It together and I'm really curious to see. This response over the years. Ihaven't had a whole lot of good things to say about full-size deer targets. It comes to shooting arrows at them especially pulling the arrows out. Iget them stuck in there so never shot at. This target before I just put. It together it was simple to put together just putting a couple pieces together two pieces of rebar went in the ground. And it's standing here good. And steady so you're gonna learn along with. How good of a target. This is so let's shoot a. Few arrows at it I'm gonna stop there for now but uh so far so good. Idon't have a incredible penetration which is good I'm glad the target stops my arrows good. And we'll see how the arrows already get out that's. What I'm especially curious about Wow slides right out those are stuck together a little bit obviously three arrows isn't. Many but right off the bat I'm happy. That took very little effort to get the arrows out the decoy is self-healing or the target self-healing so. It comes right back together obviously I'll know. More after I keep shooting through the summer but so far so good again I've had mixed results with full-sized deer targets but.

One seems to be a good. If you're looking to shoot at a life-sized target. This summer the redhead deer target looks like it's a hard. One to beat good luck.

We get back there each arrow is going to be measured for penetration. Now we're gonna pull. It out we're gonna create an average so. You have an average penetration across 50 arrows She shot 54 arrows just. Because I'm a little OCD but. All put them right in. This area here had a couple Flyers so that's why we went 54 actually. We averaged 10 and a half at 410. And 1/4 inches of penetration across those 54 so that's a it's pretty good stopping power. They weren't even close to going through the target.

And the pull out I'd say on a scale of. One to ten being impossible. One being like pulling out of straw bales I'd say they're about a six so that's pretty good stopping power. And then it's not too bad to pull up. We just got gone shooting the matthews Triax fifty times into. This target of twenty yards we're gonna from the same distance shoot. This raven out 1020 arrows measure penetration. And kind of get you a number based on stopping power All right after shooting 20 crossbow bolts into the Glendale pull rut buck. We measured we got thirteen. And a half inches of penetration on average across 20 areas so that's actually a pretty good stopping power considering the force. And the speed that those arrows are coming out of. That Raven you're looking at four hundred. And thirty feet per second.
