This is a dock in dead fowl Mallard. One of my favorite products. We sell designed by Tom Dakin. This is the closest. You can get to a real duck for your dog to retrieve dead fowl trainers are made of a foam. That has the weight. And the feel of a dead duck is designed for your dog to have the correct hold on a bird. That FAL trainer has a hard head has a foam body has a hard foot. And then the throw rope is included. It actually passes through the body it's the same rope. That attaches the head so real secure the design was. This because of the foam. You can actually inject scent straight into the body. And it's just designed to teach. That dog to go for the middle of the bird. You will find too you have a dog. That shakes he shakes the head is designed to actually give him a small correction so it'll stop dogs from shaking Birds just a really neat device. This is a great tool it's a great way for your dog to get used to picking up birds. We start dogs on them as young as four. Or five months with the smaller teal.

And then we move them up to the mallards just a really great product my dogs absolutely love them. We occasionally run across the dog. You move over a dead fowl trainers. They don't like to go back to dummies. They only want to pick up. They want to pick up birds.

This is a doc and dead fowl pheasant it's just like. All the other Dawkins in. That it's designed to feel like a dead bird the difference with the pheasant is. It comes with a tangle a lot of dogs. You don't train with. This first time they see a pheasant they're just not used to having. That additional giant feather there so kind of adds a little bit of realism to. What you're doing dead fowls just like. All the rest of them it's got the soft body it's designed to teach the dog to go for the center of the bird it's got a hard head. And it's got hard feet so keeps dogs from grabbing there. And then you've also got the moving head. If you've got a dog that's a shaker it's gonna give them a correction just like. All the other doc and Ed files the Rope goes through the entire body to the head great training tool. Iuse them all the time foam bodies designed. You can add scent to. It has a little more sense of realism the biggest downside to the dead fowl trainers there's a lot of dogs. They start using them. They do not want to go back to dummies so.

What you once you're kind of in you're in with dead foul trainers. Iuse dead foul trainers. And birds as much as possible. It just adds that that realism to your training. That will help your dog. You move into the field.

It up it's actually training the dog picking up in the center carrying properly. And notching now another thing. We want to do really important is you're going to use seven. When your trainings.

We have an open cell foam. We actually inject the scent. We have an injector killer. You inject the set into the body. That set is inside and permeate for the remainder of. This bird's life so it's really an all-in-one tool. Now the sides throwing this. If you're not put on. One thing people really ignore. If they don't practice trailing and a lot of times you're going to knock a bird down. Ido a lot of pheasant hunting and. That Burke and hit the ground is lunch so. Iwork a lot on Tralee I'll do is I'll take. And I'll take a leash just a 6-foot leaf. And I'll just tie it off to the ant here I'll have set on the dummy. And then what I'll do is I'll just drag. And I'll start really short drags 10-15 yards get my dog in there give them a dead bird command. And start working on trail. What you really need to do. That as a dog gets better get to the point.

You can trail 250 yards. You start not converge down. That are going to run. You can have a lot of success upload products. This product on your dog is going to be retrieving the right every kind of great.

While can, you talk to. Is a little bit about your product. They know you're. One of the innovators you're the innovator. This product you have. Some unique features about your product. They make it different. Everything else on the market. Iwouldn't train with. Anything but that can. You go over that a little bit with. You know the concept was really built off of. Something we needed for our training kind of Minnesota. And the whole goal was. We build something where the dog picks. It up in the right spot every time handles. It the way they should. And eliminate any roughness. That the terminal is the dog. Iknow my dog sometimes. When they're young pick to pick the bumper up by the end like they're carrying a cigar in the mouth. We want to eliminate. That's because it just creates bad habits. We came up with the concept. We knew the Dodge don't like hard things in their vault. If they have an option so on every. One of our birds you're going to have hard feet. And you'll have the hard Kevin the beauty of. You throw this the dog will run out to. It he'll go here he'll go here. And you'll go naturally to the foam body sure. They just do it on their own. We wanted a hands-off approach so. That worked beautifully. Now after we get a dog. He starts getting rough on.

Now the first time they try to shake. And get rough as soon as. That head goes this way he's going to discipline himself gotcha so the whole concept is got a dummy. That trains every time. You throw it trains the dog to go to the center sir carry. It rights discipline themselves. If they shake and then. One other thing we wanted. We wanted to dummy we could scent the scent would stay in. It forever we have an injection system. You inject a scent right in the body. It will stay there for and then every. One of the products. All have the same concept hard legs hard head. It goes right from our bigger size dummies to our puppy dummies her teal. And then right up to our goose yeah the bigger models they're. All built on that patented process.

We sell a lot of these birds throughout the country. And it's amazing when. You see the guys in California might be going after the pintails the guys in the central Flyway again after the mallets its great product. One thing that a lot of people. That I've found pretty useful. That a lot of people aren't necessarily aware of is a new product. You came out with a. Few years back is the wings can. You tell me a little bit about things like. Something see it works. And then tweak it a lot of times. When a dog is retrieving a bird.

This bird really has no wings on. They have to navigate. They go pick up a bird goes loose wings they're hanging on. What we did is we made an accessory. You can actually put the wings on. One of the dead fall trainer. This would be something. Iwould use after the dog has already handled the dummy hook out a. While on its own he knows. He wants to grab he wants to grab right in here so. Now he's got to navigate those wings sure. One other thing how. Many times have you seen a dog come back with a retrieval. That wing governess is in front of his face, so they're going to have to contend with those same things. They get used to it before. They actually see in the field absolutely. You throw this with the wings. We have two wings on. You throw it actually gives a big fluttering good for marking yeah real amount of the wing house. Whatever all of these products are just there off of things. We need for doctoring it. And being in the dog training business great for us.

What works and then. It doesn't work yeah absolutely well. What my trucks full of these things good I've got. Iwouldn't be with anything without the hard heads in a hard leg. You know that body. You did mention the injection yes. We do a lot you know. We saw a lot of your birds as. You know we sell a ton of the injection people find. That sent combined with the wings the hardness of the head. And the hardness of the feet. This is as real as you can get. It comes to training dogs without actually using a bird right. You know you're really. If you're thinking if. All you're going to use is. This for a visual retrieve. Many times have you got a dog out there. He needs is no oh absolutely so. You know I really feel. That people do need to send. What they have you're developing.

That other instinct. And a lot of people don't think about. That until they get out in hunting situation. They say hey my dogs not using his nose. What are you doing I on a daily basis. You train to develop his nose a normal as well geez I'm not so sentence is important yeah. You guys are the innovator on.
