Welcome to mr two reviews today I’m going to be reviewing adventure medical kits trauma pack pro previously. Ireviewed condors empty light rip away pouch. And condors ma5 single mag pouch repurposed as a knife at kit I’ll leave a link to those reviews in the description below I’ll also leave an Amazon link to. All the products you see in. This video on my quest to find a knife act suitable for everyday carry in my bag. Idecided to give a venture medical kits trauma pack pro try as the previous case. That reviewed were still too large for what I was looking for they just take too much space in my bag. You can pause the screen. You would like to see. What comes with the trauma pack Pro here’s. What the kit looks like before. All my additions which I’ll talk. More about later here are the dimensions here’s. What a weighs empty in comparison to my other kits here’s.
What it weighs with its original contents compared to my other kids. And here’s what it weighs with my additions it’s made of a durable nylon. And has — belt loops. That can fit up to two maybe two. And a quarter inch belts the loops feel a bit tight. Though that’s a good thing if. You want the kit tied against the belt. Whatever you have it attached to its bad. You want this on a belt as. It could be difficult to get a belt through especially. If there’s a buckle like on duty belts. Or tactical belts on the inside. It just has two pockets. It comes with the swati tourniquet a registration card. Some instructions ideally. You should already know. How to do most of these. Because in an emergency situation. You don’t want to be reading this. Someone else is writhing in pain but. It could still be good to have in there as a refresher. If you’re the one unconscious. Someone else with little.
Or no training comes upon your kit. They could refer to. It to help it also comes with about two feet of a duct tape nitrile gloves a quick clock clotting sponge a five by nine pads. Iput in the bag to protect. It from water some towelettes. These may not be what originally came with the kit. It might have had only. Iprobably added these form. This kit I also don’t remember. It came with a disposable bag like. Isaw in another review but. Idon’t consider that a big deal. Icould just add on. One myself this bag but in. That review it also came with a bio hazard sticker. That would have been nice to have. Some improvements I would like to see in the future is to make.
These pockets about an inch shorter. Because as it is in a stressful situation. You could struggle a bit to get to the items quickly especially. You have gloves on it requires. Some fine motor skills. Or dexterity to get things out. It was an inch shorter. You could easily pinch. It with your fingers. And pull or instead of. Or in addition to the pockets at an elastic band here to hold two large items. One small one like. This duct tape the option to swap out the duct tape to add a marker pan. Or flush that would be nice and. It would be much faster. And easier to get what you need simply by grabbing it. And inking it out through the side in the meantime. You can use a strip of gift wrapping ribbon to make a pull-tab. Imight modify this in the future by sewing on an elastic band.
Or shock cords in the configuration. Imentioned earlier. Another improvement. That would make this better is to add button snaps the loops so. It could be quickly attached Andy attached to a belt. Or pack here are the items are added to. This kit some of the items are loose but that’s okay to attach to a belt. Ijust keep it in my bag but. Iadd an elastic band. Or shock cord it should prevent things from falling out. Ialso use some velcro to attach a softy tourniquet. Ihave to do is pull. This tab I want the tourniquet the trauma impact Pro costs about thirty-four dollars on Amazon right. Now but it’s currently out of stock the swathi is like twelve dollars by itself the quick clot is like ten so. You get the pouch everything else for about twelve dollars which is a pretty good deal in my opinion so.
This concludes my review of adventure medical kids trauma pack pro give it a like. And subscribe you found. This information useful next time I’ll be reviewing three tourniquets. And talk about which. Iain’t use but thanks for watching and I’ll see. You next time
Hey guys living survival so today. Some kits from adventure medical kits. They sent I want to give. You guys a quick look at those. These are their smaller kits. These are perfect for bug out bags for get home bags for your everyday hiking camping backpacking things like. These are prepackaged medical kits. You can easily throw into. Any pack you know we’ll give. You the basics all the way up from. You know regular boo-boos. All the way up to some heavier trauma so. Iwant to give you guys a look at those. And let’s get into they have their ultralight in their water waterproof series. This is the point three. This is the point five. Ibelieve they make a point seven. And a point nine basically. What you’re getting as. You go up is just you know duplicates of. Everything in here you know four. More people so basically. You know this is just to be for you know. One person a very small waterproof bag take with. You know on a canoe trip. Or hiking backpacking also great to throw in your get home bag. Or your bug out bag. One of these pretty much in every pack. It will come with all the essentials. You know basically you would. You would want to have in. You know in your pack for your medical needs so the 03 here again is a really great kit so in the pack here you’ve got. You know your basics for wound care basically your boo-boo kit. You got your band-aids.
And dressings so you’ve got a couple butterflies. You got about ten yards of tape. Some knuckle some regular band-aids. Some gauze a couple different sizes. And then for cleaning out the wounds you’ve got. Some antiseptic wipes. Some antibiotic ointment medication. Some ibuprofen some antihistamine. Some sting and itch relief. And then they’ve got. Some stuff in here for blisters. You could pick up you know definitely hiking and things like. Some moleskin alcohol swab. And then they give. Some other cool things in here which is the safety pins. And splinter slash tic removers so. We can take a look here at. Everything that comes. This is a watertight bag so it’s nice. You can reseal it up in there so here’s the tape a couple different sizes of band-aids here’s the itch relief wipes. And the antiseptic wipes then you’ve got. Some antibiotic ointment. And a couple of small packages of ibuprofen then you’ve got. Some two-by-twos gauze pads here’s the moleskin.
Ijust cut I don’t know. You can see that but different sizes there. Some safety pins so. You know for the 03 it’s a very basic kit but definitely. Something that would be. You know critical to have. Some cuts and scrapes. And things like that to clean. And disinfect you know cover up. Some wounds you might get on the trail again great to have in a bug-out bag. You know a shtf situation. Or a natural disaster. You know definitely gonna be prone to cuts. And scrapes and things like. That so it’s gonna come in really handy to have just a simple kit like. And here’re the tweezers as well. They come in a nice little case look like. Some pretty decent tweezers so moving on up like. This is the 05 so it’s a little bit bigger you’re gonna get basically the same stuff you’re gonna get just a little bit. You know for two people so again in. One for wound care you get the butterflies. You get the same amount of tape.
You get a little bit. More band-aids you get a. Few 3×3 gauzes instead of just the two by twos. And then you’ve got. Some three by four some sterile dressings here. You got the same antiseptics. Some antibiotic and as far as medication here goes. You got in addition to the hyper pro for you got aspirin. And you’ve got some acetaminophen so. They basically give. Some Tylenol some aspirin in addition to. You know ibuprofen which is which would be like your advil comes with the moleskin again. And the safety pins. And tick removers so. You know in these kits as. You move up 05 again. They have a point 7. And a point 9 they’re going to be basically just a little bit bigger kits but again. These are the ones that are watertight so. These are gonna be really good for your hiking and backpacking and camping and things like.
It comes in this nice little pouch. You know strap your bag. Something like and then inside essentially. You have the same waterproof ziplock tight bag. They call it a dry flex bag. You have with the point three so. That will cover basically like your boo-boos. And things like they also sent. Another package of moleskin which is really nice and it’s its pre-cut. And shaped so you don’t have to use scissors. Anything like that we’ve got a. Few different you know a. Few different sizes here. These come in really handy. If you’re hiking and. You know some blisters. And things like this will give. You relief and it’ll allow. You know not only be. More comfortable but. You know in a shtf situation. You have to walk a long way. You know this is really gonna come to your come to your rescue. You start getting some problems with your feet alright so on up to the. More on the side of things.
You know with medical kits. You want to have you know your basic booboo kit but. You also want to have. Something for trauma especially. If you’re maybe you go to the range a lot. You know in a situation. Where you’re gonna be. You know that you’re gonna be taking more risk. And things like that it’s always good to have a trauma kit as well so. This is their field trauma kit. They send some clotting gods which. Ibelieve it’s new for this year it’s basically gauze. You can use to stop bleeding so. Each pack of these comes with a couple sets of. That gauze and on the back. They have directions for you so. These are great to just throw. You know in your kit as well so. This particular field trauma kit comes with the quick clot which is. You know the stuff that’s gonna stop bleeding quick so there’s a lot of stuff packed in here you’ve got sort of. That adhesive wrap that sticks to itself which is really nice.
You got the quick clot. And then you’re gonna have basically the same essentials. You know that come in the other booboo type kits. Some sting relief some antiseptic wipes. Some antibiotic ointment a couple packages of ibuprofen a couple log gloves. These come in a pretty big plastic bags. You could use for something else as well. And you’re gonna have your two by twos. And your three by three gauzes comes with a set of the tweezers as well. And you’ve got some larger pads. Some larger dressings lots of larger dressings looks like it’s got. Some moleskin and then what’s really cool. That comes in the field trauma kit is. This wilderness and travel medicine guide so it’s a. You know a huge guide on. You know how to treat. All different types of. You know injuries all the way up from.
You know cuts and scrapes. All the way up to some. More traumatic injuries such as broken bones. You know eye injuries head injuries chest injuries things like. That so really cool thing. That comes with this kid as well in a great addition to have especially in like a bug-out bag. Where you’re going to be. More prone to trauma. Or again you go shooting a lot. Something you know where you’re going to be. More prone to possibly a. You know more traumatic injury. Than you would just with your. You know general everyday kit so. They also make much larger kits as well like. You know you’ve got the waterproof kit so point three point five. They make a point seven. And a point nine but then. They also go up from there. And they’ve got you know so much larger kits. That come in you know larger bags for you know groups.
And things like that for when you’re gonna have. You know two to four people. More people and basically you’re just gonna get redundancy on these items but for everyday carry in your get home bag. Or your bug out bag. You know your hiking or backpacking packs then. These are definitely. You know essential items for me. And especially you don’t want to build your own kit. You know it’s pretty expensive to depart. These out and to buy. You know each individual item to put in your kits. Unless you’re gonna make multiple kits so definitely. You know worth it to get a prepackaged kit. Ithink adventure medical kits make. Some of the best so. You know all the way up from your general cuts. And scrapes your boo-boo kit. All the way up to something for trauma so. You guys like this video be sure to check out adventure medical kits.
You know they’re the same company as sol survive outdoors longer. They make you know great kid great prepackaged medical kits. You can throw in your packs in bags. And things like one of these in every packing bag. Ihave so you know. You guys enjoyed this video today please give it a thumbs up leave. Some comments below. And as always subscribe for more videos.
