Simple modern: this is their 40-ounce summit hand wash only this particular one has got the sippy cup lid. So you can do your sippy sucking, not a big big fan. I mean for certain applications. Okay, but it’s like I don’t know, I’m always concerned something’s gonna get splashed on the edge of this thing and then I’m gonna have like something nasty I’m drinking on there. But if you were in a controlled environment like maybe at the office or something you’d, probably be fine in your car, whatever pop it open, take a sip snap, it back magnet sticks does not stick to the bottom.
It kind of sticks to the lip. A little bit definitely sticks to the side. So that’s their 40 ounce comparison. This is their 22 ounce a little taller a little bigger around, not quite double the size, but lids are interchangeable, grab a hold and go double wall vacuum with copper. Gotta have copper um, it’s a good hawkeyes color! If you like, the iowa, hawkeyes or steelers, go steelers, their colors would be you’d, be a steelers fan like that um, I’m trying to think they’ve got sippy lids.

Don’t have that in front of your face like if you’re driving or something that might be worth it. I mean it’s kind of big around if it fit in your cup holder, but it gives you an option yeah. I like them, they’re, not top tier, but they’re. Okay, keep stuff cold. It’s supposed to be cold, keep stuff! Warm that’s supposed to be warm, keeps the wet on the inside keeps the wet out. You.
Hey everyone: it’s ivan with kitpatrick com here to bring you another gear view, and today talking water bottles. This one right here, which is the coleman free flow insulated water bottle. If you do things out of doors, it’s probably good to have water and we’ll have and continue to use kind of the gold standard nalgene bottle. I will say this addresses some of the issues I’ve ran into with this.
So on both of these, you actually have a pretty wide mouth. This one unscrews, which just like a nalgene bottle, one makes it fairly easy to clean. Two gives you a much larger opening if you’re, trying to actually pour other liquids into it or for that matter, adding ice where this really shines is again depending on activities, keeping things hot or keeping things cold. So what will often happen is I will go with my boys? Go down to the beach on the lake and they’ll drink some water, then they’ll set it back down in direct sunlight and it’s like 100 degrees out.
So this will turn into a horrible tasting tea, whereas this even when they leave it in direct sunlight, still nice and cool or coming out in the backcountry, when it’s maybe a little colder than I’d like you have to go out of your way to make sure this stays insulated or it will freeze in now you have ice and you don’t have water. Conversely, you can go ahead and put nice warm or hot water in this and the next morning, when you wake up and everything else is frozen, you have nice warm water, something to be said for that.
One of the things I actually really appreciate about this is the top right here. They have this little cover, so you remove that keeps this clean, the mouthpiece which is nice, especially when your kids like throw it down on the floorboards in the back seat and then there’s a little lockout button. So you press it one way and it locks it. This push button, won’t work, press it the other direction, and then you can press it, opening the basically the little mouthpiece so when you’re driving down the street and trying to drink out of a huge open mouth nalgene bottle or when your kids are, and you break check them, and it goes everywhere.
They don’t appreciate that this, you just press it. It opens the mouthpiece lets. You drink again only comes out when you actually depress it, which is actually really nice on road trips, something I’ve usually been a little bit leery of on water bottles with a mouthpiece is trying to keep them clean this one, it’s actually been pretty simple. What I’ll usually do is unscrew this I’ll end up putting some liquid dish soap in there fill it like half full with hot water, which point keep this thing all closed up, shake it up, really good and then basically keep shaking it while depressing this, and essentially send a bunch of really hot soapy water out the mouthpiece on top of that I’ll end up just unscrewing this after I’ve done that a bit, and basically just wash this out really good with hot water, get the rest of the soap out there and yeah.
It’s been really easy to clean kind of stats. Wise on this. This right here is holds 24 ounces, whereas your nalgene bottle holds about 32 ounces. You lose some volume because it is made out of 18 8 stainless steel, bpa free all that stuff, and on top of that it is double wall, insulated vacuum sealed. So that’s what’s giving you nice cold beverages when it’s hot or hot beverages, when it is cold out, durability? Wise, I don’t know it’s been a little dented up, but it’s actually done really good.
I’ve had this since july of 2018. Right now, october, 2020 used a lot still going strong. Is this gonna be for everyone? I don’t know really comes down to what your intended role is. I will say there is a trade-off. I e this is going to be definitely heavier than just a lexan nalgene bottle, but you also have something that’s insulated. So if you are going somewhere, cold or hot respectively, keep your beverages hot or cold, especially in the backcountry.
If you decide to use an algine bottle, that’s fine! You just have to make sure you insulate them or your water will freeze, which is a drag. For me, it’s actually served me very well these last two years or so, especially with kids being able to drink out of something in a car and not spill all over themselves or even me for that matter.

Hello, so this this is a review for the I’ve. Had this for a couple weeks now, I know, there’s a lot of questions as to whether it fits in certain cup holders. It fits in this one. It doesn’t go down all the way, but it doesn’t fit in this one. So if you have a car, actually it kind of does, but no not very well, and this not as good as this one. So it does it depends it’s not gonna fit on the smaller ones that maybe go on the side of your car like that, but it might fit depending I guess how the new or old your car is, but have this for a couple weeks, and this is the best water bottle that I’ve ever owned.
As you can see, it’s got the protection here just to make just gives you that added security to make sure that the water is not coming out of here. Well, the water comes out of apart from that to make the water come out of here. You have to push this button here, and that opens it up, not sure if you can see it. It’ll open it up, and in case you do have kids around. You can actually push this button here, see if it’ll focus push this button here and it pops out on this side now and regardless of whether I push this here, it will not open, and apart from that, you can again secure it like that.
It does have this pops up and then you can lift it up and carry it wherever you need to clicks back down top twist off. Put your water in there easily twist back on. Another added bonus is that it’s actually got this padding at the bottom. Now, if you ever work new your table tops or anything I used to have a water bottle that had the steel wrapped around the bottom and every time I would put it down at be making a very loud noise. But this one considering its padded.
It goes out on the tables or any hard surface really softly. So over. Oh, it’s! It’s a five out of five yeah best water bottle of their own.

This is the water bowl for you. What I love by the best is this push button here? This push button opens the spout and you get as much water as you need. Also it has a couple different ways: it protects from spillage. You’ve got the spout first, with a push button, also there’s a spout cover which protects from germs and dust. So you close this no terms of just are giving in that spout. Secondly, actually, thirdly, there’s a push button here which actually blocks, and you can’t impress it so that fully closes this water bottle from any water leakage like I said, is 100% insulated is 100% BPA lined.
So it’s cold for up to 31 hours keeps your drinks cold hot, for up to 11 hours. That’s fantastic comes in a variety of colors. I am getting black because I wanted the fastest shipping and I mentioned should mention it get from Target for about $20. So it’s a great price, 24 ounces. It also comes in 40 ounce for a higher price.
