And take out the bat. And then here we have the owner’s manual which is so small but. That okay so she puts down a formula. This is literally the smallest owner’s manual I’ve ever come across Midland AJ 58-51 pocket weather alert radio owner’s manual it’s only. One page long and God dang the text is small.

What you have to do is do not keep. It on alert all the time. You just have to keep. It on alert you want to get an alert off of. You know when the Lord is on the way. You can turn it on to alert mode so. This is probably not the best radio to bring out into the forest.

When you’re going camping for. How approxi dressed bringing the HH 54 vp2 right over there so anyway back to. This thing lets’s insert three batteries triple A’s mind. Hey guys Rosi weather service here. And today as you can see. Iam here with the unboxing of the midland h 50 pocket weather alert radio I’ve seen. Everybody has his radio Uncle Walmart had. This on clearance a couple months ago probably four to five months ago. They had it for $20 on clearance. And then they dropped. It down to $10 like two weeks ago. Iwent yesterday to Walmart. They had it for $5 on clearance so. Ithought I would just pick. Iwould have a new weather radio to replace my twelve to six to buy Radio Shack which doesn’t really go off for anything, so I’m that’ll be probably replacing. That radio not to sure about. Yet but for now we’ll get to. It um as I said before. Ipurchased this radio for $5 at my local Walmart. It comes with the radio in 3w about a three Triple A batteries sorry. It is actually the each age 50 B. Ididn’t see that, so we’re gonna go ahead. This packaging open just cut. All the way around this radio is actually. Ican’t really tell. If it’s smaller or larger. What I expected because I’ve seen.

It before so um it’s its about. What I expected I mean from. You watch some other unboxings of people doing it looks bigger. It actually is the whole entire packaging for comparison to packaging is about the size a little bit bigger it’s about. And a half million W. Or 120, so I mean it’s its not actually a big water radio so don’t expect. Anything like insanely huge okay open back covered. And here we have the back piece. And the ihe 50, so I’m going to go in flip the alerts I’m on. One second press all the buttons. And there’s the belt clip on the back antenna little six-inch inside oh. Nothing special so it also comes with the batteries in here three triple A’s. That go behind the weather radio in.

This little compartment putting it on upside down two three so. Now the radio is on I’m able just put the back cover on. And then I will show. Idon’t know why this isn’t going on off the batteries are in weird. It looks like I can’t really tell. It just doesn’t look like. It wants to go in for some reason I’ll do a test. Or maybe it doesn’t do. It tests there’s the test very quiet. And then I’ll try to up it’s the batteries battery thing and then. Iwill be back on so. hello there. What State College call around here. And today as you can see infirm. Ijust got the midland HH 51 in the mail. This is kind of in one of those radios. That kind of just wanted its. Although it’s not like. You know a super advanced super radio it’s basically just a camo version of the HH 50 which is a very simple little pocket radio. It is quite rare I do like the mossy oak the mossy oak looks extremely nice especially for like a little radio like. And also this does have the new midland logo which. Iwasn’t sure which. One will come with I kind of just expected the new mini logo. And yeah it did anyway uh. And of course you can hear in the background problem. Iwent Lenny it’s complaining about bad reception after. It failed to activate for the required weekly test. You can also hear other Radio Shack radios complain about signal loss but it’s just generally kind of annoying trying to fiddle around the attendance every second so. Unless something’s going on. Inormally just don’t leave.

It don’t try to put. It around every second. Iprobably really can’t see. This Apple but it is a bit yellowed yeah. Ican’t really see it there’s. You can see that is the actual weight the package should be. And the rest of its yellow. And there’s definitely the package has definitely been worn down a bit. It feels like this clamshell can always just pop open maybe the glue has been coming loose is why I assume but just isn’t there. Yet son still gotta cut. Iwould have liked it to pop. And keep that packaging as new as possible anyway we’re just gonna open. And should be pretty simple I’m only actually gonna do three of the sides. Idon’t want to cut. Any of the actual cardboard. Anything or paper whatever. Ikind of want to keep data as intact as well so. Iwill have to cut open a clamshell clan shows are kind of annoying to know. How to clamshell, and they’re quite annoying which is why I like box ones but. This is a portable radio. Most portable radio — except for Radio Shack radios come in a clamshell.

And just got you can see the antenna here it’s a tiny little antenna. This is probably gonna be on channel 4. Iexpect this is gonna get channel 6 clear. Iactually forget how open. This up it’s been a long time the only time I’ve ever seen. How open it up is in clays rave reviews. It generally looks like it’s a little tab here. That just comes right off. Ithink it’s probably. Imay have to actually take. That don’t football anyway before. Igames hoping let me just check to see there’s. Anything else I assume the others manual. Iactually just want to check. This out maybe there’s. Some rare manual or maybe not. It is a manufactured similar time to the WR 120 yeah the first of your 120.
