Trying to catch all of it in there, it camera’s catching up to the road, but I can see about halfway to the tree line over there. Let me start slowly, zooming it in and runs off the lens system instead of the reflector, so pretty cool how it works, though, so I don’t know how well camera picks it up, but yeah it’s just a square with two lines down the middle of it, so you can zoom it out just a little bit and we still get a good hot spot.
It’s a little bit rounder, but so you can keep keep zooming it and you can zoom all the way out the really good flood and, of course my camera didn’t want to focus there. We go you.
And shine this light out there, so it pretty far um focus. Can we sorry about this mic? Oh there we go. Oh now it doesn’t. It seems the green light seems to not want to make the camera focus here. There we go, so you can see how it um down the fence line. Here it puts a nice little uh focused uh, dot right there, so even on the tree out there, my goodness, why isn’t it focusing right here all right? There’s the concrete seems to be confusing it with that there we go so up on there, so it works kind of nice.
There puts a nice little green light and a kind of a bright air area around it and brightens it up pretty good. I’m not sure there we go kind of see it run along the fence there and brighten up the rest of the area, so just kind of puts a nice little light out there. You can see it’s really focused. So, oh, this is a kind of an idea of how this thing works in the dark and uh doesn’t really mess up your night vision either.
So that’s kind of cool: let’s go back inside it’s cold out here.
Is the green flashlight? The green is unbelievable, put it down to a spot. It’s super bright, but you’re not going to use it like that, you’re going to use it! Here’s the widest it’ll go and then you can narrow it down. That’s probably about what we’d use it for, but let’s check this out have to be careful, so we don’t run into any skunks or anything because uh I live on a mountain and uh. There are a few coyotes that take this trail. Even though there’s houses all around you could see kind of the lights around that’s way down there, though, but this it says that green light uh doesn’t bother animals.
Well, I’d like to see that I’d like to see a couple of deer and they do oh, I can hear something down there. It was either a raccoon or something widen this out a little bit.
Things when I say do things I mean hunt rats because we never used to have them, but there’s a couple of them around and this uh green flashlight’s gonna help me get them all right. Well, there you have it. I mean it’s, it’s very bright man. It is very bright, pretty neat pinpoint it wow. I mean that’s crazy. I was really really zoomed in on that that was way out there.
Some are way over there anyway. I like it. It’s very nice might be able to use this for astronomy too. I know they use red light a lot, but this green light doesn’t seem like it would uh.
But this one is zoomable and I’ve had a few other zoomable lights. None of them were green, but this one most of the time you know you get these and their heads all wobbly and stuff. This one’s just got a little bit a wiggle to it when it’s all the way out when it’s in it’s solid, it’s pretty good light. You know the tolerances are good on it.
I know they’ve got an o-ring up in there to keep it sealed. These are water resistant. I can’t remember which rating they are on them, but cat’s coming out to play. That’s about halfway, zoomed out, there’s all the way I mean you can easily see everything they always come out here and play around when I’m messing around with flashlights, sometimes I’ll chase it.
Sometimes they won’t really cool the square, still kind of gets me a little bit. You know dealing with flashlights for so long. You know you’re used to a round pattern. You know just reflectors, but this runs off a lens system instead of a reflector, so pretty cool how it works, though, so I don’t know how well the camera picks it up, but yeah it’s just a square with two lines down the middle of it, so you can zoom it out just a little bit and we still get a good hot spot.
It’s a little bit rounder, but so you can keep keep zooming it and we can zoom all the way out and really good flood. And of course, my camera didn’t want to focus there. We go you.
Foreign, that’s that’s not. I recommend the light that light is cheap. Using have a range of 275, approximately 300 jaw, it’s a great light or weather is uh. Well, I recommend it’s a great great grey light. I just buy two one for myself, one for me.
I can’t wait for nighttime. This thing really gets wide too um, so we’re going to give that a shot. Let’s see, oh, it’s got fancy writing on it and stuff fast fire, pretty nice slides in and out very easily the first time wasn’t so easy. But after I did it a couple times, it’s very easy. So we’ve got that got the flashlight. It’s got your trigger mount so that you can tape this to your rifle or gun or whatever.
And then, when you it’s a pressure point when you press this, the light goes on hell. Actually, I can just show it to you, because I have one on my pellet gun, but it’s just a regular flashlight, so the trigger switch is hooked up. Let me zoom out just a little bit and when you press the button, the light goes on. So you tape this to the to your stock. You know, use electrical tape or, however, you want to do it and usually you put it so that you could still press this button.
Like use your left hand if you’re right-handed, so you can press the button with your thumb and you still use your trigger finger, so you’ll figure it out. It’s it’s not that hard pretty neat! Well, let’s see this isn’t going to hurt that whoo man that sucker’s blinding that is cool okay. So it’s got the two different switches. I’m gonna leave this on here for tonight, because that’s all I’m gonna need just the push button they send with all of their stuff so that you can hook it up to your rifle and put the scope in very nice.
It’s very nice and they give you the allen head. So you can put it together the charger the battery. It’s all set, it’s all it’s all there. It’s very nice self-contained kit and a box to boot. So I mean they made it kind of fancy with the carrying cord. I’m not sure I would use that, but it’s a great place to keep everything.
There is nothing very cool green led. I never even realized these were available. I got the dogs all up in arms. Pretty neat can’t quite get it with one hand. There we go yeah. This is going to be a fun, a fun way to do things. When I say do things, I mean hunt rats because we never used to have them, but there’s a couple of them around and this uh green flashlight’s going to help me get them all right.
Well, there you have it. I mean it’s, it’s very bright man. It is very bright. Pretty wow I mean that’s crazy. I was really really zoomed in on that that was way out there somewhere way over there anyway. I like it, it’s very nice might be able to use this for astronomy too. I know they use red light a lot, but this green light doesn’t seem like it would. Uh like it would uh affect your eyes, not as much as white light at least yeah.
That’s incredible! That’s not even all the way, but all the way seems to have some lines see those lines right there. So a little bit. Oops pressing on the button click on it, gotta refocus come on. You can do it there we go all right. Ah, I didn’t have the battery tightened enough very good. Well, cool flashlight, since we’re in infrared mode should be able to see this just fine.
Of course. I can’t see it. It’s completely dark for me, green led. I don’t know if you can see that or not from vast fire. Let’s see it’s about as good as I can do all right.
Hey guys robin foxes here with a quick, kl52 hunting light, it’s quite a decent bit of kit. Actually um. It comes with several things in the box. I’m going to talk about each of them individually, give you some practical, hints and tips on how best to use it and also give my honest opinion on what it’s like as a hunting tool. I hope you liked the video please don’t forget to like and subscribe. So as we open the box, we can see that everything is pretty neatly stored away here inside we have the torch itself, battery and charger a figure of eight, as I call them clamp for quick, easy access to mounting the gun.
Lamp you’ve also got a fixed bracket and an allen key as well. You then have three additional lights: you’ve got a green filter or a green light. You’ve got a white led pill and you also have an infrared led pill, making this torch an all-in-one go-to bit of kit. You also have a rat’s tail switch for mounting on the side of the rifle I’ll, put a quick clip insert here as to how to use that on the side of the slot that needs for lamping.
It also comes supplied with two batteries in a neat battery storage pouch, so it comes supplied with two 300 milliamp batteries there and then the torch itself, with a handy wrist, strap as well, so that if you dropped it, the torch would hang so underneath the battery cover we’ve got a spare couple of seals here, which is quite handy. We also have the product warranty information card along with a fairly detailed instruction manual, how to change the battery and also how to change the ir pills over inside as well.
The chart here gives you an indication of how long you could be likely to get out of the batteries, but also how far, more importantly, how far the beams will actually travel as well. Now the torch itself is pretty well made. Actually, you’ve got a convincing decent button on, on the back here, the hand strap you can actually take off. Personally, I prefer to do this when I’m out hunting, as I don’t like things are getting in the way, but that comes off fairly easy that can go back in the case, you can adjust the width of the beam and concentrate the beam down a little bit by twisting the torch here that follows the kind of pattern of most torches of this nature.
Changing the battery is easily done by removing the rear cap. Replacing your 18 650 battery uh only takes one at a time. So it’s quite good that they’ve, given you a spare one. One thing I do like about this torch is changing the infrared or changing side of the pill from red to white, to infrared, because it’s pretty easy um on this tool, so I’ll quickly show you how that’s done so. We’ve got our red pill in and say we want to change it for our green pill.
How do we do that? First thing we do is unscrew the head place that to one side, second thing you need to do is just screw down the zoom ring, which will expose the brass peel housing, and then you simply unscrew that take your green pill simply screw that one in one of the downsides personally for me, is the bracket that it comes with, so the metal one and the plastic model they’re, okay, there’s no adjustment there.
So personally, this is just a tip from me for around 14 quid. You can actually buy an adjustable bracket on ebay. This allows you to adjust the windage and elevation and I’ll insert a little clip here as to why that’s a good idea, essentially that when you’re lamping, so if you’re, using this on your rifle mounting on your scope, as you see an image here- and you want to be able to get the the red circle as it was to match up with your scope and so as you look through the scope and again I’ll try my best to kind of video.
What I mean by this and as you look through your scope, you need to be able to concentrate the thing you don’t want to be lighting up the entire area. You want to concentrate um your beam on effectively just what your scope can see, perhaps a little bit more so you’re able to perhaps look up and see and see what’s around so there’s a top tip, get hold of one of those and they fit a weaver style rail stock.
So if you meet the torch um, it’s a good thumbs up. It’s a real, versatile piece of kit and I don’t see why anyone looking to get into nighttime shooting, wouldn’t consider one of these um in their arsenal. So for the price yeah, it’s pretty good.
If you want to buy this product, please good quality flashlights stay tuned for an in-depth review of the ODE pro KL 52, plus the nice people at odhh, bro reached out to me to see if I would do a review of their new weapon light. The KL 52 plus when I took it out of the original shipping box. I noticed this nice quality hard plastic that it was delivered in this hard plastic case.
Let’s go ahead and take a look here. Do a quick unboxing see what all is delivered whenever you purchase the KL 52 plus. So, as you can see here on the case, it does come with four different bright. Led modules comes with the red, the green, the IR 850, as well as the white. Now, let’s take a look and see what comes inside of the case. As you can hear there. It has some nice solid plastic clips to keep the case or the lid closed, and here you’ll see how everything is laid out within the case.
It comes with a nice protective case for the – 18 650 batteries that it comes with 3000 milliamp right here is your tail cap for your pressure switch. You would screw this on to the end of the weapon light itself, and then this year just mounts along your rail on your rifle of whatever using or your stock. One of the things that I do like about this kit that comes with the light are the capsules that the LED modules come in this nice little clear case, and then it’s labeled on the top just screw the lid off, and they set right in there safely, and this here is one of the options to mount the light to your weapon system.
This here you can see you can unscrew these Allen screws and slide this over a barrel and just mount it directly to a barrel, or you can take these off from one another, and once you take that off, you’ll notice that this will just sit right on top of your Picatinny rail. So moving on to the other option for mounting your light to your weapons system, does this bracket right here? What you would do is just unscrew this take your light, set it right in there.
Let’s knock that down, while you have it over the top of your barrel on your rifle or whatever, you’re shooting and your barrel will go right there, quick and simple. The quality of construction on this is just very, very well done. You can just tell whenever you pick it up. It’s solid, there’s, nothing that rattles around whenever you shake it, and all you do to zoom in and out is simply twist the end of the light and I’ll show you at night here, but you would just simply move this in and out and that’s going to control your focus of the beam on your light and then to get in and change your modules.
You would just unscrew right there. The modules do have little knurlings here, so you just grab that twist it and then take whatever one you’re going to put in and replace it and then to take out the 18 650 batteries and screw this out all the way and just unscrew the tail cap and right there. You have your one three thousand milliamp 18 650, and this here is where you would just take.
If you’re gonna put this on your weapon system, you would just take this tail cap screw it on there directly and then put this on your forearm, your stock or wherever is convenient for a finger, and the last thing is the charger for the 18 650s. Both of them can set in there at once gives your positive and your negative sign, and then it has charging indicators right here to let you know when they’re fully charged.
This is a great plus to came with four different o rings. Replacement o rings can’t ever have too many of these and check this out. I was very surprised by this see if this will pick up on the camera. So the product warranty is a 30-day free replacement 24 month free repair, very impressive, along with a limited lifetime, warranty very impressed to see this. In the case, some of the features of the KL 52 plus are the high intensity LEDs, with 50 000 hour life spans rapid LED module change without tools to fit your particular request.
Two tubes, designed with covered threads to avoid dirt and debris to get into the unit, is made from precision machined high-grade 6061 aircraft aluminum, the white LED module, has a 1 6 hour runtime with the beam distance of 400 yards. The red has a 3 3 hour runtime with the distance of 375 yards. The Green has a four point, one hour, runtime with a distance of 452 yards, and the infrared has a two hour runtime.
So now what I plan to do is just take you upstairs go out to the back porch and show you a visible timber line that I’m going to be shining that tonight. So we can see how well the intensity works on the KL 52 plus. So what I want to do there to show you in daylight kind of what the yardage rangers are that way? You get an idea when it’s lit up at dark with the flashlight just how far this thing can reach out.
So let’s go up there and take a look and I’ll. Give you guys some yardages in this back Timberline with the barn there. In the background that timber line is 295 yards and at night you’ll be able to tell because that white barn right there will have a light on. So you can use that as a reference point, but that line there is 295 yards. The beam of the light will continue to get smaller and smaller, as you zoom in eventually getting down to a square right here is on the widest beam and then I’m gonna zoom it in to that first line of timber.
That I’ve showed you earlier in daylight and see there. It’s already picking it up and pick up those trees very easily. I was hoping there’d be some deer out here. So I could show you some eyes that picks up those trees. Great. If you look off to the right there in the frame you’ll see the light that is lit up on the side of the barn that I referred to earlier, and now you can see those trees all the way back there.
This tree right here that one’s up close no way I can look around that with my camera right now, but all the way back there, you can pick up those trees right next to and right in front of that barn. So that’s all the way at 295 right there, plus just this- is just on my camera and it picks up a lot better to the naked eye. So sorry I’m, starting to shiver a little bit pretty chilly out here, but that shows you right.
There’s the trees, 295 yards, I’ll, zoom it and we’ll just bring it back in all the way to the widezoom. Look at that coverage, pretty impressive. So in conclusion, the KL 52 plus from ode Pro performed really well for the price point that it’s at one feature that I do like on weapon lights. That’s not on the ODE pro KL 52 plus is an intensity control on the tail cap, but you can’t expect to get intensity control at this price point.
This I would not consider this a budget light and I would not consider this a high-end light. This is right in the mid point between those two, so I don’t expect intensity control, but it does have a very nice case with it. The quality of construction is superb, I mean it’s probably better than one of the lights that I use that does have intensity control. The other light that I’m, referring to when I shake it.
It has a little bit of a rattle up front and overall, it’s a little bit bigger, but this is a great size, just very good construction, very good quality and, as you can see outside the light performs really well. It does use the 18 650 batteries, which I’m a big fan of get great performance out of those again they’re, not too overly expensive. So overall I want to thank ode pro for sending this to me.
Let me do a review on my channel I told them. I would give them an honest review and for the price point on this I, don’t think you can go wrong. So go take a look at odhh, Pro, stuff, good quality, flashlight I’m gonna put a link down below just go. There click that link. Take you directly to the flashlight you can purchase it there as always, thanks for following along happy hunting, be safe, see you guys if you want to buy this.
What’s up guys, dustin Vong war key back here with another flashlight review for you and I’m really excited about today, because this is a vast fire yet again with their signature green box, if they put everything in the vast fire flashlights, this has are a lot of really cool components and features and accessories in it, and basically it is a dedicated, led interchangeable, LED, flashlight, ok, so this is the first interchangeable one that I have reviewed from vast fire and basically, what you do is just unscrew the top here, the bail and swap out the the little LED module really easy to do.
I’ve done this for years and they’re very, very, very, very easy to change. I just make sure you go slow and you don’t cross thread anything because that it can happen on these flashlights for sure I’ve not done that yet, but not going, would that’s that’s not gonna happen, but um. This is one thing to watch out for make sure you don’t cross the red everything brightness. This thing is crazy. I love this thing nice and bright shining, it kind of in the camera there.
This is green, it comes with red and white. All awesome. Interchangeable leds all very good value price as well. In fact, the kid itself cost about half what I paid for the varmint lights comm kit years ago, when it first came out in the market now I was like 2011, 2012 I actually was Prostaff for them and did some work for them before they closed down in 2017 or 2018, I’m, not sure win. But anyway, if you ever remember varmint lights with the mean hog on it.
This is very similar. It’s the same body style as that flashlight is, but it’s like half the cost and the components and everything like that are in hero quality. You have your regular standard barrel mount and ring they can go on the flashlight and the ring can go on any kind of picatinny or weaver rail and then the clamp itself at the ring mounts too, and this little kid goes around. You know a barrel scope, anything like that any kind of a round surface and clamps to it, and you can just mount the flashlight in the ring and you’re set and good to go, but you just use the ring by itself.
That’s what I’ve been doing also comes with the interchangeable. Leds they’re really easy to interchange, all interchange, one here, real quick for you to show how that works. But a little cat here in my I have three cats, so they play around my flashlight stuff. Sometimes I basically have this. This is a charger. It’s USB charge, so you can plug it into your wall, plug it into your laptop whatever and charge your batteries. This way very convenient another nice feature, but if you have a little mini USB plug and you plug that into a USB port, you can get those anywhere, but it comes to the plug already also comes with a nice pressure, switch two batteries all together and then this nice little clamp mount that you use not a huge fan of these, but you may your mileage may vary on them.
That’s the clamp mount that goes around the scope, any other any round, surface of scope and flashlight or scope and barrel and I. Wonder my trying to say this is a flashlight and barrel flashlight in scope, any kind of round service it clamps to it, and something that comes with just about everything you could ever need or wish for a hope for, and a flashlight a man or these things bright. So I’m gonna take an LED and swap out here real quick excuse me, while I put this down we’re gonna swap out an LED, real, quick and show you how easy this is to do just hold the bell and start twisting underneath the bell at the main body of the flashlight and I’ll show you how this is done very, very easily, very, very quickly, and it’s coming out here and there’s your LED for the green one, and you simply take that running out of hands here.
Take that and swap it out for this other LED here that we have and I mean this is really easy to do. It’s really convenient to to swap these out, because these are really easy to interchange. So still have your bell. The Bell has the reflector everything in it that you need, and then you have your LED that sits on top here of this particular flashlight body, I’m, just gonna screw that on, like I said this is green and keep on screwing until that pops out it’s got a little spring at the bottom of it.
So you can see that little spring I’ll drop that right there for now and then I see already got the battery and everything in here so I’m, just gonna take and wait for it to seat a little bit with that spring. It kind of makes it tricky, let’s eat and then screw that puppy down put the other led in my pocket, or you put it back in the and the casing are in the protective sheet that it comes with kind of bag that it comes in and then you just start screwing this bad boy back up into the flashlight all right screw that in there I get super tight, but there’s white and so really high quality.
Leds, you can, you know, put this through. A lot of you know recoil on your gun and that kind of stuff it’s going to perform. Well. So this is the white LED. What I’m gonna do in this video is give you a rundown like I, normally do on the other videos of my hog target downrange there and my archery target downrange there and how this performs at those particular ones. This fixed beam, LED. It’s very, very lightweight easy to put in your pocket easy to put on your gun.
It doesn’t weigh things down, and the interchangeable LEDs are about the best option. There is out there when it comes to finding something. That’s a dedicated, bright light. I’ve done other reviews on this YouTube channel for flashlights that have the different. You know: light emitting colors on the led okay, I’ve done some that have three different colors throughout the three different LEDs throughout a flashlight. This is the best option for true brightness and the brightness.
This really makes the difference in this and making this thing really shine and shine bright to you is, if that’s what you’re looking for? That’s what you need I mean the other ones are good, but the thing is you, don’t you don’t get? You can’t have your cake and eat it too. You can’t have you know a flashlight that has all the different. You know dials on one thing and have it be the brightest flashlight that you own? This is a really good option as far as having interchangeable, LEDs being one of the brightest flashlights and it’s in its class that you could find for a really low cost.
I mean it’s like I, said half of what I was paying for the varmint light strike on flashlights, nothing against them. They met a great flashlight and a lot of people say well they’re only in China they’re all made overseas just about everything that you can find on Amazon and other places like that is going to be made overseas. But the thing is the main thing: I look for is quality and endurance and durability, and something like this is kind of a durable good, because it’s supposed to last you a lifetime or last you a long time, and if something goes wrong with it again, you just have to replace the LED which you can find these replacement LEDs online it really easily, and you know other than that, there’s the end cap- and you know that’s that’s pretty much it when it comes to looking at these flashlights -, the vast fire three LED interchangeable flashlights.
Thank you guys. So much for watching reading and listening have an awesome day in the outdoors. We’ll see you next time.
Follow description link so for those of you that want to get into nighttime predator hunting, but are a little bit hesitant because of the high price standing lights and the weapon mounted lights, stay tuned to this video and we’ll check out this bass. Fire hunting light. So this pacifier humming light is kind of geared towards the budget-minded hunter someone, that’s maybe just starting to get into it. It doesn’t have a lot to spend on a weapon mounted light that way they can get out and pursue some predators after dark, so I’ve been using this light for probably three.
Maybe four weeks now really been using it quite a bit and mainly been using it for beaver hunting, but I’m actually gonna show you guys some footage of a few beaver hunts. Using this light and I used the white LED for those hunts and have been very happy with it had some, you know, had some good kill shots on those nights that I went out and I want to show you guys that footage and there’s some real, you know, filled footage that actually shows the capabilities of this bass fire unit.
So here, a little bit later tonight we’ll go ahead and I’ll show you off the back porch kind of what the three LED bulbs look like. So I don’t want to clog this video up and make it a very lengthy video showing you everything. That’s in the box here, I’ll just show you how to very quick and high-level detail. What comes in the box in a nice carrying case that it comes with and the components the accessories that come with the unit. So the big things on this flashlight is that it’s not zoomable and you cannot address the brightness of the LED, but it is nice because at its price point it comes with the green, a white and a red LED, which sometimes is hard to find whenever you’re initially purchasing a light by itself and at its price point somewhere around fifty five to sixty bucks coming with three different LEDs I mean if you look online, an LED by itself is somewhere from twenty to thirty bucks, so you’re getting three of those.
Whenever you purchase this light and the rest of the accessories, so I think that’s a pretty good bargain and it’s just a really budget friendly option. You can click the link below take a look at the specs. Take a look at all the product reviews from first hand, users and then buy the light directly from that link. We’ll take a look off the back deck at a few different yardage markers and just kind of see how it performs and then I’m going to show you guys some actual real-time footage during some of those Bieber hunts.
So here’s everything that comes in the package you’ll get the actual flashlight itself. The mounting bracket amounts to a Picatinny rail you get to 18, 650 batteries, you get a total of 3 LEDs, you get a green red and a white LED. You get this dual 18 650 battery charger and then you get a weapon mounted pressure switch. So here’s the fast fire mounted on top of my savage 22, rifle I, just use this mount. That goes right around the scope and then the light sets on top there, and you can see the wire here running to the pressure switch which I put underneath this camo wrap to hold it in place securely I like this setup, because it holds it in place, it doesn’t move around or fall off.
You can still easily locate the button to push it off and on so these deer-hunting targets right here are about 35 yards away. They’ll show up just fine. This lens that I’m, using back here on my camera, does not have any zoom, so it will just be static throughout the demonstration of these three bolts so right here, the top of this Hill, and that wood line is probably 120 to 130 yards and it picks up that pretty well whole pan to the right here- and you can see this light right over here- is the light.
That’s on the side of that barn and that’s about 295 yards away. This light doesn’t really pick up past, probably 150 yards with the red LED, all right, so back out again with the green LED bulb, you can see there. Oh well, that lights up the whole dere target really puts a nice halo around everything with the green LED compared to the red pan up here too, that word line is much more visible, like I, say, that’s, probably in the 130 range and over this area over here.
A very bright light. Is that far that’s about 295. So with the green LED, this lights up eliminates the larger portion of the beam filled backpack here compared to the red, LED and I, will go inside and put in the white LED we’ll get this to focus on the gear target. Yeah! That’s a real nice clean crisp picture there once again, a good nice halo around everything with a good center beam. Once again, you can’t control the beam with this particular bass, firelight and you cannot control the brightness level and then the scan up here to the first wood line.
It looks pretty nice right there in that hundred and thirty yard range and over to the barn, which is about 290. The white picks up really well, it’s not picking up back there at 295, but out of the three LEDs that it came with. I would say: the white is the best as far as visibility that right there is all in that room, 22 130 yard range. You guys can see that. But if you look right through this tree, there’s maybe a deer back there. So if I was to pick one winner, it’s gonna be the white LED for Kyle hunting purposes.
I typically run with the red LEDs, but I’m gonna show you guys some beaver hunting footage that I’ve been having some good success with the white LED. So I’ll show you that so just some real feedback on this I do have some other weapon mounted lights, that I use for Kyle humming that I’m definitely gonna keep using over this unit itself, but I paid, probably three to four times as much as this unit cost. One of the pluses with this unit, like I mentioned, is the fact that it comes with three different LED bulbs.
You get the green, the red and the white, so you get some different options there. You can use this as a handheld scanning light, just regular flashlight or it comes with a nice couple. Different options to mount it to your weapon. I prefer something where I can adjust the brightness and dim it down, and then I also want something where I can focus the beam in real tight on a subject or I can kind of flood about and make it a bigger observation area.
So those are a couple things that I look for a couple things that I utilize, but for starting out I mean this is a no-brainer 55 to 60 bucks. This will allow you to get out at night. You’re, not gonna kill them from the couch. So anything you know that can allow you to get out at nighttime and you know be in the woods be in those fields. Looking for predators. This is a very easy and a very good way to to get into the game. I would be confident taking kill shots up to a hundred yards with this.
You can definitely detect predators, eyes, much farther out, probably topping 170 to 200 yards and identify your target and they just keep calling weight on them to get closer and then take a good clean. You know confident, kill shot so for the price point on this I highly recommend it I think it’s a very budget-friendly option to get. Hey guys, Digital David here today we’re all a hunting flashlight by the brand XY shine. They are an Amazon seller. The link to this product is in my video description below. Please go ahead check it out. I’ll. Take you right to Amazon. You can add this to your cart, see their other great products, see the most X PRIZE to read. Some reviews see some photos that sort of thing.
This is a hunting flashlight with a pressure switch. It is rechargeable, it is water-resistant. Please don’t go ahead and submerge it in water for a long time, but it is durable to be outdoors again to be used for hunting that sort of thing. So here’s how it’s gonna come packaged to you looks really nice really a cool off at their sticker on it. Now we’ll go ahead and open up and look at the light.
Alright, really excited for this first thing. Out of the box, we have is a charger for the battery right here, which is neat next thing. I see on the box is the battery itself. So it’s a three point: seven volt lithium-ion battery by X, Y Shawn. You can see right there, which is cool, so that’s nice. You just keep recharging that and using it for your light.
Next thing we have, it is a barrel mount to use for fun thing if you want to attach this to a weapon of your choice. That’s nice looks like a really simple and easy mount to you, so you just tighten that down and you’ll be all good to go. Then we have a really nice pressure. Sensing switch right here too, which is cool, so that’ll plug right into the light, and you want to mount that where you’ll be able to press it.
So that’s really nice really a cool option and accessory and they include it in the package. Now, let’s look at the light itself. Ooh I really like it’s got a good weight to it. It doesn’t even have the battery in it. So this looks really cool. Like I said it’s good for 250 yards is what they advertised it for so we’ll have to go ahead now, we’ll put the battery in it and see how we like it alright.
So the light just twists apart right here in the three little pieces. Now we can go ahead and stick the battery in and put this back on. It’s already on, so that’s really pretty nifty right there. So the battery is in then you tighten this back up nice, get it nice and snug like that, and then the light can come on. So it’s got that really cool. Pointed green I got you right at the camera, so maybe you can see it on the table too.
So that’s really nice I can see. You had that on a weapon for hunting to be able to see that night and really identify what you’re after so. This is really really nice guys and the battery is already charged right out of the box. I have not charged it or anything, but again the charger is really nice too, and so yeah. This is really cool. Really nice weight to it really a pretty sweet light.
So now we can see just for fun if we can take off this and use the pressure sensor, so you just screw off that end. For the pressure sensor, I noticed the battery comes right out, so you didn’t have to do what I didn’t take apart the center of it actually changed the battery. You can just change it right from the back, which is pretty cool. So let’s go ahead and put this on and off, you can notice.
There’s a nice o ring right there to provide a great seal for this light again. So if it does get exposed to the elements, it’s gonna be very durable sturdy and you don’t have to worry about anything ruining it so I twisted it back on now we can go ahead and see if it works, apply the pressure and you’re good to go. So that’s really a sweet, little adapter and contraption right there.
So you can just push it apply pressure and the light will turn on. So that’s really really awesome. Alright, guys I’m back here with my gun, just to show you how this mounts, so you can get a feel for this yourself. An ar-15 type weapon would be a better choice with the scope. Unfortunately, my scope doesn’t have room to allow this bracket to mount on it.
So I just want to bring my shotgun down, so you could see it attached to the barrel and kind of get a good feel for yourself of what it’s like, but it looks really cool. The pressure switch is nice, a lot of people just recommend. You know taping it where you want it to be, depending on how you grip it, so you could tape it, let’s just say right there and then, as soon as you want, you know to identify your target grab down, you’re all good to go something like that.
So it’s really nice again. You can mount this closer further away. You don’t even have to use this at all, so you could just turn it on or off, but I just want you to be able to see it on a gun. So you could know what it really looks like again put this on an ar-15. That’s gonna be really really cool and you’re. Gonna have an awesome time with it, especially at night, like I, said using that really cool green light, but the shotguns pretty sweet too.
If you can, you know, continue to mod it out, but there’s the nice light again too. So it’s really pretty intimidating as well, but yeah, really an awesome product go ahead check it out.
