Hey guys welcome back to pro gun today, I’m going to be doing a review of the pinty red green dot reflex sight. I want to thank pinti for sending this to me to review it comes in a nice box. You get the scope, you get the allen wrenches and a cleaning cloth. You get instructions, and what I like about it is it’s a foam, a padded foam case so that you can keep the site in here.

This is a great reflex sight and I got to tell you for the money for like under 40 bucks. It’s gonna be tough. To beat this first thing off the bat. Is it’s very well constructed made of very rugged. Aluminum I’ve even dropped this a few times and haven’t had any problem with it whatsoever. It comes with the standard, picatinny rail mount and it will mount on any standard.

Picatinny rail comes with the allen wrenches um I’ve tested this out on my ar-15 and I shot about 100 rounds through it and it didn’t move. However, if you’re gonna use anything bigger than that like on my ar-12, I noticed that it started to shake a bit. You may want to use a little loctite on this, but other than that, it’s perfect it’s fully adjustable.

It’s got a circle, two different cross hairs. It’s got green and red dot and you can change the intensity. It’s very clear and when you look through this thing, I mean this is a crystal clear reflex: scope, a reflex sight now. The thing I like about the reflex sight, as opposed to using a scope, is that your eye, you have basically rapid target acquisition with this.

You don’t have the focal points of lining up the rear sight with the front sight you, basically you put the dot on the target and you pull the trigger and that’s where it’s gonna go. The nice thing about it is that it’s also designed to help you shoot, naturally, with both eyes open. I know a lot of people do and I do it myself. If I use a scope, I tend to close one eye and use my dominant eye as opposed to using this one.

You have both eyes open, you’re, just focusing on the dot, not the sights. When you put the dot on the target and acquisition of the target is very rapid um, it’s a nice large uh lens, it’s crystal clear, um, it’s very bright. You won’t find anything in this price range for under 40 bucks. I can tell you that right now they make great quality products, I own a few uh pinty products and I’m very happy with all of them.

So what I want to do is I’m going to turn this on I’m going to come around the camera, so that you can see it because I can’t tell by doing this whether you can see it or not. There you go, there’s the red dot, okay and then we’ll try, green. There you go and again you can go from a circle. You can go to crosshair and that’s the second crosshair it it’s very bright.

It’s crystal clear um. This also is um is anti-glare and it’s water, resistant and anti-fog matter of fact. It was raining and very foggy this morning when I had my ar-15 out in the backyard testing this out, and it worked perfectly if you’re looking for a reasonably priced red green reflex sight, I highly recommend this pinty site. You can get it on amazon.

The link is in the description. Please subscribe thanks again to pinty for sending this to us to review. This is a great quality reflex sight. It really is you’ll enjoy it a lot and you’ll you’ll know you’ll, see what I mean when you start using it. How quickly you have target acquisition by just focusing on the dot again when you’re done fits very nicely in the foam padded box protected when not in use.

They give you the allen wrenches, it’s very easy to take on and off. I switched it very easily back and forth between my ar-15 and my ar-12 um. It’s a lot of fun to use it’s great quality um. I can’t I can’t say enough about it. You you’ll be very happy with it. I’m sure please, uh, like our video, give pinty some some likes uh go visit. Their website, telepro gun, sent.

You thanks for watching.

What’s up YouTube, it’s cliff to 475, and what I have here today is the NC Star, electro panorama, red and green dot reflex site for airsoft guns. This site is made out of full machined metal comes with hex keys that allow it to mount to any standard, 20, millimeter rail, three levels of brightness for both the red and green reticle settings for different reticle types, including a dot across across in an open circle, and a target setting a rubberized front cover to protect the site from scratching, while in transport a removable battery door on top which houses one standard, cr2032 rayovac battery lithium battery and this battery is a 3 volt.

All together it has a 1 times. Magnification is 80 millimeters long and 30. Millimeters wide has windage and elevation knobs on the top and left-hand side of the site, which are of the same hex key type as the mounting deck costs only about $65 at airsoft, GI comm and comes with a spare battery as well as mounting tool and is of a matte black finish. Alright. So the last feature I wanted to show you guys before I wrap up.

The review is that this site also uses some kind of technology that keeps the site on target. So you only have to set it in once on some red dot scopes, as well as sniper scopes, you have to be holding the gun properly and look down the site perfectly. To ensure a good hit. This site once sited in, will stay locked in from no matter what angle you are looking at the site from which insures a hit every time the trigger is pulled all right, guys, I’m, cliff to 475 I hope you enjoyed the review on the NC star, electro panorama, red and green site check out the other videos on my channel.

I’ve got some cool stuff up and, as always, have a nice day. Bye.

EOTECH 512 Weapon holographic sights

EOTECH 512 Weapon holographic sights

  • Mount: 1″ weaver or Mil-Std 1913 rail
  • Brightness: 20 settings
  • Water Resistance: 10 feet (3 meters)
  • holographic sights

  • Manufacturer: EOTECH
  • Type: holographic sights

Hi, my name is edward with nova armory and today I’m going to be comparing some of the most popular holographic sights by eotech on your left. Here is the eotech exps 2-0 on your right is the 512. Both these sites use laser technology to project a holographic reticle onto the ocular lens of each site. Both of these sites have the same exact reticle.

They both have a 65 moa ring and a 1moa center dot. The biggest difference between these two sites are the batteries, so the exp 2-0 uses a cross-mounted cr123a battery. This means that when a rifle is firing under recoil, the recoil forces don’t impact the battery connections on the overhand. The eotech 512 uses two double a batteries mounted parallel to the bore of the rifle, so this can be possibly affected by recoil and up until 2016.

It was affected by recoil. There were flickering concerns, but now after 2016 with these new logo, eotechs that has been updated and they’re good to go you’re not going to experience any troubles with them. Like I said before, the biggest difference is the battery and another big difference is cost eotech.

512 is running you under 500 at 489 99, whereas on the other hand, the exps 2 0, because it is a little bit better, it is a little newer. It’s running you at 619, 99. Another big, fundamental difference is the way these are mounted so the exps 2-0 uses a built-in mount and with it you get a lower one-third co-witness.

On the other hand, eotech 512 uses a built-in screw mount, and this is set at an absolute co-witness. Although riser options are available to mount it up to a lower one-third or higher, if you so choose so, which would I choose and why so, it comes down to a few things: shooter preference and budget. If my budget’s tight money’s tight, I’m going to be choosing the eotech 512 for a few reasons, it’s a bigger unit, so it takes up a little bit more real estate on the rifle.

So if you only need one aiming solution, this is it. Furthermore, the buttons are on the back which allows it easy access. From your support hand, however, if I have a little bit more money and if real estate is a priority on my rifle, I’m going to be going off the eotech exps 2-0 because of the cross-mounted 123 battery.

It really lets me get it forward on the upper receiver as much as possible. Furthermore, the buttons are on the side. So if I have a flip-to-side magnifier, this plays a lot better with the magnifier, whereas on a 51-2 I might have trouble accessing these buttons behind something like a g33 magnifier, also from eotech.

So that’s all I got for you today guys once again, my name is edward, I’m with nova armory. If you have any questions, please feel free to email, us at support. Novarty com take care and see you next time. You.

Everybody welcome to prepper junkie. Today we have an EOTech to go over this, that you’ll take 5, 1 2, a 65, ok, so let’s go ahead and unbox. This here comes in a typical gonna, be a tech box almost got a nice tape, logo there nice little plastic case comes with a sticker and just something: ok, your typical warrant in full and things like that, and then we have the EOTech sight itself comes with an allen wrench. It comes with this piece here and I’ll go over that a second ok.

So this is, as I said, the five one two. This is the kin of the older model. This does use double-a batteries and from from here it’s kind of like. If you look at this part, you know it’s kind of like the typical geotech right and obviously it just was a little different because as I say, it doesn’t use the one two three batteries that go across here. It uses the blades that go this way. Okay, won’t open this in a sec and go over it. So it’s got the windows in elevation for for siding in and then this is the new yo tech logo.

So if you go back a couple of years, if you see the old leo tech logo, which I’ll roll in the picture here and that’s the old version just so you know this is a new version, so they fix some of the issues that the ill Tech’s have had with these newer versions. Now, because this isn’t this isn’t the like the exps. This has the buttons on the back for the brightness settings so to switch it on you just press up or down. If you press down, especially some for four hours, if you press the UP button, it will switch on for eight hours and it will automatically switch off, which is a really nice feature.

Not some people don’t like it, because you know they want to always on the battery lives, and these aren’t great compared to like an end point or something you’re. Both I was in ours what she made, which isn’t too bad, and it’s really helped because you do have the auto shutoff now I’ve personally incurred in the range many times and keep forget to switch my optics off. It just happens so the nice thing for me is you know this will automatically switch off and save my battery, which is really nice and, as I say, you’ll get about a thousand hours with lithium batteries, mm-hmm double-a batteries, okay and then obviously we have the field of the window here and it’s a large field of view with these with all your Tech’s, it’s one of the big things that people love about geo text is a huge field of view.

Now, I realize you know if you’re shorting shooting both eyes open, it shouldn’t really matter right, but some people do like the fact this has such a massive window, myself included and also while we’re here, you’ll notice that there is a gap here going around in the inside. So basically this is the optic, and then this is like a protective shell to stop em from hitting it like impacts on this. So it’s it’s separated from this this body here to protect it, which is really smart, move along to the side.

So obviously this is the mounting system. Here, isn’t a QD mount and it is just a typical Picatinny rail mount here, gonna Picatinny and you when it comes. It can have this piece in here and you an allen key to put it in and tighten it, which is nice because it’s flush which is which is great, but for me, I want this piece and yes, it does stick out a little bit, but this your fact that I can, if I’m in the field or I, don’t know wherever’s happen. If it goes down, you know, I can you know possibly under or just take a coin or screwdriver and just and take this off a lot easier than say having an allen key to take it off so I do use that piece as my preference go to the battery compartment here, you have this lever, you simply pull that up and this slides out, okay and, as I said it does use.

It comes with energizer batteries. Double-A batteries you can put lithium’s in here as I said in the last bath, I was nervous and it has a submersible ‘ti off about ten feet. So it’s not the greatest depth but I’m personally, not gonna go scuba diving with my optic, so it won’t affect most people rubber seal here so this year. This part here is actually rubberized, which is really which is really nice, obvious. It’s going to help keep protected. So when you slip in your battery compartment here and when you push this lever down, it pushes the plastic against that.

So it seals it. That’s how it’s sealing sealing that compartment up so I’ve. Let’s have a look at this now. One of the downsides I. Think slight. Downside is kind of the length of this they’re, not super short. This is a exps 2-0, so it looks a little bigger because it has a QD mount. But if you look here, you can see it’s probably another inch and a half longer and so cosmetically I think people are like. Oh, it doesn’t look as good as the exp s and stuff like that.

But I’m telling you when your eyes behind this, you don’t obviously notice the length. However, let’s look at it on a rifle um, so you can see here how much space this would realistically take up. So if you put it on here, it’s going to take up the majority of the rail and you’re gonna put in so I’ve. Had it on here before and I put it pretty far back into the point. Where was hard for me to touch the buttons, because my mbus sights were in the way, so I had to move up just a little bit so you’re gonna talk about putting on there, so it’s gonna be hard to put a magnifier behind one of these two.

Unless you want your optic really far forward now, I do have the EOTech magnifier here my pistol. This is a tech magnifier and if I add that on there I mean it’s definitely doable, that’s one one fully even complete rail. There is no space out there for anything that I put that on. So obviously you know you can. It looks like you can fit it if you want to you’re just going to take up all your real space on a pistol again, it’s definitely doable, obviously with the buttons, but the buttons being here when this is on.

You gonna, have to flip the magnifier to the site to activate the buttons up or down, but yeah definitely doable. So there you go, so you can add it to it with the magnifier. If you wish- and obviously this does have. Obviously the EOTech done’ up – 65 MOA ring with the one MOA it’s absolutely by far my favorite reticle BarNone, there’s nothing I think comes close to the EOTech, reticle and I realize people say obviously Hollow Sun. It’s copied the radical from the EOTech, but with with eel tech, this is the you know at hall.

So this is the holographic website website holographic sight. So the nice thing with this is you know wherever you move your head back here, the the holographic sight is gonna, it’s gonna move and it’s just gonna stay exactly what’s supposed to so, if you’re shooting from awkward shooting positions, no matter where that site is on it’ll hit, and that’s not that so it’s like parallax free things like that and that’s not what you’re getting with some of these other optics eel tech does have a bit of a negative past and when they get caught lying about some of the stuff and it and it seems like they’re taking care of most of it, they’re still amazing optics special forces.

You know they went and did trials for to determine what object to go with again and you’ll. Take actually one one one again with the fixes they did. No I, don’t don’t know, believed if I don’t believe the five one two is. What they use is probably something more something like the exps or something like that: mmm. So weight-wise, let’s check this uh. This is the exp s2 with the QD map. So it’s gonna weigh a little more and it does have the battery in it and it weighs in 11 1 ounces, and then we have the EOTech five one, two with the double A batteries and it weighs in at eleven point four hours.

There’s only a couple of couple ounces really some really small difference in weight, but the size difference, obviously is what people will notice the most I personally as I say I, like both of these I, like the size of this one better, but I, really like the fact that this one takes double-a batteries. So if I ever need, you know they’re, just easy I think they would be easier to come by what did one cr123 buyers are really easy to come by, but double a’s are obviously extremely easy to come by and that’s why I really like this.

So alright. I think that pretty much covers everything if you guys have any any questions, any comments, as always I’m always happy to help wherever I can I just ask them below I’ll, put a link in the description also to these you’re, going to pick them up. Roughly. You know you can pick up at three five or so sometimes you’ll catch a low sale. Maybe a little less it’d been a great size to say. I have had two on I have gone, shooting with it. No issues at all for me exist, go with a 10 year, warranty from eel tech.

Also, if you have any issues that is it all right. Folks really appreciate you following along have a great day.

For varmint hunting, home defense or competition being able to get quickly on target and see more of the surrounding area is an advantage. That is why so many law enforcement agencies trust the EOTech holographic weapon sight to give them fast target acquisition and a better view of their surroundings. The adjustable brightness of the EOTech reticle, combined with the smallest red dot on the market, 1 MOA centered inside of an aiming ring, gets you quickly on target.

This configuration lets. You rapidly engage targets in multiple ranges. Without adjusting elevation for standard 5 56, the sight is on target at 50 yards or 200 yards and by using the bottom of the outer ring. You are good to go for close-up targets at 7 yards, the EOTech 512 HW s lets you shoot with both eyes open without tunnel vision.

It uses commonly available double a alkaline or lithium batteries, its rugged waterproof down to 10 feet and it features simple easy access controls for reaching out even farther the g-33 magnifier stoves out of the way until needed and quickly pivots into place, because the HW s is holographic, the size of the aiming dot. Doesn’t increase when viewed through the magnifier? This means that, while the aiming ring and the target size increase, the aiming dot will not providing a more precise and accurate shot at the target, a quick-detach mount with a shift to side base.

Let you quickly attach and detach the magnifier from your accessory rail, but also lets the magnifier pivot out of the way for close and medium range, shooting for long-range, shooting the magnifier rapidly shifts into position to offer 3 times magnification. A specially designed hinge, firmly locks the magnifier in place when in use and when not needed, just firmly shift the magnifier into whichever position is desired.

There are no switches, levers or buttons to actuate, and the g-33 has more than just an innovative mount. The g-33 provides clear, multi coated glass lenses for excellent light, gathering and undistorted magnification of your target. A rugged rubberized coating on the housing protects it from scrapes and gouges, and the lens coatings protect from scratches and fogging.

The ample 2 2 inches of eye relief, make aiming natural and allow shooting, with both eyes, open all told the EOTech 512 and g-33 magnifier at around 22 ounces of weight to your rifle and take up minimal real estate on your accessory rail there easy and natural to use and give you a significant advantage to quickly get and stay on target.

No matter. The range upgrade your arsenal and check out the EOTech, 512 holographic weapon sight and the g-33 magnifier at your local Sportsman’s, Warehouse store or online at.

Hello: everyone, my name is Kenny Carmindy from the airgun channel, my gun reviews, and today we are reviewing a red-dot reflex sight from CV life. It’s their one by 22 by 33, millimeter reflex sight with red and green for reticle dot sight and also with a red laser. It sells for $35 of an inch long is powered by a 3, volt lithium ion coin battery number 2032, which is about the most common claimed battery out there. It has a 15 point, 8 meter field of view at a hundred meters or that equals to about 52 feet at 100 meters.

The sight is probably excused on like a ar-15 type rifle the assault type rifle. You know we gonna sight in on something that might be moving and get a wider angle of view to select your target. I did not think it was really a real good fit for an air rifle until I tried it. I did a review on a hot Sun, 125 and I decided to try out the a CB life rifle scope. There 6 to 24, buy a 50 millimeter adjustable objective, illuminated reticle scope, and that was only $39, 99 and I thought it was just a fantastic Buy and apparently CV life saw my review and they can’t with me and asked me to review some of their products, and this is what they sent me.

All I could say, is I’m impressed. I mounted it on the smallest shortest pellet rifle that I have with a weaver mount on it, which is the Ruger silent, hawk I, didn’t think it was going to be a real good fit, but you know at 12 yards, you know for hunting her, for probably the best use would be somebody trying to call rabbits and squirrels out of their garden and away from the bird feeder. I quick access I printed out some squirrel targets and decided to give it a try. I put a black shootin C dot on the head of the squirrel and on the body of the squirrel, were one would shoot at 12 yards I cannot see those dots but I figured they would.

Let me know you know how I was doing and I was very impressed. So let’s take a quick look at this accuracy test using the reflex sight on this thing at 12 yards okay, it took five shots, adjusted the sight down. Just a little bit took another five shots and, as you can see, the quarter will cover everything. So I’m gonna make one more adjustment down and left a little bit and see what we can do with that bull’s eye. Remember: this is zero magnification one power, 33 millimeter 12 yards shining, a basically the I’m using the crosshair sight, which the crosshairs at all yards basically covers that circle.

That’s what I’m using the center it red dot sights are not meant for match grade target. Shooting they’re meant for a quick acquisition and a quick kill. So I’m gonna just a little bit more and see we get it a little bit closer to the bullseye and then we’re gonna shoot some squirrel targets. Okay, I gave the red dot sight, a quarter turn down and quarter turn left, and obviously that was too much so I’m gonna. Take half of that back and I’m going to switch to a hunting pellet, the H and in Terminator it makes more of a wad cutter tech cut in the paper target.

So on we’re shooting squirrel we’ll be able to see better word hit. Okay, I think I’ve got it sighted in pretty good with the hmn Terminator 7 25 green, so we’re gonna just take a couple of shots at the head and a couple of shots at the body. You can see the black dots I won’t be able to see those black dots at twelve yards. I will only see the squirrel silhouette, so I’m shooting at the head and shooting at the body, and those shootin see, should tell me how close I got well holiday. They do two headshots on the money and, if I’m not mistaken, I got two shots through the same hole.

Yeah like I said I could not see this. Not that’s. Actually, amazing for the damn red dot sight. Absolutely amazing, hey I, know I put two through that and yep. That is two holes. Two holes in the same damn spot right there, where I put that dot now I’m going to show you what it looks like from where I was shooting I’m, not sure how this is going to show up okay- and this also comes with a laser and so I once I had the head dot sight sighted in I used that to reference to sight the laser in and then I did a little target shoot up that same squirrel, uh I, first shot at a wipe top that I put on there and then check where I shot and then I put a red dot on there.

So I could really hit that dot with the laser and I. Once again, I was impressed. So, let’s take a look at laser accuracy. Test, okay after I, went to sight in the laser I first shot at this in the direction of this black dot. I can’t really see it and two shots hit right down here. So I figured really get the laser sighted in I. Put this red dot on here and I took three shots using the laser to hit the corner and one hit right here, so even with the laser, it’s a very, very accurate sight, excellent sight for the money.

Okay! Next, why don’t we take a close-up of this red dot sight? Okay, on this side, we have your wheel for your the color of your reticle and power, and your battery sits underneath this cover right here. That’s where your coin batter is look at the front of the site and laser and here’s your laser you can see on top here is your elevation adjustment and your windage adjustment and on the side down here is your reticle windage adjustment and your elevation adjustment is right in here. They you have Allen wrenches for your reticle and you have different size, allen, wrench that comes with it, for your laser sight and back here is where you select arete achill.

Okay. Now why don’t we take a look at what the reticle looks like I had a little difficulty with this video camera, but I think I got some pretty decent shots. You’re gonna on the brighter settings, you’ll see a shadow, but when you’re just looking through the site with your eyeball, you don’t see those shadows. So let’s take a look at that. Okay, I think I have found a way to get a good shot of the reticle on this gun. I know we are it’s the red dot, that is the dot in the circle dot in the crosshairs, there’s no shadow when you’re actually looking through the lens.

It’s just this camera and there is the diet in the circle in the crosshairs. This is the demo setting right is setting green on dim green, bright, green cross here green dot in the circle and green dot. Well, like I, said, I was skeptical of using this just on a pellet rifle for anything, but after sighting in on that squirrel target at 12 yards. This thing could be absolutely devastating on hunting’s worlds and rabbits out of your garden. Because of your wide field of view, you can it’ll be easy to pick them out and, like you saw on the accuracy test, this thing is amazingly.

Accurate. I was really surprised. How well I did, and it was very, very easy to get a head shot or a body shot on the squirrel target and I was just absolutely amazed at the accuracy. I did better with this and I’ve done with a lot of 4 – in three – named power scopes, it’s very accurate, it’s affordably priced and the person sent me a URL to look it up on Amazon, that’s where they come, I checked it out and it was $35 99 for some reason. Right now, that page is not coming up on. Amazon I was going to put a link right to the Amazon page for this site, but it’s not working right now.

For some reason, I have contacted CV life. Let them know I’m, going to put a link in the description below directly to the CV life page, for this reflex sight and I’m. Quite sure, they’ll we’ll get that up and running again and there’s a link right there to buy it on Amazon and I also noticed that they have another reflex sight without the laser for $18 99, a very good price, I’m. Quite sure it’s just as accurate as this one is, and they have a lot of other products on that page. So take a look at what they have to offer at CV life.

This has been a very impressive sight that was fun to use and I’m quite sure, I’m going to enjoy it a lot. That’s my review of the CV life won by 22 by 33 reflex sight with the four red and green dot reticle and the red laser. My name is Kenny Carmindy and thank you for watching.
