You strapped up what was an awesome goose on. This morning and what we’re doing now is getting all of our meat processed as. You can see I got a bunch of goose breasts cut up into little strips. And we’re using this Cabala’s deluxe meat grinder. And this is something. That we started using this year. This September I’ve had. This grinder for my parents actually got. It for me last Christmas. And this has made cleaning geese. And processing geese awesome. Because you have goose breasts. You can do so much with them make poppers. Or whatever but when. You grind it gives. You so many options. You can split it up into smaller packages vacuum seal. It in two one-pound bags we’ve been making tacos out of. It if you want to turn around run. It through a jerky gun. You can meatballs chili really. Anything you can do with ground beef. You can do once you grind up. These geese and these September geese. That we’ve been shooting are actually really tender. And good birds to eat just press. It out, but we’ve been using a lot of. This ground meat so.

This grinder is really nice. It comes with your tray a couple different options for the size of the meat that’s coming out very easy to clean tape disassemble take apart clean put back together it’s got. This little plunger to push the meat down through to clear. It out on off stop switch so it’s. Even got this reverse function which is really nice. If you send something down there. That gets it jammed up. It can push it back out. That way you’re not getting it. All clogged up and have to manually unclog. It the biggest thing with running geese. Or any type of waterfowl. That you’re shooting with steel shot is. You really want to make sure. That there’s no bb’s in there. Because that can mess. It up pretty good also comes with sausage stuffer links. And pretty much everything you need to do your own little meat processing at home. Whether you’re grinding up deer beef pork. Anything this thing will do it’s got 750 watts of power. And as you can see it’s grinding this stuff up with ease, but we’ve still got a bunch.

More breasts cut up from our good hunt. This morning we’re gonna get. These all ground packaged up. And looks like we might be having some goose tacos for dinner so. If you’re looking for a grinder to add to your at-home meat processing system head over to Cabala’s com check out the Cabala’s deluxe meat grinder.

This is a chef’s choice electric. These player models take. Some time I can good reviews on phone. Ihave stars enemies to boost by. Some forces let’s do the cut meat. And cheese I mean he’s. Ibought it was to cut meat for making beef jerky to get. You but also gonna try cutting mob I’m sorry. Some cheese and a bone was ham so right. Now I’m just gonna go ahead. You know boxing I’ve never used. One of these before get. It open see what’s in. It a GoPro hero3 Silver Edition camera. Idon’t see my forehead here see. They got here so here is just go through the stuff. That comes with it uh okay replacement fuse that’s. That says struck sent. Me to probably read Trey slicer like. Isaid never traveled eating unable. Iwent to the grocery store but never okay so. That got it unboxed here so. We try to render the instructions I’ve never used. One of these before. Ineed to take it apart cleans. It before I can use. And corner the instructions to do. That the first thing. You want to do is its switch to remove. This slides this comes off. And then this tray will slide off okay the next step. You can see that they’re the just to use a just a quarter to tongue. This it’s the other way. Ibelieve is supposed to come off a lot of lubes on. That thing see that carefully get the blood off okay. They really do take the lumo yeah. You can see in that’s. Iwant to leave all right the next thing you take off is the music back out here so. You thought I played. You have to take this dial back here set. This to tray and it’s roomy with the plane is off sea.

You know this actually rock slides out okay. All right so that’s. That yeah I think that’s. Everything that comes off of. This there’s some kind of food deflector thing but. Idon’t know my motto have. Idon’t know what it is. They got all disassembled I’ll go ahead. And wash, and we’ll be right back to actually try there everything’s dry so. Ireturn put it back together. And then actually cut. Something I think reverse assembly. This goes on first little slices also has a safety thing on a tube review just trying to stuff off for all. Icare okay a safety thing. You know this is push goes over like. It goes over the blade. You actually slide it into the locked position. And set your blade to zero. And then you can’t let. It in the right way that’s slice so. You’re you weren’t able to. Idon’t know you can really see. It hopefully you know it’s in.

That position can’t can’t accidentally catch the blade cuz I’m gonna start with. Some summer sausage I’ve got summer sausage. And cheese and trying also I’ve got a ham, so I’m gonna go ahead. And give that a try here. This church I removed here as. You can see it actually hopefully coming out. These slices they go make them just a little bit thicker. That there’s a little snack here gonna cut. This last one up real quick minimal chocolate cheese. These extra sharp cheese from Walmart been there nice leaving to see but just real quick here. You can hopefully see. It in their cheese games like seemed couldn’t come out. Anything I don’t want change. That thick no. Ithink so far I’m impressed with. This thing it’s like pound cheese. And we’ll pound this summer sausage cut up a couple of my next step we’re done so far nice little cheese.

Some summer sausage here. You know like those for snacks for lunch at work. Now we’re gonna do this ham. This is a it’s a just over five pound boneless ham. And I’m gonna try to make a short work of. And for this I’ve actually got a baking oops wrong way got a yeah just the bacon just put. Some tinfoil onyx that’s gonna make a lot. More meat than the other things did so. This here and hopefully. It just falls on there, so I’ll give. This a go all right we’re gonna try. That ham it was wet. And juicy woman opened. It there is a ham all right here. We go food guy yeah. It still fits that’s a five-pound hand much like butter accessible thicker. Then our water so to dial. It back a little bit Oh on the other side wrong who not bad.

And it’s good to say. What he’s doing Ikeep testing on the other side here so far it’s silly the yeah. They knock on this thing so far. Ithink overall me for what I’m mostly to get on right there. Ialmost be using just for cutting cheese. And stuff like that summer saucers a lot wants to do. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever actually bought a ham. You just did it just try. It put no time to think yes okay try again here okay right there plop. It around here so it’s on flats No. Istuff to do the drivers to him not as easy as the other stuff but. He tried on it completely flat on the side I’ve already cut see. If uh yeah I can only tell them. How I’m getting pressure on just user error like.

Isaid I’m a rookie so the first time I’ve ever news for these oh yeah looks like. Ihad just put it on the flat side of the hand again obviously operator error that’s. Ileft with here yeah overall from a hundred bucks. You know I’ve done anything compared to have never used. These before but sink seems pretty bad ass to. Me for like home stuff like. This yeah I got the ham on the flat side which. Iguess is it should have started. And then quit hang and there’s no problem. Either so I guess that’s gonna do.

Alright guys this is actually 99 again. This time I’m doing another product review. This product I actually purchase from Bed Bath & Beyond. This is our chef’s choice premium food slicer. It is an electric food slicer. And the model number here is model 610 I’ve got a lot of good reviews on the internet. And that’s why I decided to go ahead. And purchase this particular model. And again this is the chef’s choice model 610 came in about 130 dollars before taxes. Or shipping or anything like. We did actually have to order. This in through Bed Bath & Beyond. They had it sent right to our house so. This is the model right out of the box we’ve taken down to the box. It does come with an instruction manual. It comes with the spare fuse which is a nice little add-on in case the fuse overheats came with a warranty card. And came with an advertisement booked for other products by a chef’s choice so look at. This slicer real quick. It has a removable pressure guide here so. You can actually press your food against the blade. Ido like the fact this particular model has a thumb guard right here so you’ll place your hand just like. This you’ll use this to press against the food as. You push it in the food into the blade. And you’ll want to put your thumb right here against the. Some guide to protect your thumb from. You know getting cut so. It has a nice sized cord as well. It does come with a food capture plate so you’ll put. This under here the food will come out right here on the backside. And come right into our tray.

It also has a thickness guide. This is going to control. How thick your slices are as. You turn that knob so as. This knob in it’s going to move. This plate right against. This blade here you can make really thin slices supposedly we’re going to test. That out I’d like to find a slicer. They can slice uh like roast beef as thin as. They make it at Arby’s. You get my son in the background they’re watching hey Christian can. You say hi, so we’re going to go ahead. And test this out next. Some cheese I bought a block of cheese. That is about half the price. It in a big block and slice. It yourself as opposed to buying it already sliced so. This slicer is definitely going to be a big time money saver pay for itself in a hurry as. We bought a big five-pound block of cheese for I think around fourteen dollars. We had bought it already sliced up five pounds but cost.

Us over twenty-five tickets like twenty-eight twenty-nine dollars so again about half the price we’ve also bought turkey ground turkey breast. Or not ground turkey breast on the van a whole turkey breast. That needs to be sliced. We only paid like two dollars. And eighty cents a pound for. And that’s going to be much higher as high as $599 maybe $499 on sell in the store. You have them slice. It up so this product is definitely gonna be a huge money saver pay for itself in quite a hurry. And we’re going to go. And test this out I look on Amazon. Few videos for this particular slicer it’s. All a lot of good reviews for it on different websites but never really thought a good YouTube video.

Or good video on exactly. It works out good review, so we’re going to try to do. That today and provide. That to my viewers so we’ll go ahead. And start that here in just a second right guys as. You can see we got a full turkey breast here. We only paid about $24 for this like. Isay only about two dollars. And eighty cents a pound. This thing is just going to be too big for the slicer here, so we’re going to go ahead. This in about half we might want to freeze the rest of. It anyway oh we are expecting a lot of company to be coming, so we’ll need quite a bit of lunch meat over the next couple of days, but we’re going to go ahead. And slice this in half to start with as.

This is just too big. This is about eight. And a half pounds of Foster Farms turkey breast, so we’re gonna go ahead. This in half first and place about half put in our tray to start with alright guys. We got our half of a turkey breast just cut up here. And ready on our plate here we’re simply going to use. This pressure plate here to press against. And then we’re going to just slide. This back and forth into the spinning blade. It on we’ve got our thickness set pretty thin here, so we’re going to go ahead. And give this the first try. This is my first try of using this product, so we’ll see. It works we should have our plate ready to catch the slices down here.

And we’ll see it works right. Now this is extremely easy. Ican tell that I’m filming with. One hand and pressing with the other hand. And so I’m only using one hand. And the blade turns pretty slow but. This is extremely easy we’ll go ahead. And make more slice of. This turkey breast here. And carry the revolt very. This is a really powerful motor. Ican tell that so we’ll go ahead. And shut it off here. It does have three selections on the swift’s. You have an on switch an off switch. And then a pull switch to use a pull so. Idon’t know why you use a pulse maybe you’re. Some kind of something harder but. We look at this thickness.

This is a pretty thick slice actually. You can see there but. It does cut really nice, so we’ll try to do. Now is well gone ahead. And try to we’ll put. These out-of-the-way over here. And we’ll go ahead and try to cut a little bit thinner. And see exactly how thin. We can go so we will rotate our nozzle here. And try to make it just a little bit thinner that’s making it thicker there’s zero, so we’ll try to just make. It a hair thin see what happens see. We can just make this razor thin like. We could like maybe RV’s. Something it’s still pretty thick a little bit thinner. Then a wise I think but that’s still pretty heavy nice thick slice of Turkey we’ll try to adjust.

More time here all the way at zero maybe we’ll see. What happens put it locking in a zero there maybe that’ll give. Is a ultra-thin flight. Ican’t tell how easy. We had a oh that’s really think there so. It at zero you want a really thin slice just lock. All the way is zero. And that’s going to give. You a nice really thin slice of 1/2. And that’s probably. What I’ll be using most of the time. You know I like to have thinner slices so. Ican just kind of wad. And pile it up on my sandwich without having it too thick so. They can see you guys. This product is capable of slicing your meat very thin. It on zero on the setting you do get. Some nice really thin slices of lunch meat. This is probably about as thin as. They have it at Arby’s so. This is a great product.

Ireally like how thin. You can actually slice. This stuff one thing I want to show. You real quick is here on the knob. You have it at zero. You snap all the way back. You hear that snap be careful. Because at that point. That is the plate release. And then this thing will actually slide back. This way is to clean. Whatever so you hear. That snap you don’t want to be slicing it. You have on the plate release. You hear that snap. That is the plate release so you’ll want to leave snap. And stamping it back that’s actually zero right there so. You hear that snap pulling it back behind zero be careful. Because your whole plate will actually fall. We will release so just be careful of. That we’re going to go ahead. Some cheese here next I’m gonna go ahead.

And slice up the rest of. This turkey and we’ll try. Some cheese here in just a minute here. All right after going ahead. And doing us oh about three to five minutes to go ahead. And slice up that half of a eight-and-a-half pound turkey breast lunch meat. You can see it does make a little bit of a mess I’m. You know doing you get a little bunch of a bunch of little shreds here is going to need. Some cleanup after each use for sure as. You can see a little bit messy but that’s to be expected so far we’re doing really well with. This chef choice model 610 we’re going to go ahead. And clean this up a little bit. Some slices cheeses next. And we’ll show that works. If that’s more difficult. That works just as easy as. This turkey breast okay alright we’re back we’re going to go ahead. And try to slice up. Some sharp cheddar cheese. It comes in a full block we’ve actually cut off just about third of. It in here so we can adequately hand.

We Center slicer to the first notch a little bit thicker slice we’re going to go ahead. And make it a little bit thicker down here as. That slice of cheese there it’s pretty thin. And so is one, so we’re going to go ahead. And try to put it up a second knife here. What happens Ithink that’s what we’re looking for that’s. What we’re looking for so about the second knock for our cheese here. What we come up with here. You can see this is again one-handed here And perfect twice to cheese there then I’m going fear pretty slow. This motor can handle. This a lot faster but I’m going pretty slow just to make sure. It can handle it And I’ll show how quick. This whole process is for the start of the block. And it’s sort of block is probably about a pound. And a half of keys so. Even moving really slow here Ialso show how close. We can get to the end of. And that’s that is the last slice turn.

You will see here we have a lot of cheese here in just a couple minutes there so. Idefinitely give this particular slicer right. You know as long as. It continues to last but on a first impression definitely give. This 5 out of 5 stars definitely a thumbs up do. You like what you see. This has helped you make a purchase of your slicer. You know a decision as to buy in. This particular slicer. Or not please give me a thumbs up but on my video. You know some reason. You want to give me a thumbs down go ahead. That but just don’t give. Me a thumbs down just to do. It pleases leave me a reason as to why this video didn’t help. You why you didn’t like the video. Or maybe I can improve such a review in the future but right. Now again that’s the Camp Chef model 6/10 really liking it so far with about the first 4 pounds of turkey breast life step first pound.

And a half slice cheese sliced up. This is an excellent slicer. And it’s way better. Ibought from Penney. It cooks model 150 I believe a. Few years back this thing blows. One away so thanks for watching this has been Zach’s your 99.
