on there because it's resistant to chemicals oil that kind of thing so it's nice to see that's all they'll add they added this onto it at least as an extension grip. But the poles like itself come with a. Kind of performance basket here and. That's what they call it does have a flex tip this is not the carbide tip. It's of course removable but it does. Kind of have a nice concave point to it. It's gonna be good enough for what I'm gonna be using it for but at least a at. Wrapped around my wrist i like being able to get into and out of it pretty easy and so this wrist strap because it's nice and wide lets you actually push on these and get quite a bit of power into them without having a real heavy grip on the pole you can use just your hands you'll see let's see if you. Can see this in the video you can see these do have a little bit of flex to them these aren't going to be as sturdy as say as a one-piece cross-country. Ski pole these don't have the. This tool, and so they're not going to be quite so rigid nevertheless they're strong enough for most of what you need as far as a trekking pole or maybe a ski. Pole depending on how you're skiing what you're doing anyway the other thing the back that the. Trail model features is this neoprene. Grip right here one of the things that this is really nice for is just because when you change from a downhill to an uphill or if you change your speed sometimes it's nice to have a little bit different length to pull and so this right here rather than happen to stop and change your poles readjust settings. That you can just have basically a loner pair ok somebody else forgets there's. This can keep them going without ruining their trip even if you've got somebody. That's smaller statured doesn't matter you can still adjust it for them the flick locks so far have done really well. Hi I'm Jordan these are the alpine and carbon core trekking poles by black diamond i found it for about two and a half years and i have really put these things through the wringer they're. Awesome I've seen a couple of videos where people have mentioned them breaking a little bit down low I've really torqued. These things, and they have not broken yet so i think it just kind of depends on the angle and kind of how cautious you are with them but to tell you a. Little bit about it I'm gonna start from the top and go work my way down up here. It's got a nice little rubberized grip it's kind of textured like a golf ball I'm not sure if the new ones have it but this old one still has it and it's really nice it feels good on your thumb. Or if you hold your poles like this sometimes it fits nicely in the palm of. Your hand these guys are removable these. Little straps they're pretty nice you. Can adjust them i don't really use them too much but sometimes they're nice to have something there just in case you got something really steep and sketchy and you're worried about dropping your poles and a big part about this is this. Cork right here it's kind of where the. Name comes from carbon fiber cork i like. It real original but the cork is really. Solid over time it really just feels. Like it kind of I'm not it doesn't shape to your hand but it grows more comfortable the more you use it and the. More you know your sounds are gross but your oils and everything sweat and it just feels really good in the palm of your hand when you're hiking really grippy you're not gonna let go of it unless you open up your hand the new. Ones have a little bit of a different shape of the cork compared to this old ones I've had these for like two and a half years, and they've changed a little bit over time they don't have this little grip rest on the new one which i love it's great to put your index finger on their just feel solid in your hand. And but they do still have this little section right here i believe to rest the. Rest of your hand really good really an. Ergonomic and they feel great one thing you want to be careful of with cork anytime you're buying it is leaving. It around for animals puppies and marmots love to chew the hell out of these things this my right one has been just. Destroyed by a marmot from a year or two. Ago and i was camping i can't remember. I like left it somewhere and the little guy started nibbling on it and that is. Uh you definitely feel that so you have to be kind of careful with court didn't. Get to the foam though so a little bit below the cork is this foam area it's got a couple little slots in there it's kind of nice to grip on it i don't ever use it I've seen a couple other reviews. Of people talking about this set of. Poles and they don't really use it either i mean you can kind of choke up on it if you're getting on some higher terrain you know you've got some rocks things like that you're really working up but i don't really use it that often. It's just a little bit extra weight but. Who cares these are trekking poles it's not that. Big of a deal to me so the construction of these poles is pretty solid they. Extend all the way to about 135 centimeters i believe and then that's. Where they're gonna break off to that. Stopping point yeah so you get about 100. 335 centimeters I'm about 510 and this. Is fully extended for me i usually rest. Mine at both of these points at 125 centimeters and that's just fine it's. Good that they have a little bit of this. Length when you extend them so that way if you're pitching a mid shelter or you want your tarp to be a little bit higher you have that flexibility with these and i have to commend these flick locks pretty well they're pretty solid they. Will open up a little bit if you hit them just right like that like on a branch but for the most part they're. Gonna stay locked, and they're gonna stay solid and i really do prefer these over black diamond z formation they have with. Like that little rubberized wire in between there i don't like that i don't think it's very solid you can kind of go like this with it and i feel like it's just gonna bend and break on me I'm. Not gonna have any problems with this my. Only negative kind of complaint about the flick locks. Are you can't really close these all the. Way because they it would put too much. Pressure on the carbon fiber i think maybe I'm a limp or a coward i don't know i just don't want to put that much strain on such a small like narrow. Diameter area of carbon fiber but that. Constructions really good you know you can really just tank these things in this stuff, and they're not gonna go anywhere they're fantastic. Going down here you can use these as ski. Poles i haven't skied with them I'm not much of a skier but i did a friend that uses it, and he likes them he you can put. Different baskets on there it's very customizable to your preferences i can't. Really elaborate too much on it just because i don't ski much but I'm a buddy. Who really does like black diamond poles, and he does have a pair of these that he does take scheme he likes them this. Little bit right here it warps over time. I have beaten the crap out of it and so. That's why it's kind of torn up a little bit but it still spends a little bit and. It really has held on impressively you. Can take it honors put it off its kind of up to your preference but i just kind of keep them on there just so I've got something there and then working our way down to the very end of the shaft is where you have the big old buddy the carbon corks carbide tip so carbide is a. Way to go with these things this thing. Hasn't lost any kind of formation at all no dings nothing it is just great and it. Grips into all sorts of surfaces it'll. Grip in the wood it's gonna leave a mark and it really grips in the granite well. Here in colorado we've got tons of granite and you can just dig this guy. Into some of those little rock faces and it's gonna stick and it's solid and i. Love that you know if i feel like I'm. Losing my balance i hit something I'm good i know it's gonna catch me and it's gonna stick and it really doesn't tear. Plastic tape grip and that plastic will be ice-cold when you grab onto it shows your hand but these are pretty good they don't freeze your hand on you. The other thing that's really great with. This black diamond the pole in. Particular are the walking hubs here no. This might not seem like a big deal to. Have a clamp like that but compared to a. Twist lock the twist lock those tend not. To lasas along and also the twist lock. When you put a ton of pressure on them. Sometimes they'll fail and slide out. Essentially wrecked and I've had a lot. Of twist locks fail they're usually cheaper than the cloud style. Like here but on these if there's ever. An issue all you do is you tighten the. Clamp here and push it back and it's. Basically you're good to go on your fixed where's the twist lock style if. That mechanism ever goes or breaks on. Your fails it's the air hole holes basically wrecked no the one thing that. The best spool specifically there's two. Clamps two sizes what i do on. This guy it actually has that numbering. On it so it says how long your pole is so i kind of know what I'd like to have my poles preset up and i just you just adjust it to the measurement on there on. This guy you set them both to a 105. Hi I'm Jordan these are the alpine and carbon core trekking poles by black diamond i found it for about two and a half years and i have really put these things through the wringer they're. Awesome I've seen a couple of videos where people have mentioned them breaking a little bit down low I've really torqued. These things, and they have not broken yet so i think it just kind of depends on the angle and kind of how cautious you are with them but to tell you a. Little bit about it I'm gonna start from the top and go work my way down up here. It's got a nice little rubberized grip it's kind of textured like a golf ball I'm not sure if the new ones have it but this old one still has it and it's really nice it feels good on your thumb. Or if you hold your poles like this sometimes it fits nicely in the palm of. Your hand these guys are removable these. Little straps they're pretty nice you. Can adjust them i don't really use them too much but sometimes they're nice to have something there just in case you got something really steep and sketchy and you're worried about dropping your poles and a big part about this is this. Cork right here it's kind of where the. Name comes from carbon fiber cork i like. It real original but the cork is really. Solid over time it really just feels. Like it kind of I'm not it doesn't shape to your hand but it grows more comfortable the more you use it and the. More you know your sounds are gross but your oils and everything sweat and it just feels really good in the palm of your hand when you're hiking really grippy you're not gonna let go of it unless you open up your hand the new. Ones have a little bit of a different shape of the cork compared to this old ones I've had these for like two and a half years, and they've changed a little bit over time they don't have this little grip rest on the new one which i love it's great to put your index finger on their just feel solid in your hand. And but they do still have this little section right here i believe to rest the. Rest of your hand really good really an. Ergonomic and they feel great one thing you want to be careful of with cork anytime you're buying it is leaving. It around for animals puppies and marmots love to chew the hell out of these things this my right one has been just. Destroyed by a marmot from a year or two. Ago and i was camping i can't remember. I like left it somewhere and the little guy started nibbling on it and that is. Uh you definitely feel that so you have to be kind of careful with court didn't. Get to the foam though so a little bit below the cork is this foam area it's got a couple little slots in there it's kind of nice to grip on it i don't ever use it I've seen a couple other reviews. Of people talking about this set of. Poles and they don't really use it either i mean you can kind of choke up on it if you're getting on some higher terrain you know you've got some rocks things like that you're really working up but i don't really use it that often. It's just a little bit extra weight but. Who cares these are trekking poles it's not that. Big of a deal to me so the construction of these poles is pretty solid they. Extend all the way to about 135 centimeters i believe and then that's. Where they're gonna break off to that. Stopping point yeah so you get about 100. 335 centimeters I'm about 510 and this. Is fully extended for me i usually rest. Mine at both of these points at 125 centimeters and that's just fine it's. Good that they have a little bit of this. Length when you extend them so that way if you're pitching a mid shelter or you want your tarp to be a little bit higher you have that flexibility with these and i have to commend these flick locks pretty well they're pretty solid they. Will open up a little bit if you hit them just right like that like on a branch but for the most part they're. Gonna stay locked, and they're gonna stay solid and i really do prefer these over black diamond z formation they have with. Like that little rubberized wire in between there i don't like that i don't think it's very solid you can kind of go like this with it and i feel like it's just gonna bend and break on me I'm. Not gonna have any problems with this my. Only negative kind of complaint about the flick locks. Are you can't really close these all the. Way because they it would put too much. Pressure on the carbon fiber i think maybe I'm a limp or a coward i don't know i just don't want to put that much strain on such a small like narrow. Diameter area of carbon fiber but that. Constructions really good you know you can really just tank these things in this stuff, and they're not gonna go anywhere they're fantastic. Going down here you can use these as ski. Poles i haven't skied with them I'm not much of a skier but i did a friend that uses it, and he likes them he you can put. Different baskets on there it's very customizable to your preferences i can't. Really elaborate too much on it just because i don't ski much but I'm a buddy. Who really does like black diamond poles, and he does have a pair of these that he does take scheme he likes them this. Little bit right here it warps over time. I have beaten the crap out of it and so. That's why it's kind of torn up a little bit but it still spends a little bit and. It really has held on impressively you. Can take it honors put it off its kind of up to your preference but i just kind of keep them on there just so I've got something there and then working our way down to the very end of the shaft is where you have the big old buddy the carbon corks carbide tip so carbide is a. Way to go with these things this thing. Hasn't lost any kind of formation at all no dings nothing it is just great and it. Grips into all sorts of surfaces it'll. Grip in the wood it's gonna leave a mark and it really grips in the granite well. Here in colorado we've got tons of granite and you can just dig this guy. Into some of those little rock faces and it's gonna stick and it's solid and i. Love that you know if i feel like I'm. Losing my balance i hit something I'm good i know it's gonna catch me and it's gonna stick and it really doesn't tear. Up the rock at all either unless using it on something porous like sandstone which you probably should know going in that. It's gonna tear it up yeah overall these. Are really good they're definitely by no means the lightest out there they're kind of heavy they're almost a pound for the pair, but they are so solid and i. Really depend on it as a shelter piece if you're using mids i have an ultimate i use this with and same with my tarp i. Rely on this you know you can dig it into the ground i use this as my platform and this guy's not going anywhere or if i want to do it the other way and i want to have a really solid top to my shelter i know i can dig. This guy down at the very bottom put it on the ground maybe an inch or two and it's not going to go anywhere wiggle and really high winds, and they're really. Solid when you combine them together for. Those shelter setups but overall it's a. Really great pole i do recommend it. Definitely check it out before you get it makes sure the script feels good to you if you don't like the way it feels. There's some really good leki poles out there that i recommend they might be just a little bit more comfortable for your hiking style but overall great. Poles for all sorts of uses from I've. Used this thing in the mountains here in colorado i took these on the kalalau trail out in Hawaii a couple months ago I've used these things everywhere, and they're probably one of the best investments that I've made and you just. All right today we are going to be reviewing the black diamond alpine. Carbon cork trekking pole i got these a. Couple years ago and I've used them successfully for several seasons now. Actually i think I've had them for four. Or five seasons and I've done about a dozen different mountain hunts with them. There's a lot of different tracking polls up there day everything under the sun you could think of for dream of but. I found that I've really come to like. These and I'll go through a few of the features that i really like so the. One thing i really enjoy what these. Is the wrist drops they don't come loose. We keep your hand in there they work really well I've never had an. Issue with them when they get wet they dry out a credibly fast cork handle. Incredibly comfortable we've got like a. Rubber is kind of deal down here if you want to hold it more let go yeah just. Kind of more like a stick i guess versus having this contoured cork handle but. The one thing i do really like with this cork handle as well when it's in. Extremely cold out and below zero when. You're holding this with a thinner glove your hand doesn't get cold some of the cheaper trekking poles will have like a. Plastic tape grip and that plastic will be ice-cold when you grab onto it shows your hand but these are pretty good they don't freeze your hand on you. The other thing that's really great with. This black diamond the pole in. Particular are the walking hubs here no. This might not seem like a big deal to. Have a clamp like that but compared to a. Twist lock the twist lock those tend not. To lasas along and also the twist lock. When you put a ton of pressure on them. Sometimes they'll fail and slide out. Essentially wrecked and I've had a lot. Of twist locks fail they're usually cheaper than the cloud style. Like here but on these if there's ever. An issue all you do is you tighten the. Clamp here and push it back and it's. Basically you're good to go on your fixed where's the twist lock style if. That mechanism ever goes or breaks on. Your fails it's the air hole holes basically wrecked no the one thing that. The best spool specifically there's two. Clamps two sizes what i do on. This guy it actually has that numbering. On it so it says how long your pole is so i kind of know what I'd like to have my poles preset up and i just you just adjust it to the measurement on there on. This guy you set them both to a 105. Centimeters to that you clamp it and. It's the same length every time both poles are the same you don't have to pull them up and measure them side by side it's quick it's easy. And this is carbon fiber and it is. Incredibly light compared to a lot of the trekking poles one guy i had in. Alaska actually commented on how shocked. He was at how well these poles held up because a lot of his clients would come up with cheaper poles, and they'd have. Their pole break during the trip or fail. At the clamps whether it's the twist lock er this style I'm not sure, but he. Was incredibly impressed how well he's held up because those guys typically use an ice axe as a walking stick out there. So kind of made me feel good that he. Thought they're good as well the other thing i really like to have one my trekking poles as these rubber tips you. Don't have to buy the black diamond version you can after market one but basically when. You're walking through the hiking through the mountains when you're up above treeline these poles have like a little metal tip on them and it's. Constantly going tick tick tick of the rocks so you want to have these keeps you a lot quieter plus your poles don't sink in to the mud. Sometimes when you're hiking if it's. Soft or when it's oil and you don't have. These tips on that narrow point drives pretty that drives the pole pretty deep into the ground and it can just be like a drag to keep pulling it out steadies. Even on the main trails i actually prefer these rubber tips all the time. I never take them off it's found one. Think i found made it walking way easier if you were going across the glacier ice. Like they have up in alaska in some. Places sheep on team you might want to. Take them off just you can dig into the ice but generally speaking if you're just if it's dry out dirt there's not a. Lot of ice that you're crossing these rubber tips, so they'll definitely the way to go but overall i give this wrap. Nepal a 5 out of 5. Spent grave never had a minute's issue with them and if you don't have a. Setting treky set of trekking poles you. Definitely need to get us that if your backpack hunting it'll make your life was easier the balance of your load. Helps balance your load when you're walking especially if it's on a incline or dropping down hills or silently just. Makes it so much easier and whatever you. Do just buy a good quality brad don't buy a cheap brown just because of the. Price spends the money get a good pair and go from there.

Telescoping pole where all the segments kind of go inside of each other and telescope down this is truly a collapsible pole so as you can see there. Is a central cord that runs through each. Of the sections here and it's very durable but once you set the pole up the. The pole is very strong so again the. Collapsible length collapses down really small easy to throw in your pack in your. Luggage if you're traveling if you're not using the poles during a particular. Part of your hike you can either lash them to the outside or just throw them right inside the pack so setup is it's. Pretty simple once you get the hang of it again you have that central cord that. Runs through the sections and the first. Think i do is i attach the sections it. Almost reminds me of the way a tent pole is structured so each of the segments. Lock inside of each other and the second. Think you want to do is find the two. Separate sections here up towards the top of the pole you want to. Separate them and once you have pulled. Then far enough you will hear a positive click and a little button will make itself known they're the first couple. Times you do it might feel like you have to pull on that a little bit harder than you would like but that's just to get a very secure hold so once i do that. I pull it. And you have a positive click now all of. The pole sections are securely connected. To one another this is an adjustable. Pole so unlike some other collapsible. Lightweight poles like this it's not. Fixed length you can definitely adjust. From 100 centimeters all the way up to. 120 so you do have a lot of versatility. With this pole and you don't have to. Worry about not getting the correct fit. For your height to adjust the pole right. Now i have it set at its lowest usable length which is 100 centimeters but it's. Really easy to adjust with leakey speed. Lock so in order to adjust it all you. Have to do is open the lock adjust it to. Your preferred height I'm gonna adjust it all the way up to 120 centimeters and. When you do that it just it stops here at the top so you know you're at its highest point and then close the lock. With your thumb it's as easy as that there's no twisting no turning it's just. Open and closed leakey uses their argon. Grips for this pole which is a really. High-quality argon ama comfortable. Handle they definitely don't skimp there. So really great handle on there and. You've got a an extended grip here so if. You want to grip the pole at a different. Height while you're hiking you don't have to make those minor adjustments you don't have to make the adjustments as often if you know just want to grab. The pole at a different height along. With that and on the air gan grip you have an egg-shaped top so if you want to. Have your hand on top of the pole you want to palm the pole it really fits. Nicely into the palm of your hand and has some dimpling there and some resistance so it's really easy to grip the top you also have a really. Soft nice woven strap here and it's. Really easy to adjust for your height take the pressure off of your wrists. With a strap so to adjust this all you. Do is pull up on the top portion of the. Strap you can make it longer or shorter. And then just pull down on the top and. It locks in it's a really comfortable lightweight soft straps they're going. Down to the tip of the trekking pole leakey uses their carbide flex tips and what this means is that there is a. Carbide end it's very durable it's the part that comes into contact with the ground and gives you traction and it. Does come standard with a small performance basket so this is you know definitely a lightweight design come standard on this type of pole but if you. Want to use one of like use other snow. Baskets this is removable so you can. Screw that off and put a bigger basket. On if you choose the important thing to. Now about the carbide flex tips by. Leakey is that this section of the pole in the unlikely event that your pole. Gets stuck between rocks or is put in a position that might seriously damage. Your trekking pole this part is meant to. Break away first it's a lot easier to. Replace the trekking pole tip than it is. To replace your trekking poles altogether so this is a replaceable part. It's also helpful to know that you know. If you use your poles for many years and you do want to replace the tips this is a replaceable part and you. Can get a replacement for it. Leakey does include a lightweight stuff.
