Each kit includes three pre-measured packets for turning 5 lbs. of meat into jerky. You can make three small batches (5 lbs. each) or one large batch of 15 lbs. This kit was designed and has instructions for brining both whole-muscle jerky and ground-meat jerky. Use with wild game, beef, pork, poultry or fish.
