I work in the field as an environmental scientist, water and the like. After hours of climbing fences down trees in wetlands, a backpack can get heavy. This lightweight pack makes the job a little easier. It is a replacement for a previous pack that a horse took an interest in this is safety orange, but the gray lining sort of mutes the brightness, but still five-star worthy. I didn’t realize how big this backpack is.

Until hubby took this picture to share one side: knitted pockets are wide and deep. My small water bottle won’t fall out too too. Small outer pockets are great. I put keys and small coin course in one in snacks, in the other pocket pre comfortable straps will get another. I purchased my bag about a year ago. Love it perfect, carry on for airplane trips, then, when not in use pack, it away padded shoulder straps, make it comfortable even with two big bottles of water.

On it, big enough for some snacks and extra clothing items for weather changes can easily tuck into a suitcase. The only suggestion for the designer is double zipper pulls on the outside, slash packable pocket. So it sits, shut at the upper center have found things will slip out if not carefully zipped all the way around, but recently pulled it out for a hiking trip and noticed that the waterproof layer inside of the bag was delaminating from the nylon.

This review started out with five stars then went to three compromising f4 contacted the seller and, within days, received a promotion code for a 100 replacement of the bag. Great customer service very impressed. This pack packs in a suitcase like a folded shirt yet carries a lot for a prepper. Like me, I travel for business and want a pack in case of emergencies. This pack goes in my business laptop bag all folded up in case I ever needed it.

I have had been looking for a light backpack for a while and this one it is not only very light, but also has a lot of space. I use it every day since I bought. Sometimes I put a lot of stuff inside and the only weight I have to carry is the weight of my things inside because the backpack it’s almost weightless at a first look. I thought that the bag would dismantle itself in a few weeks, but no it ended up being very sturdy either.

However, you have to be sure to arrange things inside in a way that they won’t be annoying your back, because the backpack doesn’t have a cushion between its interior and your back, because it is light right on the image you can see. My venture pal backpack that has almost two months of heavy use and behind is the heavy laptop backpack that I use twice a week to carry my laptop between home and office. The venture palette is definitely not appropriate for carrying a laptop.

Do not try that. So. After getting the item, I have to say it is exactly what I was hoping for. The material is tint like and as described it is double layered at the bottom. It can be zipped into itself making it about one times, one times two, so it can be easily stored in a bigger bag. It come equipped with a chest, strap ensuring it stays put, no matter what the chest strap also has a bright orange whistle attached to it for easy access.

The shoulder straps are padded and it weighs next to nothing overall for the price. It’s a great, buy, pretty nifty little pack very light and decent strength for the weight fits a bunch just took it for a 24 mile hike. I put my full-sized camel back bladder in it too. My only drive is, I suggest you include an s clip for the zippers or you buy one. If you plan to pack a lot with my camelbak platter, it ended up unzipping and spilling some of my stuff.

I just tied some paracord through the zipper straps and it was fine so glad I bought this travel bag. The side pockets are a perfect size for my water bottle, and that was important to me. It holds plenty of items and was perfect for each excursion on our cruise. The only issue I had was when the inside material started to flare out, slash unravel, but once I trimmed it, it didn’t happen again. Overall, I recommend it because it’s a great product and is serving its purpose thanks for a great priced product, click link in description for more reviews.

And welcome today we’re going to take a look at this venture pal that this little thing here can fit all this stuff on the table. Inside of it no well, I figured and I’m going to prove you wrong. First of all, let’s open it up and see what’s inside what we see here is a very nice little backpack. Now, let’s take a look inside here’s, the small compartment which features an additional pocket where you can put your phone here is the large compartment. It features an additional pocket, a pocket that you can close with a zipper and a waterproof compartment for your wet step.

Now, let’s see how much of this stuff we can put inside this little baby, great with 40 liters of storage space. This backpack features a multi-compartment design, including one main zip compartment, one zip front pocket and two side, pockets for bottles or umbrellas. One separator and one small zippered pocket, make it easier for you to further organize your things, and the large capacity provides enough space for all of your things. As we can see, everything fits very nicely now.

Let’s put it on this backpack features adjustable straps for comfort. Also, it has double shoulder padding to reduce the stress on your shoulders and in addition, the shoulder padding is breathable. Also, there is a safety lock here we go venture pal offers a white kaleidoscope of colors and patterns from classic black to colorful leaf patterns, no matter whether you’re looking for something simple or something trendy, there is always a style that suits your taste. It is an ideal gift for your friends or family.

You.

Hello Amazon here to do a really fast, a folding backpack, and here we see it in the folded up version and I do like that. When it’s folded up, it has a carrying handle and then there’s also a slot in the back and also a zipper. So you can store things so when you have that folded up, it’s not completely useless. You can actually carry it with. You know some stuff in it. So let me open it up and we will take a look at the full bag.

I’ll, probably speed it up so that you don’t have to suffer through me unfolding. So let’s go into turbo speed all right. So there we go. This is the bag unfolded. It is about the size of a normal backpack which I do like and each side, let me see, has the water bottle pocket which I like very much now. This is basically a a windbreaker material, so it starts off pretty waterproof, but after a little bit of rain, the water does start to go through so I live in Seattle.

So I will cover this with a waterproofing spray, virtually no matter what I like that it does have the reflecting tabs here. It doesn’t look too obnoxious, but it does add a bit of you know, reflect ability or safety when you’re in a parking lot. I work at a company that has a parking lot, that’s about almost a mile from where I have to go to work, so I do have to trudge through the parking lot in the dark.

So those are nice, reflectors, I like it, the bag is black. It’s simple, you can get other colors, but overall you got that front. Pouch here which can be used. This is actually what everything folded into, but it’s a usable pouch which is nice, and it does have that that a mesh pocket that you can put things into and then it has a pocket up top in the front which is nice. Let me turn it around and it actually is not very deep in the front.

Sorry, it’s hard to see with the light there, but it’s basically just about a hands length deep, but you can put glasses or anything. You want up in there, so that is the main outer pocket, as well as the one that the bag folds into, and then you just have the inside pouch, which has these clips to hold it shut and it unzips about 2/3 of the way down, which is nice to that and books don’t spill out if the bag comes unzip or if you happen to leave on zip, so it will it’s open and then you basically have just a standard inside of the bag.

Nothing too fancy. You’ve got the main compartment with one flap, where you can kind of slide something behind a laptop or tablet. However, I usually don’t recommend carrying laptops or tablets in these foldable portable bags, because there is no support on the bottom. It is basically just a windbreaker width of material, so when you set it down it really just clunk down and it doesn’t offer any protection for the electronics you may have inside.

So overall, this is one of the better foldable bags. It just opens up to what looks like a really normal full-size, backpack I think the colors are awesome with the fluorescents I. Really. Actually do like that, the clip here is orange. It’s a nice accent, it’s also a safety whistle, so you can blow into there. If you need help, it’s a good thing to know that that’s there, because I think a lot of people might not even realize it’s there, but that chest strap really.

You know, helps the the bag be comfortable when there’s a lot of weight. My only complaint I suppose is just how thin the straps are. I, don’t know if you can see that there’s not a lot of padding there there’s some and it is breathable, but it’s pretty thin and when the bag gets heavy, it doesn’t offer a lot of comfort. So overall I man I might give this bag 5 stars. This is the best folding bag.

I’ve seen it’s full size. It’s got all the pockets that I need and it just works well. So if you have any questions, please let me know down in the comments thanks for taking a look. Hopefully this gives you an idea as to what the bag actually looks like. It is very nice. Thank you for taking a look. Have a good day.

Closer look at this venture, pals backpack, so venture mouth makes great outdoorsy 40 bags. Things like that today, I’m going to be showing you, the 35 liter backpack I have done they’re smaller bag before and so I’m really liking all the qualities about this larger one. First of all, it is a packable backpack, so it falls into a small pouch, and this pouch is actually an active part of the backpack, because you don’t worry about carrying around a separate pouch.

It is attached and I’ll show you where that fits in. So on the pouch itself. You’ve got this bag with a zipper in the compartment. This is actually the front pocket of the backpack. So when you unzip fist, let’s kind of convenient handle for you to carry around so it’s great if you’re out somewhere, that you need a bag one way, but not the other way, you might hold it down into a pouch or it’s good to travel with or storms.

If compact, okay, so here’s how it unwraps, like this I’m just going to pull down I’ll, show you how to fold it up to at the end, this video. Okay and then this was the outside pouch right here and it becomes the inside pocket. So you’ve got that dual zipper, so it’s on both sides and then there so I’ve got a single zipper. That’s got one on both sides in that pouch. It also has another pouch up here in the front. It has a single difference and then you’ve got two zippers for easy opening for your large pack for your large pocket.

Okay. So here it is so you can see it. It’s almost the entire length, my back it’s longer and it’s great for, if you’re out, like with family or your going to be out longer that you’re carrying more because it’s a thirty five liter and you’ve got a good length there and good storage space in this now I’m. The material of this is both water resistant and tear resistant. It’s heavy duty, but it’s also very thin water roll off of this no problem doesn’t matter if it gets wet great for some outdoor activities.

You’re gonna be hiking through a stream or it starts to rain. This is a good one great to have while camping. It is very lightweight, it’s only point, seven pounds when it’s empty, so really what you’re carrying is basically the weight of your equipment, which is so great for so many outdoor things. You can wear this while biking make it as light as you want. It’s not going to throw off your balance. Okay, so let me show you the side: pockets.

Next, you’ve got these deep mesh pockets, which are very wise because you’ve got a good length here, so you could put those big bottles in here and they would fit just fine- and you also have this snap right here. So if you’ve got a longer bottle that you can hold it in place and you can adjust their tech got that on both sides. Okay, you also have a little strap opening right here that you could clip things on to whatever you might be needing for your outdoor use.

That’s kind of convenient to have let’s open this up and take a look at the big pouch. Okay and the zippers are all really nicely made another place with them. So you got this big deep pouch. Now it is double reinforced at the bottom here, like I, said this material is strong but very thin, so on the double reinforcement, especially on a bag that you can carry more and that you will probably end up putting more weight in it’s really great to have so that is strong there and really pleased with the durability of the bottom of that bag.

You also, in addition to just having this big empty pouch. You’ve got some pockets for organization, so there is a pocket in the front for you to fit small items and there is a pocket in the back also for some bigger ones that go about the back area back here, that’s pretty deep, okay, so that’s nice to have. Let me show you the strap I really like these straps. Also, you could be carrying lots of weight and it’s got the clip that goes across here and you’d be comfortable.

These are mesh and it’s got a little foamy pad underneath and it’s really breathable. So if you’re out and it’s hot and you’re sweating, you’re going to be able to get air flow going through there I know sometimes when you’re backpacking those straps get hot and heavy on your back and then you can also take off some of that pressure and weight with this clip here. Okay, have you carry it differently, so that’s nice to have, especially with a 35 litre when you’re getting a little bit bigger, you’re gonna be putting more items in and you’re gonna have more weight.

So it’s nice to have good straps little balance that way, and then, of course, you can adjust these two nicely to fit you. However, you need to get that weight off of your back and keep you comfortable. So this is just a great package very well thought out very nicely made just solid and great I’m gonna show you now how it folds up. Okay, I, don’t really feel confident wearing this, but I’m gonna get good use out of it.

That’s gonna be durable. Okay. So, as you remember, this is the outside here and it just held up into that. So what I’ll do is hold in the sides like so and then I’m gonna fold, this down like this, and basically you just turn it inside out at that point. So I fold it in one side and then the other side and I did two folds down and then you’ll flip it inside out gonna have to do a little bit of tucking with the straps and then you can.

The breakfast house can see that took me just a minute, so you empty it out zipper closed either for storage or, if you’re going to be traveling somewhere, where you know you’re going to be doing some hiking or backpacking, or something like that, and you don’t have to carry these huge, elaborate backpacks. You can just have this, throw it into your suitcase. We recently took a trip to Hawaii where we wanted to do some hiking and we especially wanted to go through like waterfalls and trails and things like that where we would be getting wet, and so this would have been awesome to have because I could have just knitted up, threw it in my suitcase and doesn’t weigh that much point.

Seven pounds, but it’s there for me to pull out and use, but I, don’t have to carry a whole huge backpack that I’m trying to cram it. So some great qualities about these. This is the excellent to travel with to use for your after activities, I’m very pleased with the durability and the quality water resistant, tear, resistant, excellent bag.

Hey I’m, just an adventure pal, so you, sir, show you how it works. It’s very simple! Really! These are the type that fold into each self. Just like that open up, yes, a little bit, then you like I, need the bagging later on justice, backpacking away pop it out right here. Show you how it’s all done you gotta using these, because they’re lightweight I cut my jack in there. I put my winter coat in the onees before as well, but this one is the larger one, I believe.

So it’s gonna be a little larger, which is great. The whole more right. I use this more compact multiflora, but just please we use you know it’s and outside of the phone before you open all the way is that there’s a strap you hold on to mesh pocket right here, let’s say: there’s a accessible, so you have regular spot here. Nylon wrap following there’s the mesh pocket zipper very smooth out the bag, so popular that I get stuff.

So you see it has a little whistle portion right here, so you’re blown the whistle you need for any emergencies or anything like that. Straps are a pre-installed for you, you off to install these traps, whether you see a strap, you see, house, you know just stuff through in and up to the front. So it’s very simply looped and you can also hear these are patent like slightly source like padding on here, it’s mesh for breathability, and then you know it’s the whole bag nylon, basically, except the mesh asylum material is very water resistant, it rain all sudden you’re sitting on the park or anything like that.

You know it gets spinning splash zone, you get /, so nobody I watch out for and how it can be protected. And you see here back in the front side where the original portion was the sympathetic of this and here’s a loop when I on loop, pockets, very big nice and wide you put a water bottle for a deep in it. Nessa Stein here just press see right here. This portion of top there’s one different touch: free access, non-material, all the way around still and, of course, the larger compartment.

So Department has different emotional. You know cept, it’s also cover that goes over the zipper, so it never rains the cover of particular zip River amazing inside same thing about here there’s a slight little edge. It goes across, but it doesn’t put all the way book main form. It does have that protection. It goes week for itself, has a low extra pocket front tuck in the back down with the laptop backpack and right down the center.

There is a larger area where you have any store so you’re here. That’s how I it it is. It has pretty good mouth, so you definitely put a coat in here. Can you fold it right off it? Roll right in there hey before you put, or you put like two jackets here as well, so once you tell that sit right up, oh yeah easy adjust. All these dresses parts were hearing, it has eclipsed on the front too okay, everything together and then, when you’re done, you want to put it away right.

So I do simply never liked this side up, get ready to roll with my backup so get this staff close each other, and you want to get that part ready as well. So your part line will this plugin just walk in keep a couple rolls down the center just like this, and your back right into the bag is so it may not be yeah. It’s compact that was initially, but you really don’t need it back on packing sun n shade’s up around flip these sides up just like this.

We’re kind of up like this press down a little bit and pull on the zipper just like them. So wholesale tu, leche y su me comment and I’ll, see you out by the hey thanks for watching this venture pal.

Reviews and reviews life, hacks and products that would change your life and motivate you to live the adventure in this video I’m gonna review. This awesome, packable backpack that is used, maybe for a day trip a weekend trip something like that where you can only take a carry-on and you can throw this in there and it can make life much easier when you need a day pack and you need to go on an adventure, alright guys, if you guys are new to this channel, please consider subscribing I’ve.

Do a lot of reviews like this and I also do a couple of blogs. So if you like this video leave me a comment or a like, it’s really beneficial for me, and it helps me out to keep on doing these in the future. Okay. So let’s get started with this product alright. So this is the backpack. This is a 35 litre backpack and it doesn’t seem like it when it’s folded down this small in the front. We have nothing basically other than the logo, it’s mint or PAL.

Ok and the back. We have a pocket that we can. You know put whatever you want in there in the front. We have this mesh pocket with a zipper on it. Ok, so that’s useful, and then we have this. Handle I mean I. Can picture me clipping this to another backpack or just grabbing it on like this. It doesn’t really matter is just a handle there. Okay, so when we unfold the backpack, alright, it turns into a 35 litre backpack, which is really light you’re, basically only carrying the material, the backpack plus, whatever you put in it, and this is it okay, babak’s put the backpack on me.

This is how big it is all right and almost six one do so. It’s pretty big on the sides. It has two water bottle. Containers, okay, match containers right here: two water bottle holders, I’m, sorry for not containers and the front it has its first compartment, which is really good for quick access to things like chapstick, your wallet, anything valuable that you want to put in here. You can take it out easily, you not to be going and digging through your backpack, like some bigger backpack stories, just like nidalee a sack this in front is the backpack the compartment where it folds down.

Okay. If we open it up, it’s going to be the same thing that I already showed you the mesh pocket with the zipper and then another place to put things in the back. So if I fold that up and the main compartment of the backpack, which is really spacing I, really liked it, we have a laptop holder in the back that holds up to 15, inches I, think and it has a pocket in the bottom of the backpack, which I also do a close up here soon and canes you’ll have a lap time.

You can also put papers in here what I do, because this doesn’t have enough cushion for my laptop and I’m scared that it can break I. Put my laptop in a sleeve, then I put it in here. Okay, usually, when I carry my laptop on my carry-on, it’s in its sleep anyways, so I just take it out with the sleeve put it in here and it’s cushion and it’s ready to go, and then I also put my DSLR, which I’m shooting this with on the bottom, and it’s protective because my DSLR has its own bag as well.

So I just put the bag in here, but it’s all right in there with the sleeve my laptop is protected and boom I have a daypack ready to go on the sides. It does have some clips. This is awesome because when you don’t have much in the backpack, things tend to go back and forward and backwards a lot and that’s kind of annoying. Sometimes so you can tighten these up and it prevents that from happening. So that’s also a good feature in the back.

We have another clip a chest clip, and this is awesome because, when you’re hiking and doing outdoor activities, your security backpack is gonna go off flying. So this keeps it secured. I, always love a clip. What I’m going hiking, because I’m always bent forward- and you know it’s just more comfortable and more secure- it feels like if you’re, shorter or taller it doesn’t matter, because these are our adjustable. So that’s a nice feature that it has, and it also has a whistle okay.

So in case you get lost or anything. This is also helpful, so yeah guys that’s pretty much the backpack, and here let me show you one more time how easy it is to fold I know. Sometimes when you buy stuff like this, it comes out in the ninth, a nice small packet and then, when you’re about to fold it you’re, just like man. This is so hard to fold in, like that kinda like a sleeping bag right, so look I’m, not even gonna. Try hard at all I’m, just gonna put this in here as fast as I can I’m not trying to make this video so long, because the backpack is simply just awesome and water-resistant.

So there it is okay, it’s like 20 seconds we’re back at the beginning, so yeah. If you guys like this video again leave me a comment. Leave me in, like whatever you guys, want, feel free to also ask more questions if you do have more questions and that will leave the link to the backpack in the bottom. Alright, with the quick description two of the chips I’ve taken it on well yeah for now keep exploring keep believing and we’ll see you on the next one: okay, peace.

Hey everyone: this is Alex, saying I’m, venture pal, it’s basically a lightweight backpack that folds up into a little pouch and I, really like it I mean I. Think it’s a great deal, one of the reasons I bought. It was because it has this blaze, orange color, and if you hunt like me, you know you sometimes don’t know. If you want to bring stuff with you or not, and the event that you do, you can always throw this in your with your gear and turn it into backpack.

So the way you do it is you unzip, and it’s pretty neat. Actually, the pouch that it’s in is actually the main pocket for the backpack. You fold it over, so you can close up a little pop. You came in and end up with, it’s basically a backpack there. It is. It’s got the straps now this backpack, because it’s so lightweight doesn’t have really any padding on it.

I haven’t tried it in a long hike, yet I’m taking up hunting a couple times but they’ve been relatively short walks. You can see, got some straps, not much padding on it due to flight weight capabilities, but it does have straps. So we’re going to show you I’m going to close it up, put it on the backpack. You can see lightweight.

It does have some snaps up in the front too. If you want it to secure it extra once you’re done with it, I do like the weight, folds up again, basically unzip the little pocket on the back side and fold it over, and basically your entire bag. Folds right in so I know you guys probably can’t see it now. If I’m the table in front of me and you fold it up a couple times and then it just literally stuffs itself right back into the pocket, then it came with like I said before: I really do like it.

It is lightweight. There is no padding on it. Sometimes it’s not as important, depending on how far your you’re going to go with it, but Annette goodbye, I, bought it between 15 and 20 dollars on Amazon feel free to check out the links below and if you want to order it order. It up talk to you guys soon later, bye, bye,.

-, this is the common sense professor here and today, I’m going to be looking at the venture pal 20 litre lightweight, packable backpack. This is from Metro pal, the group and it can be found on Amazon for 1859, and so it’s pretty awesome the great thing about this backpack is: it has a lifetime warranty, so you can see. It’s very compact here made a really good, durable material, we’re going to unpack this there. You can see just a little bit portable backpack. This would be great to take on trips as decent, padding and the shoulder straps here.

It seems to be very well made I’m going to look at the zippers here in a minute. It has side pocket there, another side pocket in front you got which is really deep. Then you have another zipper here, got another deep pocket in there and then inside the main area. We’ve got a little storage compartment here and the good thing about the way this pouch is made is that you can store stuff inside of this pouch and you’ve got another pouch in the back there, all right so for eighteen dollars. This is a great Buy, it’s a venture.

Pal 20, liter, backpack and I will fill it up and you should be able to see how big it is with Apple at the very beginning. That is very compact and lightweight. It has a double layer, bottom piece here, so this is actually double layered for extra support at the bottom. Okay, it also has the adjustable buckles, and it has this side that you can expand it or if you want to cinch that down, you can as well all right. So this is a great little compact backpack check it out. You can link use the link below the description to get it on Amazon.

Good hunting packs are hard to find Walmart carries these field line, Pro Series, packs, they’re, pretty nice and really cheap I mean you can’t beat the prices on them. This one here is $25 00 without that with heavy duty code or uh, very double stitched, adjustable straps on everything. It’s kinda, just metier for clenching it down. It’s like carrying handles here here, a loop really heavy-duty adjustable back straps on it chest, strap waist, strap all adjustable, really heavy-duty good buckles on it.

Everything’s secure um. This really secure packs, really heavy-duty foot and also a lot of compartments on these trying to show them the best they can, but on this particular pack it was 25 bucks. It has this iPod pouch up here, so we’re kind of shallow got a headphone for it. You could also put a small Camelback in it. I use it from my camera, the same camera record to do it now, I. Take it with me hunting! So I can video my hunts.

It’s got this large, it’s a compartment here, no dividers or anything in it. Just one big large compartment put clothes whatever shoes in there. Then it’s got this other compartment here. It’s kind of a medium size has dividers pen holders. You can put your license in here. All kinds of stuff got a a lanyard loop for your keys. I’ve got some knives in here some black bags, and then you have your smallest compartment, which has new dividers in it.

I keep binoculars my ammo and all that stuff in there. These are I, say small, but I’m. You know my whole arm goes in there, so it’s quite large and then, like I, said it’s so sensible down with this, and they also have a Mali style webbing on there. Molly’s will work on the on this particular pack, while the attachments work on these, but they sell their own attachment packs, which I’ll show you in a minute this guy there’s bungee stuck on the sides.

You can put drinks in there. I got growph in this. One. I’ve got 50 foot worth the heavy room in there for when I get to a climbing all the zippers have these lanyards with a little rubber o-ring on I’m. Sorry things real quiet. Is it prison fairly quiet they’re? Not real heavy-duty zippers they’re, not big, like ak’s they’re, pretty small, but overall it’s a heavy duty. Pat stop patting on the back here where it was against your back.

Realtree AP camo, not no cheap chintzy camo is realtree AP and then everything else is done like a grayish, color kind of a brown, so it all blends in, but then um before I book, perches that one I had this one here and it’s a smaller pack, but it was only ten bucks seemed basic Ghazali. It’s got one large compartment here with, though dividers and nothing in it. Like I, say clothes, shoes whatever. Then it has this one with the with a small divider here and here, and then this pouch in the middle.

It’s also pretty large same bungee thing on one side, then it’s got their Molly. On the other side, you have a pocketknife. While the clips on here seem clip your knives on here and you can also buy accessory pouches I. Have one I’ll show you in a minute this one doesn’t physic plate is nice, it doesn’t have the padding on the back has adjustable straps the door bottom, that’s important that the bottom is heavy-duty hook there and you can hold it by this -.

Oh right there, this one’s, pretty nice of ten bucks, I mean you can’t beat that for that, and it also comes in with this one: has the red trim on it, but they also sell it with paint trim whirl. This will be paint which is a good. If you have a girl that likes the hot part you like pink, then this attache is on there like a Molly style deal, but it’s a little bit different. This was like five dollars holds your bullets got this velcro spot here, license holder, more bullet holders, small pouch up front little handy.

You could put like binoculars and your bullets in here, and it’s got these retention things too, that when it’s hanging off the pack it will just don’t everything out zipper pockets in there, I mean just for the price. You can’t beat these bags. I love, mine, I, haven’t had a single issue with them new zipper failures on that stuff, they’re, just really nice for hunting and even like just school for your kids or if you just need a pack for camping or anything I mean if you don’t necessarily camo that these are still cheaper than a lot of heavy duty.

Camping backpacks, it’s just nice to have one that you can may I can throw all my stuff in this hang stuff off the outside of it. If I need to expand it and go out with it so and depend on it, I depend on my bag as I walk through the woods with um the briars catching. When you see, there’s no fuzzies hanging on that stuff, they’re very, very heavy-duty, and you can take I mean if you don’t like the all these retention strategy.

I never use I having sent some down or anything but I like this one one here, because I showed my mag light that I’m about to do a review on tonight. Also I show my mag light down in here and it sticks up through here, and it won’t fall out of course, unless you turn it upside down, but you just can’t beat the price I really don’t like shopping at Walmart I, really don’t like their calls. But if you go anywhere else, you just can’t find a pack for this kind of price of this quality, so I mean I’ve.

Looked these up online. Also few line makes good stuff I’ve never tried any of their clothing or anything. But these pro series, backpacks are definitely professional grades, so I definitely look into them. If you’re looking for a hunting pack, like I, said 25 dollars for the bigger this bigger one, they have one, that’s even bigger than this. It’s like 35, it’s got actually has rods down here, to keep it straight, it’s more like a rucksack style and then six bucks for this little expansion pack, and then this one here is $10 and they even have fanny packs and things like that that are even cheaper.

So you, whatever size capacity, you need that they probably can meet your needs, so check your local Walmart’s, huntin section or get online and look em up, but I. Definitely like these, my favorite pack so far, I’ve had a couple other ones. The Gander Mountain brand packs aren’t bad but you’re. Looking at $40 to get started, I mean 25 bucks out the door for their their medium grade. Pack is not bad, but uh.

That’s about it. Please comment rate subscribe thanks for watching.

Today, I got the alpha ops de pack from field line, so stick with me, alright, guys so field lines known for making affordable hunting packs, and you can usually pick them up at sporting goods stores or your local grocery slash sporting goods stores. So I picked this pack up for one reason and one reason only: it was 25 bucks, and so it’s you know, it’s a get home bag size or day pack, size and I just wanted to know how it compared to some of the other little more expensive packs that I have and so I’m going to go through the features and the options.

It is very comfortable, as you can see, it rides well on the back. It does have the adjustable sternum strap in the front, and it does have the elastic there that I do love that allows for the shoulders to separate just a little bit, no D rings or anything on the straps themselves, but they are nicely padded. They do have the the air mesh in the back, so they are quite comfortable. There is no hip belt, although there is Clips here that you would be able to put your own on.

If you did want to throw a strap on there, you could definitely do so, but it’s such a small and lightweight pack that you really it’s not really necessary. So on the side here you can see that you have a water bottle and we’ll go more into depth. You got Molly and things like that, give you guys the rear view and that’s what the other side looks like. So all in all, pretty comfortable pack I’m pretty happy with the comfort of it, and you know: I’ve got it loaded full with my get home bag contents, because that’s really what I figured this pack would be good for either a day pack out in the woods or in an urban environment or a good pack to put in your vehicle.

So let’s take a closer look. This is the alpha ops de pack from field line. Like I said they do make some pretty affordable hunting equipment and they came out with this tactical line, so you can get. They have a few different bags in their tactical line. They have the Alpha series which comes in this size and then a larger size. They have the Omega series which comes in a couple. Different sizes as well, but, like I, said I picked this up because it was 25.

Bucks and I just wanted to see how the quality compared to some of the more expensive packs that have so far I’m fairly impressed with it. Like I said it is pretty comfortable. So so, let’s take a look around at the pack here, starting with the top. You have a padded handle here, which seems to be stitched in pretty well. There’s no box stitching or anything like that, but you know it does seem to be in there stitched in there really well, and it is padded.

So that’s kind of a nice feature there. On the back side, you have a zip which has a fleece lined pouch there, which would be great for stashing sunglasses or cellphone a lot of times when I’m going on a day, hike or something like that. You got you off, you know, especially if you don’t have a case for your cell phone. You got to kind of throw it in with the rest of your gear and it can get scratched, and things like that, so the fleece lined is nice.

As far as zips go, you can see that they’re they’re pretty just basic zips. You know nothing really fancy about them. They are on the outside and they do have just regular nylon cord here, no paracord or anything, although you could easily change that out for paracord pulls. So that’s not really a big deal, I added a couple of the little Clips here, which I think come in handy on any pack. It does have the hook and loop here for a nameplate, it’s a more hook and loop here for morale patch, or something like that.

It does have a couple rows of Molli up top here and looks like four channels the molle down below looking at the sides. You do have a nice water bottle holder here with elastic. This would hold just this I believe this is like a 24 ounce and it would also hold a 32 ounce Nalgene, no problem. It does have compression straps here on the side that you can obviously use to compress the pack down once you have a full of stuff, which is a nice feature, I like that I, really like the fact that they had in these little plastic keepers here, which I find are really handy on, so that when you have excess webbing and things like that, you can just use this little elastic keeper to to keep it kind of clean and everything keep it from flopping around.

So I do like that. That’s a nice added touch there that not all bags do have you’ve got ports on both sides. Here these are just velcro ports for your hydration. It does fit a up to a 2 liter like Camelback, or something like that hydration pouch. So it does have ports on both sides. It is made of pretty decent material here, it does seem like it would hold up. Pretty well doesn’t seem quite as heavy duty as some of the other packs, but does seem like some pretty high quality nylon.

I wasn’t really able to find out the specs on their website. It does have the flaps that cover the zippers which I like so that’s an added plus that has the little flap that folds over the zipper it’ll help it. You know help keep it a little bit more watertight, although the important one where you would probably stash your cellphone does not have any kind of protection there. So you may not want to put your cellphone up top if it’s raining and you don’t have a pack cover.

So looking on the left side here, I just attached a fixed blade knife here to the molle there’s, let’s see if there’s like at least four or five rows of Molli there. So pretty simple to hook things to the side like I said, the other side does have some Holley up top, but then it does have the the water bottle holder down below, and it is nice to have the water bottle outside of your pack. Whether it’s included like this or you have an external water bottle pouch.

It is kind of nice to get that out from the inside of your pack. Not only does a save room on the inside of the pack, but it also obviously allows you to quicker access to your water when you’re on the move. If you don’t have a hydration bladder looking at the backside here again, it does have decent padded straps they’re, not they’re, not overly padded with had enough for this size bag. It’s a fairly small bag, so I find it actually is pretty comfortable.

It just has some basic hooks here: no D rings or anything like that. So pretty simple on the straps. It does have some of the air mesh padding here, which is nice too, on the shoulders and one on the where your your s well er back there. So that is pretty nice again. It adds to the to the comfort of the pack, which is a nice feature. It doesn’t have any sort of keepers or anything like that for your drink tube. If you were to throw your drink tube down here, you’d want to get some some keepers or something to to keep your your hose in line there, but not that big of a deal again.

It doesn’t have any hip belt, but it does come with little attachments here that you could throw some webbing in there and and run a hip belt if you wanted to again not really necessary. In my opinion, on the bottom, you have two grommets for drainage, which is kind of nice, and then you have some extra nylon webbing here. If you wanted to to attach something else to to the bottom, such as a bad word or playing guitar. So let’s go ahead and look at the the pouches here on the alpha ops de pack.

You’ve got the front compartment here, which is sort of like an admin or utility compartment. You’ve got a top zip here for things that you want. You know quicker access to then, of course, you’ve got the main compartment. One of the things that you’ll see- that’s really nice about this pack is that it has lots of internal storage, lots of internal zips and flaps, and things which myself I don’t really find. Is that necessary, because I kind of stash my things in different pouches, but if you’re, one of those guys that likes a lot of organization in the pack itself, which is nice to have in a get home bag, not so much in a bug out bag in my opinion, but in a pack that you have in the vehicle or something like that, where you might only grab certain items, you know it is nice to have that added organization.

So we’ll take a look at that. Alright, so taking a look at the front here, you can see that it, it does unzip all the way and it clamshells out, which is kind of nice. Definitely nice, because you have a lot of access to your pack. The negative part about that is, if you were to hang it from a tree or something and want to access. You got to be careful that you don’t have heavy things in here that would kind of just roll out if you open that too far so I’ve got a pair of gloves in here.

It’s got like I said it’s got just a lot of little flaps and pouches in the bottom. Here I’ve just got my handheld radio extra batteries I threw a Leatherman here in the in the front flap on this side, I just have a notebook with a pencil and a pen. It does have a back flap here behind that which I have just some hand warmers and one behind that it’s got another zip, which I have some just some 95 masks, so I’ve, just kind of loaded.

This up to see what I could carry and things like that and how the organization was so pretty happy with that in the front flap here I’ve got a full map of Michigan. There I’ve got a couple: glow sticks on this side and some cordage. So I turn this around. You can see what that flap kind of looks like here. It’s on the front front of the flap there and then in the back rest of the organization and pouches and flaps and things it does have two keepers not either side, if you’re a keeper guy and want to throw a keychain or something on there.

You could definitely accomplish that. Putting zip that back up in the front here, it’s a small zipped compartment, there’s no storage or anything like that or no zippers or anything. It’s just simply. Just an open, open, zip there and I just have a a Clif Bar. Therefore, for quick and easy access you might want to throw some hand sanitizer in there, something like that. Have nice and quick access to that. So, let’s take a look at the main compartment here.

The main main pouch here and like I said it does have the compression straps on either side, which you can unclip and they do ride nicely behind your water bottle or behind something that you attach with Molly such as the knife on this side. There’s no issues with that. Now this side does zip down quite a ways it zips down all the way down on this side. Since you do have the water bottle holder, it only zips down. You know about halfway, which isn’t that big a deal? You know you can access all your items from this side again, you do want to be careful that if you unzip it too quickly, if this is hanging from a tree or something you know, your items do have the tendency to kind of fall out with that sort of half clamshell design.

So inside here, I’ve just got a little personal survival kit with fire-starting items. Some some my first-aid things like that I’ve got a hammock in there got some extra socks for my boots. I’ve got a shoe McGinn there, which always comes in handy some gloves, and a beanie hat they’re getting a little bit colder. That’s some heavy-duty trash bags and then on the bottom. Here I’ve got my jet boil and extra thing of gas like I, said I kind of just threw everything from my other get home bag into here to see how it would compare and definitely everything fits with us with lots more room.

Actually in this small pack, you as small as this is. You are able to cram a lot of stuff in here and I by no means have it all the way full in the back here you do have an elastic flap here, which I just have a survival blanket or tarp stuff in there and then on the front here, as I was talking about the organization earlier, you do have to zip mesh compartments that you can see in which is really nice, I think if there have zip compartment, they are nice to be able to to see into so up top here.

I’ve just got some kind of first aid in just toiletry type items. I got some bug spray, some sunscreen there’s my hand. Sanitizer I got some some tissues and some baby powder in that one and then in the bottom, I just have some utility type items. I got some bungee cords and a roll of guerrilla tape, so the organization is really nice and if you’d rather have it organized that way, rather than in pouches that you can just grab and go or pull out what you need, then this pack would definitely accommodate that.

It does have a lot of different places for for storage within the pack itself, all right guys so I hope you enjoyed this. Look at the Alfa ops de pack by field line. It’s a pretty comfortable pack and for 25 bucks. I’d say it’s definitely a winner. What I use this as my main pack, that I took out into the field everyday or as a main day pack? Probably not you know, I’d, probably go for something, that’s a little bit higher quality.

You know it has a little bit lower quality, straps and webbing. The nylon is a little bit lower quality. The buckles are a little bit lower quality, the zips and the stitching a little bit lower quality, but again for 25 bucks. It makes a fantastic vehicle bag, something that you’re not going to use. That often may be something that you just stash in your vehicle with things that you would need quick and easy access to would make a great get home bag.

You’re. Looking for a pack like this for that type of application, and definitely check out the tactical series by field line, like I said they do make it in a couple different sizes, I, believe it comes in tan or khaki, and black, and also a digital camo as well. Alright, guys make sure you check out worldwide survival comm in November we’re going to be giving away a pack just like this Jam full of stuff, so we’re basically going to give away a whole get home bag in the month of November.

We still have our contest going on for the month of October to win a snug hammock so get over to the forums they’re a worldwide survival comm and sign up for free and join the discussion and learn how you can enter to win. Awesome items like this alpha ops day pack, so I hope you guys enjoyed this video today. Please give it a thumbs up, make sure you leave me some comments below and, as always guys subscribe for more videos.

Hey welcome back to edge reviews today, I’m out hiking, with the wife along the st Croix River here in Minnesota, and doing a little carving, making my little wood spirit fella, which is always so much easier with soft wood. If you pick us a stick off the ground and try to make one of these things, that’s always harder, but anyways today we’re talking about the field line tactical sling pack, the sling packs have been around for quite a while and there’s some good and bad with them.

This is my first sling pack that I’ve ever owned and I’ve done a fair amount with field line, tactical they’re real budget minded company. You know not not like airsoft kind of junk, but not that much. You know higher up on the scale they’re real affordable, but the other thing I like about field line, is a decent amount of padding. According to some of the other packs, I’ve had padding just isn’t necessary and that’s really annoying because I load up packs quite a bit like I’m out with the wife and the kid right now, I’m carrying a majority of things, believe it or not in this tiny sling pack, you know our hammock, our food diapers, a couple blades some things for myself, just like everything we’re going to need for the day it’s in this little pack and over the years I think most of us have started this way.

We started with real big packs and huge ruck sacks like growing up for our day trip, and you still got like a 72-hour kit with you and as you hike more and he just want to enjoy things. Smaller is better and you know back maybe like two or three years ago. You know had the little van quest side, packs the real small ones and I didn’t dig those so much just wasn’t quite enough room in there for me to bring out the family’s gear with somebody always got to bring the baby somebody’s always got to carry the baby right.

So this pack is just a little bit bigger. It’s probably twice the size and I find that this pack actually works pretty well, it’s got a good amount of padding like I mentioned before, and the adjustability is within the range that I need I’m, a big guy, I’m, six, five about 200 pounds and most backpacks. They just come up so high they’re, like a midriff on me, the sling pack, it doesn’t really matter.

I can just adjust the sling down as tight as I need to go and as long as it’s not way too heavy. It doesn’t bother me being on just one shoulder as opposed to two. The thing that this pack does well is on the back. Here. It’s got kind of a mesh going on it’s not as good as as what I’ve seen you know from even like Red Rock gear, or anything like that. Van Quest, Simoes packs have better ventilation and things like that.

But this was a $15 bag. For me, I got it on sale, it’s normally a $30 bag, but I got for 15 bucks. You’re gonna find a couple extra things in here. It’s got a pouch right here, I suppose you could put a laptop or something a tablet in there. It definitely fits Spartan. Armor I have a review coming up for Spartan armor I have some smaller size plates definitely fits one of those real nice. It’s got a little bit of web gear on the sides.

If you want to lay something things through there, I used to lace like a big old blade through there a few different things. It’s got you typical pocket with a bungee for your drink, so your sprays or whatever. It’s got this unit right here, which I’m not hundred percent sure what the purpose of this is other than just cinching down the pack. Overall, we would throw in a sweater in there something like that.

It’s going to have a handle up top, which actually I think is kind of handy. You don’t always want to carry it by this link having a handle on it was not a bad idea, it seems maybe sewn particularly well I just broke a different field line bag and I compared the stitching and the stitching is actually better in this bag. This is newer for field lines, so I was happy with this. It’s got some bungee on front few different things a place for a morale patch, not that I care about that kind of thing.

But it’s just got a superfluous amount of pockets. You can inventory your things. Lifestraw always bring one of those with and actually I mean I had so much stuff in here, I had the hammock I said a couple: blades I had some wooden here. That was picking up. You know and carving I had food for the day, all the food for the day, some stuff for the baby, diapers extra things I had a ground mat straps some paracord kind of a lot of stuff here and surprising, because this bag is not huge and it’s fairly light.

You just don’t need as much as you think you do when you go on these dates, so this pack is plenty sufficient, but usually what people care about is the main power and the main pouch I still have some stuff in here right now, in this main pouch area right here, this backpack zips open all the way. In fact, let me uh, let me change angle, a camera, so you can see inside st Croix. River I love this area, alright, so this backpack, if you can see inside here it actually zips like 3/4 way, it’s a little bit unique, but I can do it one-handed here, so it zips like 3/4 way and right now, I’ve just got like a shemagh and a blade and a saw and a couple things in here.

But it’s got all these dividing pieces in here and it’s real handy for a range bag. I use this for range bag. A lot we’ve got the capability to strap things down and tighten it up a little bit. I would say this has a similar capacity capacity to carry things as like your typical. You know like your battle bag, like your your typical 17, our battle bag or whatever it’s called those smaller bags- and this are pretty similar, maybe just a hair, more comfort with the two straps with a heavy load.

But if you’re at, if you’re, carrying like 15-20 pounds, this pack is actually really really decent. It’s a couple things I like about the pack I like the ability to loosen and tighten right here to loosen swing around, especially for wear an armor and you’re going to deploy that pistol. You have armor up here, I’m, not sure how likely that is or realistic, but it doesn’t hurt to have that option.

I do like that accessing the pack. If you have the zippers in the right places, you can get into the pack real easy, while you’re walking, you know, I mean, like I, could put my food on top of this rest, your arms, on top of it, it’s kind of a versatile pack, and the thing is this: to pack. This pack took me like I, don’t know a year and a half to get used to it. That’s the downside. It is so unconventional to start carrying a sling pack and learn how to repack things and just not taking as much stuff.

That’s part of it and just the comfort level. You know it took me a long time to get used to this kind of idea, but now that I have it I dig it. It’s definitely a decent idea. It doesn’t come with me all the time on day trips, though sometimes I have enough stuff that it doesn’t fit. Sometimes it’s too small, but pack, if I’m bringing guns and I’m going to do some running gun or I’m, hiking and I’m doing some distance shooting or something this doesn’t always come with me.

Sometimes I have to have a big pack, and so it’s not going to do everything for you, but for the price I think you can still get these packs for right around 20 bucks when they’re on sale for that price. If you don’t have a back pack already, we don’t have a day-trip bag. I suppose this is a great great option at 20 bucks. What else can you say you’re not losing a lot if it doesn’t work out exactly the way you want, throw it in your car, make it an extra vehicle bag or something like that: a bedside bag, whatever you want to do like I said it can hold armor.

There’s a lot of versatility to this thing. If you already have a big I, don’t think it’s going to replace it. That’s my thought. If you already had some sort of little battle big, you know, I can’t remember what I’m thinking of, but just a small size rook. You know if you have a small sized Rock already a day-trip bag. I, don’t think you’re gonna replace it with this there’s, not enough benefits and there’s not enough loss with a regular backpack unless the padding is really really bad.

I’ll say that if the padding is real bad, this one has a superfluous amount of padding, especially in this one strap. They did that great. It seems stitched. Well, the zippers worked great. That’s one thing that always bothers me about crappy bags after last year and I am yeah, I’m really hard, I’m, actually I’m, really hard on this big, especially I, was going to see if I could break this thing and the zippers are bored great I’ve broken any zippers, yet really impressive.

All these little extra compartments and stuff, like that real handy for your date, trips, the fact that you can swing it around it’s a decent little pack and, like I, said I’m six, five 200 pounds and I dig it. It gets the thumbs up for energy reviews. 20 bucks, you don’t have a package go buy one thanks for stopping and thanks for subscribing likes shares all that. We’re gonna try to get you some more gear reviews coming up in the next week.

Thanks you, you.

Vietnam and Singapore doing city breaks, I fought, I put the daylight firmly apart from a spray for its paces and show you what I found so here it is now spoiler alert I’m a big fan of this. So what we’re going to do we’re going to get through the cons first and then goals. The big list of pros that is gone. I would say.

The biggest con to this bag is actually the side mesh pockets which you can use as water water bottle holders just here in here, and they are quite wide and it is quite loose at the top. So, sadly, when you do put in the average size water bottle, which is a 500 milliliter bottle of water, which you can buy at many tourist places or supermarkets around the world, they are a little bit loose.

So when you do put this on the floor, they do have a tendency to fall out and I think on twice two occasions, its falling out on the subway falling out when you put the bag down in the coach, not a big deal, but like say it does happen. So I would like to see payment, maybe in future versions the ability to tighten up the mesh pocket or make it more elastic aid, because it’s not really elasticated at the moment and so yeah.

It is a bit loose. So I’d say that’s probably the biggest con with this backpack the next biggest con. It’s not really a calm and because it is small pack when it is fully loaded with everything you need for the day. If you are gonna use it for two people or you’ve got it fully loaded with a large camera and water. The top carry handle, does put a quite a bit pressure onto your hand, and it does cause your fingers to go numb like say, you’re, probably overloading this, but I would say it could be built a bit better it because it all falls onto one side of the carry handle which makes your fingers going on.

So I think this could be improved in future versions for a better carrying experience. If you do use the top panel to carry it’s another kind of calm, if you do overload this bag, which you shouldn’t do and the shoulder straps can dig into your shoulders a little bit and cause you a bit a little bit discomfort but like say, you’ve got to have quite a bit in this bag, such as water, big camera.

You know battery pack for the day and I do I do think I’m overloading this bag. So you know don’t go crazy on me, but you know I just thought. Maybe it could take a bit more bit more weight than it actually actually did. So that’s a bit of a calm. Okay, that’s pretty much all the cons of this bag. Like I say it is a pretty good bag.

So we’re going to go over the pros. The biggest pros of this bag is it’s the perfect size for one person, it’s pretty good for two people, but for one person it is the perfect size, 13 liters, for a day. Pack is more than enough things. You need to carry jackets water battery packs maps. Things like that. The side mesh pockets are perfect for a medium sized umbrella because you can actually took you under the top webbing and then put it in like so when you go to Hong Kong Thailand, it august/september it’s very humid, so you really need an umbrella um.

But you know like say you need an umbrella for pretty much any day with hot and humid. I would say another great plus about this. Backpack is the fact. The two internal pockets can store either. Two phones which have large like say, I’ve, got a large phone with a case on you can fit that easily and you can also put in a battery pack if needed.

So it’s great for two people of warm people. Another big pro actually found was the bladder section at the back. The bladder pocket I don’t use a hydration bladder I prefer water bottles bolts. As you can see with this pocket, you can actually store all these tickets. For the day, all your maps have any document, that’s flat or anything that you need quick access to, because you don’t need a zip.

You just go in bring it out like that and I think this is a perfect, perfect pocket for tickets, etc. One of the biggest benefits when travelling with a partner or just on your own is the fact that you can get this backpack on on or off very easily, and you can take it off very easily to quick access now. Another great feature is because it’s only got one small pocket on one big pocket when it’s on your back and you’re, trying to tell your partner where something is when it’s on your back: it’s either in the big pocket or the small pocket, which is perfect.

You can’t where they go wrong. Now, don’t get me wrong. This is a small backpack, but it’s perfect for the day. It’s the just about size, so you don’t take too much with you. So you’ve got to pretty much beginning of the day, carefully. Consider what you want to take, which is great, because this will pay off later in the day when you’ve been walking around for hours now another plus is it works perfectly forward-facing, as you can see it’s just as comfortable as it is forward faces as it is back facing.

This is really handy if you go to to is hot spots and you see the signs that say all pickpockets in this area. So it’s perfect because it is a small backpack. It’s perfect for someone’s personal item on a plane. Now you obviously many airlines, you get hand luggage under personal item hand luggage meant to be stored, overhead in the bins personal items have de stored underneath the seat.

This is a perfect size for anyone for a personal item. So by using this backpack, you can take a little bit extra on planes, coaches, trains, and, if you like that another pro with this backpack is, you can actually remove the bottom webbing, which is meant to go around your hips, which I’ve done already I. Don’t really like lots of webbing hanging down so being able to remove that easily is a big plus along with the hydration bladder section.

The laptop section in the main pocket is actually another great place to store documents, tickets, etc. It’s a bit more secure because you have to you actually want to do under the zip to get in, but it’s also a perfect place to store passports if you have to travel with them now. The back of this backpack actually has a supportive layer, and it also is covered with mesh.

This makes it breathe pretty well on your back, I mean nothing’s gonna, breathe great when it’s on your back when you’re, not in the environment, but this breathed pretty well I’ve noticed that it’s probably the best backpack I’ve used in a hot and humid environment and really cuts down that back sweat. So that’s pretty much it.

This has been the daylight 13 liter pack from Osprey I think this is actually the perfect backpack for its size. It’s quick and easy to get off. It’s got just enough room for two people for one people, it’s great size, it breathes well, it’s light. It looks good and I’ll be using this for the foreseeable future. It’s the perfect day pack, what’s the perfect plane accessory, it’s a really good product.

Sure it’s got its cons and I would improve the pockets on the side and the top carry handle, but I’ve only really noticed that with water, so you could put the water somewhere else in the pack, but gym is big in the water should be placed in these side mesh pockets. So there we have it. If you have any questions about this backpack, please do ask.

I will respond to all your questions and thanks for watching please like subscribe and I’ll, see you in the next one.

This is the Osprey daylight 13, the pack kilograms and I plan to use this for city breaks when I get to certain locations abroad or locally just to carry around water. Waterproofs snacks cameras phones, things like that. This is what it looks like on. It’s pretty easy to get off, considering the size. It’s got one small pocket on one big pocket with two water ball holders around the side, the small pocket, it’s pretty small and the big pocket takes up the rest of the room which we’ll go over in a sec.

The water ball holders pretty handy because you can do it. 100 like that, you can sling it round, get it out. Also one-handed put them in quite easy, not too tight. This is a 500 milliliter bottle water. It’s not too tight, so I want to bend right down over because it will just fall out. This seems to work just fine. Now, let’s take a look at the pockets. Okay, let’s take a further look at the pockets. Let’s do the small pocket. First, the small pocket is quite small. As you can probably see, it’s got two pockets internally and key storage.

Here you were put in sunglasses: mobile phones, little battery charges, things like that. This is a pixel XL with a case on fits in the pocket very nicely and it can close very easily. This is inside the pocket so think about it. What you want to put in this pocket it just be phone sunglasses, snacks, keys, battery charges, everything you need for little day trip around around the city when you’re away or if you did a little bit of a hike for the main pocket. I’ve just gotten knocked Eric’s jacket, stuffed in there to put it out and there you can see from the size.

It’s a generous amount of room. This is a 13 inch, MacBook Pro 2015, just about fits in nice and snug, and it’s very comfortable when it’s on your back now because of 2015 model, it will fit in the latest MacBook Pro models quite easily. So if we pad this out even further, then we’ll put the jacket back in and see which room we’ve got left now. I would say with the jacket in takes up about half the available space, so this is still plenty of space for umbrellas, waterproofs, snacks, water.

Anything that you would need really for the day. I wouldn’t say, would hold enough for two people, but like say, if he just got two jackets in it, and water and gadgets camera should work. Just fine. You’ve also got a section at the back, which is for your hydration bladder. Technically, it is a hiking backpacking kind of little rock sack, so it must be like a 1 for the summit. If you decide to go up so there we have it. That is the Osprey daylight 13 link pack I’m, going to use it for out town going to use it for city breaks things like that, it’s a nice little size it will fit in exactly what I needed to fit without the excess.

So look out for it in future videos. We all give you a full review. This has just been a bit of an overview because I tried looking online and I couldn’t see any you know images of the inside pockets. So if you do buying a line now, you know exactly how big it is. So thanks for watching, please like subscribe and I shall see you soon and look after this pack in my future videos.

With the daylight series by Osprey is going on guys welcome to another gear review with outdoors oriented. My name is John, and today we’re going to be looking at the daylight series by Osprey, we’ll start with the daylight in the daylight plus, as both of these backpacks have a lot of similarities in their features. Now, let’s see that they both have compression straps and that’s to secure your gear on the inside, there’s also a stash pocket at the top.

That’s for quick access like your passport, some money, some sunglasses there’s also two mentioned water- bottle pockets on the sides. They both have a rigid foam back. That’s to add some structure and some comfort to it and there’s also a sleeve for compatible Osprey hydration bladders. You also notice that they have tabs in each corner of the backpack, and this is to make it compatible with some of Osprey travel and backpack bags.

You can actually attach them to them now. Some of the differences with the daylight plus is the size. It is 20 liters instead of the 13 on the daylight. It has an additional pocket where the compression straps are. There’s also a zippered pocket on that front. The laptop / tablet sleev on the inside of daylight plus, is a little bit different than the regular daylight. So it’s actually a little bit more rigid and there’s also clip compared to the daylight.

You can see that it’s only an elastic band and it’s a very lightweight nylon fabric in comes the daylight travel. Now this bag was designed and named for its intended purpose. Traveling now, similar to the daylight and the daylight plus it has compression straps on the outside. It has a stash pocket on the front. Some mesh water bottle pockets on either side a rigid foam back for some structure and some comfort. It doesn’t have a sleeve on the outside for the hydration bladder, but on the inside there is a sleeve for either a hydration bladder, a laptop or a tablet.

You’ll also notice that on the sides of this backpack, you also have the tabs, and this is so- you can attach it to compatible Osprey travel bags, but they’ve also added a nice feature. There’s a couple clips that tuck in little pockets on the top of your harness, which you can then clip on to the front of compatible Farpoint and Fairview backpacks you’ll, also see on the side. There is an extra zipper now this zipper returns the backpack into a 24 litre fact I from an 18 liter backpack.

Now, let’s have a look at inside I’m, just gonna. Remove these stuffing and really you’ll notice, the sleeve that we were talking about for the hydration bladder or the laptop or the tablet also see directly behind it. There is a little zipper, that’s for a tiny little pocket for your passport and things like money, there’s also a whole mesh of pockets for your extra organization. Now Osprey has the daylight sling and the daylight waste.

The sling comes in a six liter and the waist is a two liter. Now aside from being worn differently, the storage in these bags are very similar, in addition to being a simple everyday bag, packed with awesome features, the daily series packs small enough to fit inside your check luggage and is ready for anything once you get to your destination. Thank you for watching and we’ll see you on the next one. You.

Today, I want to help you travel smarter by taking a look at the osprey daylight day pack road-tested after one year of extensive use and heavy travel. The Osprey daylight day pack is a 13 litre, backpack it measures 45 by 22 by 22, centimetres and weighs about half a kilogram inside. There are two pockets, one smaller one on the front with three internal, smaller pockets and a larger pocket, the main pocket with a divider and on the side there are two mesh pockets for water bottles and on the back, there is a place for a hydro bladder.

If you use one of those when you’re hiking, the shoulder straps are also made out of mesh so that they are breathable and they don’t cause you to sweat as much plus they’re more comfortable. The back also has meshing and foam to keep you cool and prevent excessive sweating, and the daylight is fairly comfortable to wear, especially if you use the straps on the front and around the waist.

The waist straps by the way go around 38 to 55 centimetres and are great to use for hiking or jogging. So this is a great day pack to use. If you like, to run when you travel, the nylon fabric is also fairly water resistant. It can handle a sustained downpour. So on rainy days, everything inside the pack has remained dry, so you can use this outside for hours, even in really bad conditions.

Although it’s not stated officially, this bag can be machine, washed, I’ve, washed it countless times it dries very quickly. It dries actually much more quickly than the quick dry towel that I recently tested, and you can really overstuffed this backpack that that’s one of the great things about it. It’s probably one of the things you pay for because it’s a little bit more expensive than your typical day pack, aside from a little bit of fading on the interior, colors, the bag, seams, straps and everything look brand new I have over stuff this backpack with clothes with electronics, and it simply handles it all.

Plus it’s been a machine washed countless times. You can also really smash this backpack. You can cramp it and stuff it into places. It probably shouldn’t fit like in your other backpack. Even the mesh foam on the back has broken at all, so it’s very durable and can handle some rough use. Now there are a few downsides to the material being so thin on the outside I’m, not a big fan of the pacsafe backpacks.

You can see my review of that link here, but that means that this fabric can be slashed or cut very easily. I’ve never had that problem I’ve never been in that situation, but if that’s something that you’ve encountered or you’re worried about, this might not be the ideal backpack. For you also keep in mind, this is a daypack. It’s not going to provide much padding for your electronics.

So if you keep your camera in there, what I recommend you do is use the Swiss skier in a toilet trick kit, which is the kit that I use for my drone, as well as for the Lumix camera, which I filmed this video on the Swiss skier hanging. Toiletry kit fits perfectly sideways into the Osprey daylight I highly recommend using the combination, because that way, you’ll get the padding and the protection from both of them for days that you’re out with your day pack- and you don’t want to carry all of your gear in a larger backpack Osprey sells several different day packs, some of which attach directly to their larger luggage.

The daylight isn’t one of them, so it doesn’t attach directly to my solider and sixty liter Osprey luggage that I use. Rather, what I do is I lay it inside the soldier on top of my clothes and zip it up. Obviously, it’s the same company, so the sizes are very compatible. What I recommend the Osprey daylight? Yes, it’s a great day pack, it’s not ideal. If you’re carrying a lot of electronics, it really is a day pack.

So for clothes, small items, maybe a camera, but it’s not going to be the pack that you take from destination to destination unless you happen to travel, really really life for a good electronics bag. I recommend the Swiss skier 1900 backpack I’ll, link to that here and I’ll link to that in the description below for a day out on the town a day of sightseeing. This is a great day pack, it’s a little bit more expensive than comparable day packs at 13 liters, it’s a great size.

It’s a little bit more expensive than other 13 liter day packs, but it’s much much more reliable than the other ones that I’ve tested. I’m aside from a little bit of color fading on the inside, the seams are very well stitched. Still it’s machine washable, it’s survived a ton of use from me. It’s had sweaty jujitsu, these clothes electronics, you name it I’ve watched it.

Countless times works well, so let me know what you think of the Osprey daylight. Is it a daypack? You think you might use as it worth the cost I will link to the daylight in the description below, and if you like, this video, please give it a thumbs up and feel free to subscribe. That’s also a lot of support for me and I will see you in the next video thanks for watching.

Light weight day pack, checkout pack, hacker com for our written review and the best buying options link in the description below now. The main material is 210, D, nylon, double diamond rip stop, and you can kind of see this rip stop material here. It always has like a kind of like a gleam to it. I guess just to know talking about the RIP just below the logo, I’m, not sure if you can see it here, it’s pretty small but there’s a like a little catch in the material and from where we’ve been using it.

Now it’s been there a little while it hasn’t got any bigger. This ripstop should stop that from happening and and making that catch any bigger, but we’ll keep you updated on the usage timeline just in case anything does change with that one. Now this bag actually comes in three colorways. So this is the petrol blue, but it also comes in a black colorway and a purple.

Now Osprey is an outdoorsy brand and you can kind of notice that and but the design is pretty minimal. Unless you, you know, begin using all of the attachment points and compression straps to attach all your gear to you can get away of this in urban environments, because you know there isn’t that much going on here, the Branden. Of course you can see here we have logo, then we have the name of the product.

The day like travel here, I mean it’s pretty subdued for Osprey. But if you’re like me, when you go out- and you see someone wearing a backpack, you can see you can tell straight away if it’s an osprey, you know which is great. It’s a good thing as well, but and yeah. You can definitely notice it, but it’s not kind of overpowering and doesn’t take much away from the rest of the bag and the colorways that are offered with this series are really nice as well.

So yeah, like I, said you can also attachment point here, an attachment point here as well. So I’ll start off with this pocket under the logo. Here it’s got a nice zipper pull for you to pull it across because of the shape of it. It can get a bit caught in those corners, so you might just need to grab that, but these zipper pulls are really handy for for helping with that too.

So inside this pocket, so Osprey say that it is a scratch free pocket. So you can put your sunglasses and your phone anything that might scratch in there and but I mean it says scratch free. We haven’t had any issues with it, but of course, if you’re, just putting sunglasses in there when you’ve got things in the rest of the packet is going to, you know could cause like an issue of that as well.

Nevertheless, this pocket is pretty big. You’ve got a lot of space going on in there and it almost reminds me a bit more of the Osprey Farpoint 40 this this pocket and the other day light. So the original daylight and the day light plus had a bit more organization in this pocket, whereas this one is just kind of like a big bucket, where you can fit kind of all your stuff that you need to access quickly and then for small items like your keys or I.

Guess you could touch anything else, though you really want, but this is a key clip you can attach that there. This is plastic, it doesn’t overly feel like you know that durable, but we haven’t had any issues of it so far and bright red, so you can as soon as you open it up. You know exactly exactly where that is there. So that’s nice down the side of this bag. We have two water bottle pockets.

When you have your water bottle in, though it’s quite snug, quite secure and with the daylight plus, we had a bit of an issue because I was slightly wider and the bottle would kind of almost slip out, sometimes where we haven’t had that issue here, elasticated at the top as well and just around there here you can see we have those compression straps. Now this is good for and if maybe you’ve got like a bigger water bottle, or you want to attach a tripod or something anything else, something slightly larger.

This comes in handy for kind of holding that in place and keeping that secure when you’re using it. They do come in that with it’s, not a pain, but that does become a slightly annoying because, as you can see, these straps go across the zipper for the main compartment and the zipper for the expansion compartment here. So you do need to unlock it unless you’re happy to like thread it through behind.

If you didn’t want to, that is a possibility and if you’re trying to get something out really quick I’ve noticed a couple of times and I just want to grab some things like. Ah I’ve got to undo this, so that can be a little bit annoying, but it also you know, if not, that it has it’s there for security, but it can add you know. Maybe your luck, a slight deterrent! You can’t get your zipper straight off like that and be a compression straps are on both sides, so you can see and same size.

Water bottle pockets. So talking about this zippered expansion expansion. Sorry! So basically, this is probably one of the biggest difference from the other daylight series. So what you can do I find the simple you can. Oh there we go unzip this like this, and it gives you an extra six liters so said it’s a 24 lose pack, but it’s 18 litres and when expanded, it’s 24 letters, so you’ve got a bit of extra room.

If you wanted to go out for longer or overnight, or you want to just pack some extra things for the day, then that can come in really handy and give you that extra bit of space, which is really nice and something that I did like about this too, is that you can see the zipper pull is different to the one on the main compartment. So I felt like you, could easily distinguish between the two and I never found myself getting confused I’m.

You know. Sometimes you open the wrong one you go on, but that was never the case here. So that’s really nice and also I, found that this zippered expansion- you I, really didn’t notice it so much so when I’m not using it, it doesn’t get in the way at all and which is really handy, and you know to just not know it’s there, but it’s there. If you need it, so that’s a really nice kind of extra little feature.

That’s going on here and one other thing. I’ll just show you onto the main compartment now, but you can see main compartment has the zipper cover going over there. This one doesn’t- and this is just that zipper unzipping our YKK on this pack. Let me open up the main compartment. These are really nice. So the reason these work quite well is because of this horseshoe design opening.

So basically, this one like I was saying can be a bit tough to get around the corners, especially when you’ve got a lot of stuff in it. So these just help to kind of pull it around the corner and really easily like that. So that’s been like quite a handy feature to have. They are just plastic, so I haven’t had any issues with those so far so inside this compartment, and also these zippers are not lockable.

Even though it’s like a travel version, you it doesn’t have that lockable feature. I guess you could maybe look there’s proposed together if you wanted to, but it’s not like an actual feature with these zippers. So you open this up and you can see that that’s scratchy, a scratch free, sorry notes, go G a liner in the inside as well, it’s nice and bright inside. So it’s got a bit of extra visibility.

You’ve got this bit here, which is kind of just like a main bucket. You can pop all of your things in and a feature that I really liked about the inside of this bag of these two mesh organizers here so I found that um, because this this day pack is slightly big. Alright I would use it for circumstances where I would take more things with me, and it was really nice to be able to have the option to put these items in here and stop them getting lost or have to put them in another gear pouch and have to get that out.

So I could just yeah quickly open the pack and access anything here straight away, so that was really nice and you’ve got these little tabs on here. These are elasticated. The mesh gives that added visibility too, which is really nice, so you can see exactly what you’re getting out or what you need straight away, and you have the rest of that down there and, of course it expands a lot to give you that extra space from around here now behind this pocket here is the laptop sleeve.

This felt like, like a crunchy sliding material, but it’s quite nice because I felt, like I, could just slip any items in and out really easily didn’t get caught or anything like that and, like I said, this is really really lightweight so yeah laptop compartment here, I’ll just show you inside or you can put a tablet in there and it does hold a 15-inch laptop. So this has some slight padding.

It’s enough to kind of you know, protect it slightly here and but of we do recommend, especially you know when you’re working from your laptop as much as we do having a laptop case on here is, you know, I mean why not if you can fit a laptop sleeve in it, just helps to have that extra protection. There is some padding from the back panel and but, as you can see, it is flexible.

So if it’s like rounded on your back or you know, it just gives you that extra bit of extra bit of security- and you know peace of mind- is like I guess so inside here. This is another picture. I’ll just turn that so you can see it is the they call it a hidden pocket on Osprey, and they also mention that it does have RFID protection now we’re not able to test this, so they do so that is part of this pocket.

If you wanted to put your passport or something like that in there, the nice thing is that it’s not overly noticeable and it is zippered it’s behind this zipper compartment and then this in the main compartment so kind of things. You perhaps won’t trust being right on the outside. You can pop in here, and it’s also right at the top so and when you’re going to open it, you can just kind of.

Let me just show you bring these zippers there’s two zippers. You could just talk that over and access it straight from the top, which is nice. If it is your passport, you need to grab it quickly then, but you know it makes it really handy that you can go in there and get that from there. So the laptop compartment the mean destination as well. It does have a false bottom if I show you it comes up to here so comes up to here, so it does have that kind of false bottom.

It doesn’t have a lot of padding down here. So if you drop, it doesn’t mean that it’s going to be absolutely protected, but it’s always nice to have. You know that extra bit there, but if you have a case on as well just gives you like I, said again that extra bit even that you don’t need to worry about. Ok, so what I’m gonna do I’ll show you the harness system in second, just one more thing with that: I, actually quite like that, this zipper pull, isn’t plastic just because, if your laptop, if you didn’t have a case on it, could scratch and I believe it was.

The osprey de Laplace had a clip that it was a bit concerned and putting your laptop in there too. So this is nice easy to access, like I said you have to. If you want to access your laptop, you have to come in the main compartment, but and it’s pretty easy to grab it, and if you you know, if that’s a deal-breaker for you, if you lacks having to access your laptop all the time and need a separate compartment, then of course that may be the case.

But this is this goes in as well, so you can protect that from your laptop and so yeah. That’s a nice kind of little added feature in there and who doesn’t love a bit of extra organization as well. So moving on to the harness system. Now you know Osprey, like I, said outdoorsy brand. They do some really nice harness systems, and this is this is one of them. It was really comfortable to carry on days out.

It’s got a lot of breathability you just unzip that you can see. We’ve got these spaces. This is mesh as well and then there’s some mesh. This is all mesh and you’ve got some extra padding up here too. So this is Evo fine, and it just gives you that extra little bit of comfort that maybe you can’t get from one of the really minimal, like packable stuff, compressible bags, so yeah really nice harness system, and with that you know, it’s slightly bigger an extra bit of weight, so that was it was nice to have this kind of harness system on there.

It also has a sternum strap with your emergency whistle here and I believe these are ITW and these I think are YKK lips. We’ve had good experiences with those it’s adjustable too. It doesn’t have that bit of elastic on it and some different packs have on there. Sternum strap just a tiny bit of elastic on one side. It just gives that flexibility. This one doesn’t have that, and but it is adjustable and you can also move it up and down pretty easily easily enough so that it’s not stressful but not so easy that it’s gonna fall when you’re, walk-in or or fall off.

So that’s always that’s always a nice added bonus and you’ve got these elasticated straps here. If you wanted to unclip and kind of tuck that way, if you’re, not using it, it’s not always necessary to have one depending on you know how much stuff you’re carrying or how much weight and maybe you’re just not a fan of it. So it’s you know nice to have the option that you can hide it away if you’re not using it too, and the shoulder straps are adjustable as well, and they’ve got this little loop, which I thought was quite nice when you’re kind of adjusting it.

You can pull that just to give you that extra bit of grip, as well so on the top here, doesn’t actually have like a quick grab handle that you’ll see on other packs, it’s integrated into the top of this harness system here, so you can use it like this form it for when what we were using it. This we didn’t use this so much just because I think just having an extra handle would have been nice and tended to go, for.

You know grabbing hold of this to pick it up quickly rather than this. However, what I did notice is that across here it distributed a lot of weight, so when I was carrying the bag- and it was a little heavier I felt like it was just kind of taking weight off my shoulders and off my back and just distribute that really Wow across which we didn’t notice as much test in the smaller bags, because they weren’t as heavy as you know, carrying this one round.

So that was interesting to to kind of feel that difference in that harness system there and then yeah a nice little extra. So also there are a couple of of loose threads hanging around I noticed a few around the harness system. They haven’t cause any issue to the bag. So far, there’s another one there, but of course, if there is anything else, then I will keep you updated on over on their usage timeline on the four of you.

So there you have it. The Osprey daylight travel check out pack, hacker comm for more information and the best buying options. Link down below we’ll see you in the next video.

Hey guys Chris here today we have the all around day pack for travel day trips going to the museum going to work, riding your bike going to the farmers market going to work and going to a day hike after work, but one of the main things I really like about it. Is it fulstone, flatten stone, really thin, and you can put this thing right in the bottom of your suitcase and now you’re ready to travel with it.

This little thing will fit inside your your suitcase, also I I was able to get in the right in here. Look at this look at that garbage fighting there. It is. It fits so look at that fits right inside the top lid of the suitcase. You can zip that up and now you’re traveling, and it’s not even taken up even that much room. Look at that! Isn’t that great? So we’re going to take a look at this and to go over all the details.

That’s next, like I said this is a great pack for travel and all-purpose day pack very affordable compared to the other Osprey day packs. It is exactly 1 pound. 2 to 24 ounces, 1 2, 4 ounces- it is 20 liters 1220 cubic inches of space inside there Here I am it is $65. $55 is the price of the daylight. This is the daylight plus, as we said, and it is 19 inches tall 12 inches wide, and let’s take a look at this, it does have the external cargo area right here.

I, like these external Cardinal areas, I like to be able to grab things as I’m hiking. You can see it’s not very wide. It says why does the day pack and then a tapers down, so it creates this little pocket here, but I was able to get a variety of things inside there, and so you could take a put a map in there. Your sunscreen lip balm things like that things you want to grab I, would not put a cell phone in there.

Take a hat put that in here rail bar things like that things you’re just going to grab and money for quick access to, and it’s not in the bottom your day pack, that’s what I would do with that. It does have a pocket on the external cargo and then look at the size of that. That’s like the full. The full cargo pocket is another pocket, so you could take your USB Brett battery charger and I got I got this recently.

Isn’t this great black web USB charger? This thing is waterproof. Dustproof has a LED light on it that great an LED light on your charger, and but something like that would work great inside here. Then it’s not the in your way, and only when you need it, but you know: what’s right, there does have a external pocket. Dual loop zippers at the top here comes down it’s about about half way down the pack here for this pocket.

You can see inside here there’s two mesh pockets, so you’re gonna put your keys in here. It does have a key holder right here. Put your keys in there ballpoint pen wallet, other charging devices cell phone could go in here. Anything that you want quick access to, but it’s more secure, that’s where I would put that it does have two mesh pockets on the outside.

These are for water bottles. Now the problem with these two pockets is they’re, not deep enough that I found in the water bottle. So here’s a standard, that’s a good sized bottle, but that’s a standard model. Here’s a regular water bottle from the mini mart, so to speak, and as you can see, it looks like it’s deeper, but it’s tapered and the bottle is only gonna go to this line here and it does not hug the bottle.

Well, so it’s the kind of open, see it sits there, but you can see it tapers at the top here down and then a tapers down this way. So it is going to be a problem with you, bending over and the things sliding out and I’ve seen reviews where people said it was really annoying because the bottle kept falling them. So the solution would be take the external pouch air pocket.

Take the strap from that and run it through. If you have this style of boggle, it’s only going to work with this style of bottle, run it through that. Well, it’s in there and then secure that- and that is not going anywhere, see that so that will stay in there. But the good news is with this pocket, not working very well at all. In my opinion, it does have an external hydration sleeve on it, so your water can go inside here.

So here’s the external hydration sleeve and that will hold I, got a 85 miles, 2 5 litre by Osprey. It’s a new style look at that is that interesting, this thing slides off and it’s supposed to be easier to clean and you just easier to work with and it does not like I have not found any leaking on this. So far, so far, I’m still I’m still dry so, but that would fit nicely inside there.

There we go so does have the external hydration and then this would come down the shoulder strap like that. So there’s your water. So with these pockets, I guess you we could put trail bars in here, but hat and gloves. Maybe things that would kind of puff out and fill it out, but nothing, nothing that you’re concerned with. We should go in there in my opinion.

Next we have the main compartment at the top here: dual loop zippers again, I love the dual Zook loop. I can’t say that dual Zoop dual loop zippers say that five times fast that opens up about halfway down, as you can see- and this is where your laptop sleeve is- isn’t that great to have a laptop sleeve in a day pack. So that’s got a solid buckle up here.

If you, if this will work for a 13-inch laptop, if you don’t use it for the laptop you could, you could put your hydration in here, you could put maps in here. You could put I got some emergency things. You can slide those look at that that could slide right in the back. There separate it out from the main, the main part of the pack. There do have a rain jacket.

You stuff that in here yes and I, have a polar fleece, polar polar fleece. Stick that in there and look at that, I still got almost half the space for other things to go near the top. So you can see why it’s important to put all your important things in these pockets and then just the big bulky things in here, but great little pack, great solid, good material on it.

It’s water-resistant top your waterproof, not positive. On that the back panel is mesh. It’s got a foam panel back here and then it breathes. You can see. The cut the die cut in here does have a belt check that out it’s got a belt, but it’s just a thin strap. So this belt is not meant to be. You know it’s not meant to be this kind of belt.

This is a much more comfortable belt. That’s just this is meant to put the weight on your hips, and this is meant to keep the pack solid on your back. So it’s not sliding around. Just at that pivot point the stress right, so that will help me for mountain biking, if you’re skiing, if you’re kayaking things like that, so it’s great little pack for this multi-purpose, some people- they don’t want these straps- that’s the only thing I could think of to do is to click it and then just secure it down like that and kind of get that out of the way.

Well, you can remove this strap. The buckle will stay here, see that the buckle will end up staying on there. That’s just the way it’s designed, but you can get the strap up. If you don’t really don’t want the strap on, there does have a strong, I’m strapped with this little adjustable. Sternum strap right there. Those are nice gives you a little more comfort and adjustability I.

Guess, that’s happy whistle all these Ospreys have the whistle this one’s really loud. It pierced my ears, oh and that could really be helpful, an emergency if somebody’s nearby looking for you at least you have some way to make communicate with them, but the shoulder straps are. You can see they’re not very thick they’re fairly thin, but it is padded is breathable padded.

It’s got the foam in here again. All these features like this make it lightweight keeps that keeps the weight. You know down to that: 1 2, 4 ounces, 1, pound to 4 to 4 ounces, and so that helps with with all of that, but let’s see anything else, I’m missing! Oh there’s a little grommet here see that that’s in case water gets in here in leaks and it just doesn’t sit inside this it’ll least have a way to drain out, does have a handle here in the middle and overall thanks to pack the the pluses are, it’s lightweight is very affordable, comes in like 8 10, different colors and the cons are the water bottle situation.

I, really don’t like that. I think they needed to make this a little snugger and a little deeper and more elasticity is on the top of it. I think that would have made a huge difference, but there you have it Osprey, daylight, plus, okay, next up I have a top-five list. They haven’t done this in a while. I had fun doing these top 5 funniest t-shirts I could find on the Internet.

So, let’s get to it, shall we number 5 I like big mountains and I cannot lie. That’s a reference to that song. I, like big mountains in I, cannot lie I. Think that’s a sir mix-a-lot is the rapper I’m, not a big rapper kind of person, but number 4 is my bike.
