Hey folks, it’s Jeff here from the crossbow store, calm and today we’re here to introduce a compound bow that we carry on our line, we’re calling it the siege. This is a 55 pound draw weight. The draw weight can be adjusted down to 40 pounds. The way that that’s adjusted is on the front limbs. Each turn is worth 5 pounds, so we recommend not trying to get past 3 full turns and what’s cool about this bow as well.

Is it’s prefabricated with a bunch of holes for a quiver, a whisker biscuit or a sight, and what we’re going to do today is show you how to put all three of those accessories on your bow. So the first thing I’d like to start with, is the whisker biscuit and what I’ve done is I’ve taken a trophy where a trophy Ridge whisker biscuit off of our line and it’s available and you can order it, and so it just goes right here in this slot, and so I’ll just slide this in and it comes prefabricated with a hole and it comes with the screw.

So just work that, on with your fingers- and you just tighten it up with your allen wrench, so we got that on there. So there’s your whisker biscuit right there. The next thing I’m going to talk about. Is this: this outdoor hunting and target site that we carry on our line. The sight is lightweight, it has bright, fiber optics, three pins, it comes with multiple mounting holes and it comes with a fixed plate.

A cool thing about this is it’s fitted for right or left-handed bows. It comes with the contrast. Glow ring the puck, the fiber optic pins measure at point-o to nine, which assures you can acquire any target without losing much terms in sight. So let me go ahead and mount that on, for you guys and just figure this video fit it right over there and I got the mic bolts in the center brackets. So again you can just start those with your hands and your fingers and you just get it started and get it threaded.

And then you just take your allen, wrench and tighten that up. You tighten that up. Another cool thing about this site that I wanted to mention is that it’s adjustable both vertically and horizontally. So once you get it on, you can configure it to. You know any standard that you like, so so that we have that. So we got my met, got our western bits gone. We have our site on, and the last thing I want to put on here is our quiver.

Now this quiver, it’s a six arrow quiver that we also carry on our line and for time purposes what I’ve gone ahead and done is mounted the bracket that comes with a quiver already to the bow. So just quick allen, wrench put it right on and you’re good to go. So you just flip this here, get it on oops! Try this way and there we go, and it has a little latch. Oh just snap it on nice and secure, and what I’m going to use two for my bolts today are a 28 inch, fiber or carbon arrows, so they just snap right in there and start all the way in there we go and then you can just fit it up to six arrows.

Hey, what’s going on everybody back in southland, artery supply, siege, 55, pound compound bow and they’re excited to have this, and the reason why I wanted to get this specific model for my first compound bow is because this is based on the model of bow that Rambo from First Blood Part two was shooting and that movie was really my first introduction to archery and if your call in that movie Rambo had the bomb tipped arrows that he would shoot and blow people in objects up.

So it was my first introduction to archery and I. Just always remember that bow from that movie and when I saw that this bow was basically based upon that model. I just had to get it as my first compound bow, and let me just talk about some of the accessories that came with this bow. I ordered the package that came with all the accessories.

So, let’s start with the stabilizer get a close-up of that came with a stabilizer. The wrist sling whisker biscuit a five pin illuminated sight, and this is pretty cool. It actually turns on not sure if you can see it and in the light, but it does turn on. I have to cite that in the four arrow quiver and I had to attach the peep sight.

That is also connected by the rubber tubing put on a D loop put on the cable separator alright. So that is the introduction to the bow and now let’s go ahead and shoot it keep in mind that I have not cited in the 5 pin sight. Yet that might be another future video on how to sight in your bow. But I have shot this a few times and I’m.

Just really really impressed with the whole package that you get at such a great price.
