Around once, he doesn’t get any food so it will come to it and yeah we’re gonna. Go through the specs a little bit about. The material and yeah just have an. Awesome day in the woods but first we got to get some lunches let’s do it So you can call the. There’s my right Come out for a mr. squivers huh alright. So let’s do a quick run-through of the features starting from the top of the hood it’s pretty far down to be able to. Cover your face really heavy winds even. Good projection from sun you can close it up and you can tighten it up on here. On the back as well it gets really good protection against. The wind and snow or anything blowing towards your face can also adjust it here from the sides so once you’ve done. This when you turn the hood turns with. You which is really nice you can really. You don’t end up looking into the wall. Here on the side so i was pretty good continuing down on the sides here you have the ventilation openings as well easy to grab with the other newer. Kind of sippers or you’ve got gloves on they’re easier to grab on to want it. Close it up i think it’s easier to do it with this kind of zipper look at. The front you got a two-way zipper there. As well so you can open it up from the bottom as well if you need to do that just ventilate you got two chest pockets same. Kind of sipper there as well with a smaller mesh pocket inside on both sides. Or your cell phone with gps or whatever you got there then you got velcro. Tighteners here on the arms as well. That’s pretty much it. There’re no pockets on the inside you can. Also force regulate how tense you want. It to be here in the bottom if you want a more open to be able to ventilate or if you want to keep the hot air inside you can do that as well you’ve got a one. Button down here bottom as well that’s. Pretty much it. For us features and specs scope material. Wise I’m just gonna step to the side here we’re gonna pop it up here you can see how waterproof it is but it’s made from all right on the elbows you can see. That it’s been reinforced with core alone so if you were to bump into rocks or you need to lay down or anything you got reinforcements here she’s pretty nice to have a little bit thicker here. With this softer material which is really nice a little bit longer compared to the previous or the cab version which is pretty nice as well it’s really. Comfortable here on your chin and on your face when you get really cold that’s really nice my favorite. Features with this jacket number one i. Got to say the material i love the echo shell material it went i don’t know if. It saved my life it probably did a couple of times just the fact you’re. Able to stay dry in all kinds of. Environments and all kinds of weathers whether it’s yeah it’s priceless. Second thing beside the material i would. Say the hood really great features well. They really thought it through in a brilliant way the fact you’re they able. To adapt it depending on what situation you’re in and just able to really get in. And close in when it’s really hammering at you just to be able to get like just. Yeah just a little bit away from that it’s really good once you’re in that type of situation you’re just able. To think clearly for a little bit of it. You might not sound that important but once you’re in that situation it’s so important just be able to take a step back and literally inside just light be. Like okay, we’re we’re gonna go what are we gonna do really important and really. Appreciate that feature and the third. Think I’d say is the vents here on the. Sides they’re really good as well you always get warm once you start moving and it’s just so nice to be able to adapt and open up and just you’ve got. Den er placeret på samme sted, som den er på g1000 jakken indenunder, . Sådan så de fungerer sammen og giver ventilation, . Igennem hinanden, hvis man har dem på hen over hinanden. Og igen – så kan man selvfølgelig komme i lommen i fiberjakken indenunder, . Fordi man får en stor åbning derindtil.. Så har man mulighed for at få fat i noget grej man har liggende derinde. Nederst på jakken er der selvfølgelig snoretræk, så man kan trække den til omkring livet. Sådan så den lukker godt til for vinden, der kommer nedefra. Det holder godt på varmen. Materialet er vandtæt og åndbart. Det er fjällrävens eco-shell materiale, . Som de har arbejdet med i nogen år efterhånden. Jeg tror vi er oppe på 7 år. Det som er kendetegnet ved eco-shell materialet, er at det er super høj åndbarhed. På deres 3-lags materiale. Og rigtig god vandtæthed. Materialet er meget fleksibelt, og har en blød yderside, som ikke larmer. Det er rigtig rart at have på. Og så er der også lidt stræk i det, så det giver sig lidt. Hej. Det er ib fra outdoor rødovre. Vi er taget på tur i norge – skeikampen er vi taget op på. Flotte udsigter og det er blevet rigtig fedt vejr. Jeg har bergtagen g1000 sættet på, som jeg vil fortælle lidt om. Et relativt let g1000 sæt, men meget stærkt. Der er ekstra forstærkninger på hvor det tæller. Det er levet i g1000 lite over det hele, undtagen på skuldre, . Hvor det for ekstra slidstyrke har den klassiske g1000, som er kraftigere. Hen over bunden af ryggen og hen frem på siden her, er der forstærkning, . Som er lavet i et materiale – corylon.. Corylon materialet er 10% aramid.. Aramid er et superkraftigt kunstmateriale, som er nærmest umuligt at skære over. De aramid tråde, er det der gør at der er hvide streger i, som giver et mere gråt look. Det er det, som er det ekstra stærke i forstærkningen. Det giver en god, høj slidstyrke på det område, som tager meget slid fra rygsækken og hoftebæltet. Lidt tekniske detaljer: vi har en ventilationslynlås under armene. Den kan lynes op både den ene vej og den anden vej, så det er nemt altid at få fat. Der er store skyderhåndtag på, sådan så man nemt kan gribe fat med luffer. Ligesådan er skyderhåndtagene på lommerne også store, så det er nemt at få fat i dem, . Åbne op og få fat i hvad man skal bruge i lommen. Indeni lommerne er der et par små strækbare inderlommer. Så man lige kan lægge småting for sig. Og have hue og handsker liggende yderst. Så er det delt lidt op. Det er meget fedt tænkt. Vi har selvfølgelig velcro afslutning på ærmerne. En god, kraftig velcroafslutning, som kan trækkes godt til. Den er ikke for kort, så man kan godt lukke den stramt til om håndleddet, selvom man ikke har så meget tøj på. Hætten er god, stor. Og selvfølgelig med volumenjustering i nakken, så man kan trække den til omkring hovedet. Og ligesådan, trække den til ved ansigtet, med de 2 små håndtag, som hænger ned her. Jakken er tænkt som en del af et lag-på-lag system, som bergtagen jo er. Noget af det, som gør den lidt speciel, er at på indersiden af jakken. Er alle syningerne tapede til, for at gøre dem helt flade. På den måde giver det mindre friktion mod laget indenunder. Den glider lettere. Det sparer også en del på overflødig vægt. Fordi en syning, hvor der er skåret ekstra stof af, vejer ikke noget særligt, . Gør at vægten på jakken bliver minimeret. Det er en ret fed og let fornemmelse man får, med de her syninger, der er tapede på indersiden. Det gør at jakken er meget mere smidig at have på. Ventilationslynlåsene under armene åbner op og passer sammen med lommen på isoleringsjakken indenunder. Så kan man komme direkte i lommen på den. Det er meget praktisk. Providing substantial amount of protection from the elements for your high alpine adventures so tough awesome. Specs this eco shell is really cool it. Stretches awesome stretches great it’s. Lightweight it breathes very well breeze. At 26 k which is as good as mostly anything out there is waterproof as well of course 30k waterproof again that’s so. Keep your waterproofed through anything torrential downpour a monsoon or a nice. Snow storm so got you covered there it. Has a lot of cool technical features of venus designed for environments i like. This elevation for higher rate of 11,500. Feet right now right below a tree line and this is great for backpacking. Backcountry skiing or split boarding any. Kind of mountaineering use specifically. Brand out they design it that way a purpose there’s no hand pockets so more. Likely you had a backpack on your do. Anything of interest and you would not be getting your hand pockets anyways so yeah there’re no pockets right there instead they have extremely sizable chest pockets and very sizable do they. Are huge if you are back country skiing or. Snowboarding yes you can feed your skins in here awesome keeps them dry too there’s an elastic pocket on either side which is very thoughtful take your cellphone for synergy bars sunscreen whatever you want here awesome. Stuff pit zips there are none instead. Get this cool I’ve never since before it’s very cool besides it right here now what this actually does help me do if you were wearing a backpack you could. Access your mid layer say you have something there were do i get to you could access it this way also dumps heat. So cumber really thoughtful unique. Feature the zippers are all off the seal waterproof and as you saw very easy to. Use i like this very stylish little. Leather holes instead of typical plastic bowls which is very nice you can get one. Little pocket here chapstick sunscreen what have you nice. Arctic fox hid as always the fit is. Or under your gauntlet and of course. They are adjustable sure velcro tab here keep them nice and tight or little looser to go over your. Mittens or gloves when you’re skiing or snowboarding very cool the hood is. Helmet compatible sizable and very. Adjustable i love how high the chin is so good. Coverage like ideal coverage and then of course get a semi stiff brim right here plus over the hood or over the helmet and then you have a just built e right here plus guys down right there and of. Course you have it just built in the back so i find it’s a good fit for. Winter use obviously as well as some are. You assist it’s june here in colorado. And this is a cool jacket for backpacking because it is lightweight stretchy as all get-out and comfortable. As heck so creek backpacking very. The air vent fabric is really nice and lightweight and durable but it also is awesome for wicking. So it takes all the moisture from your skin and moves it to the surface of the fabric and evaporates really quickly.
It’s also treated with polygene which really helps reduce odors. So I’m always welcome back in the tent at night. Another awesome feature is it has this stow pocket. I usually just stash a gel or my car keys in if I’m out for a run. Echo piece is my go-the shirt from being. A base layer on a long climb to all I need if I’m out on a run. It’s just awesome.
Hello and welcome to another rocks on the life video I’m your host jiff safford today i get to review a trio of tech tees from outdoor research. Okay guys like i said today i get to review a trio of tech tees these are all. Three from outdoor research tech tees in. My opinion are probably one of the most. Important versatile and just. All-around pieces that you need for all seasons i wear these spring summer and. Fall and then they can also be great base layers in the winter so for those. Of you that don’t know I’m sure everybody knows what tech t is but the tech t is a trim fitting athletic. T-shirt that is generally not made of cotton just because cotton is not a performance fabric and doesn’t dry quickly it also just doesn’t have that great form fit and performance that you’re looking for. That you get with synthetic materials so. The first step in the trio is the. Outdoor research igniter this tech. T is probably the most comfortable of. The three I’m going to review in this video they call this a heathered. Material I’m not quite sure really what. Heathered means but to me it just means that it’s soft so this is an all synthetic but this one feels the most. Like cotton so if you’re looking for the. Most comfortable t-shirt i would go with. The igniter it also happens to be the most trim fit so all three of these are. Mediums and four for this medium. This is definitely the most trim fit it’s the tightest and the arms and in the armpits so it just depends on what. You’re looking for as far as fit but. This is the trim stuv the three and this is the most comfortable so if you’re doing maybe an activity that isn’t the. Most high output or you don’t need the. The Highest performance as far as wicking properties breath ability quick drying if. You’re just looking for something a little bit more like a t-shirt but still has performance properties of a tec. Teeth look at the outdoor research igniter. Okay this is the echo from outdoor. Research the echo is by far the lightest. This shirt is unbelievable just. Because it really feels like you’re wearing nothing so when i want to. Do something that i almost don’t want to wear a shirt but i just want to wear a shirt maybe for abrasion protection with. A pack or if it’s super hot out and i. Don’t want to get sunburned I’ll throw on a shirt this is the one I’m gonna look for because this is just the absolute lightest of the three that I’m. Reviewing today again the echo that this. Has kind of dual colorway a nice light. Blue with this high visibility yellow so this would be a great option for a running shirt as well especially just so you can be seen on the road as. Far as fit i would say this is actually. Probably the loosest or the largest of. The cuts it’s definitely looser in the sleeves. And it’s a little bit baggy er in the. Waist so it just has that loose airy feeling to it really feels like you’re wearing nothing this is a this is also a great piece like i said this is the one. I’m gonna go for it when i don’t really want to wear a shirt but i either have to wear a shirt or i just want some sort of protection that a shirt offers I’m gonna look at the echo again super high. Performance and this pattern this. Fabric pattern its kind of square. Crosshatch pattern very high performance. Again these are all quick-drying very. Breathable so yeah this is another great. Option again the lightest okay guys this. Is the last shirt in the trip today this is the outdoor research gage now the gage in my opinion is the highest performing shirt of the three this. Fabric is like magic it’s super breathable it dries amazingly. Quick i think the fit is probably in. My opinion it’s probably the best it kind of combines between the igniter and the echo kind of in-between fit so not. So tight that it’s tight in the arms and. Tighten the armpits but it’s also not baggy in the waist. Either so i think this is the probably the best fit as far as performance is concerned and this fabric. Is also probably the highest performance as far as far as breath ability quick-drying just overall this is what you think of. When you think of a high performance tech tee now it’s not the most comfortable and. It’s not the most lightweight so you’re gonna have to strike that balance between what do you want it to feel like on your skin kind of that on the skin feel also are you willing to sacrifice. Just a little bit of weight it just has a little bit of a heavier weight not as. Much as an airy feel as the echo but i. Think the strikes are good balance and this is the highest performing of. The three it also has the most detail as. Kind of the exposed stitching has kind. Of a pretty cool design may be more of a runners look in the back not so much like an outdoor sports like rock. Climbing or mountain bike look it has more of a runners look but this is. A great one super high performance if I’m going to be doing a high output activity or something like. Climbing in a gym that’s general a little warmer than the outside I’ll go for this one just because it. Dries so fast and it’s probably the. The Highest performance in my opinion overall all three shirts are great now. My only gripe with all three is that. They run really large for me i like tech. Tees to be slim fit i don’t want them to. Be big and bulky like a traditional just street wear or street cotton t-shirt i. Want them to be form fit because for me performance is number one when it comes to this style t-shirt so i had to size all of these down everything I’ve ever reviewed for outdoor research all the tops the jackets the shirts they’ve all been larges all three of these that i. Reviewed in this video are all mediums i originally got the largest, and they were way too big so if you want something a. Little higher performance and you like the trim fit that you kind of see on me in these videos be sure to size down one you normally would get in a typical t-shirt so that’s my only gripe is the. Fit be sure to size down but other than that all three are great different applications we’re looking for comfort lightweight or high performance i think that they pretty much have the whole the. This shoe isn’t designed for any specific objective. It’s more of an all around a trail runner. A lot of folks might look at this and see a perfect everyday trainer. Hello youtube’s that keep in here back for my first share of you today I’m. Going to be talking you through my go to trail shoe the salomon cents ride I’m. Gonna start this video out with an objective sort of run-through of the. Shoe talk through its technical. Specifications just go over some of the. Features first and then i will say what i think about it obviously since it is my go-to trail shoe i do like it quite a. Lot but i will go through why later in the video so to start things off on the. Salomon website it says this shoe has an. Eight millimeter he’ll draw stack height of 27 millimeters in the rear and 19 in. The front does it weigh 275 grams as. For size i don’t know what that is but. I’d imagine in my size 11 maybe the size. 11 and a half it weighs you know low. 300s so it’s a lighter weight shoe but. It’s not ultra lightweight by any means. it’s got some decently large lugs on the. Bottom nothing terribly aggressive but i. Find that it grips the ground quite well. Especially for dusty rocky environments. With looser terrain it has this pull tab. Sort of lacing system that helps secure. The foot quite well i find in this. Little pocket here where you tuck the. Pull tab wants it to secure its but not. Really — there’s nothing terribly crazy. Or innovative about this shoe it’s just a really solid concept its upper i had. Some nice welded overlays a good mesh. Material but it’s not gonna be something that’s gonna be too out there it’s just. An incredibly solid shoe all around and. It doesn’t feel. Like it’s trying to do something new or. Gimmicky maybe forsaking its performance. Well doing so i find it has really good. Stability i never feel like my foot is. Shifting around too much nor do i feel. Like my foot is to secure it just your. Foot stays in the shoe very well it can. Be Sometimes a bit difficult to get the. Exact tightness that you want with this. Pull-tab lacing system i find when i. Pull it wants to tighten this upper. Parts of the lacing more than it wants to tighten the lower parts which is the same thing with a normal laced shoe but. It’s just something to keep in mind it. Will it’s not gonna just pull close and. It’s gonna be perfect initially what i. Will do is i actually won’t tuck the lace into this pocket until i have both. Shoes tightened to an appropriate amount. And then i will tuck it in so that way i. Can make adjustments when i have both shoes on as i said the lugs are quiet. Secure quite grippy without being. Intrusive I’ve run on the road I’ve. Actually run on the track I’ve run some you know faster intervals in the shoe and i never feel like I’m being hampered. Too much by the fact that it is a trail shoe so if you ever are running to a. Trail network trail system it shouldn’t. Get in the way. Now for the mower the most important part of the shoe in my eyes is the cushioning the ride it has just solid. Feeling that’s if i were to sum up the shoes just solid it’s not you know too. Light too heavy to anything it’s just solid right in the middle this shoe has good cushion but good responsiveness i. Would feel comfortable running any. Length ultra marathon on this you know i maybe have a bias. Towards a lighter shoe but i feel like if you have strong feet and a good. Stride where you strike on the mid foot. To forefoot, you could run as long as you. Want to in this shoe but then you can also take it for shorter trail runs where you’re really tearing up the trails and going fast my only real. Complaint with this shoe is the break-in. Period it’s not uncommon for a shoe to. Have a break-in period obviously but when i first got this shoe before i had. Broken it in obviously i was really underwhelmed for maybe the first 10 or 20 miles it just kind of felt cheap but. Then once you get over that 10 or 20 mile period it’ll really start to shine. It’ll start to become you know an incredibly versatile shoe that you can. Do just about anything in its durable. The shoe I’d imagine has 150 to 200 miles on it. And i think I’m gonna get double that out of it no problem it just keeps on. Going and like i said it’s just a very. Solid all-around shoe as far as the fit. Of the shoe goes i talked about earlier. How the upper really locks down your foot heel there’s no heel slippage i. Didn’t find the shoe fit particularly. Narrower particularly wide it’s just very neutral in that category and i. Think can accommodate a lot of people’s. Foot shape especially it has a somewhat. Stretchy mesh not too much stretch very. Little stretch but it does especially with this pull cord type of lacing. System does allow for a little bit of. Give if you find yourself outside of the. Width that this shoe is intended for. Closing out i am zach keaton this is. Review of the salomon cents ride it is a versatile all-around. Trail shoe that will allow you to do. Whatever you want pretty much with very. Little limitations you can run on the road you can run on the track you can run on the trails and. It’s just a great all-around shoe that solid has good durability and i don’t. Think you will be disappointed with.

They will go with something that is very breathable because the thinking there is that. If you do get wet and you continue to walk on your feet will dry out over time. Now that may be true for some areas or for some applications. Maybe if you’re going on a really long through hike or something like that where you’re not stopping you’re not camping that may be great. But I do a lot of just shorter hikes and I do a lot of camping. So I wanted something that had the gore-tex protection. And I was willing to sacrifice a little bit of that breathability for the all-over protection now just like my 4d 2’s the Higher Boots.
These didn’t let me down. When it came to the gore-tex either I was able to step in puddles, walk through shallow riverbeds, and shallow streams. And my feet did not get wet at all. I went on a two-day overnight in Ohio. It rained the entire time. All our gear was soaked. My pants were completely soaked. Raincoat was completely soaked through it but my feet were dry so breathability aside.
These again are very well-constructed. They don’t offer as much ankle support but I was very impressed with the amount that you get out of a low-cut shoe like this I did walk up and. Down several pretty steep incline hills again it was raining and muddy when I did so and the state on my feet. I felt like I had adequate protection. Now they did slip a little bit more than the 40s. They don’t have quite the deep quite as deep traction on the bottom but again for a shoe that’s built to be lightweight a trail running shoe.

Hello and welcome to another rocks on the life video I’m your host jiff safford today i get to review a trio of tech tees from outdoor research. Okay guys like i said today i get to review a trio of tech tees these are all. Three from outdoor research tech tees in. My opinion are probably one of the most. Important versatile and just. All-around pieces that you need for all seasons i wear these spring summer and. Fall and then they can also be great base layers in the winter so for those. Of you that don’t know I’m sure everybody knows what tech t is but the tech t is a trim fitting athletic. T-shirt that is generally not made of cotton just because cotton is not a performance fabric and doesn’t dry quickly it also just doesn’t have that great form fit and performance that you’re looking for. That you get with synthetic materials so. The first step in the trio is the. Outdoor research igniter this tech. T is probably the most comfortable of. The three I’m going to review in this video they call this a heathered. Material I’m not quite sure really what. Heathered means but to me it just means that it’s soft so this is an all synthetic but this one feels the most. Like cotton so if you’re looking for the. Most comfortable t-shirt i would go with. The igniter it also happens to be the most trim fit so all three of these are. Mediums and four for this medium. This is definitely the most trim fit it’s the tightest and the arms and in the armpits so it just depends on what. You’re looking for as far as fit but. This is the trim stuv the three and this is the most comfortable so if you’re doing maybe an activity that isn’t the. Most high output or you don’t need the. The Highest performance as far as wicking properties breath ability quick drying if. You’re just looking for something a little bit more like a t-shirt but still has performance properties of a tec. Teeth look at the outdoor research igniter. Okay this is the echo from outdoor. Research the echo is by far the lightest. This shirt is unbelievable just. Because it really feels like you’re wearing nothing so when i want to. Do something that i almost don’t want to wear a shirt but i just want to wear a shirt maybe for abrasion protection with. A pack or if it’s super hot out and i. Don’t want to get sunburned I’ll throw on a shirt this is the one I’m gonna look for because this is just the absolute lightest of the three that I’m. Reviewing today again the echo that this. Has kind of dual colorway a nice light. Blue with this high visibility yellow so this would be a great option for a running shirt as well especially just so you can be seen on the road as. Far as fit i would say this is actually. Probably the loosest or the largest of. The cuts it’s definitely looser in the sleeves. And it’s a little bit baggy er in the. Waist so it just has that loose airy feeling to it really feels like you’re wearing nothing this is a this is also a great piece like i said this is the one. I’m gonna go for it when i don’t really want to wear a shirt but i either have to wear a shirt or i just want some sort of protection that a shirt offers I’m gonna look at the echo again super high. Performance and this pattern this. Fabric pattern its kind of square. Crosshatch pattern very high performance. Again these are all quick-drying very. Breathable so yeah this is another great. Option again the lightest okay guys this. Is the last shirt in the trip today this is the outdoor research gage now the gage in my opinion is the highest performing shirt of the three this. Fabric is like magic it’s super breathable it dries amazingly. Quick i think the fit is probably in. My opinion it’s probably the best it kind of combines between the igniter and the echo kind of in-between fit so not. So tight that it’s tight in the arms and. Tighten the armpits but it’s also not baggy in the waist. Either so i think this is the probably the best fit as far as performance is concerned and this fabric. Is also probably the highest performance as far as far as breath ability quick-drying just overall this is what you think of. When you think of a high performance tech tee now it’s not the most comfortable and. It’s not the most lightweight so you’re gonna have to strike that balance between what do you want it to feel like on your skin kind of that on the skin feel also are you willing to sacrifice. Just a little bit of weight it just has a little bit of a heavier weight not as. Much as an airy feel as the echo but i. Think the strikes are good balance and this is the highest performing of. The three it also has the most detail as. Kind of the exposed stitching has kind. Of a pretty cool design may be more of a runners look in the back not so much like an outdoor sports like rock. Climbing or mountain bike look it has more of a runners look but this is. A great one super high performance if I’m going to be doing a high output activity or something like. Climbing in a gym that’s general a little warmer than the outside I’ll go for this one just because it. Dries so fast and it’s probably the. The Highest performance in my opinion overall all three shirts are great now. My only gripe with all three is that. They run really large for me i like tech. Tees to be slim fit i don’t want them to. Be big and bulky like a traditional just street wear or street cotton t-shirt i. Want them to be form fit because for me performance is number one when it comes to this style t-shirt so i had to size all of these down everything I’ve ever reviewed for outdoor research all the tops the jackets the shirts they’ve all been larges all three of these that i. Reviewed in this video are all mediums i originally got the largest, and they were way too big so if you want something a. Little higher performance and you like the trim fit that you kind of see on me in these videos be sure to size down one you normally would get in a typical t-shirt so that’s my only gripe is the. Fit be sure to size down but other than that all three are great different applications we’re looking for comfort lightweight or high performance i think that they pretty much have the whole the. Hello and welcome to another rock climber life video i’m your host gifs afrin as part of the last video of the outdoor research oor insight lab for. 2014 series i’m reviewing the jinx shirt. This is a super ultra lightweight shirt. Its ninety-eight percent cotton and about 2% of a stretchy material it just gives it a little bit of give like the. Rest of the series of videos this is aimed at rock climbers but it’s definitely a casual look that you can take anywhere whether it be the restaurant to the trail to any outdoor activity you like similar to the growler. Shirt this would be an excellent choice for a road trip but especially a summer road trip i don’t know if you can tell in the video but this this material is. Almost see-through it’s super super light you can see light through it if you held it up to the sun so for those. Really really hot summer days this times. Where you don’t want to wear a shirt but you kind of have to this is a great choice it’s you know a simple shirt kind. Of a minimalist version of the growler. Shirt which was a bit heavier duty and. And more of a synthetic material and by. Minimalist i mean not only the material is super lightweight but there’s only. One chest pocket and some of the details. With the stitching and the look are are. Stripped down to be honest i would like. Two chest pockets i like the not only. The functionality but the look of of two small chest pockets again this one has one but it’s got some of the same great. Details as before in a little or patch. Here and the embroidered logo on the. Shoulder and all those great details that i like from outdoor research so. Again this is the jinx shirt so if you’re looking for something that that heat is summer you know it’s just that suns blazing down on you this is a really great option the wind will go right through it and it’ll it’ll keep it cool okay back at you with a bit of a. Bonus review in the package at the. Beginning of the season for the or insight lab outdoor research also included the tag tea and i pull it out and i said cool in logo t-shirt when i. Put it on that’s when everything changed. As far as my i’ve actually worn this quite a bit this summer for what seemingly looks like a simple shirt very relaxed fit typical of. A t-shirt not the structured look of the. The jinx or the growler but this is. Probably the softest t-shirt i own and. It’s eighty-five percent cotton and or eighty five percent polyester fifteen percent cotton so you wouldn’t think that that would be that soft basically because cotton is usually what you know. Makes a shirt softer or a softer feel. But with but it’ll dry quick it’s super. Soft and also has this odor garden thing. Going on so you know when you’re. Stinking it up out on the trail or climbing your friends won’t want to kick out of the car at the end of the day so take a look at the tag t if you’re looking for just kind of a basic shirt maybe a vintage look which this kind of. Has that vintage look this is a great.
