What’s going on everybody. I just picked up a hornady gun case they. Lock they have three points of contact they lock here and there and i. Picked this up because i carry a gun in my car every day and you know someone. Just broke my window but you know to get into my car whatever grab my change or. Cds or something stupid you know they. Pop the glove box open and some thief criminal you know has my gun and you. No i thought about that for a while and i said you know what i know my. Car’s private property i know it’s locked, and they’re committing a crime, and they’re breaking into my stuff stealing my gun but still it’s a. Criminal a thief a thug a felon having. My gun and i don’t want to make it that. Easy for him you know they commit a crime something happens you know that’s that’s a terrible thing and i don’t want. It to be with my god i want to be with. Any gun but you know especially my gun. So i bought this was like 25 bucks. At amazon and you know there it’s a you. No thin steel like i say it’s not gonna keep anybody out this is just for. Like unauthorized users mostly you know. If you’re riding around with kids or passengers in general coworkers in your car just to keep him out of your. Stuff right if criminal broke into your car, and he found it can he get into it. Absolutely he could probably pry it open. With something simple is a thick. Screwdriver in about two or three minutes but yeah. So it’s just one extra step a little more of a deterrent just so you know. Can’t he or she can’t just you know. Break into your car grab your stuff and. There but you know if it’s an athlete 11. Couple extra magazines. That’s for its 1911 but it closes up it. Has a key what it does do though real. Quick I’m gonna go down home depot because they give you this cheap little cable right and you know you can cut. That but paradise you know so i want to. Go down to home depot me to take a diameter steel cable i don’t know what’s. What diameter i want yet I’m gonna go check it out but I’ll probably get you know something left two maybe even three days just something a little thicker so they can’t just cut it with a. Big pair of dikes I’m gonna get. Something a little better than s2 because this just goes in here like this. And that’s, so they can’t jerk on it but. You know if they pried this up enough. They could get that out nothing flat. That’s just a piece of aluminum cheap washer there so I’m gonna get something a little bigger steel and then that way. I guess a they gotta earn it and most of. These you know they smash and grab you know they’re gonna break into your car grab your radio real quick or handful of. Change or whatever they see that’s valuable to them so if i got a little. Thicker gauge wire and put that on there. That’d be that’d be a little more of a. Deterrent little did have to put in a little more effort into getting that. Cable cut but yeah is it gonna is it. Going to about anyone from getting in. There no you can pry it open like i say probably two three minutes but as if. They want to spend the two or three minutes when the car alarms going off and people are looking around like i. Said just a little extra deterrent so quantity lockable gun case. 25 bucks on amazon three points of. Contact let’s say they they lock. Here there and up there and the bars. That’s why i got this one because at. Least it has three points of contact most of the other ones the gun vaults and the bulldog and it just got one lock. Right there and like i say you pry it. Open probably thirty seconds still pry this one open with very easily but you know two more losses because it’s better. In my opinion so there it is man everybody should be responsible you know. Keep the sata on the authorized people’s. You know access and just a little more. Deterrent for common thief nice. Watch anyway.

Hello I’m matt with hornady security today I’d like to show you the redesign horn ad try point lock box we took the. Original try point lock box same outside dimensions and included some enhanced features the main thing is that the housing is now at a 14 gauge steel so. It’s thicker than the original, and we also included the same locking mechanism used on the hornady key lock safes this. Locking mechanism completely encapsulates the bottom catches so you. Must shear material instead of deforming. Material in order to compromise this safe we also moved the lock mechanism farther forward so it maximizes internal. Payload this redesigned try point as well. Includes a plastic bezel here to help. Lift the lid, and we beefed up the security cable as well as the attachment point for more information on the hornady tri point lock box check out 180. Calm or your local retailer.

Hey guys i want to show you something that’s an alternative to the mister bullet feeder it’s about 160 bucks and. From a tip that i got from a fellow person at our forum I’ll leave a link. Below i was able to put together some. Very similar setup for about 80. Bucks so right here is the hardy bullet. Feeder lock and load for 9 mils sits. Right there that station and this is the. Lis multi feeder die i guess or bullet. Bullet feeder it’s pretty good. Setup got the tubes right here and it’s. Actually not very long maybe about a. Foot and a half long the problem was how. To set it from here and could not get an. Adapter until somebody turned me on to this well-made cnc’d aluminum so pretty. Well made and it just slips right over. The adapter the bullet misses a nun. Adopter rather and this stable part up. Here makes it so that when you set the. Lis multi feeder bullets nice and stable. Okay. The adapter comes with two inserts one. For 9-mil and I’m gonna probably surmise. That this is for the bigger bullets maybe 40 or 45 right there okay see you. In action. And when your run out of bullets in the. Turret and the tube just twist this over. And the new one just drops in just like. That holds about a hundred rounds this. Multi tube feeder sure beats putting a. Four-foot to my home a good alternative. To the mister bullet feeder.

Hello youtube re loaders thanks for. Watching hornet loader here my standard. Disclaimer i am not an employee of quantity manufacturing nor do i have any interest financially or otherwise miss a low quantity products I’ve been reloading for almost 35 years and for the last 20 years I’ve been using hornady equipment almost exclusively hence the name orange loader the winery. Logo is a registered trademark of hardy manufacturing grand island nebraska this. Video be a quick examination of hornady. Pistol dies we buy the dies in three die. Sets you get a sizing and decapping die. And expander die and depending on which. Sets you buy you either get the standard. Seating guy or the taper crimp seating. Guide I’ll talk about those in just a second be sizing and the capping die has. A gold ring it’s a titanium nitride ring. There it’s harder than carbide and it’s very slick very smooth ii won’t scratch your cases it’s great for reloading you. Don’t need to lube the cases gives you a. Good size the decapping spindle here. This is the zip spindle it’s actually. Threaded so you can adjust it by. Screwing it in or out you loosen the. Lockout here and you screw the zip. Spindle in and out to get the decapping. In about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch below. The bottom of the die it comes with. Extra decapping pins you can replace the. Pin in there in case you break one it’s not like the old decapping spindles. Where it was all one piece and if you break it you had to replace the entire peace now they come with you xers the. Fact that it’s threaded the old ones weren’t threaded they were smooth and you just kind of pushed in and out to. Adjust it, and they had a tendency to slide when you were decapping your cases. This one since it’s threaded it’s got. A positive lock against moving so they. Don’t they don’t slip anymore okay. That’s the sizing and decapping die you. Expand or die that’s all it does is. Expands the neck of the case so that you can get a bullet down in it i rarely. Ever use these because when I’m loading pistol ammunition i have my quantity. Powder measure with the powder through expander in it so the charging the case. With powder and expansion the neck happens at the same time but if you. Don’t have that yeah it does the pistol. Die set comes with a an expander die. Now the bullet seeding dies whether you. Get the standard seating die at it doesn’t roll crimp or you get the taper crimp die they come with the extra seating stems. 1/4 ball ammunition or around those. Ammunition you would replace the seating. Die inside the die the other scene stem. Inside the die there and this one’s for. Ball and if you’re loading a flat point. Like this around us flat point here it. Comes with a flat seating die so that. It you know works a little better on flat nosed ammunition the standard. Seating guy that comes with it gives you a roll crimp and you adjust the entire. Die down in order to determine how much. Crimp you get the taper crib guy has. A separate adjustment knob so that you. Can adjust how much taper crimp you. Get using the adjustment knob here instead. Of turning the entire die down they both. Have a same kind of seating stem at the. Top or seating adjustment at the top. Unfortunately the unlike with the rifle. Dies there’s no micro adjustable seating. Adjuster for the pistol dies and the one. That come for the rifles won’t work with the pistol size so you don’t get as. Precise a seating adjustment as you. Would with say rifle but typically. With pistol, it’s not the hair off by. A thousandth it’s not that critical and. That’s really all there is to the. Pistol dies of hornady they do have an. American series which is a less expensive version of the same thing pretty much although i don’t think it comes with a tapered eye when you buy it. Dies if you’re looking for a tapered i look for the set that has the taper die with it you can buy the taper dies separately but if you don’t plan on ever using the standard seating die then it’s a. Little more expensive that way that’s. All for this video i hope you liked it maybe you learn something if so please. Click the like button maybe even subscribe to my channel thanks for. Watching and happy reloading.

Today’s video we’ll take a look at the hornady cam lock bullet puller it’s a. Really handy little device it’s biggest. Advantage of speed i your time that. Takes me to put a bullet in i want these. Kinetic pullers and hang it on something. And get the bullet out of there and in the case i can do five or six cartridges. With the cam lock bullet puller so that’s. The biggest advantage of speed you’re pressed to pull the bullet instead of. You know banging it on something and these things tend to break I’ve been through a few of these that’s why i always keep two on hand in case one of them breaks and i can i have something. To pull bullets with now the cam hawk. Bullet puller comes in three pieces. That’s what you have your die body you. Have your and you have your cam lock or your can device which includes this. Little pin here which is the push pin those are two pieces to come with. The cam lock bullet puller then you’ll also need the appropriate. Call it for the caliber you’re using now. This particular one is number thirteen there’s 13 different kaulitz available. For different diameter bullets number thirteen is for forty-five caliber and. You’ll notice that it goes on a 45. Cartridge perfectly and stops at the case neck here so that’s number thirteen. Is for forty-five number seven here is. For 308 and 312 caliber bullets so what. You do to then just set this up is you take the cam lock assembly off of the. Die body you put the collet in with the openings. Down and then you screw in your. Can lock assembly now the instructions. That come with this thing are confusing. At best and almost impossible to. Accomplish at worst. I had just mine a little bit differently here you can see i at the end here i see. If you can see this on the video if you. See that as i turn the handle the can. The collet in the end there will come forward and compress what that does then. Is it compresses it around me that’s in. Focus or not but it compresses the collet then around the bullet and then. When you lower the ram of the press since this is grabbing onto the bullet. It’ll pull the case away from the bullet. So the way i adjust it and this is. Totally different than the in the instructions I’ll take the kinloch. Bullet puller off the press all together I’ll take I’ll put the collet in and. I’ll take a cartridge that i want to pull and I’ll just sit it on there on. The collet and they call it the. Cartridge will be stopped by the collet grabbing on to the case mouth here. So I’ll put it on like that and then. I’ll work the handle if the handle won’t. Turn and I’ll unscrew it a little bit or if i can’t turn to you know lever the handle I’ll turn it a little bit or unscrew it and try again if i can get it. Down to a 90 degree i can check to see if the bullet is being held in place if. It is maybe I’ll screw it in just a. Little bit more and see if i can get it to a 90 degree there i can’t so I’m. Going to undo it maybe about a quarter. Turn to an eighth of a turn i can get it down to a ninety degree the bullet is held in place that means. I’ve got my cam lock assembly adjusted. Properly so I’m going to take my locking. Ring here and rock lock it to that in that position okay so next step then is to go. To the press and adjust it okays to. Adjust the die into the press again. I do this entirely differently then hornady does when put my lock and load bushing on there uh what I’ll do is I’ll. Take cartridge that i want to pull the. Bullet on by the way i swap these cartridges together just for this video you’ll notice that some of them are had. A spent primer some don’t have a primer. At all so you’re wondering why I’m using. Beat-up brass and beat-up bullets because i just put these together for. The video uh what I’ll do is I’ll take a. Cartridge i want to pull and raise the. Ram all the way and then I’ll screw the. Cartridge or the die down over the. Cartridge so it comes in contact with. The neck of the case right there and. Then I’ll lock that down now then all. You need to do in order to pull the. Bullet is you bring the ramp up to the top keep this straight up turn the. Handle lower the around and boom and you bring. You handle back up and it’ll drop the bullet out for you put the next one in. And boom bullet pull okay raise the. Handle drop the bullet out for you so as you can see i can whip through these pretty quick much faster than a. Kinetic puller in fact I’d still be fiddling with the kinetic puller to get just to get one cartridge done now this only really. Works jacketed bullets cast bullets all you’re. Gonna do is squish your bullet i. Don’t think it’ll work let me go ahead and try a cast bullet here. It shouldn’t good yeah. Can’t quite grab onto that yeah all I’m. Doing here is scratching the scratch in the lead so won’t work with cast. Bullets but it works great with what. Jacketed bullets very simple to use simple to to set up and that works great. Be careful with this handle here if you pull this handle you know to the side. Too much I’ve heard that they’ll break off of there so when you turn the handle. Make sure you’re going with the. Rotation of the handle and not not against it just to make sure you don’t. Break the handle off they do sell these handles separately which i assume is. That’s the reason people tend to break their handles off so just be. Careful with that than that it’s a handy. Little device goes real quick that’s all. For this video i hope you liked it and so please click the like button maybe even subscribe to my channel thanks for. Watching and happy reloading.

Today i would like to describe the. Proper setup in use of the workaday camelot bullet for it consists of a daya. Bhaji caliber specific collet today. We’re using the 270 and the plunger. Which is used to close the collet around. Your bullet you’ll need an allen wrench. To tighten down your lock ring you do. Have to buy a separate collet for each. Caliber let’s go ahead and get this out. Together so that you know how to. Assemble yours take your daya bhaji you insert your. Call it into the dial body place your. Plunger next. Take your hornady cam lock handle and. Thread it into your diabolic. And the way this works is we got the. Proper tension and you close your handle. It closes that collet around the bullet. Like so. Now let me show you the proper way to install this into your press so that you. Can install yours what you need to do is. Thread this into your press and just get. It to where it’s flush with the bottom. Of your press place your shell into the. Shall holder like so. Raise the ram until the bullet enters. The body just short of the cases over your handle and rotate holding the die. Body rotate until you feel it touch your. Bullet raise your handle print the body. A quarter inch more adjust your lock. Ring and tighten. And now you are ready to start pulling a little your shell into the shell holder raise the ram until it enters the collet. Just short of touching the case mouth. Lower your handle and adjust for the. Right amount of tension tighten the ring. Down for tighter tension adjust the. Handle clockwise for less pinching. Counterclockwise so now that you’ve got. It tightened down lower the ram and the. Bullet should dislodge itself. Raise your handle and the bullet comes. Out let’s go ahead and continue with the. Other four that i have to show you how quickly this can be achieved. Thank you for joining me today and we’ll. Catch you on the flip side. You.

Love it or hate it’s already cam lock. Bullet puller yeah most of us have a. Love-hate relationship with it a lot of. Times its more hate than love but you. Now some of us got deal with it. One of the cheapest things out there once you get it set up all right it. Actually does work but yeah any of us. Who actually own one know that the instructions are sorely lacking — vague. Nondescript and open to her. Interpretation i guess i don’t know how. Better to play um i decided to de male. Some of my oversized two-to-three from. My original point size and i these are. Two to five and they’re actually crimped. These are some of the early ones i did load yeah i put a little crimp in them. Now figured these are 22 long-rifle. Brass so it’s thinner than copper so. It’s softer it’s more easily damaged and. I’ve gotten to where i can reliably pull them without marring them up with this. So when i first got it. Copper-jacketed m193 ball ammo was. Not safe i would uh mangle it i just. Couldn’t get it right i came across a. Video on youtube i can’t remember who. Did it kind of showing how to actually set this sucker up to where yeah. You didn’t mangle your brass like um. Let’s see didn’t do this to your brass you know. Which means the main body is set down a. Little too low it bites the brass. Bangles it and well it’s good for 300. Blackout. But i found that if lets’s see you said. It to wear it you know just barely you. Now they say bring it down to where the. Neck just touches it that’s about it. Just not overlap nothing if you can get. It to come just shy of touching the case you’re better off just that little. Security blanket so to speak which isn’t. Always possible. Now what something i learned that you. Much experimenting was and if a lot of. People will run these up hold the handle. Crank this over and then pull it found. Don’t do it that way because you get two. Opposing forces and by the time this. Bites in you’ve mangled your bullet in. Possibly your case what i found is just. Let this hang out give this a light. Press well a little more than light once. You get it figured out you feel what’s. Right and wrong if it’s too light it’ll. Just slide won’t grip or you know too. Tight you may go through balls you go oh. Okay i figured it out gives it just a. Little bit and oh there it is. Not a mark on it okay pull the tip that. One wasn’t annealed enough but yeah. Basically when you pull this and leave. The you know no pressure on the handle it lets it the bullet slide down until. The cam finds its happy place where it. Wants to grip but not mangle and it. Works and if it doesn’t mar soft brass. Its then copper has even better chance. And thinking who knows for forecast just. Might work yes. And i said these are oversized and I’d. Like crimp in them so there you have it. It can’t be done oh i made quite a few bullets before i. Figure it out um don’t use a posing. Force and just doesn’t have to be kamd. All the way over or any of that it just. Needs to find where it wants to be and you have just enough pressure to bite. Because it seems like there’s just a. Certain part of the ogive where it had. Its maximum bite without you know too. Much force i don’t know how better to put it yeah. Um but yeah hopefully that will help. Someone manuel did nothing for me. Video helped a little bit and then I’m. Not sure how i figured out you know just. Let it do its thing well guess nothing else was working so i. Said who knows it’s been a while and i. Just thought to make this video and. Things are kind of sporadic right now the swaging is yeah pretty much run its. Course that’s like you know come up with. Some modifications or learn some new. Stuff or whatever so let’s go get back. To this and see you next one god bless.

Hey there gavin you hear from ultimate. Realtor com if you’re an experienced real odor and maybe even if you’re a new real odor you might have had that moment when reloading goes wrong. Now there’s a bunch of different outcomes based on reloading going wrong it could be something as simple as you didn’t size your cartridge correctly doesn’t chamber and your bolt-action. Rifle doesn’t feed reliably in your ar-15 or it could be a lot more drastic. So you have a case with a lot of case capacity and you double charge well you. Could end up blowing up that revolver you could end up blowing up that semi-auto pistol very serious. Responsibility and that’s why it pays to double triple quadruple check your load. Data double triple quadruple check your. Components double triple quadruple check. Your powder charge while you’re loading. You can’t be too careful now recently i had such a situation unfold i was. Reloading a bunch of 9-millimeter ammunition i got my 5.0 grain charge of. Cfe pistol dialed in for nine-millimeter. I was off and running well i was using a powder made sure without a baffle in it. And what happened was over the course of the loading session things settled in a bit and the charge level increased now fortunately i was very strictly following my visual check on every. Cartridge policy that i have with myself. It’s either that or use a powder dye. Like a powder cop died of quantity or a rcbs lockout dye from our cbs gotta. Do it get to check every single round. And make sure there is powder and there’s not too much powder so now i. Have probably 800 rounds of nine. Millimeter ammunition that i don’t know the integrity of i don’t know when the powder started to rise i noticed it after a while so it’s kind of junk ammo. At this point now the good news is i can break it all down and i can reuse all of. The components so it’s just a bunch of. Time that i flushed down the toilet now you might be used to these impact bullet pullers this is a frankfort arsenal unit here works really good it’s. Got a in it you put the cartridge in there you tighten it down hit it on the floor and the momentum of the bullet causes it to. Come out of the case and then it captures the pattern here and you can pour it out it takes a while it’s better. For a few bullets that you need to pull maybe while you’re setting up the press you don’t want to waste components or something like that but I’ve got a large. Quantity of nine-millimeter cartridges. Here that i need to break down so i went. Out and i bought a hornady cam lock. Bullet puller this is a dye that you can. Used to use a collet that uses lever action to grab the bullet uses the press. To pull the bullet out it’s really fast or really effective to use so let me show you how to set it up and then I’ll show you breaking down some of this bad nine-millimeter ammo that i loaded so. Over on this side we have what’s included with the hornady cam lock a bullet puller comes in this slip tube case here it includes the die body the. Cam lever assembly and a stem that. Activates the call it also includes printed instructions that tell you how. To set up the cam lock bullet puller now. In addition to the cam lock bullet polar. Components you’re going to need one or more call it’s basically one for each class of bullet diameter that you want. To pull so this call it number nine 338. 358 is the range is the correct call it. For nine-millimeter so what i do is. Insert to call it insert the stem and. Then screw in the cam lever assembly. Just a ways next we will install this on. The press and get everything dialed in. Okay so let’s go over setup now the first note is pretty much any press with standard seven eighths by fourteen die threading is going to work with the hornby cam lock bullet puller tool I’m going to use the hornady lock and load ap because I’ve got it set up for nine I’m going to kind of reload the. Ammunition after the breakdown with this particular press and I’m using station number five i just put my lock and load bushing in that station because I’ve. Good access here to insert and remove the cartridge as i go through the steps here so the first thing i need is a flashlight I’m going to shine that up into where the bottom of the dye will be. At the top of the stroke I’m going to. Start to work the dye body assembly down. Into the bushing go ways down there okay. Now I’m going to take a nine millimeter parabellum cartridge is one of the. Cartridges I’m going to be breaking down raise the ram to the top of the stroke. So the cartridge is inserted into the die this is where are this is where a. Flashlight comes in really handy we need to aim it rights up inside there okay and. What I’m doing is I’m screwing this down. So that the mouth of the collet you saw. Me put in is right at the level where. It’s about to go over the top of the. Case mouth, so we want it just above that level so there’s a slight sliver of. Bullet showing between where the collet. Is and where the top of the case mouth is we’ll kind of dial that in as our. Preliminary setting and now this is kind. Of where it comes down to feel what we want to do is work this seating plug. Down by turning in the cam lever. Assembly and what we want is to have. This engages kind of right at the 45 or. So that’s a little bit it’s actually. Probably not too bad right there could. You just start it to grab it can be a little bit over the 45 that’s fine that will help it releases the bullet a little. But better so we work the lever we pull. The ram down you can see here we’ve got the case the bullet has been pulled we. Dump the powder and then we can raise. The cam lock lever to the top position and it releases the bullet let me show. You the process once we’ve got things dialed in and are up running steady state so once you’ve got the tool set up. It’s really easy to use you’re just going to put a cartridge in hold the cam lock lever up to release tension bear down on. The bullets slightly dump the powder out. Of the case then raise the lever that’s. Going to release the bullet and you’re off and running once you get into the. Flow it’s pretty fast it doesn’t take a lot of tension on the bullet that’s going to make it release a whole. Lot better. Lock and load ap is a good progressive. Press to use here because the case retention spring system works really. Good for quick access to the cartridges. At each station see I’m spilling a. Little bit of powder I’m not worrying about that because it was kind of over full and it’s just kind of a. Reality when you’ve got powder sticking. To the basis of the bullets so I’ll clean up the press afterwards I’ll get. All ready I’ll have pre-primed cases here I’ll reload I’ll double a little triple all quadruple check my load. Should be kind of off and running. So reloading mess-ups are always a. Bummer i just feel fortunate that i found out about this issue in the reloading room rather than out at the range it’s a lot. Better to waste a bunch of time than to have a gun blow up on you or to injure. Your hand loses an eye that kind of thing so i probably got an hour or two more to. Break down all this ammo before i even get to the point where I’m ready to start reloading so I’m going to get back to it but if you like this video please give it a thumbs up if you don’t want to miss any of the action on ultimate reload or calm please subscribe to my channel until then safe loading and safe. Shooting see y’all later. You.

    RCBS® Stuck Case Remover

Easily extracts stuck case from standard sizer dies without damaging the die. Uses simple two-step process. Just drill and tap case head. Fits all calibers.
     Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Okay guys i have a quick tip on. Removing stuck case in my situation the. Case head is broken off and let’s take a. Look probably see that in here so the. Issue is what do we do we go and buy. A bunch of stuff or is there a simple. Way to get this case back out so it’s. Been fired there’s nothing in there. And so obviously what I’m gonna do just. Take these products and remove that case. So first i get myself an oversized brush. This is a 50 caliber typical bronze. Bristle brush the caliber of the weapon. Is 303 british and it’s typical that. When you reload this if you rule length. Resize that you’re gonna get a head. Separation because that’s typical. Problem with this weapon this caliber so. Typical so let’s just take like a pistol. Cleaner I’ve put my. Brush on their remove my bolt. Insert my brush in far enough so that it. Goes into the brass and probably. Asks the case head now this brush is. Like jammed into their pull it out booms. Simple.

Blood when sorrow showcase here and tonight we’d run into a little problem with some brass or just wanted to go over some few basic rules here for. Getting this stuff out so basically I’ve got a piece of brass in there and when i pull bait ramrod down and put the handle. Up i have had left a note I’ve had the. Piece of brass stay in the bottom of the. Reloading press you can see it for. Tuning down right there so what we’re. Going to do with that now we’re going to take that died out right there flip. Around backwards or to put it back in. The press we’re going to go over how you get to do so first thing that you’re. Going to do is you’re actually going to remove expand the ball into cap in on. What that does is it gets everything out. Of the center of the die, so we got room to get intact so you turn the ball comes. Through what that comes now you may need. To get on there with set of pliers just. Add this apart for this occasion the soil everything out there’s our rod. Right there captain right now we can. Remove the rest of the dye have to work. On that piece of brass it’s stuck in. There we’re going to take this die lets’s. Be some brass in it we’re going to thread it back in with your bottom. Transit local or online still not lined. Up there we go night see there’s our die. In upside down with the piece of brass. Now coming out the top you just see it. Right there give this camera in a better. Positions we keep watching that. Here we are on a top working surface /. Press. Now we’re ready to begin doing some work so in the stuck case remover kit we have. Some parts so skim over there we’ll take. A look behind you can see stuck case. River kit part numbers written on there. And down in front the whole parts comes. With it the actual polar it’s true there. That we’re going to thread in turn it into our work and throw that screw in. Using the allen key and to make the hole that we’re going to thread the screw, and we’re going to use that drill bit, and then we’re going to top that hole cuz that’s got the thread size for that screw, and then we’re going to pull that stuff k so oh the stuff gets used see. You in a minute remember when doing. Anything with drills or any kind of reloading show you wear safety glasses so will be a little hard to. Drill down through once you get it makes. Sure your drill bits tightened up really nicely and then the next thing we’re going to do is we’re going to tap that hole and if you can get on there firmly. Oh suppliers here right here. An acute. Going. So it’s good to back off a little bit. Just cut the thread in go forward a bit. And then bring it back just kind of snap off and then what’s in there. You can see it’s snap and stuff over there. Just going. Spritely things a little easier as this. Square on top yeah lots user. So i can tell now I’m going to thread all the way through the base of this piece of brass just going too carefully. And wine that yep and it’s threaded all. The way through just be careful when you’re touching that stuff that you don’t get it rock on your finger now. Next those pieces off there we’re going. To take that we’re going to put it on top so now we actually have part of the. Keys polar on top how this is going to. Work is that sits on the base of the dye kind of goes around you can see there it’s got like a little cup tej it sits right over top of the base of the dye, and then we put this screw down through. It and it’s going to thread into the piece of brass that put the threads in. Slowly give us this allen key it is the. Right size if its advanced great and. We’re going to turn it the way in gets. Inside those threads and it has about three-eighths of an inch of thread in there to bite on so it’s actually quite substantial and it gets tight, and we’re. Just going to keep turning it and you’ll. Feel a come loose hopefully that’s not. Your thread spinning out inside and you successfully extracted you’re stuck case. Now that you’ve got your piece of brass. Out what the next step is to get the standard wall a case. This case is done you never going to reuse that so voila there is your. Expanded ball back that back on you to. Cap your on and put the decapping rod. And experian the ball back into the die. And you are successfully.

    Hornady® Powder Cop

Install on your progressive press after the powder-drop station to automatically check dropped charges. Checking powder charges on a progressive press can be difficult without such a tool, but it’s wise to do. Works with all powder types and cartridges. For use with progressive presses only.
     Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Today’s video will be a quick look at the horny powder cop I’ve used it in. Some of my other videos and I’ve made mention of it a couple of times so i thought it might be time to go ahead and. Show you basically how it works and what. It does essentially all of this is a. Tube with a rod coming down the center. Of it the idea is as the case goes in to. The die the powder that’s in the case. Will push that rod up and give you a visual indication at the top here that. There is indeed a powder charge there if the rod comes up too far that’ll tell. You that there may be a double charge in the case for example if you double. Stroke the case when it goes into the. Powder measure now it’s not very useful. On a single stage press it’s really designed to be used on an auto progressive press in the station right. After the powder measure so that the. Case first goes into the powder measure then immediately comes to the next station and goes up into the powder cop. To verify that the powder measure did its job properly so single stage press. It’s really not necessary but when you’re another progressive press and you’re cranking out rounds sometimes you. Don’t always see the powder clearly. You know to see how much powder is in the case or if there’s any powder at all in the case so this just gives you a safeguard to verify your powder charges. So set the powder cop up initially what. You’ll do is you’ll screw the powder count down such that when the ram is all. The way at the top the bottom of the. Powder cop will just touch the shell plate and that will guarantee that the case has gone as far as it can into the. Powder cops you get a better indication. Yeah once I’ve done that i need to. Adjust this rod now what I’ll do is I’ll. Move the white oring down the rod of waves and that’ll hold. The rod up for me and I’ll put a case in. An empty case no powder charge and run. The ram up to the top and then I’ll simply push the rod down until it comes. And comes in contact with the bottom of the case and at that point then the. Little o-ring is adjusted so that when. There’s no powder charge the o-ring will not come out of the top of the powder cops oh no o-ring no powder charge now. I’ll put a powder charge in the case. Here normally I’d run it through the powder measure first to get a proper. Powder charge but I’m just going to the. Purposes of the demo here I’ll just put in what looks to me like a proper powder charge and then I’ll run the case up. Into the powder cup and you can see that. The rod comes up you can see the little. White ring here and what you want to do. Is before you start a reloading session is get an idea of where that oring or how far up that o-ring comes when you have a proper powder charge what you. Also want to do then is double charge your case or put way too much powder in. There put more powder in this case and. I’ll run that up into the powder cop and. You can see how far up it comes when there’s too much of a charge basically. Right now looks like about twice it comes up almost to the first little. Groove in the rod here so that’s a. That’s a double charge there and it just. Comes up you know about that far when there’s a proper charge so before you’re reloading session you want to get an idea how far up the rod comes with a. Popper charging with a double charge and of course no charge at all you won’t see. The o-ring at all now an important thing. To remember this rod here needs to be as. Free as possible to move up and down especially when the case comes down out of the powder cop you want that rod to go back down so. It’s ready for the next case if the rod is getting stuck on you or that kind of thing you need to make sure you clean keep this clean keep the interior of the powder cop clean and you want to keep it lubed with a dry lu not not a oil-based. Or wax based move what i use i either. Use the horny one shot gun cleaner and. Dry lube that’ll put like a teflon very. Thin teflon coating on the rod you can. Also use the hornady one-shot case lube which has the same kind of dry lube on. There you know the tri loop so you want. To use a dry lube so that it doesn’t contaminate your powder because the. Thing is going to come in contact with your powder so don’t put any kind of. Well-based or liquid kind of oil on this. On this rod or that could get into your powder now in the configuration that. Comes when you buy it you know right out. Of the box the problem you’ll find is. That the bottom of this rod the plate or. The part that goes into the case and. Rests on the powder charge is too thick. To fit into a 223 cartridge it’s as well. Just barely enough or small enough so. That a 308 cartridge will go in it so. Really it’s its only useful right out of the box for pistol cases however what. You can do I’m going to take this little. Overhang off the rod and that way i can. Drop the rod out the bottom and remove. It and what I’ll do or if you’ll notice. That the button this is the bottom here that’s what’s normally the bottom and. That won’t fit into the rifle cases but. It’ll fit fine into you know anything from a 380 to a 45 caliber. Case what I’m going to do is I’m going. To put it in the top of the powder cop. Upside down so that the what’s normally. At the bottom is on the top here okay and now i have the thin portion down at. The bottom before i do that though what. I’m gonna do is put the little white bow. Ring on to the shaft here all the way up. Until it touches the bottom piece here and then I’ll put that in and then i can. Adjust it the same way i can put a case. In a rifle case and move it down until. Until the rod touches the bottom of the case and adjust my little o-ring there so that i can tell when it’s has no charge has a proper charge or has an. Overcharge so that’s how you would. Configure it to use for rifles now. You’ll notice that the bottom of the rod. Here does fit into a 223 although it’s a. Very close fit so when you’re bringing the ram up you need to be conscious. Of how centered the your cartridge is on. The shell plate you have to bring it up kind of slow just to make sure that the rod is going down into the case so that. It can measure the powder charge or rest on top of the powder charge in. The case so you’ll get that that visual. Indication for 308 cases it fits just. Fine i shouldn’t have any problem the. Only problem you’ll have is when you have 223 cases you have to make sure the cases is going into or the shaft is. Going into the top of the case just. Right so that it can give you that indication that there’s powder charge. That’s all for this video i hope you. Like it and so please click the like button maybe even subscribe to my channel thanks for watching and happy. Reloading.

The horn of powder cop dye is a rather. Simple device consisting of a threaded. Dye body which has standard seven eighths by fourteen threads meaning it can be used on almost any press and as. The standard hornady split die lock ring. And then it has the rod which is. Activated by the powder in the case and. The cartridge being invalidated and this rod can be set to multiple heights. You see the detents here were the o-ring resides it snaps into those. Recesses there and it allows you to set. The o-ring to a particular height and then to fine-tune the setting by. Raising and lowering the die so let’s see how we can set up and use this die on a progressive reloading press all. Right so we’ve got the dillon xo 650 set. Up for loading 357 magnums and I’ve got a. Charged case in station number three so. We’re going to just take a look at how we can set up the hornady powder cop died on the xo 650 we’re going to start out by taking out the pin for the tool. Head and then we’re also going to start with the lock ring down towards the. Bottom of the threads here you can see that’s going to put it below the powder measure, so we don’t have any interference there so what I’m going to. Do is raise the ramp to the top start. Threading the die down we’re just going to hold the lock ring so that it stays. Constant in its relationship with the. Tool head and just continue to screw the. Powder cuff dive until we see the. O-ring emerge right above the top. Surface of the die the exact alignment of the o-ring is up to user problems. I’m then going to take the charge case. And put it back through it looks like we’re just a little bit high compared to. Where i like to have it sort of just going back the die down just a little bit let things settle. So that we get a consistent reading comments about where i like this here so. As you can see it’s very quick to set up. You can use multiple powder prop dyes. One per tool hand or put it in a lock and load bushing if you’re using a single stage or progressive press that. Has the lock inlet system that’s likely going to be a progressive press given the type of die this is so this is an easy diet to set up and use but what you have to do is make sure that you’re extra vigilant about watching the. Indicator each time the ram is at the. Top of its stroke while you’re loading otherwise you’re you’re not going to catch a powder problem so i hope this. Has been helpful for other resources. Including blog posts information. Technical diagrams please go to ultimate. Reloader comm and check out the blog and manufacture specific pages thank you. You.

Well I’m finally reloading just deep. Rhyming now with my our cbs universal deep rhyming die I’ve modified it and. Taking the our cbs lock collar off and put the hornady locking collar on there it’s a compression fitting with a set screw going across this way from one side of the clamp to the other as opposed to the rcbs going back in screwing tight right up against the threads of the die i think our cbs were. To adopt a hornady method of doing that and in also I’ve got to hornady lock and load system i modified so instead of. Screwing my die in it’s literally as you can see they are one sixth of a turn and left the die right out really a slick operation got that on all my rcbs dies. You get the rcbs lock and load. Conversion kit that has three of these die bushings and one press bushing for. About 20 bucks don’t know why somebody wouldn’t do that.

Hey youtube it’s chris here with almost precision with a video tonight on these a hornady american series dies so i made. An order offs the graphs last week and i. Just um saw these dyes they were cheap like 30 bucks mmm. Figured i couldn’t pass that up so i got them, and they get here, and they’re in this freaking blister pack so fine. Example of me not reading the description when i order some shit get. These and I’m like whoa where the helps the red case yeah horny guys usually. Come looking like this it’s like what. The heck well turns out these are there. Economize dyes and yeah so let’s take a. Look at what’s in the blister pack and see what i got all right so rip and open. The blister pack here hopefully without. Having to use a knife free shell holder. That’s one thing they advertise with it. All right this is the decapping guy and. One of the unique things about it is the. Sizing ring there is titanium nitride. Coated you know ten they call it kind of. Like your ar-15 bolts then your belling. Die noticed on here while it was in the. Blister pack it had some machining marks. On it. No rough finish whatever economize and. Your seating diet they also claimed and. Boast love they’ll give you a couple free decapping pens couple spares and. Supposedly this thing is full of. Reloading information. A lot of general info here’s the actual. Info they have for 9-millimeter which is. What these dyes are not a lot of. Information there. Literally one load data point oh that’s. Why we buy books right so 33 bucks so. I’ll have to find something to put these. In not gotta keep them in the blister. Pack obviously that’s going in the trash. Not a bad deal don’t know if I’ll buy. More of them though and definitely gonna. Try to read the description more often. As always this chris if you like the. Video please comment and subscribe and. I’ll see you all next time.

    RCBS® Standard Bullet Puller Collets

Caliber specific bullet-pulling collets for use with RCBS standard bullet puller.

     Cancer and Reproductive Harm- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Well hi guess what i made a mistake well. If you’re 70 years old you’ve made a few. In your lifetime — i loaded up some. Wonderful 6.5 crete more rounds only i. Used the wrong primer so now i have to. Take these apart there’s a couple of ways you can do it you can use an. Inertia type bullet puller where you put. The case down inside the cartridge down. Inside and whack it on something hard i. Use a barbell actually works well i. Don’t lift them i just beat okay and. What happens though is then you have to. Take it apart and you have to take the case out and put the case aside and you. Got your little gripper and set it aside then because you’ve got this thing full. Of powder and a bullet you have too vary. Carefully let the pattern get back in. Here without dropping the bullet down. Into your canopy you know you see it and. Then you got to put it back together to use again so you’re thinking this is a. Terrible tool no this is a wonderful tool when you only got to do it one or two or five just i keep it right there. You use it all the time just grab it whaps do it when you’re setting up dies you frequently will overdo something and. You need to take it apart and start over right here to the rest of you fine on. The other hand if you’ve got a lot of them to do and I’ve got 60 to do you. Want to use a more production type of thing here’s the way this one works. You run the bullet up inside of this. Collet and you turn the threaded. Pour that pulls the collet up inside. Didn’t gramps the bullet and pulled case. Away leaving the bullet behind so now. You very easily got your bullet I’m in your case full of powder you dumped your. Powder in their then you stick it over. Here and i don’t know the air conditioners running might not hear you. Knock out the primary and don’t bother. To even try to salvage a primary trust. Me on that do not yes it will fire more than likely. But it won’t be a rat again you’ll have. Patterns not groups as a result you. Probably are picking up a wine never. Mind anyway how’s this thing work well besides think the obvious it works. Very well i didn’t even do you. Didn’t even show you that there’s the bullet pristine perfect not a mark on it. This thing grips it like a mother grabs. A baby i mean it’s just and here’s. What’s inside there’s this threaded pour. Call it and what it’s doing is it’s. Pulling this collet and this is the. Downside of this thing you’ve got to have a column for each size of bullet so. Here’s a six point five millimeter colins in addition you if you’ve got a 223. You’ll have to have a 22 college now the nice thing is that 22 collet would as well. Work for 222 250 of 222 220 swift etc so. You would need like a 22 caliber or 6. Millimeter caliber 25 6.5 27 7. Millimeter etc if you have those. Cartridges you’ll have to have one of these, and they’re about by the time you pay tax or shipping they’re twelve thirteen dollars something like that but if but you can use the same body. Over and over and over but if you’re if you’re into a production situation here. Where you’ve got a lot of these then. This is the white coat and then the. Print one more time you take our load it around as a correct primer you run it up. And it’s that the mouth of the case. Is actually hitting the face of the collar just the bullets going up inside. Tighten it down and pull it and then. Take your powder can you see it there. Okay knock out the primer and away you. Go okay don’t don’t even bother to comment. About knocking out primers that are live okay if it goes alright it’s. Gonna make a noise I’m not worried about it never has but if it does its just. Gonna make a noise it’s not gonna hurt me I’m wearing a safety glass don’t. Comment okay thank you that’s it rights. There. Hey okay. In the interest of science we have a case here where we have removed the. Bullet and the powder and now we’re. Going to knock out the primer using this. Lead decapping die I’ve removed the. Little bottle that catches everything then here so the primer will just go straight through what i want to demonstrate is what will happen get it. Up in there if you slam it down instead. Of easing the mouth away i was ready. We’ll knock the primer out of it okay. They’re there for your inspection is the. Primer and if you notice on the other. Side it’s not bulged or anything now. There is a what you think may be a flaw. Or defect but if you realize this is a. Cci bench rest primer and they have a. Little tiny be stamped on there which is. What that is but it’s not bulging it did. Not go off and before i shot this video. I tried this five times i don’t plan to. Do that each time but i think it pretty well. Serves to show you that you can decap. These live primers and then any without. Any fear one more thing about this. As much as i love the forester coax. Press and extol its virtues you do you. Know how much i love this press it. Doesn’t work with these conventional. Kind of bullet post because the die is. Free to turn inside the groove that. Holds the that holds the retaining nut. Composite ear but you know so the whole. Think would just if it’s not locked down tight and when you try to turn it instead of this thing’s threading up it. Would just simply rotate the entire dyson now forrester has one that will work. With it and I’m sure it’s like their other products it’s excellent but if you have one from our cbs it won’t or who. Else I’m not sure now hornady makes one. Come to think of it that uses a lever to. Get cams over to pull the collet up. Inside the taper and that one very well. Could work right here i don’t know it might but i suspect that you know you’re. Gonna want to use a conventional depress. That’s one of the few things that press. Doesn’t just be to everybody else on but. Bears bear told you. Now get this thing set up right now. Watch it just go through one cycle or less time in less time walk down decap. Branch society doesn’t take long and. I’ve already done now. 45:25 to go 35 done 35 I’m sorry 35 and. A half 25 to believe after i. Demonstrated that the primer won’t. Ignite when you hit it removing it. Occurred to me that it might be fun to. Try to put one in their upside down so. That the the normal striking surface. Of the primer is on the inside instead. Of the outside so we can see this you. See these here we go so you have a. Normal primer here and then the one i. Just did which is the primer upside down. I’ll be honest I’m not sure what well i. Do i think it’s going to go off because the decapping pins gonna hit it from. The inside just like a firing pin would and just to be safe I’ve removed the. Little catcher bottle i think this will. Go off you ready. Well i guess it’s just harder to set one. Off then, you would think that one oh. Yeah now that one has a substantial oops. Dent it has a substantial dent up there. In the face of it but it’s its like a. Light primer strike oh no thanks it. Takes a pretty good bit to set one of those things off science marches on for. Those of you who have been wondering in. Case you don’t know this particular. Grain press I’m using here is the are. Arming the reading undramatic. And it’s a great press i bought it years. Ago when i started shooting black powder. Cartridge rifles and that great four and. A half or four and three-quarter inch throats there allows you to get those. Long black powder cartridges in there. For and those 500 grain bullets that. Stick out so far they all fit in there. This is the reading undramatic we can. Get the typical priming the old and so. Forth and what i also like about it is it expels primers down through the. Center of the ram and they’re captured. In this tube down underneath and it’ll. Hold about a million it’s a and it’s. Opening front it’s big and solid and a. Lot of things are really easier to do on. It. And some other presses like getting your. Hand in there — can’t catch that because it’s i don’t know only it really matters that much but anyway that’s what it is ready thank you folks. 58 59 this is the penultimate case how. Many of you use that word incorrectly. Like i did forever penultimate does not mean like the most. Ultimate it means the next to the last so that was the penultimate cartridge. And this is the ultimate cartridge the last number 50 are number 60 penultimate. It’s like bill o’reilly that’s our word. For the day no thank you. That’s it that’s it the show is over thank you elvis has left the building if. He was ever here.

Today we’re going to be talking about the rcbs collet bullet puller the very. Nice little setup that allows you to. Salvage projectiles and powder and all. Of your components if you end up having. Cartridges you end up having mistakes with that you need to salvage or disassemble them, so they’re not unsafe. To other someone else it’s good for that or if you come into a lot of ammo that you know maybe has some bad components you can definitely salvage everything probably the most predominant use of. This die is actually to pull bullets of. Course but it is a crucial step in. Disassembling a bad ammo way this dye. Works as it has basically a four. Fingered collet on the inside of the die and a threaded cap on the end that when. You tighten it actually pulls the collet up against a curved surface inside of the die itself and allows the. Fingers of the collet to close on the surface of the bullet and you have different kaulitz for every bullet diameter respectively you’ll have 308 22. And so forth so install the collet. You’ll have to have your normal shell holder respectively place your bullet in. The shell holder or the ammo run the. Press up run the rim of the press-up. Until the mouth of the casing comes in contact with the actual collet you. Tighten down the collet it will grip the. Bullet and when the oops a little. Tighter and when you in theory when you. Come down on the press the bullet stays. Up inside of the die and that’s it you can salvage your components fairly not a. Lot to it i definitely like it a. Little bit better than a standard kinetic bullet puller a little bit more. Controlled and you definitely don’t run the risk of damaging the bullets as long as you don’t tighten them up too much and what he’s salvaging here are actually tracer rounds. All right sometimes you have to whack. The top of it come out alright we’ll see. That bullet that’s just a 55 burner you. See where it’s been sealed with that tar compound i hold still. Now that round like that the 55 grain. It’s just a regular xm 193 these are. Just about impossible to get out with a regular kinetic puller i mean you can you know work that thing all day long. And you still never going to get it out i mean you might be able to but collett. Pollard makes it a heck of a lot easier to pull these type of projectiles since. They are sealed you know it just works a. Lot better it’s easier and it doesn’t damage the projectile you can reuse this projectile if you so choose.

Hey guys welcome back to his your six covered appreciate you showing up today we’re going to talk about the rcbs bullet puller a lot of us that reload. Will make a batch of something and sometimes it won’t work out maybe. It doesn’t cycle the firearm that we’re trying to get it to go to you when we’re messing with trying to make light loads whatever the case is but i got a bucket here a bad ammunition and today finally. I went out and purchased our cbs bullet. Puller which is a model number nine four. Four zero and then with that you need to buy the right call it for whatever and. You’re using the collets are about ten bucks i can’t remember what the bullet puller was but it comes like this so. Basically if you have some type of single stage press or whatever the case is this will go in the press that’ll go. In here you’ll tighten the bullet if i. Got one here you’ll tighten around the projectile and then your machine will pull the projectile out so you can save. The powder you can save the projectile. It makes it nice it saves money and then. You just don’t have a big bucket of stuff sitting there so I’ll show you how this works real quick we’ll get down to business all right so i got today I’m. Using a reading single-stage press this. Basically just goes in here it doesn’t. Really matter on the height so we’ll. Call that good and we’ll give it a. Little crank and that’s all is needed. You know this part does come with it. This is one will tighten down the collet today let’s do we’re gonna do 40 so I’ll. Just push this up in here a couple spins I’ll add the right shell plate and this. One set up for the 40 and then let’s get. A couple of folders. So in here we’ll be doing a jacketed. Hollow-point that’ll be one that we’re. Work on will show that you can use these. With the acme bullets as well and i have. Some regular extreme or barry’s bullet. I’m not sure which here we go right here. So there’s ten different types you can. See down here I’ve already pulled a bunch but I’m going to show you how easy this works and i am going to move the. Camera around and that way you can really get an idea of what’s going on so. Reposition the camera so you guys can see what I’m doing your gonna need something to capture the powder that’s coming out of it so I’m just gonna put this back into the tight group as that’s what i was using. When i loaded these the bullet that will start off with the jacket a hollow-point real quick put it in the shell holder bring that up. And then for the first one i had to spin. It a few extra times but you’re basically just a very light pull and it. Comes out so that now i can capture the. Powder reuse that i let go of the collet. And then i end up with a perfectly good. Bullet that has no marring on it. You can’t over tension these what you. Don’t need to do you will ruin the. Project I’ve got full metal jacket hollow point here just finish with the. Red acme bullet looks good no deformity. We’ll do another one again i think that’s where the video ended so you got. A 180 grain 40 cal acme bullets and that. Wasn’t tight enough so I’ll bring it loosens it back up and then give it a little more and that worked just fine. Some people are using the hammer which. Is an inertia driven where it you know. You sit there and hammer it and it pulls the bullet out nothing wrong with. I just didn’t want to i didn’t want to. Deal with all that i didn’t want to sit there and hammer late at night when you. Now the family might be sleeping and I’m in the garage trying to beat the crap out of these things to get him to come out i wanted something that was a little nicer a little easier to do and. Then you know this stuff’s gonna last. Forever so it’s a good investment it’s. Not like I’m gonna stop reloading and not need this stuff so definitely useful. But it’s very simple we will do a change. Real quick and i will show you how fast. A changes to a different caliber so I’m. Gonna pull the shell choosing a shell. Plate it’s a shell holder and let’s do. This one brand-new one here, so we’ll put. The old 9 millimeters in throw that in. There that’s simple enough right. I’ll take this lower this down a little bit without squishing my fingers and. That’s that simple i will put a new one. In which will be this one which is brand. New in a package so i move that over. Then flip this the right way turn that. Up a hair smidge and I’ll grab a 9. Millimeter this is a hollow-point 9. Millimeter run it to where it starts to pull that. One’s a toughy there i think I’m was on the brass a little. But there we go hmm so that’s the first. Time i use that one it looks like with. The 40 cal you can bring it all the way up in the collet will catch on the. Brass this one it looks like are not catch on the brass the 9 millimeter looks like it can go up there you go. Maybe it’s just that one so that’s how simple that is bam i just saving money. Right now getting to collect powder we use my brass in the projectile mostly. The expensive part that only came out. Super easy and that’s how fast this is. It’s very simple to use you can have your you know young son or daughter. Sitting or helping you if you really wanted to it’s very very simple so. Let’s do a little bit of mixing some stuff up i did a hollow point this is a full metal jacket nice easy very easy to. Do very simple so let me try something. We haven’t done yet let’s try the acme. Bullet 124 grain acme bullets a nine. Millimeter see how easy it is comes right out let’s see if we get any marring on the projectile nope looks. Good you can see a little bit of where. The crimp from the projectile was squeezed down a little bit but it looks. Really good let’s try another one of those here’s a blue bullet so let’s try. Blue bullet this is a high-tech coated. Or powder coated projectile as well I’m. Gonna do a very light just a quick thing. That didn’t work so I’ll loosen it up. Again that didn’t work i didn’t really. Go much tighter let me squeeze down on it and it came right out but let’s see. What we did i see if i could have gone a little bit lighter without deforming the. Bullet well it’s kind of cool too as you. Can tell your crimp if your crimps too. Tight or your flaring is not wide enough where you’re getting some basically. Where you’d be getting lead fouling you can see there that the powder coat either from loading it or pulling it was. Damaged the coating a little bit so it’s. Good to get an idea of what you’re doing maybe your crimps too tight maybe it’s. Not tight enough what you’re making but that’s the quick video i hope you guys enjoyed it and I’ll see you on the next one.

Hey thanks for stopping by and checking out this video today we’re taking a look at the frankfort arsenal tumbler and i. Gotta say this thing is impressive but this is not going to be a long time review i recently got this about two weeks ago so this is really like a first time use and comparison with what i. Started with which was this rock tumbler. Over here so you know you buy cheap you. Bag twice and i only started reloading about six months ago so this is my little champ and this did a lot of rounds but look at the damage to me having to pry open the lid and it’s. Really it’s not made for brass you know it’s made for kids and rocks so does it. Work yeah it worked really well and it still works just fine so hers right. Along it can rumble off the table so I’m. Gonna test that today and see if this one will do the same thing now this was. A scratch and dent open box model from. Amazon so i got it for about 30 bucks off and was a little disappointed. Because it was the first warehouse deal. I got from amazon that was actually missing parts and so i contacted amazon said hey they’re supposed to be steel. Pins in there, and they refunded me 40 bucks and was able to pick up some of. This that goes with it so overall i like. The fact that it has a timer that’ll shut off automatically know this thing. Let’s do a side-by-side sound comparison. First what we’re getting into this i used to have in the house and my wife was like what is that. And it’s really not that loud let’s turn. On this one that’s a lot louder. Quite the difference there but it doesn’t matter out here because I’ve got the air conditioner running to dehumidifier running and all that stuff so the biggest thing about this is big. It is huge and definitely made for the. Task of cleaning brass so really like in. The big bold construction of this i mean. It just feels like it’s gonna last forever nice grippy rubber inside of. Here and just the capacity alone i got a. Backup in camera to get this thing in frame the maximum capacity i could do in. The rock tumbler i was i could do little over actually about a 100 45 acp and it. Was really crowded so actually couldn’t even do this batch by itself i had to this is the last thing i washed in that. So today we’re going to oh and i weighed. This and did the math on it this is over a thousand cases of nine-millimeter we. Were just gonna dump that in and see how. It goes. Wow and oh i can’t believe that there is. Plenty of room to spare with about 1,100. Of those in there so for a cleaner i. Started using this lemme shine mixed. With a couple drops of dish soap that. Works except for when this goes in the. Water it starts to fizz and bubble it can build up pressure so you have to let. It sits for a while so I’m just going to. Go ahead and dump in this whole thing. Pigs and they came with a free sample of. This detergent so I’m just going to use this whole thing and see how it works on. This it looks like kind of the same material as the let me shine. And these pins are great and i like that. This has a way to rinse it out when. You’re done you can just dump it out. Water might actually need more water. That looks pretty good so nice mix and i. Just like to throw in just a little bit of dish soap so you don’t know if that. Soap is going to fizz it all it doesn’t. Look like it is so I’m just going to go. Ahead and seal this up and for fun we. Want to see what it looks like actually inside of it while it’s running, so we’re gonna throw a go pro in there and see. What it looks like on the inside good luck little go pro miss you. Let me go ahead mark on the feet anthony. Looks at all. Well i don’t have a better solution all. Right it’s getting dark out so I’m just gonna let this dry in the driveway well. It’s not the shiniest grass in the world but it works i might run it again with. The different cleaners and this media magnate certainly helps out to remove. Any remaining pins so thanks as always. For watching have a great day.
