So I’ve always wanted to try. Some electronic hearing protection. It finally came to a head a couple weeks ago. Iwas shooting with a friend. Me try his he was frustrated. Iwas wearing some military surplus Pelt. Or muffs that were not electronic. Iwas yelling and he was wearing these nice electronic ones. He could hear everything I was saying so let. He had two pairs that point. Iwas fine like okay. Igotta get I had already heard. Some good stuff about. These on-air 15com that the Howard lates were kind of like the poor man’s health. Or calm tax, so I happen to have an Amazon gift card went on Amazon. These for 45 bucks, so I’m really excited to try them out so. These are the Howard late shooters electronic ear muffs the impact sport model. They will cut out anything above 82 decibels. They have a 22 decibel noise reduction rating you can also plug. It into your iPad or mp3 player.

It amplifies quieter sounds so it’s really helpful just for talking or as well. If you’re trying to use. Something like a shot timer which is hard to hear. What thermal hearing protection, so I’m really excited to give. These a try so it’s pretty obvious. These things are gonna work great just for having conversations with people on the range right. Ihave turned on and my voice sounds. Even louder to it would. Ididn’t have it on so that’s really good I’ve got my iPhone here with my surefire shot timer app so. That is much louder. Ididn’t have any ear protector on hearing protection on. Ican also use the audio input jack to pipe. It rights into the hearing protection not the loudest gun.

You can shoot but we’re gonna go ahead. And just take a couple shots at the target down here like 27 yards. Something like and I’m not sure. Many milliseconds it takes to cut the loud noises out remember it’s. Everything over 82 decibels, but we’ll just fire a couple shots. And just tell it sounds to. Me so I’m gonna be honest. That sounded a little bit loud to. Idon’t have my normal hair protection to try back-to-back but it’s not a little bit loud to. Icouldn’t really tell. It the point it cut out I’m sure was doing something my ears don’t hurt. Anything like that but just sounded a little bit loud to. Imight have to go some other hearing protection. And try back to see. What it’s like okay so. Ihave the Howard lates electronic hair protection.

And I’ve got my pelt. Or just military surplus. And on electronic carry protection we’ve got two magazines for the P 22 with. One round each so just go ahead shoot with the Howard lates first then switch to the Pelle tours. It feels our sounds rather make sure. Ihave a good seal so. Ican’t blame it on bad fit okay switch the pail doors get a good fit yeah so. Iwould say it definitely sounds louder. You the Howard lates. It does with the felt doors. You can hear a distinctive crack with the electronic air protection with the normal hair protection it’s. More of just like a muzzled booth kind of noise. That makes sense everybody knows.

What it sounds like wearing normal muffs so. They say they have a twenty-two decibel noise reduction so like. Isaid my ears don’t hurt. Iguess it’s bringing it down to safe levels. It definitely sounds quieter with. These non electronic ear protection so off to see. Ihave a big shoot coming up in a couple months. It should be a lot of people there are a lot of guns noisier guns, so we’ll see. If it’s worth if it’s worth hearing all the conversations. Everything and it does bring it down to a safe enough level. None pain anything like. That so kind of weird review a little bit inconclusive at. This point but you guys can make your own opinions off of. Anybody else has these howard leight impact sport here in protection please comment on the video let.

Honey folks angel the hunting gear guy. Iwant to show you guys. This Howard lay impact Sports electronic ear muffs. These are incredibly popular probably the. Most popular electronic ear muffs out there right. And the primary reason is the price they’re right around 50 bucks. You can get them on Amazon. Or our ad a lot of local shops. And the second reason. They fold down really compactly so. They fold down so nice and tight like. You can throw in a range bag very easily. And they’re not going to get wrecked. Because there’s not really a lot to right here it’s got the band kind of protecting it. All the surrounding way’s got. It does have a cord. That goes between them. It only has power on. One side but that’s not a super big deal. Idon’t think at least it’s got microphones right on the front here. Each side on the left side.

These on/off switch as well as volume. We also have a headphone jack at the bottom here. This headphone jacks. You plug in it’ll still have the microphones on but it’ll also have the music on. One of the cool things. Isaw actually was using like an IPSec timer on your phone. And then plugging it into your headphone so you’re at the range cut thing right you’ve got your headphones on you’ve got. This guy plugged into your phone’s got your epic timer. You hit the button well. Iassume you’ve got a really long cord here your phone sitting on the table. You wait for the beep. And then you draw and do your practice so that’s. One of the cooler things. Iheard about these just using. That headphone jack on. These use a cut-off technology so.

Some better headphones out there will use a sound compression. They compress the sound so. When a gunshot goes off. You hear the gunshot. This is not very loud. What have sets like. These do is just cut. It out entirely they just turn off the microphones. While they’re shooting going on there’s its its fine. Iguess but if you’re on a really active range. What will happen is. That you’ll hear people talking they’ll talk like. And it’s really hard to follow like what’s going on. Because there’re cuts. Whenever there’s a shot it’s happening right so that’s why compression headsets are telling better generally. More expensive these are really inexpensive so let’s talk a little bit about the materials on. This thing again this is a two-year-old set so it’s been around the block kind of thing the headband is not real leather but it’s vinyl.

And it’s close enough. And again this one’s seen. Some wear and tear. And it’s living up just fine it’s got. These wire kind of push in style adjustments for the headset so. You can see there it just kind of goes in. And out which is inexpensive. Iguess like I don’t really think. These wire things are. That great they kind of suck like going in. And out of that plastic. We only have to do and then. They go on your head. And you’re good to go right. One of the cooler things about. These headsets is just the way. They collapse so easily so. Once you’ve got those in boom it’s in. It gets down to that nice small size. If you’ve you really do feel like. You can chuck it in your range bag. And it’ll be fine and you’ll you’ll get. You get to the range kind of thing some other sets don’t feel. That was one thing I didn’t really like about the longevity of these headphones again they’re they’ve there a couple years the ear cups on here have already started to harden.

And they’re not really cushy anymore so. You were to wear safety glasses which. You should at the range. They actually don’t seal fantastically around those glasses anymore. You know the cups are kind of thin. And that’s for a reason. These are really thin headsets here let. Me here’s some passive headsets just for comparison like yeah. You could stack two of these just for one of these. These are really thin, but they’ve again they’ve lost. That cushion ‘us on these things. These are about the same age they’re starting to peel a bit here, but they’re a lot softer. And there’s still a lot. More cushion left on their so. You wear these things with safety glasses on they still seal really well I’ll just put my fingers in there. And they’re still sealing quick. These guys here not really do. It anymore lets’s just get down the other thing. That I’ve noticed is. That the clamping pressure. These put on isn’t quite as good anymore. Ithink it’s just it might be the swivels but. Ifirst put it on it’s not sealing at.

All on the bottom here. Ifeel like with a little bit. More pressure it’s just. It would be so much better. This headband just put a little bit. More pressure it would seal really well but. Idigress wearing these things. You put your glasses in there it’s not gonna seal at. It just it’s a gain. These are a little bit old. Or two years old, so they’re not sealing as quite as well on the cup material anymore. Now the audio quality out of these things is actually pretty good keep your microphones pointed forward. You just bought was a set of these keep the microphones pointed forward. Ican actually I can hear my own voice very well. Ican hear sounds and then in the environment very well. Ican hear that rustling I can kind of echo locate. Iknow it’s in front of. Ican kind of see it but it’s a it’s actually pretty good with.

These two microphones just being able to hear in stereo it’s its not like the real thing but it’s kind of close enough to. Iwouldn’t mind that much. Iwere to go hunting these would work. This would be a perfectly. If you’ve got like a really big breaked rifle like. You have a 300 Win Mag with a muzzle break. Or a 338 Lapua definitely with a muzzle break. You would definitely want to wear hearing protection shooting those kinds of rifles. This kind of thing would provide enough protection to get. You by with one shot let’s say. This isn’t something. Iwouldn’t like go to the range. And shoot like 20 rounds at 15 BMG with just. These guys on but would. These instead of nothing when. Iwas going up in hunting absolutely. And with these electronic hearing muffs you’re gonna be able to hear stuff around. You as well they have a cut-off after four hours which that’s a really good thing because forgetting to turn.

These things off and having the batteries die sucks but. That’s that’s one good thing about the circuitry. One bad thing is they suffer from interference pretty badly so. You have them on max volume. And they’re just kind of open like. They can start to squeal a little bit the other thing I’ve noticed is. If they’re near a cell phone. You have someone’s like making a call. Something like that out of your range you’ll hear. That like the cell phone interference with. These guys they do take on interference quite easily but. Imean we’re talking about a $50 pair of electronic ear muffs. Most decent passive your must cost like 20 bucks so. These are just a little bit bump up in price. They fold down quite nicely so. You know all things have to be relative to price. You talk about price. These things they’re an excellent purchase for the price thanks for watching.

Hello out there in YouTube land old-blood nuts here with an unboxing quick look-see at a pair of shooters earmuffs a pair of howard leight electronic earmuffs. Igot from Amazon for when we’re out at the shooting-range so. You can see you got a Amazon box much bigger. It needs to be so you just got a Amazon sometimes we’ll give. You a little bit what you need for packing type stuff so kind of open. We got here as you can see it’s. More ear anything else but let’s see. What we got here a lot of bubbly stuff to scare the neighbors. And the cats I’m just doing paperwork. Iactually bought more for my wife so it’s a Amazon’s got. That little a gift from so-and-so you’re going to get a little reflection from the light above the table here so apologies. That I’ll try to remember to kind of keep. It tilted for when I need to but. This is a air of out the outside box howard leight impact sport electronic ear muffs is like noise cancelling after a certain decibel so. You should be able to talk normally but. When there’s a report of like over 80. Some odd or 90 decibels. Whatever they take in the filter mechanism to kind of cut out the report so can’t remember exactly. What I paid for these. It was around maybe thirty-four dollars. Something like that your pricing may vary depending on where. Most reviews give this a pretty good review there’s.

That have been a little so-so but. Iguess it’s one of the things. You know showed up spending about 150. Or 200 dollars for some of the. More electronic fancy ones I’d seen for you know under 40 bucks. Whatever don’t think. You can go wrong I guess it’s. You know better nothing that’s for tootin sure so. How would light impact sport the electronic ear month noise reduction rating 22 decibels. And I’m going to bring it up. Idon’t know this the old flip focuses. That quick but it’s model. I- 0 1 5 to 6 and that’s with my questionable eye side as well so. And of course opening these up is always a kind of questionable thing this looks. It would be fairly easy with. These serrated edges but never. It I’ve actually got a pair of regular Howard lights kind of came in the same box so.

It does include a couple of triple-a batteries Duracell copper tops just for brand recognition so it’s better. Some the cheaper ones. You get which are always going to be a little. You know you get a day’s use out of them. Iguess you’re doing good plastic kind of pops right out. And for the most part. Idon’t think you’d really need to hang on to the plastic stuff after. That there is a pair of external cords here so. You want to plug in a like an iPod. Something like while you’re shooting or driving or just don’t want to listen to your spouse. When you’re in the car. Something like they kind of folding design so. They are compact as well so. When you’re done you just kind of fold them up the headband is padded good spring tension so.

And they’re obviously a thin design as. You can see kind of seem to be flexible. One thing obviously. You wear glasses like. Ido you’re going to have a little bit of an issue with the glass your glass frame over. These but what are. You go to do you don’t wear glasses. You know you kind of spend. Some super money whatever. You can find somebody. That makes inserts with. You know in the rubberized earmuffs but it’s never going to be perfect so. You just find the best that’s going to work for you. And go from there so as. One of the speakers on. Each side got a volume control there’s as well. Idon’t know you can hear. It but there’s also an off. You can set your volume at. That point one thing if you’re a shooter is.

You wear this is the tip is let’s say. This is your head let’s say. This is your nose don’t have the speaker’s pointing to the front of your nose that’s. Where you’re shooting because that’s. Where you’re going to get the. Most report turn them around so the speaker is behind. And you’d be looking this way. If you’ve got a range instructor. Anything he’s going to be behind. You can pick up his words. Anybody that’s down. You know left and right at a shooting-range a lot easier so kind of tip. That I’ve you know found from. Some other people is obviously the plug for external use for iPods. Or I’m an Apple guy so iPods. Or stuff like you get a Android.

Or other Windows or stuff would probably work just as well. What the impact sport. And the inside liner seems to be pretty good material. This is not super cushy does feel. Though there is a little bit of a give so. Iwouldn’t say this is top quality foamy insert but normally after every couple of years. Or so you’d probably want to pull. These out you can probably get rebuild kits to keep. These from getting too brittle. Or too hard on you obviously there’s the cord. That runs from left to right so. They fold up there’s a couple of little Clips at the bottom there obviously. They kinda slide in there so. Idon’t know maybe if you’ve got like a closet. Something you might be able to make yourself a little hook.

And have these hang from a closet. You don’t keep them in a range bag. Something of that sort so but. They look to be for the price pretty decent. And be probably the easiest way to get at the battery cover which I’m guessing is going to be under here without looking at the. You know the instructions. Because there’s obviously no other spot there that’s going to be the hardest thing is. It kind of just pops right up. You don’t have a lot of space to work in their kind of see. We can get the batteries in their kind of quick for you. And there is a little plus. And minus indicator in there. And plus two minus one. That side reverse it for the bottom. One cover kind of goes snaps in it’s not a very super sturdy snap a table view is pretty basic so. And then volume obviously you’re not not like speakers.

Anything like that but there. They pop in pretty good probably good. If you’re good a range bag like. Isaid keep one spare triple A’s. Ihave a lot of rechargeable batteries so. Iusually keep a supply of rechargeables on hand so those should go. And do quite nicely so there. You have it howard leight impact sport electronic ear muffs my pricing was under forty bucks your pricing may vary. If you’re a shooter. You go into sports that have heavy sound issues. Whatever you know you only got. One set of ears protect them pretty much like your eyes. You don’t hey it’s your own fault thanks guys.

Haha bet you guys thought you’re gonna hear a boom. You know like those guys got no eye protection, but he’s got good ear protection hey guysI’m eric from three gun training drills. And videos from the Facebook page. Iwanted to bring you guys a little product review today. Iwas fortunate to get my hands on. And I’ve been beating these things around for about 3-4 weeks. Now we’re talking about the howard leight impact sport ears electronic ear muffs by honeywell. These things are really cool. Ireally like my boy had him for a couple weeks a little bit background I’ve always been a plug-in of your guy I’ve always been worried about them coming off. Ihad a friend of mine DQ from his muffs come off I’ve always been also worried about cheek weld issues for three Gunners it’s a big deal for pistol it’s not. That big of a deal but for three Gunners with shotgun. And rifle cheek weld is a real big deal so. Iwas always kind of concerned with. Ialways kind of flip-flop between plug-in. And ear muffs for when. Iwasn’t shooting so. Icould actually talk to friends. And things like and had an opportunity to test them out.

Iwas really pleasantly surprised. Ifinally got my hands on them number. One they’re very low profile so the cheek wall tissue is gone number two. What I really liked about them was since. They are electronic ear muffs. They amplify ambient noises so. You can talk to your friends taught. You can hear the RO clearly but as soon as. You start shooting they reduce. Everything to I believe. It was 82 decibels which is a safe level for our ear hearing protection so that’s a big thing that’s really important. Because for some of. You know I’m sure that hearing her interior walls is permanent so. You can’t reverse it so it’s kind of big deal. We really need to take care of. That the in addition to the low profile. And the noise reduce reduction abilities really like a couple of other features on.

This they’ve got an auto shutoff mode which is very convenient I’ve left. It on three or four times. And four hours it automatically shuts off for you so saves your battery so the next time. You come back you’re not like. That man these things aren’t working they also have an auxiliary. All right here now on Ziller e jack for a mp3 player which. Iguess is cool you want to listen to. Some music or what-have-you pretty neat with. Another really nice feature with. These is they use two triple A batteries so super convenient. This cap off right here. And then you just pop Tumen. Or two new triple-a batteries in there so super easy access.

You know really like. That feature with them they’re very impact resistant. You can see right here. Where they’ve been scuffed up. And scratched I dropped them on a concrete floor at Universal City Kadim in Florida. And scratched them and didn’t have. Any issues with them they’re still working perfectly fine also water resistant you’re going to see. That in three gun and pistol events as well. All kinds of shooting events. We shoot in bad weather. We shoot in the rain so it’s. One of those deals where that’s good to have you’re going to see. Some video here throughout. This review of. Me actually shooting in the rain. Itried to do my original review. Ifound out there was water. All over the lens I couldn’t use. Any of the video so. You guys see a smidge of. That’s because I was shooting in the rain. Ithought it was fun lastly. One of the things I really like about being a three gunner.

We have a lot of stuff to carry. We have a lot of junk. We got three times the junk. Everyone else has so plus shotgun ammo rifle ammo it’s big its bulky. We have a lot of stuff to carry. These things fold up to a real nice low profile sleek design. You know throw them in your bag. They don’t take up much room at. All so real convenient for a. You gunner anyone else who’s in. Any kind of practical shooting support so. Iwould just say overall real eases ease of use very comfortable they’re not going to be giving you a headache on your head. You haven’t wearing them. You know the fit was great they’re nice. You know I just had to adjust them a little bit to my head but. Ifinally got to adjust the fit was just spectacular so.

They fit perfectly any issues with them real pleased with them thankful to howard leight. And by honeywell I was given the opportunity to test. These out you know. You have any questions come find me be happy to share them to. You try them out what I have. You always happy to kind of rep great companies. And real thankful for. You get a chance go check them out the howard leight impacts four tiers by honeywell hey. You guys have a great day andI’ll see. You out on the range training in the parade baby you.

isn’t going to be a full review because I haven’t had a chance to really use these very long just yet but I will give you my thoughts at the end of the video so far make sure you hit the subscribe button on the lower left hand corner of your screen so you don’t miss out on that video when I do post it a few months from now

Hi guys aaron here from swings australia. Iam joined by Amanda from TSI outdoors thanks for coming along. And bringing these are the. Most amazing ear buds. Or hearing protection I’ve ever seen. Something like out of the future really isn’t. These look fantastic so tell. Is a little bit about them so. These are the walkers silence on their the Bluetooth series so just really basic they’re the in-ear ones so. They just basically pushing here. And they’ll sit up around the side there so. What you do is they’re bluetooth so. You can listen to music. And keynotes of phone calls from them as well, so they’re really innovative so to charge them up. You just place the new here. They are magnetized as well so. You just pause roughly. You need to be a pop into place. You charge it up on. This side over here. Once it’s fully charged. You can basically put them in up to six times. It will recharge them again oh that’s good suppose. You can do you plug yourself final. And charge it that’s. It looks fantastic they really do what’s a clarion like. You are listened to music. It is pretty good yep again. It depends on you push them into. You know some people don’t know they’re crap but.

You just got to make sure. You put them in as far as. They will go yeah like a lot of these I’ve tried a couple different brands. You got to really get them in there to make a seal yeah exactly sort of squash. It down a little bit get. It sort of like just the normal Chi in your ear ones just question down. And then push them in. And then let them expand yep okay very good. It comes with an app so. You download an app on your phone. All different hearing settings. If your sort of hearing it’ll help. You boost there and sitting for like voice so. If someone’s talking to. You really want to pick up exactly. What they’re saying yeah will hear people’s voices for you we’re gonna unit just does. Everything across the board the other. One is just the birth setting which will just increase. Everything so if you’re really hard of hearing it just increase. All the noise around. What I like about because like I’m quite different.

One ear it’s lovely right. Now I’ve got I got like two obscene hearing the. You can actually adjust individually on the app the volume for. Each volume you can go no. On a little bit lower. One really ramped up the noise yeah that’s really good. This is different something. That I’ll be looking at purchasing in the future. Because being out adjusting hearing. Each year is a bonus for me absolutely really good yeah the same as the other hear rotational creatures are certain dangerous level. It out no it’s it works so well. Ido like the hard case it’s a quite sturdy my voice obviously wants want to stick in your pocket. And sit on it but it’s good. And compact case so. You can just check into your bag. And being out of plug up from USP in the car. While you’re driving around hunting in.

That is fantastic you can use. It for your phone as well listen no talking making phone calls. You can use these so just so. Many applications for these are great is. These really are good. They go for about the $500 mark but. Ithink you’re getting a lot for your money. And walkers is a very good brand a very good brand in hearing protection so. Idefinitely think these probably worth. It yeah these are well-made -. These aren’t just like cheaply made. These are really well-made. He comes with extra rubber plugs for size your ears so. You can so like a man would have a smaller. One compared to my ears. And match so like a lego sick really pull. It apart swims back together.

You like them so that’s fantastic okay so. How does this actually work is. Someone like me I’m not tech savvy. That you’ve got so you need to do is go to a play store. Whatever Apple uses. These days you download the app. You simply open you press the button down here until the light over. He goes blue now I’ve already turned the ones on so the light there will go blue. Ionly took a couple of seconds yeah great. And then you just press connect. That we’re connected. We can see here we can do the volume. Both they’re going to be an exact same. We want to have them independent. We can move on down here. If you’re hard of hearing your right ear flying any left. And leave it down to about halfway. It just depends on you can see there’s the four settings down there. Iusually just leave mine on Universal but sometimes. If people around you were talking quite quietly might want to put on clear voice power boost. If people are really quiet around. You want to hear what sort of going on.

If you’re hunting as well. You know sort of here leaves. Or twigs break around. And the high frequency boost is really good. If you’re a little bit older. And you’ve lost some of those frequencies. It just helps pick up. All the noise and the last little feature is the sleep as well so. You can turn the sleep off so. You don’t want them to go to sleep. If you’re like oh I’m probably gonna forget to turn them off ten to the two hours four. Or six hours and then. They automatically turn off well that’s good later the battery yep that’s. It that’s awesome this is. Something that I’ll definitely look at big be looking and getting in the future yeah well that’s great. It seems pretty simple to. You know I can do you guys can do.

It that’s for sure but. These are good these are really good. These well thanks for coming on the meander.

Hey guys its Hollywood so for a. Few years now I’ve been using these Walker earmuffs. These Walkers razor I’ll post a link in description below. You can get them and at the range they’re fantastic. Idon’t have any complaints they’re low-profile. They allow you to get pretty good cheek weld as opposed to like. Some older ones. You know look like Princess Leia things on the side of your head. These are great however recently I’ve seen. Some popularity in wearing ear pro for hunting and. This is not really conducive for hunting having this on your head for long periods of time the compression on your head sitting in a deer stand for several hours. You probably tend to get a headache. You tried to do I recently got a hold of these little guys. These are also from Walker’s. These are electronic inner ear protection I’m gonna get. These on the tabletop in a second let’s roll through.

Some shooting footage I’ve had. These out a couple times. And then I’ll give some of my feedback. It relates to the range as well as All right so first let’s talk about rain shoes I’m actually really surprised at how much. These on the range they do a fantastic job. You wear traditional inner ears. You basically just have. This little foam piece. You squish down shove in your ear. You know pull your earlobe downs. It in good it does a pretty good job a lot of people double. That up by putting outer ears on as well. What I like about these is not only do. They have that squishy inner ear piece but the body of the electronics here kind of caps off the outside of your ear. And gives you a much better ear protection. Than just your traditional foam insert. It relates to hunting I’m gonna say.

It depends on how you hunt. Me a little bit longer. Idon’t want to say to fall in love with them. Iwouldn’t say I’m in love with them for a hunting application. Ilike them for hunting application but. It depends on how you hunt. You sit stationary you’re. Either in a box stand. Or a ladder or a tree climber. Something like these are gonna be fine. If it’s windy you’re gonna hear the leaves rustling quite a bit. And it’s its almost hard to tune. That out when it’s being projected directly into your ears. You don’t have your pro in. Ifeel like you kind of ignore. You can focus on your branch breaking or. Something you know may maybe be able to pick up as a deer moving through the woods. You are a spot and stalk hunter. These may be even a little. More distracting for you every time. You put your feet down. You step on a stick. Something like that you’re gonna hear. That in addition to the leaves rustling it so. It may not be a perfect thing for a spot in stalk hunt as.

You can see behind that leaves returning color. They are falling if you’ve ever been sitting in a stand deer hunting and you’ve heard an oak leaf fall down through the canopy it’s. It sounds like a deer is moving behind. You with these it’s amplified. You constantly kind of want to turn your head. And look and it’s its a little bit distracting so. Iwould say you were planning to buy. These primarily for hunting you may want to do a little bit. More research and it’s going to depend on how. You hunt if you’re buying these for the range primarily. And then maybe also use them for hunting these are awesome alright to install.

These into your ear it’s very simple the foam-rubber here just simply squeeze. It down just like you would a normal set of inner ear well your earlobe down. They are side specific so. One has the r4 right side push. That back into your ear canal make sure. That little hook piece rides up in your earlobe. And then just hold it for a second wait for it to expand in your ear. And then you’re good to go turn them on. You can’t hear that little tone. Iwould say these actually rival my walker’s outer ears. They actually do a really surprisingly good job. All right so here’s a look at the little protective case.

They come with it’s a nice kind of hard shell case open. Some netting here to hold extra batteries which. It does come with it comes with ton of batteries here’s a lanyard. You wanted to keep it around the back of your neck but. It takes two batteries, so I’ll open up the battery port in a second show. It comes with three packs of four so. They say it lasts about 80 hours on a single set of batteries so that’s a lot of battery life right there. It also comes with a. Few extra sets of various size inner ears as well as. These outer covers so the ones. That are on here right. Now are the mediums there’s the small. And there’s the largest.

And there you can see. What it looks like kind of. All put together nice little compact carrying solution. Ijust throw it rights down in my range bag. Or into my hunting backpack got. These at OpticsPlanet. And actually have a promo code for 5% off I’ll post. That description below they’re expensive but. You got to think they took. That technology you know does such a great job in their. You know their big outer ear muffs. They squished it down into. These tiny little kind of interview bud solutions so things are pretty awesome. And especially you like getting really good cheek weld. When you’re at the range. This is gonna do it for you. Iwill say on you follow. Me on Instagram you’ll know. That a couple days ago. Iwas on a hunting trip. Idid get a doe it had started raining on my box stand.

Imentioned it kind of pinging off. That tin roof got aggravating so read them to turn them off. Ijust took him out well sure enough a doe walks out. Itook the shot and within the echo chamber of. That box stand man my ears rang. It was not fun I’m gonna show. You a picture of the break. Ihave on my 308. And I’m gonna do kind of quasi fun review of. It soon it’s from ultra dine but man. That percussion it just kind of came back in the box stand. Ihad had left these in maybe just turned them down so anyway that’s. It guys the walkers electronic earbuds. Ithink they’re called the Walker silencer about 150 bucks I’m gonna post a link in description below as well as a promo code thanks for watching guys. You like this video do. Me a favor hit that subscribe button below got lots. More videos to come. And we’ll see in the next. One alright now let’s talk about them as. It relates to hunting mute don’t care. You tagged me in a post.

Come on guys Schuyler farms. And Ryan with shooter media outlet so. This is taken a long time for us to culminate. This review because. Iwasn’t initially sold on. This product without running it through its paces. And getting out to the range quite a bit so. What we have today to show. You guys is the brand-new Walker ear Pro there’s silence. Or ear buds so you got to test them on the range other day. What do you think I was extremely skeptical at first especially with. Something that small. You know to really hold up. And be better than. You know I have a pair of Walker’s. That I use um and. Igot to say I was actually impressed right on, so I’m in the same boat. You are I’ve been test trying these. Now for about a month. And a half we the reason why we actually started getting into. This was customers were coming into the store a lot of our brand-new shooters. And then a lot more very seasoned shooters saying you know what’s a good year pro at. This point because obviously. You have the traditional ear muffs. Or you have these guys right here which. Everyone has right and. We really couldn’t think of what was a really well-rounded ear Pro at the time especially for like.

You know talking about price points. And everything else. One issue that a customer brought to. Me was you know running the ear muffs. When he’d go to shoulder for his a R. Or his hunting rifle. It would start edging up. And then he was no game blast in the ear. And I’ve run into that problem too. Ithink we all have yeah especially. If you’re going into like. You know SPR world or. You know running an AR pistol. Where you’re really tough close yo it’s hard it’s hard to keep your mops. Where they need to be the other issue. That you run into as well as with your pro that’s. You know not something I mean. These guys are digital enhancements so. You they’re actually electronic which.

Ithink is really cool. It is, so I mean you can look at the impact headphones. And all the other ones. That come along that line. And that’s where we want to see. What measured up with. This right so like I was saying the other big thing about. These guys are when you’re on the range. You talk about being able to communicate in Iraq verbal commands. If you’re out there training or you’re doing 3-gun competition. Whatever it might be the other arrow. You can use and you really hear effectively. Because I can tell. You many times I’ve taken my headphone I’ll try to talk to. Somebody then somebody else in the background juicers firing off. You know doing a mag dump it’s a click craft. And trying to throw the ear pro back on. And I’ll be honest me. Iwas the biggest advocate. Imean I’m lazy this. Or what a — but I just kept my headphones my big so my big mops but yeah forever.

And then I saw this come across my table from. One of the dealer portals. And like alright I got check. Is out at least for my vanity. And for my customers sake to be able to offer new means right good here. And hearing protection so first off. Imean they come in. This neat little compact carrying case. If you flip this guy open. It has the inlays that are cut out for the ear buds. And in a little pouch here to put. All the extra attachments. And goodies and then. This is this actually holds for the additional size of susanin bucks. You know we both talked about. This your ears are different size in mine my biggest thing. That hated about here but especially. If you’re wearing with Nick. And iPhone they get uncomfortable really bad yeah. They do so that was my biggest issue that’s. What I said to you. Itold you I got these I’m so afraid I’m going to be on the range for five six hours doing whatever. And they’re gonna start hurting and switch out anyways right.

That hasn’t been the case. These are probably the. Most comfortable form-fitting earbuds I’ve ever come across in the world of ear buds yeah. Ihave to agree with. You a hundred percent yeah. And you know like we said. You know all ears are different. They come with three different types of sizes from small medium to large. And they’re just like regular. You know foam ear plugs. Where you roll them in your fingers. And stick them in they expand but. They also took it a step further. And they gave extra sets of these too so. They actually fit around the other ear so. It really holds it. And you know I was locked in place for he Lord.

Because we did a couple of drills. We were moving running and. All this other stuff yeah weren’t falling out. They felt comfortable. Iwasn’t you know getting extra ringing or. Any of that so the next thing. That they come with. This is something I’m really happy about is the batteries so. These guys run the number Ten’s there. And we’ll get a little closer to. This patís there’s like little baby batteries. They come in four of them. Each earbud only takes. One apiece, and they fold up to 80 hour battery life that’s nice and. Istarted tracking and documenting how long I’ve been having them on. And so far they have held up true the next thing. That I really like too is. Iwas always afraid. Iwould lose my ear buds. Ialways keep them in my battle belt. And always in the case, so I’m very cautious with them but. They actually have these little guys here to kind of loop them around so. They stay together so that’s a nice little addition to.

And then they have a little cleaning tool to be a brush off. And then this little end here the little hook actually can help assist installing the battery. And we’ll get a close-up of. Me actually breaking one. These down and putting a new battery in very simple. Another thing to note is. They only come in black right. Now but they also put their design is kind of like carbon fiber — anyways. Ihave a that’s really sleek it’s very prominent easy to use there’re little switches on. And off and when you turn them on they make the chiming the way so. You definitely know. That their work and go. And then they have a very prominent volume dial yeah so.

These guys we are talking about. That — I have it on the lowest setting possible. Because how crystal clear. They are yeah I mean they’re dynamic range is pretty impressive I’d say. It was just having on the lowest setting you mean we’re outside. You could hear the leaves. You know rustling at. One point I heard my stomach rumbles so. That was kind of weird so. It definitely picks up a lot. And in particular -. It just it probably says. If it’s the left here right here. Iwas a complete idiot was trying to put in the wrong year. And I was like oh wait — look at the inscription. And it says what size. You have on here as well for whether it’s small medium. Or large so talking apples to apples. This is my biggest comparison is. How do they stack up against other ear Pro.

And you start looking at the noise reduction rating what is the stack up to so. We pulled these guys off the shelf here for their noise reduction. This is their Walker low-profile earmuffs. And these guys rock out at 22. And the phone guys if. You really Jam them into your ears 33 so. These guys clock in at 25 I’m pretty impressed with. That right now if. You start getting into. Some impact headsets for the walkers he’s talking about you’re starting into the world of like 7080 right buts. These are just fine. Ideal with tinnitus on a regular basis from. You know being around gunfire so often. And machining everything else. That I was worried. How these would you know interfere with. That right and I mean. It does affect it I mean no. Imean I really didn’t have. Any ringing of the year afterwards. Imean I was on the rink. All day with your thieves. And yeah it’s about the range days after. And there’s no ringing issues, so I’m really impressed with. That for the price point.

That you’re looking at they are brand-new to the market. They haven’t been out. That long, so they’re still let’s say a little salty. They are a lot of companies. That you’ll see I have saw. Some circularize from Cabala’s I’ve seen stuff from just a bunch of other companies Midway USA they’re right around the price point of anywhere from 179. All the way up to $200. And some incorporated free shipping some don’t. Once we start getting stocked in store a little bit. More you can get a better allocation then we’re going to try our best to drop. These guys down close to $155 is. That in store online in-store okay mm-hmm so there’s definitely wiggled room. And play with me at the price of them. Idon’t know if it’s a detriment to be. That expensive but I really like the fact. That I can always have them on for not obstructive right operate. Any platform a firearm. That I won not worry about. It yeah there was no obstruction at. All running you know rifle carbine pistol doesn’t matter.

You know we can all be postal but. You know I guess another thing to note. Something that I really enjoyed. When I was using them was. How fast you know we can kind of dialogue. This but how fast after the report of the pistol rifle. Whatever it comes back to be able to hear. You know what look saying Tania in between shots. Even if I was doing rap a string a rapid-fire it’s. That fast yeah you know. And open with the impacts. And the walkers I mean the other walkers yeah it’s a little bit. More of a delay there is. And if you’re doing training exercises you’re. You know doing things are crucial on the range every little second counts to be able to be able to hear.

That and communicate effectively so you’re right that’s an excellent point to bring up on. That but overall I’m a fan of them. You know I think for the price point I’m still fine with. It and I know a lot of other people are especially. If you’re getting into competition shooting world. And you want to be able to be. More mobile and not having jostling around. Ithink think they’re excellent. And being at the 25 noise reduction rating its pretty good. Ithink if it’s you know out outperforming bolts yeah chops so yeah we’ll get a close-up here of. All the goodies, and we’ll show a basic installation of the battery. And call today overall capped with Walters same so the installation of the set super simple you’re going to remove the foam tip. And you’re going to take off the sleeve here for your ear. And it opens up to.

This little guy right here which is the door. That opens up into the battery. You can use your fingernail. Or if you want to use their tool. You can slide on the side here it’s a swinging door. That opens up you pull your original battery out click a new battery in. And close the door it’s literally. That simple then just after the doors closed up line up the little hole dere slide the sleeve back on put the phone tip back on turn. It on to make sure that. It is properly functioning with the battery. And you’re good to go.
