The flip side of the right to own a firearm is the responsibility to store it properly.
The most common violations detected during inspections: expiration of the license, keeping weapons outside the safe, unlocked safe, keeping weapons loaded, access to the safe of family members.
Weapons should be stored in a lockable safe or metal cabinet. If you don’t want others to know that you own a weapon, you can purchase a safe that looks like a piece of furniture.
We have collected 8 special hidden storage for firearms.

It comes to protecting what you love. That as parents our kids are certainly priority number. And that’s why I’ve talked a lot in the past about staging a defensive firearm in your kids rooms. Now we’re not talking about taking a loaded gun. And sticking it in the corner we’re not talking even about an older child who might have access to the firearm. And be able to defend themselves in a worst case scenario we’re talking about an infant we’re talking about a toddler we’re talking about a small child. That can’t defend themselves. I gotta tell you would be the first person. That I’d be trying to defend. Something happened in. This house something were happening outside of. This room I were here with my daughter Cindy Lou. I wouldn’t care about needing to go out there. And find the bad guy. Or doing anything other. Than making sure this door was secure. She was behind I was here to protect her. Ihad a defensive firearm stage in the room maybe. One inside of this tactical wall shelf. That doesn’t really look like. It holds a firearm doesn’t interrupt the Dacor her mom’s done a great job of decorating the room, but we’ve got a very capable defensive firearm stage right here.
I can quickly access. It in the worst case scenario so. Ican be able to defend myself my children. Any other family member here in the room. Now the reality is I chose to have an AR in here. This time perhaps you may want to lay. This out differently. And that’s one of the great things about. All of the tactical walls clandestine staging areas. You might want to put a pistol in here. You might want to have a flashlight in here not only do. Ihave the rifle with a short magazine in. It of course it’s not chambered but. Icould very quickly get. It readies to go I also have a full-size spare magazine. Ihave an emergency medical hit here especially particularly. One that’s set up to deal with gunshot wounds but again. You could set you want not only the shelves but as well. All of the sliders any of the mirrors the chalkboards.
Or the pictures that tactical walls. All have customizable trays. Or foam inserts you can decide. What you want to put up in here. This obviously isn’t a very heavy rifle butt. This does support a fair amount of weight. Ican very quickly and easily close. That back up this particular model has a magnetic lock the magnetic lock has to be activated with a magnetic key which obviously I’m holding in my hand right. It could be hidden behind. These pictures it could be embedded inside of. Something on the shelf. We could keep it on the other side of the room. Or as kids get older. They might understand. These work you could keep the magnetic keys somewhere else of course as. Ialways say if you’re worried about the kids breaking into your gun storage.
Or staging area it probably means. You have a parenting issue not a security issue but think about. If a thief broke in here to try to steal my guns maybe. They saw my truck parked out front. They said others guns in. That house they decided. They wanted to come in here. They probably aren’t going to think about going into a shelf. They probably aren’t going to think about breaking behind a mirror to look for those guns they’re going to be looking for a gun safe. You can see this shelf blends in really well in. This room it could blend in. Any room tactical walls makes. These available in a variety of colors. You can get them plain. And paint them to match your decor tactical walls is a great option for clandestine staging of a defensive firearm it’s obviously the. That I’m choosing the trust with a firearm.
I may have to defend my most precious and valuable thing – my young daughter.

You for watching come check. Is out at tactical walls calm you’ll see our issue box. Many other products there. More to come soon take care. And God bless you have an issue grab a tissue boom there. Hey guys its Hollywood today. Iwant to show something from tactical walls. Now tactical walls kind of cut their teeth in the industry by making these shelves. And mirrors that kind of slide out for hidden concealment. And they’ve been very successful with. Now they’re kind of migrating into a whole new line of kind of everyday household items. That also help you conceal. That are not necessarily a shelf. You have to mount or a mirror. You have to cut into your drywall. You know for a lot of people. That wouldn’t be an option so. Iwent ahead one of their items to show. You today but I’m going to post a link in the description below for some of those other everyday household items. This is a simple Kleenex box. And it’s actually very nice see. You can see kind of the texture on there. It is a very hard plastic. And inside it comes with a box of Kleenex but there is a foam base which I’m going to go ahead. And cut into here shortly. And you’re you can mount your gun in. This foam base and then. It conceals very nicely in the home so. One thing to note I have a couple different size pistols here it’s.
This is best suited for a subcompact pistol so here’s a Glock 19. And especially with. These suppressor heights sights on there. It would not it would not fit in here’s a glock 30s. One probably pushes the limits especially. Because the glock 30 has. This really tall baseplate on. It’s really going to push the limits of fit in there. Idon’t think that’s an option. And then here I have an XD s 45. One with a normal base with a normal magazine should fit nicely so let’s go ahead. And reposition the camera. And I’m actually just going to cut. This out I’m not going to cut. And form it directly to the gun I’m going to cut a big square in here so at least the edges will be protected. And then it’ll leave. Ican put you know an additional magazine. Something in there so let’s go. And reposition the camera. This cutout all right, so I’ve practiced using this a. Few times one of the things.
I noticed is you take the top sometimes off the Kleenex comes out with. It sometimes it doesn’t. You pinch here it tends to but in a rush. You just grab it might not so. What I’m actually going to do is take. Some double-sided tape put. It in the top here it fixed the Kleenex box. That was so hopefully. It stays attached. You can actually slip your hand in right here. And squeeze it up against. That tape that should hold. It pretties nicely yep much better so there. You have it from tactical walls. They call this the issue box don’t. You have any issues earlier. Imentioned it would not fit a Glock 30. It actually does it is a very tight fit. It does go down in there. You can get the lid on. It so Glock 30 will fit in there. Iam going to run my XD s in there.
You can see even fits with the Kydex holster extra magazine tucks away nicely so the issue box is $49 from tactical walls. They have a lot of other everyday household items as well. They have a lamp that has a hidden compartment in. You slide up you can access a firearm. They have clocks that go on the wall. You can open up and access a firearm so. Some very innovative stuff coming out from tactical walls. And again check out their other kind of tried-and-true mirrors. That go on the wall. That slide open you can fit full rifles aka ar-15 shotguns. Even have magnetic mounting solutions so. You can mount pistols. You know up on the back plates. And then those shelves as well. They have you can mount. It rights by your front door so. Something happens you need quick access to a firearm it’s right there I’ll post a link in the description below go check them out.

This is Tim with tactical walls. And behind me we’ve got. One of our travel displays it’s. One of displays we had out at SHOT Show. This year as well as the great American outdoor show in Pennsylvania. You already know we’ve got. Some of the fastest access firearm storage on the market I’m going to prove. That point right now our magnetic keys. Each side we’ve got access to our tab. Or in here go ahead. And close it up locks. It right back up that’s our 1242 we’ve been doing. Now for about a year very fast access but. What we’re really excited about is a new product for this year it’s our RFID model so initially it’s going to be on the 8 25 812 the 14 20. And the 1450 product line. It works just like this take your RFID key place. It rights up top and the Shelf opens right up. Now like this is our display. We’ve had this thing to shot show we’ve had. It out to the great American outdoors show. We have literally opened. And closed this particular 8 25 thousands. And thousands of times. Some additional features of the RFID system is. That you’re able to actually program multiple products to the same key card. And you’re also able to program multiple key cards to. One product so you wanted to be able to give out keys to two.
Or three different people to have access to your home defense weapons you’re able to do. You want to be able to unlock four different products in four different parts of your home you’re able to do. That as well so that’s. One of the really neat things about the rfid technology. Another thing is you can see. This form is a key card. You could put it in your wallet. You can carry around with. You everywhere or in the case of. This book on just stowed away right inside. That lets you open. It rights up something that’s real close by right on the Shelf. You can hear it’s actually chiming if. You leave your product open for too long. It will let you know. That you’ve left it unlocked it’s a safety feature it’s also able to be disengaged. You can turn that off that’s our new RFID 825 come check out. These awesome products. And the rest of our line at tactical walls comm take care.
hey guys its Hollywood today we’re going to take a look at the mod wall from tactical walls I’ve done a. Few things with tactical walls over the past couple years I’ll post. Some links in the description below but. This definitely takes. It to a new level this may not be for everybody not everybody’s going to have a situation. They can put stuff out like. This on display I’m definitely not going to leave. You know these guns out here. You know unsecured this is good as for me serve as the backdrop for a lot of the videos. That I’ll shoot so it makes sense for me for some people. It won’t make sense but. You have a shop you know gun shop. Something like you want to do a whole row of. You know guns down your wall. And so forth this may be perfect for you as. You saw in that intro footage. They make all kinds of different attachments I’m going to move out of the way here for just a second but hand guns I’ve got two hand guns mounted up there but with a Glock 43.
And a Glock 19 I’ve got two flashlights there’s a magnetic mount down here. That has a couple Glock magazines mounted to. It I’ve got the ar-15 magnets here so. It just slides down on top of those. And then up at the top there’s actually a hanger for a tactical vest. They also make a piece. That comes up over the top. You did have you know. Some headgear you wanted to put up on display. Idon’t have any headgear so. Ididn’t get that part but. They also make a lot of stuff. Idon’t have shown here I’m going to post a link in the description below. You can get these panels up just take your time. They did have measurements so it’s pre measured for your average stud 16 on center in an average house my studs didn’t quite fall. Iwanted them to be so. Icountersunk some screws directly through here you’ve seen. Some footage of that in the beginning of.
This video and initially. Ididn’t see the screws in the box so. Ihad like these uh. These kind of copper headed screws. And then I was getting ready throw the Box away. Isaw the little thing of screws so. All those out all the black screws. That came with it so the lighting up high for me is not great. Ido have a lip up here I’m going to go ahead. And mount some track lighting so. This from a backdrop for it is well lit but. That is still you know still pending these are 22 inches high there’re two panels here so. This here and then there’s. Another panel on top of. It the gaps here are. Even between the two panels so. You but two of these panels up to. Each other these troughs here still will allow. You to take something you know. That mounts like. This piece and mount. It between the two rails there okay so very well-thought-out a lot of different attachments for this as.
Imentioned before they have a couple packages. Either kind of piecemeal. This together yourself. You can buy the panels. And then you know buy. All of the individual things. You need but they also have starter kits. Ibelieve ones called the operator kit. And ones called the Patriot kit. And I’ll post links to. Each of those in the description below price varies. It comes with a predetermined. You know kind of arrangement of the different things so. Everything you see here is CNC milled. And it’s made of a very dense polymer. This stuff is really tough. You saw as I was putting some of these things up. And trying to figure out. Iwanted each of these accessory pieces has two little screws in the back. They ride in these troughs. Even on the side here. Idon’t have a lot of clearance to slide in. Some longer things so. They give you two slots right here I’ll roll in a little bit. More of a close-up they give.
You two little cutouts right here. You could put those ins. And then work them down the rails pretty well-thought-out very sturdy again. It not go to be for everybody. You have an application for this. Ithink you’re going to like. Irecently saw that Colie on noir has put. Some pictures I believe. It was on Instagram. Or Facebook I can’t remember. Now but he’s got some big wall. It looks like he’s about to mount a bunch of guns. And who knows so it’s not. This but it’s something very similar. Ithink you’ll like. This again links in the description below thank. You for watching guys. You like this video please hit. That subscribe button below a lot. More videos to come. And we’ll see you in the next.
Here today to talk with. You about one of the new products we’re rolling out at tactical walls comm. Something that our team here is really excited about. We wanted to bring something new to the market for our customers. And so I’m going to go ahead. And show you it’s our tactical wall clock it’s 1410 style as. You can see it’s right here next to. It sits on the wall so. This requires absolutely no modification. You don’t have to cut into your wall. This is a 1410 M which as. You know is the magnetic addition. What I’m going to do show. What we got inside right. Now to get into the clock real easy. You simply push it to 12 o’clock position which will allow the bottom to open at. This point you can very easily access what’s inside here. You want to take it the whole way off simply grab. And pull the face right off. You see 14:10 gives. You the standard 14 inches by 10 inches of interior storage capacity. And like this is right onto the surface of your wall so. You don’t have to cut a hole in the wall at.
All so I’ll set the face down. One of two faces available as. You can see its Roman numerals we’re also going to be offering one with traditional numbers. And maybe in the future. More options but inside right. You can see we’ve got a scalawag tactical Pathfinder. And fde up top being held in place with the magnetic retention we’ve also got the sphinx sdp alpha 9 millimeter compact it’s double action single action. You guys can check their products out at scalawag tactical. And Sphinx arms comm but back to our clock. You can see it’s a gray wood finish we’re going to offer. It also in a matte black. This is the tactical walls 14:10 wall clock in grey wood with our Roman numeral face. And to close all back up. It away simply line. It up 30 down 12 o’clock up. And it’s set up in place real simple. Ilike to thank you guys for checking us outcome see. More of our products at tactical walls comm thank.
You have a great day.
