Guys just a quick unboxing video on the uh hd binoculars. I got these off of um amazon um. I want to say I paid 35 a pair for them. Um grabbed a couple because we’re headed off to the daytona 500 and wanted to have some binoculars to use while we’re there. So just a quick uh, just a quick run through here uh, they come in a nice package. Also inside the box is a little guide and uh clean and white and in the case nice case um it has a shoulder, strap for it as well, and it’s um it’s soft inside it’s not a hard side case.

It’s just a canvas case to put them in looks like we’ve got a strap here and there’s the binoculars uh. They have a removable. The cuts for the back are tied together and then the front cups protector cups are hinged or attached with these rings. So so, when you’re using them, then they’ll be out of the way and then you can easily just flip them up. Instead of the typical flip up type eye cup, these have a rotating eye cup. I don’t know how well you can tell, but as you rotate them, then they pop out.

So if you were using them with glasses, then you would keep them in and if you’re using them, you know with your eyes, then you would pop these out like this and then you’ve got a diopter adjustment here as well, and that’s that’s the adjustment. You know for the difference between your right eye and your left eye and uh. So when you go to use that you would uh close your right eye. Look through with your left eye, set the focus with the focus wheel, then open your right eye and uh and adjust the focus on your right eye with the diopter ring, and once you get that, then both eyes are now focused and then, as you change your focal length on whatever it is you’re looking at, then then the focus wheel will bring both eyes into focus.

As you go along uh, there are 12 power um, they have a good uh view uh. I I have to confess I’ve already had them out of the box. Actually I bought two pairs of them. The first pair I bought, I did not have the little buckle for the strap, so uh there’s a replacement pair already on the way for that um, but they have really good field of view and excellent clarity. I think they’re going to be great for the price that we paid and long term we’ll keep a pair in the truck and a pair in the camper and uh, and then just to show the strap um wee little strap to to connect on there um.

It’s got the little slide, buckles sort of a uh, wetsuit type, neoprene type material in the middle and then vinyl to a to a web strap down below, and so you know you just connect that to the to the side of them here and then on one side, it’ll be sort of a bigger loop and and will capture the uh. The fastening point for the for the eye side. Cups covers right. So there you go. Um looks like a nice pair of binoculars to have for the race and look forward to using them. Thank you.
