It doesn't really it's still really hard to see overall. This thing is of some value for seeing what kind of fish are down there. How they're reacting to your bait. One thing that's funny is a lot of times you'll see lots of fish on there. And they're not hitting anything you're throwing down there. Iwas just watching some walleyes on here. That we're very fascinated with my rattle bait. It was rattling hard but. If it's at still they didn't really care at. All but overall it's pretty fun to see things like. You see mud puppies.

And laying and whatnot come in. All the schools what uh that's my camera. You know I say its worthwhile purchase it's like. Idon't know if you're like hauling around. More electronic gear. Than yes, you like seeing what's underneath water then yes it's its useful. Even mind that fish will get tangled with your wire there are issues it's not a perfect gizmo. You know anyway you have. Hi I'm Nina from aqua view today I'm going to show. You how to install a ram mount. This is the snake mount. That we offer for our aqua view systems, so I'm going to show. You how to install. This mount onto the aqua view system.

As you can see, on the back we have the nut that holds the spool on. And that nut is threaded so you'll simply just take the spool. And the RAM mount and screw. It into there and you can bend. It or twist it and then. This part you just mount onto your pole. And your fish house. Or on your boat or on a buckets. And it holds it in place so you're not holding the Aqua view itself. Hey Chris monshell here want to talk to. You today about a great new product from Aqua view its aqua views AV connect Wi-Fi universal adapter very cool new product. What this guy does for you is. It allows you to hook. This up to your underwater camera system with video out. And send the video signal to your phone. It works on an RCA adapter. This unit will work with. Any underwater camera system. That has RCA video out let. Me repeat that again. Any underwater camera system. That has RCA video out does not have to be an aqua view system. This will work on any underwater system super easy install on. This unit the first thing I did is. Iwent on my phone I went to the App Store. And downloaded the free app from aqua view. You have an iPhone or droid base phone it's not a problem the app works with. Once the app is downloaded the next step is to get your underwater camera system. And install the AV connect onto the camera system the AV connect is powered off a 12 volt battery source. You have a couple different options here in the box you'll have alligator clips to run. It to an external 12 volt battery sources but. What you may want to do makes life a little bit easier. And save some weight. When you're out in the field is also included in the box you'll have a cable. That has the piggyback style Clips so. You can run it directly to your camera's 12-volt power source. And then with the piggyback clips.

You hook the AV connects adapter. And your cameras hot. And negative cables right to the battery put your lid back on typically here screw. Everything back in place. And you're ready to go. What I'll typically do at. This point is use some two-sided velcro put up. One side on the camera itself the other side on the back of the AV connect then. Ican mount it right here hook up the power. All my system is ready to go. And next I will show. How to power up the unit. And get a signal on your camera system okay we're ready to go here we've got our AV connect powered to our 12 volt bet source in. This case it's the actual underwater camera battery I'm going to turn on the underwater camera. And I'm also going to power up the AV connect you'll notice there's a little indicator light on here right. Now it's kind of dim. That means is the Wi-Fi system is powering up it's getting ready to send out your Wi-Fi signal ultimately. This light will turn bright red there. We go it's blinking now.

This means that's getting it set up ready. It stops blinking and turns bright red that'll indicate it's sending out a signal in the meantime I'm going to pick up my phone keep in mind we've already downloaded the app. And I'm going to go into my settings. And my Wi-Fi settings. And I'm going to look for the AV connect Wi-Fi alright. It just popped up the first time. This just like any Wi-Fi network setting you're going to have to enter a password to connect to. It I've already entered the password. And I've just pulled the phone to connect to. It the password on these units is found on the back there'll be a little label with the password.

Now my phone shows I'm connected we've got a bright red light on the AV connect which means we're sending a signal as would indicate. We are connected with the phone the underwater cameras on next step is to bring up the app itself, so I'm going to scroll through my apps. And I'm going to bring up the Aqua View application you've got a. Few different options at. This point and obviously you're going to want to hit connect. That should connect. It to the underwater camera. And give you a video signal. And there you have. That easy there's mr walleye mr stuff pillow walleye really neat part is. Ican take an image right. Ican hit record now I'm recording video. When I'm done recording hit the button stop recording. That video that image will go right to your forms library just like. You took a picture with your camera on your phone it's right there it's very easy to find because you've done.

It a million times before. When you've taken pictures. Or videos you are ready to share. That with your friends. And family via email via social networks you're ready to go. That awesome shot that great big walleye coming in. That great big pike coming in share. It to Facebook put it up on Instagram email. It to your buddies super easy it's. All right there for you it's very easy to do the range on. This guy we didn't talk about. Yet is at least 25 feet Aquas is 25 feet I've messed around with. It's actually much greater. That but they're saying 25 feet, so we'll go with. That today that's it super easy probably took less.

Than five minutes from install. All the way to downloading the app to getting the video image on my phone will work on other devices obviously doesn't have to be a phone can be. Any of the iPads any of the other devices. You might want to use but that's. It I'm I'm seeing my video on my phone I'm ready to record I'm ready to take still shots I'm ready to share with social media share with friends. And family super easy. Once again I can't stress enough. How cool it will work with. Anybody system does not have to be an aqua view can be. Any underwater camera system with an RCA video out. And pretty much all of them were made with RCA video outs up until recently you've got.
