That feature the problem with. That feature is when you're in snow. And your environment that's moist there's. Nothing here that actually protects. You from that moisture getting in the boot. You look at how low. That is your feet are guaranteed to get wet. It regardless of how much waterproofing you do on the upper part of the boot so with a little bit of research. And encouragement from a friend called Patriot. Iwent to the Merrill's. And again the selling feature for me.

It was with baits is. This zipper on the side but with Merrill's. This inner lining on. This zipper which makes. It waterproofs all the way to the top of the boot right there obviously. Ididn't have any issues with. You know do it with a single. Or double knot it seems to be fine you've got a nice little toke up there with a little added protection same thing on the heel here sharp boot. Ithink the downside the. One downside I would say is. Iwould like to see the tread pattern maybe just changed up slightly. Idon't know exactly. What I will say is. When wearing these inside. And outside of the house. You do tend to you don't take them off. You come inside you do tend to leave. Some additional you know little tracks the little pieces of dirt. And stuff falling off as you're walking around. Now that's unavoidable but I'm kind of lazy in. Some aspects I like to leave my shoes on.

Icome in the house. Ican so if there's a way to change the pattern without sacrificing the traction which. Iknow is kind of contradictory to. Another then that might be a good thing the only other thing I can think of. Ididn't like about the boots was. That the very top bootlace couldn't be moved to down towards the bottom of the foot. They live in it just to give. You a little bit more room during your time but. This is a really minor issue. And it's really not. Anything that bothered. All overall guys I think it's a fantastic suit the MSRP on. It is about 119 I think it's worth every penny of. Igive it about a four. And a half out of five so.
